• APP can’t search/detect the camera?

  Check the mobile phone location services, Bluetooth is on or not.

• Camera prompts username and password error?

  Camera default username: Camera, Password: 6666, if you forget the username or password, you can restore the camera to factory settings, then re-add the camera.

• Cannot add the device, How to restore the camera to factory settings? What is the camera ID name when adding devices?

  Please long press MODE/RESET button for 5 seconds to enter factory mode and reconfigure the network. The name starting with DG, such as: DGXX-XXXXXX-XXXX

• Connecting/Offline?

  Check the status of the indicator light (red light flashes slowly = not networked, red light is always on = networked, red light flashes fast = connecting/wrong password)
