Why does the security camera get glare?
The LEDs on the cctv camera reflect off the glass surface, creating a strong glare that looks like a torch shining directly into the lens.
Pls place the camera further from the window, or adjust the angle so the lens is not directly facing the glass.

This is a great little camera.
I set it up in under five minutes. It gives clear viewing, and it came with a nice long cord, and a plug which is a rarity with most items these days, it also comes with a round sticker if you want to stick it to your window or window sill., and a little 24 hour cctv sticker as well. The price is also fantastic, I have paid six times the cost of this for other cameras that were useless. If you want a good little camera that’s simples to set up this is the one for you..
Good value security camera
I use an outdoor security camera to check in on my apiary when I cannot be there. This is an upgrade for my to 2k resolution which gives me a clearer view. It was easy to set up and because I already had a mount for my old camera have used that instead of the supplied one, which is OK but a bit limited. I only need live images so have not opted for a subscription. I have popped in the card from my old camera for recordings but I have never used it.
Connecting the the wireless and then using the app to get a live view is simple and works pretty well A couple of times I have not been able to connect but it is positioned at the edge of my wifi range so is my issue, not the camera. It’s compact, good value and works well.

Ich habe die Kameras gekauft weil ich dachte bei dem Preis nichts falsch machen zu knnen.
Das stellte sich als richtig heraus.
Fr die Cloudspeicherung werden verschiedene Plne angeboten die man fr einen ausreichend langen Zeitraum gratis testen kann.
Als dieser Testzeitraum abgelaufen war, wollte ich einen der angebotenen Plne per Vertrag abonnieren.
Leider war ich unachtsam und whlte irrtmlich einen fr mich ungeeigneten Tarif.
Obgleich ich wenig Hoffnung hatte, nahm ich mit der Bitte um Hilfe Kontakt mit dem Support auf.
In unglaublicher Geschwindigkeit wurde mein Anliegen zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelst.
Nicht nur dass ich keinerlei finanziellen Verlust hatte (ich hatte sogar einen kleinen Gewinn), mich fasziniert die unbrokratische, menschliche Art und Weise wie mir da extrem schnell geholfen wurde.
Gute Ware bieten sicher Viele, aber sehr Wenige bieten so einen tollen Service.
I installed this to keep an eye on the front of my house, and it’s been excellent so far. The image quality is very sharp, both during the day and at night. I was particularly impressed with the colour night vision, which makes it much easier to recognise faces and details compared to standard black and white night footage.
The motion and human detection work reliably and send notifications to my phone almost immediately. I like that it focuses on people rather than every bit of movement, which helps cut down on unnecessary alerts. The app is straightforward to use, and it’s easy to check the live feed or review recordings whenever I’m away from home.
The two way audio is very useful. I’ve used it to speak to delivery drivers without opening the door, and the sound quality is surprisingly clear on both ends. The built-in siren is also a nice extra if you want an added layer of security. Installation was simple, and the camera feels sturdy enough for outdoor use.
It’s an excellent security camera that offers great picture quality, useful smart features, and reliable performance at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend it.

This little kit consists of the camera itself, and stand, a mounting kit (self-adhesive and screws/rawl plugs), a USB power cable, with plug and an instruction manual.
I must admit I wasn’t expecting much from this camera. I use another well known brand for other areas of my property, but needed a camera for the back garden. When I saw this I thought it was worth a try, though as I say, I didn’t expect it to be much good. I’ve been very pleasantly surprised. The film quality is a good as my other security cameras, which was my main worry, and it can be set up exactly as you want it, and with or without notifications (though if you choose ‘no notifications’, it will ask you every single time you open the app, if you want notifications yet, which is a tad annoying, but not a deal breaker). It’s also Alexa compatible, which is a big plus for me as the rest of my smart home is Alexa operated/monitored, and this integrated seemlessly.
It provides a 3mp image, which doesn’t sound much but is actually crystal clear. It also has three night modes, motion detection, a built in mic and speaker for two way audio, local storage via a TF card, or cloud storage with a subscription and it can be used inside or out as its waterproof.
This really has so many features for such a relatively cheap camera, that’s it’s really rather startling. Is definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a decently featured, modestly priced, security camera.
This is a good value security camera that’s quick and straightforward to set up, with the app guiding you through the process. The 2K picture quality is clear, and the colour night vision provides much better detail than standard black and white night footage. Motion detection works well, sending timely alerts when movement is detected.
I installed mine looking out through a window, and while it works well, positioning it took a bit of trial and error as the supplied stand has fairly limited adjustment. Once I’d found the right angle, however, it performed reliably.
The camera supports both microSD card and cloud storage. I opted for the cloud subscription, which costs 5.99 per month and provides seven days of continuous recording, with the oldest footage automatically overwritten from day eight onwards. It’s worth factoring this ongoing cost in if you want continuous cloud recording.
At 15.99, the camera itself represents excellent value. It’s easy to use, produces clear footage and offers useful features such as human detection, colour night vision and real-time alerts. The limited stand adjustment is my only minor criticism, but overall I’m very pleased with it.

