Perfect Easy Setup
I’m not sure why this camera has lower reviews than others of the same brand. I’ve had Reolink cameras previously and they worked great. I specifically did not want something that required a subscription.
This one is tiny but mighty! It can be attached by screwing a magnetic mount or with an adhesive magnet. My whole house is metal and rock siding so this camera is able to stick without using any mounts at all. I was actually so impressed with the ease of use I actually went straight back online and purchased more to attach to multiple locations around my 5acre property. The batteries are rechargeable and it comes with the cord for that (it just needs to plug into a wall cube which is not included)
I can’t speak to longevity yet on the battery life but even when it needs recharging, I can just pop it off the side of the house, charge and pop it right back on. I honestly love this little device and I give it 10/10 for ease of use and set up.
Reolink brilliant design !
I already own several other Reolink Wireless Security Camera and they have all worked flawlessly.
Yet I am impressed again with this Magnetic Wireless Camera for Outdoor & Indoor use. Such a convenient small compact design and magnetic attachment without hassle.
The camera built and quality is superb and small enough to hide and attach it to every wall or ceiling. Dual security encrypted settings are also a great plus to the Camera and all the other functions – Dual band Wifi, two-way audio etc.
Furthermore, Reolink supports local recording with an inserted MicroSD card up to 256GB and you are not tied to a monthly subscription plan.
The image quality of 2K is very clear and sharp compared to my other 4K POE Reolink Security Cameras.
I appreciate the fact it operates on two Lithium AA batteries, with the option of running it wired on a USB power adapter for 24/7 recording. Great product I would buy it again!
This is brilliant. You can place it anywhere around the house, garden or shed. Being battery you have no concerns regarding cables. It states that it can last up to 9 months on 2 x aa batteries. Time will tell but I have had it on for a couple of weeks now and it still states that the battery’s are on 100%. Full wi fi connection seems fine no matter where i place it. Comes with a small stand and a magnetite self adhesive disc. I have a few Reolink cameras and this is a great addition.
This camera is great for someone who wants to set up a security in temporal location or just an easy set up, batteries are a little bit exaggerated depending on how busy the area you are monitoring though energiser lithium batteries as an alternative to the standard provided. Reolink is a fantastic brand though I recommend that people look first what they require before buying this product is definitely not for someone looking for 24/7 security something more like the Lumus pro is a better option

Easy setup, works well, had mine 2 weeks an the batteries just died, so must be a performance setting they don’t tell you about that makes them last 9 months, unless I misread it an it says takes 9 months for delivery!?! Mine took 2 months to arrive. picture quality is good, just disappointing battery life. overall good bit of kit.

worked first time out of the box (after batteries of course) and is now hidden in a tree in my garden watching a hanging bird feeder! Doing a sterling job.
