TF card up to 256GB is compatible. Suggest U3/U4 cards, do not use expansion fake cards.
How to resetting the device to factory settings?

What should I do if the camera is offline?
Here’s what you can try first:
Restart your router – Please unplug your router from the power source, wait about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Allow a few minutes for it to fully restart, then check if the camera comes back online.
Why can’t I playback the video?
First, could you please confirm if a TF card is inserted in the device? To watch the playback footage, you’ll need to purchase a TF card separately,
If it’s already inserted, it might not be seated properly.

Great extra protectio
Bought these since we were going out of town. They worked great! Nice clear resolution we bought a sim card in case we needed it. I added extra tape on the side of the camera on the window just to be safe after the reviews. Worked great. I would recommend this product.
Cameras seem to work as expected, but I’ll reserve judgement as the ones they were bought to replace lasted 10 days (different brand/model) before giving up. Only issue was the AC adaptors included were US type not UK type and no adapters included. Amazon did however give a partial refund via gift card to allow me to purchase replacements.

Excellent Window Camera with Clear Video and Super Easy Installatio
I was looking for a security camera that could monitor outside through a window without drilling holes, and this two-pack has been a fantastic solution. Installation took just a few minutes. I simply mounted the cameras on the inside of the window, connected them to Wi-Fi, and they were ready to go.
The 3K video quality is outstanding. During the day, the picture is incredibly sharp, and at night the full-color night vision provides much better visibility than I expected. The anti-glare and anti-reflection design really makes a difference when shooting through glass, producing a much clearer image than standard indoor cameras.
The motion detection is responsive and sends notifications quickly, allowing me to check live video right from my phone. The app is easy to use, and I appreciate being able to monitor both cameras from one place. Dual-band Wi-Fi support made connecting to my network fast and reliable.
Another bonus is compatibility with Alexa and Google Assistant, making it easy to view the camera feeds on compatible smart displays when needed.
