Can this camera be installed without drilling?
Yes. The magnetic mount attaches directly to metal surfaces. For non-magnetic walls, use the included mounting cradle with 3M adhesive for easy no-drill installation.

This is a fab camera. Great price. I bought 2.
I have supplied pictures from my 2 cameras situated on my front and back door showing day/night & also the field of view. As you can see, its astonishingly clear.
I’m not a techy person but set up was so easy and so fast. I installed the app onto my phone & tablet. It was so quick & easy i forgot what i did!
Installation was also very quick & easy. I used the enclosed sticky pad and it stuck solid (so far being 5 days in) immediately onto pvc & a wooden door.
I did contact VSTARCAM via email & received a response within minutes. The battery life is great, in 5 days It’s not used 10% yet.
As for the app, once again it’s simple to use too & so are the personal settings that can all be changed to your preferences.
This camera has given me peace of mind at night as that is what I’ve set it for, just to work at night 5pm – 4am.

Only detects human motion - no use for pets.
Easy set up, really clear images, BUT….It has a ‘detect human’ mode that, if selected, the motion sensor will only dete the humans. We turned it off as we wanted to keep an eye on our cats (and they are huge cats), but the motion sensor still only detected human movement, so we returned it. We’d even tried setting it at ground level – it waa only triggered by our legs – not our massive Norwegian Forest Cat and Maine Coon.
Excellent, easy setup and control instructions fully understandable, god solid item, booklet in English which is a big thumbs up. Views are good and nighttime clear views, has spotlight and a siren. Very small time lag before it gets to phone but pictures so good easily recognizeabl . Good buy recommend this.
Overall pretty good camera for the price but sometimes cuts out and doesn’t film all movement when I’ve set it to do that
Easy to set up, sound quality is good and so is the picture and I haven’t even got it on the full quality

Schnelle Lieferung, gut verpackt. App heruntergeladen, im WLAN angemeldet und Kamera mit dem Handy verbunden. Einstellungen vorgenommen, Kamera dann bei uns vor der Haustr montiert, Solarpaneel angeschlossen und auf dem Vordach montiert. In der App den berwachungsbereich eingestellt. Es luft alles. Bislang hat die Kamera immer genug Strom. Die Personenerkennung habe ich deaktiviert, weil manchmal keine Aufzeichnung erfolgte. Die Bildqualitt ist ausreichend, der Bildausschnitt knnte grer sein. Meldungen vom Bewegungsalarm auf dem Handy erfolgen zeitnah. Bilder/Videos werden 3 Tage in der Cloud aufbewahrt. Das reicht und kostet keinen Aufpreis. Bin zufrieden. ber die Akkulaufzeit in der dunklen Jahreszeit berichte ich spter.
Gute Kamera
Gute Kamera fr kleines Geld.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Kamera, sie lsst sich einfach einrichten per App, ist schnell mit dem wlan verbunden.
Auch die Laufzeit der Batterie hat mich sehr berrascht, da ich die Kamera die erste Woche ohne Panel laufen lies und bisher luft die Kamera noch.
Das Bild ist gut von der Qualitt her, die Erfassung von Personen/Bewegung funktioniert einwandfrei.
Ebenso die Nachsicht Funktion ist sehr gut und bei Dunkelheit ist alles klar erkennbar.
Der eingebaute Scheinwerfer der Kamera sorgt nachts ebenso als Abschreckung.
Alles in allem eine gute sicherheitskamera die ich immer wieder kaufen wrde.
Die Verarbeitung ist gleichzustellen wie bei anderen namenhaften Hersteller Kameras.
Es wird sogar eine Speicherkarte mitgeliefert .
This camera looks great and is completely wire-free, so there’s no need for any power cabling. We’ve set it up on our garden office, which has been very convenient. The night vision, even with ambient light, is clear, and the daytime image quality is also very good.It only took a few minutes to set up and was quite straightforward. The solar-powered feature is the biggest bonus, as it removes the hassle of charging. It also comes with an SD card, which is a nice extra. Overall, it’s a no-brainer purchase.
Practical, wireless security
I absolutely loved this VStarcam 2K solar camera. The image quality is excellent it provides a clear view both day and night. The best part is that it runs on a solar panel, so you don’t have to constantly worry about recharging it, which is incredibly convenient. Installation was simple and required no cables; you can place it wherever you like. Plus, it comes with memory storage included, which is a nice bonus. I feel much more at ease knowing my home is protected by this camera. I highly recommend it.
Keeps on Eye on Things
This camera was needed for our small farm to keep an eye on everything for safety. And so far so good; it’s been doing what it was made to do. The setup was pretty simple, the video is clear, and it’s been nice having an easy way to check on the animals outside without having to go outside.
