J’ai achet deux RT86. De prime abord, on voit que c’est du solide.
Aprs avoir rencontr quelques difficults pour effectuer la programmation (je suis loin d’tre un champion en la matire), j’ai pu me rendre compte, avec le recul, que ce n’tait pas si compliqu que a.
Bref, j’ai programm mes RT86 dans les PMR446, des frquences que notre groupe d’amis utilise souvent pour se retrouver.
Avec un ami, nous avons srieusement test les RT86 et nous sommes sortis enchants de ces exprimentations.
La puissance d’mission gnreuse nous permet de nous entendre malgr les grands obstacles urbains et la distance.
L’antenne tant amovible, nous avons pu connecter les appareils des antennes extrieures beaucoup plus performantes et bien mieux positionnes pour de la grande distance. Ainsi, nous avons russi communiquer sans la moindre difficult prs de 30 km de distance. Au vu de la qualit de la transmission, nous aurions pu facilement dpasser la quarantaine de kilomtres.
Attention ! Ces distances ne peuvent tre obtenues que si l’on met depuis un point trs lev.
Avec les antennes d’origine, nous nous entendons trs bien dans les ruelles du centre-ville, plus de 500 mtres.
Les petits affichages LEDs sont trs pratiques et du plus bel effet.
La batterie pse aussi lourd que le poste seul, ce qui augure une bonne autonomie.
Conclusion : le RT86 est un metteur-rcepteur portatif gnreux, ergonomique et srieux qui m’a agrablement surpris et que j’aurai souvent avec moi.
Attention : le RT86 est un appareil qui dpasse de loin ce que la lgislation permet. Son antenne amovible et sa puissance d’mission de 10 W en font un appareil rserv aux radio-amateurs ou aux professionnels. Ce n’est pas du tout un jouet. Il y a des rgles d’usage connatre alors il tait bon que j’en fasse mention.
Si vous voulez offrir vos enfants de trs bons Retevis dans les normes, achetez plutt des RT40 qui sont eux aussi de formidables appareils mais nettement plus raisonnables. Le RT40 est un portatif joli, ergonomique et bourr de qualits. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux ferms mais sa puissance d’mission n’tant que de 0,5 W, ne vous attendez pas des miracles. Le RT40 est un analogique/numrique DMR, programmable par ordinateur, parfait pour les enfants ou pour le travail courte distance (restaurant, gymnase, convoi, etc.).
Le RT86, lui, est puissant et rserv aux adultes, professionnels ou amateurs radio.

This was my second purchase of this twin pack. I have them on the UKLight channels and they work very well indeed mixed with other radios of different makes. Excellent clear audio and comfortable to hold. Would recommend without hesitation, but please reprogram them from the channels that are in them by default. UKLight licence available on line for 75.00 for 5 years. Please note these are a business allocation and not for chit chat.
I bought this after seeing a YouTuber using it. I didn’t realise you need a license to use it, but also i believe it needs reprogramming to avoid the range it defaults to which is illegal to use in the UK.
