Q: The night vision shows reflections.
A: Ensure the camera is installed completely flat against the window. Turn off Night Mode in the app, any gap between the lens and glass may cause glare.
Q: The camera fails to connect to my WiFi.
A: Verify your password and ensure the camera is within range of your router. This camera supports both 2.4GHz and 5G networks.
Q: There is a blue glare in my night-vision footage
A: This is caused by the camera’s blue indicator light. Please disable the camera’s indicator light in the app settings:

Q: Do I have to subscribe to cloud storage?
A: Cloud storage is optional. To enjoy extended recording features without a subscription, you can use a local memory card (not included). Lift the cover and insert the card into the slot at the bottom.

I’m very impressed with this camera. Very easy to install and setting up. Quality of picture is good. Viewing through the window with this camera, it’s very good. Very useful for viewing during day and night.
Great buy
I am happy woth this purchase so clear imege for such small camera and it covers a large area of my drive way. You have the option to purchase iCloud to store the recording video but I just inserted an SD card, cheaper. Would recommend

This is a fantastic piece! It has an incredible clear image with a broad field of view a nice night vision. It is very simple to set up. It is Perfect!
My home security system has improved greatly from the addition of this window camera. I can keep an eye on my driveway and backyard without mounting anything outdoors because it is positioned directly on the windowand faces out. I can see clearly even in the dark thanks to the full-color nightvision and sharp 4MP video. The signal is steady because it connects to both 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz WiFi . The phone app is simple to use and notifies me when it spots motion or people. False alarms from leaves or shadows are reduced by the AI detection. A simple and effective camera for keeping an eye on things without drilling holes.
It works well with both 2.4 and 5gh
I got a camera to monitor my pets but it only works with 2.4gh but this particular camera works well with my WiFi bc it accommodates both 2.4gh and 5gh. I am very impressed. The night vision is also so powerful and you can set the range you want the camera to caption. I am beyond impressed
I’m very impressed with this window security camera. Installation was incredibly easy — I simply placed it on the window without any drilling or complicated wiring. Delivery was also excellent; mine arrived the same day.
The picture quality is very clear, and I really like being able to view the camera on my phone, take screenshots, or record footage whenever needed. It’s very convenient for keeping an eye on the outside of my property while the camera stays safely indoors behind the glass.
What really impressed me is the value for money. I previously spent around 800 having a security camera system installed, and after only two years it stopped working. When I contacted the company, I was told I needed to upgrade to a new system costing around 1,000. This camera does the job I need at a fraction of the price, which makes it excellent value.
The only thing to be aware of is that, because it connects wirelessly, you need a stable Wi-Fi connection for reliable live viewing and recording. In my experience, once the connection is stable, it works very well.
Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s easy to install, has a very clear picture, works conveniently through the phone app, and offers great value compared with much more expensive security systems. Definitely recommended.
