Good quality but a bit on the short side when engaged. Easy to sort.
Nicely made but a little bit on the short side by a couple of mm when engaged. I just made a little plate and screwed it on to the door to give it extra strength. Easy enough, Just need a drill and 12 mm drill bit to make the plate. Then a couple of smaller countersunk holes for the screws to attach it to the door frame. You can use the 12 mm drill bit as the countersink for the smaller holes. Much more secure now. Sorry no camera for photos.
These looked well made and sturdy but I could not get the item to fit . I was prepared to use it as a secondary lock but even before it was installed I was unable to close the lock without difficulty. As soon as the lock was placed on a flat surface this stopped the lock from being pushed to a closed position as the barrel was catching. Perhaps I had a dud set . Even using the key was difficult to open it . Shame as they look really smart and effective – no instructions but did find some online . Keys were different for the 2 locks and screws too tiny for securing the lock adequately.
Heavy duty sliding door / window locks. Although sold as a pair two different keys are required. Absolutely no instruction or guides included and the fixing screws are useless. Never the less relatively easy to fit as long as you have the correct tools and drills . Excellent value for money
