I got this mainly to keep an eye on our puppy when she’s in her crate at night, as well as during the day when I’m busy around the house.
At night I use the little screen monitor, which makes it easy to check on her without getting up constantly, and during the day I’ll just use the app on my phone if I’m out or in another room.
The alerts for movement or crying are quite helpful, and I like that you can adjust the sensitivity so it doesn’t keep going off for nothing.
It feels fairly good quality overall and has worked reliably so far. For the price, I think it’s decent value and quite versatile, especially in a busy home where you’ve got a lot going on.
This is very good for us. We used it for two holidays, to monitor baby’s naps and sleep. I like that it comes with its own screen so I don’t need to connect my phone. I also like that it doesn’t require WiFi, so it is a lot more reliable. The display is clear enough, despite the darkness in her room.
The footage can be saved in an sd card instead of the cloud for privacy. But the sd card isn’t included.
The camera look sleek and modern and feels durable. I like that it actually tilts and rotates 360 degrees. I like that I can control it from the app. So when baby (8 months) rolls around the cot, I don’t have to go and physically move the camera.
I personally have it plugged in but there’s a battery option if needed.
I think this is great value based on how well it performs. Literally nothing is missing, they have thought of everything.
Note: some people complain that it doesn’t detect sound well. You can actually control the sensitivity of the detection, so I wonder if they haven’t realised and it’s not at the high sensitivity alerts. I haven’t had issues with the alerts. There are no delays.
Best baby monitor we’ve had, love that the camera has a battery so it stays on if there’s a power outage and also useful for traveling too. We recently used it in the back of the car for a long journey in the dark and it worked great. The screen is nice and clear, good quality and a nice wide angle. Love the app and that it’s the same one as their breast pump so you don’t need two. Definitely worth the money

Really impressed with the quality of the video both in light/dark mode. Like that the camera can be used plugged in or wirelessly, and that WiFi can be turned on or off.
I bought this baby monitor as the VTech one we had multiple connection issues. This baby monitor is amazing, with great connectivity and picture quality.
