mine on the fiesta was right at the edge of the dash so it went on no bother, but my dads car has the port tucked up behind a panel and it wouldnt go at all. have a look before ordering, they wont fit everything. otherwise its decent quality, goes on with the little tool and feels solid. worth knowing it wont stop a relay attack or someone just towing the car, its one layer rather than the whole answe
good extra layer against keyless thef
got this after a spate of keyless thefts round our way. my port is under the dash and exposed enough for it to fit fine. the body is solid alloy, not a cheap plastic blank, and the security bolts mean it isnt coming off with a screwdriver in a hurry. it isnt a magic fix, it closes off one of the ways they get in, so keep using the steering lock and the factory immobiliser. for the money its worth having