Gute Kamera als berwachungskamera oder Hundekamera mit Lich
Kamera mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhltnis zur Verwendung mit der Wansview Cloud APP.
Ich habe schon mehrere Kameras mit dieser App im Einsatz.
Die Besonderheit an dieser Kamera ist das zuschaltbare “normale” LED-Licht (um Farbaufnahmen bei Dunkelheit zu erhalten).
Sowohl die Installation als auch der Betrieb verlaufen problemlos.
In verschiedenen Rezensionen wird bei diversen Kameras dieser Preisklasse immer wieder die Bildqualitt kritisiert.
Um einen berblick des berwachten Bereichs zu erhalten, ist die Bildqualitt mehr als ausreichend.
Wer allerdings Gesichter in groer Entfernung erkennen mchte, muss auf Produkte der Preisklasse um die 400,- wechseln. Um 20,- pro Stck gibt es keine High-End Gerte zu kaufen. Ist aber fr die meisten Anwendungen auch nicht notwendig.
Perfekt fr kleines geld
Das Produkt ist sehr gut verarbeitet und leicht zu installieren. Der Betrieb an der App ist einfach. Auch eine Anbindung an eine Synology ist kein Problem. Die Aufnahmen sind OK aber nicht gestochen scharf in der Aufzeichnung. Die Kameras selbst kommen mit ausreichend Montagematerial. Die Stromversorgung knnte etwas besser gemacht werden. Betrieb via USB Ladegert ist nicht ideal.
Aber das sollte nicht stren. Die berwachung und Bewegungserkennung funktioniert einwandfrei. App warnt direkt per Nachricht. Nachtsicht ist auch sehr gut
Kaufempfehlung. Viel fr kleines Geld.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall
Ich war auf der Suche nach einer/mehreren preiswerten und einfachen IP-Kamera/s fr den Auenbereich. Einfach nur, um zu sehen, was z.B. auf der Terrasse los ist, oder hinter dem Haus, oder in der Garage – also fr einen kurzen, schnellen und informativen Blick.
Fr so etwas bentige ich demnach aktuell keine umfassenden Speichermglichkeiten, mchte aber spter dennoch die Option dafr haben, die Kameras in meine Synology DiskStation einzubinden, oder auch Kameras verschiedener Hersteller ber eine Anwendung/App zu bndeln, oder einfach nur mit dem VLC auf dem PC anzuschauen.
So bin ich auf diese IP-Kamera gestoen und habe zugeschlagen, als das 2-Set im Angebot war.
Nach vorherigen (enttuschenden) Versuchen mit gnstigen Kameras anderer CN-Hersteller, waren meine Erwartungen, ehrlich gesagt, nicht besonders hoch.
Umso positiver ist jetzt meine Erfahrung nach ein paar Wochen Ausprobieren.
Die Einbindung in mein WLAN hat mit der Hersteller-App einwandfrei geklappt. Und das ist bislang auch der einzige mgliche Kritikpunkt: Man bentigt zur Einrichtung/Verwaltung zwingend die App. Es wird dann auch die kostenpflichtige Nutzung des Cloud-Speichers angeboten, ohne aber zu aufdringlich zu sein. Und die Cloud drfte schlussendlich auch das Hauptgeschft sein.
In einer anderen Rezension wird behauptet, dass die Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden muss, da ansonsten die App nicht nutzbar wre. Dies kann ich so nicht besttigen; hngt aber vielleicht auch damit zusammen, dass ich den Cloud-Speicher nicht abonniert habe. Auch die Bewegungsalarmierung nutze ich nicht.
Sobald die Kamera im Netzwerk ist, wird die App aber nicht mehr bentigt.
Schade, dass man weder mit der App, noch mit der Kamera einen QR-Code (von z.B. der Fritzbox) fr den WLAN-Zugang scannen kann. Man muss tippen – oder ich habe es nicht gefunden.
Was die Kamera an sich betrifft, bin ich bislang mit der Bildqualitt zufrieden, auch in der Nachtsicht. Es werden zwei Streams angeboten (640×360 und 2304×1296).ber die Haltbarkeit kann ich nach so kurzer Zeit selbstverstndlich keine Aussage treffen.
Lediglich das USB-Kabel zur Stromversorgung knnte doch etwas lnger sein.
Fazit: Andere Rezensenten, die bemngeln, dass man die Kamera manuell ausrichten muss, oder dass es keine Fokusverstellung gibt, kann ich nicht verstehen – bei diesem Preis.
Wenn man ein realistisches Anforderungsprofil hat, stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis hier auf jeden Fall und ist m.M.n. eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
Ich zumindest habe mir noch ein weitere 2-Set fr meine Ferienwohnung gekauft – das sagt wohl alles.
