Easy Installation
Q: The night vision shows reflections.
A: Ensure the camera is installed completely flat against the window. Turn off Night Mode in the app, any gap between the lens and glass may cause glare.
Q: The camera fails to connect to my WiFi.
A: Verify your password and ensure the camera is within range of your router. This camera supports both 2.4GHz and 5G networks.
Q: There is a blue glare in my night-vision footage
A: This is caused by the camera’s blue indicator light. Please disable the camera’s indicator light in the app settings:

Q: Do I have to subscribe to cloud storage?
A: Cloud storage is optional. To enjoy extended recording features without a subscription, you can use a local memory card (not included). Lift the cover and insert the card into the slot at the bottom.

A: Once you have installed a MicroSD card or activated a Cloud subscription, make sure the corresponding storage option is enabled in your device settings. View the recording on the Messages page in the app

Very impressed with the clear and sharp picture quality-I’ve attached a photo taken directly from the camera. Easy to install, good night vision, and I love that there’s no monthly subscription, with microSD card storage available. Great value for money!
I was surprised at the quality of such a reasonable price camera. I was not expecting much if I’m honest but was pleasantly impressed.
I am not technically savvy and really appreciate how simple this was to connect. The picture is sharp and bright. The cable is a good length and comes with sticky cable clips to secure if required and make cable neat. Overall I would definitely buy more for my other windows.
When I first got this camera, I was very pleased with its daytime performance, but I noticed some glare on the screen at night. At first, I thought night mode was necessary, but then I realised it actually made the picture darker. Leaving it switched off gives a surprisingly clear image.
Setup was straightforward. Simply download the Tuya or Smart Life app, tap the plus sign, and it will search for the camera and display a list of available devices. The picture quality is excellent, with both SD and HD options. There is a microSD card slot, or you can connect it to an NVR, as I did. It works brilliantly and supports both sound and motion detection.
This camera works flawlessly, providing crystal-clear, full-colour night vision with no reflections. The 2K 4MP video quality is exceptionally sharp, both during the day and at night. The dual-band Wi-Fi support for 2.4GHz and 5GHz also provides a fast and stable connection. Setup took only a few minutes, and I particularly like that it supports 24/7 recording with no monthly fees. The motion detection is highly accurate. If you need a reliable window security camera, this is an excellent choice.

I’m very impressed with this camera. Very easy to install and setting up. Quality of picture is good. Viewing through the window with this camera, it’s very good. Very useful for viewing during day and night.
I am happy woth this purchase so clear imege for such small camera and it covers a large area of my drive way. You have the option to purchase iCloud to store the recording video but I just inserted an SD card, cheaper. Would recommend
