How long is the battery life of the eufyCam C37？
Up to 45 days per charge, based on 75 motion events per day. Actual battery life varies by usage, recording length, and temperature. With enough sunlight, solar charging can help keep it powered continuously.
Does eufyCam C37 support 24/7 recording?
No. eufyCam C37 does not support 24/7 continuous recording, even when connected to HomeBase Mini.
Is eufyCam C37 compatible with HomeBase and HomeKit?
eufyCam C37 works with HomeBase S380 and HomeBase Mini, but not HomeBase 2. Apple Home / HomeKit is not supported.
Why does the C37’s battery power still decrease even when connected to solar panels?
Solar charging may vary by sunlight, angle, and weather. If solar input is low or events are triggered too often, the battery may still decrease. In low-temperature areas, less than 2 hours of daily sunlight may not support continuous power.
How does storage work, and do I need to buy a microSD card?
eufyCam C37 has no built-in storage. For standalone use, insert a microSD card to save recordings. It supports up to 256 GB (sold separately). Please note that recording is unavailable without a microSD card.

Great camera
I have a number of Eufy devices and this lives up to the rest. Great camera for the price. Tracks the object and gives A1 as well. Things get better all the time.
Absolutely brilliant sec.camera. very intelligent A.I. captures everything and identifies what it is that’s been captured e.g. pet,human,vehicle. solar powered, battery stays up around 100% all of the time, so no fiddly wires to connect, remains totally separate to the house and connects to your phone/tablet with wifi. exceptional value.
Great Driveway Camera
Very nice camera! I use it for my driveway and like the clarity. It is a HD camera, not a 4k camera, but is more than sufficient for my needs.
With this device (and paired with the homebase3) I am able to set the camera to do a sound alarm, light alarm, or both based on the app setting. The alarm is loud, the light bright, and AI tracking is fairly good. In the app you can set “activity zones” so I do not get alerted when someone drives past my house. The downside is that sometimes it misses cars parked at the back of my driveway.
The solar panel is large and keeps the device well charged. The camera is in a very sunny spot, and remains fully charged. I do wish the device had a smart “discharge” or “stop charing” based on battery percentage to protect it long term, but that isn’t something it advertised and is just a wish.
The nighttime image is clear, and you can set how reactive the camera is. Overall it was worth the money and I will be getting another one down the road.

Zum Sonderpreis gekauft. Tolle Autdoor Cameram. Absolut problemlose Einbindung in meine Installation. Akku hlt tatschlich ca. 1 Jahr bis er wieder geladen werden muss. Da nur 2.4 GHz W-Lan manchmal sehr langsame bertragung wenn Bewegung erkannt wird.
Its an easy system to set up and install and my 3 x cameras work well with wi-fi on the front and rear of the house without any signal problems. Battery life is great but as I have increased the video time length of each detection I estimate the cameras will need charging maybe 3 times a year. It all depends on the amount of detections. No detections means little battery use and longer time between charges. Daytime picture is good and night time quality is fairly good also.
Things that stop me giving 5 star was. One camera will not show recorded video as it says my device (ipad) does not support the 2K format yet it is Ok on the other 2 camera recordings. This iPad is fairly old so seems to be the ipad screen resolution thats a problem not the camera. Works on Samsung 10 and iPhone 7 just fine.
I have notifications set up on 4 personal devices. My wife’s and my phone and both our iPads. For some reason I have to log out and log back in every morning otherwise it will not notify me when a camera has been triggered.
The notification that a camera being triggered by a movement started off being fairly instant (within 10 sec) but occasionally it will notify you 5- 10 mins or more after the event. This is occasional but baffling.
