Decent price
The only deciding factor here is price and need. If you can hold out for the price to get to around 55 then that’s not bad , any higher and you are paying standard cos

Everybody knows about Joycon drift. My original controller started drifting and it made game play really difficult and awful. This controller obviously works at the moment and has improved game play amazingly, but I don’t know how long it will last and I don’t really want to keep buying new controllers. I hope Nintendo solves this issue soon.

I recently bought a switch from amazon and the joy cons stopped working. Amazon refunded me for them and I got these. They work well so far, but I know everyone has been having issues with nintendos joycons
Joy cons best to buy
I got a pair of joycons a few weeks ago that were styled N64 … They were 40 quid and honestly .. they felt terrible and cheap the Nintendo products feel as you’d expect… Slim. Yh switch always feels better with Nintendo products! It’s a fact . These joyscons were as described and send very quickly … Also the blue and yellow works …

Drif
I got these because I had no way to prove my purchase of the old ones to get them fixed. However I had barely had these for a week before the left controller started drifting. It was even worse than the old one; I could not play any of my games, especially Animal Crossing, and therefore had to go back to using the old one where the drift is manageable
Work perfectly and great price for used Joy Cons
Work perfectly. Connected up and let charge up and they worked as soon as I started up the Switch. Tested them wireless too and work as they should. Great value.
My granddaughters love these joy-cons
A Christmas gift along with Nintendo Switch games, and they love it! They live in Scotland so don’t see them in person, but, when I FaceTime, they seem to be more focused on playing their game, then talking to grandma ! LOL!!

These work just how you expect then to work! Needed some extra controllers for multiplayer, bought the purple and orange and have to admit, the picture on the package doesn’t compare to how wonderful and vibrant these colour are!! I also find the price justified, I’ve seen each controller sold individually in my area so getting two for the same price for one is a bargin for me!

eceived my order today ,brilliant next day delivery, however it was a present for my grandsons birthday, who i was looking after today,asked alexa why light flashing and said parcel will be delivered today, however rather than stopping there went on to say what was in parcel so gutted as granson heard,future reference do you need to say whats in parcel?
Working perfectly
Bought these to replace my original drifting pair. The colours were swapped from my original Switch which I didn’t even notice until someone else pointed it out.
Whether or not these will also suffer from drift, who knows. For the last month or so though they’ve been fine and had a decent amount of use.

Bought these to replace my origional joy cons as the movement stick seemed to get stuck and my characters kept moving long after I had taken.my hand away. Love these colours and have made my switch look new and can play my games now without inadvertently walking off cliffs

A little overpriced
They’re just regular Nintendo switch joy-cons, can’t really say any more than that. So it would be 5* for quality.
However I’m giving 4* since I think they’re overpriced, but you’re not going to find them cheaper as obviously only Nintendo makes these.

My old remotes had analog drifts and then stopped charging. Bought these as replacements. Sturdy and working as expected. No complaints so far.

Additional controllers important for more than 2 players
If you’re playing on the Switch and you want to be able to play with more than 2 players for the games that support it, this is a must. They are also interchangeable with the original ones, so you can give your Switch, a “switch up” in looks.
For the aesthetics
Love these – I swapped the original red joycon with the pink, it goes better with the blue and the green goes nicely with the red. Probably gonna get the other ones as wel for a full set.

Bright!
Expensive but necessary. Really bright vivid coloured. My son was made up with these. I don’t find the controllers however in the past to be greatly effective for very long. Hoping these do better.
My favourite colour combo
I bought these after the joy-cons which came with my original Switch started to drift. I’ve given them 5 stars for now since I’ve been using them pretty constantly and they haven’t started to drift yet, but I’ll come back and change this if they ever do.
Aside from that, this is my favourite colour combo for joy-cons. The colours are so bright and vibrant.

Joy cons are working brilliantly, the range is good and battery life is excellent. Really one of the best controllers available, especially when playing with family and friends. The colours look awesome although I wish I had chosen the yellow ones now 🙂
Love the colours
I love the Splatoon colours. I previously had the grey joycons and these are much more fun. Price is the same as other major retailers however I could only find this colouring in stock on Amazon.

These work the same as the ones that came with the Switch originally but they are the opposite way round (in colour) to the originals. Arrived quickly. Well packed so didn’t get damaged.

As Expected
Although I think these are quite pricey for what they are we’ve never had a problem with the original joy cons that came with the console but have gone through 4 cheaper wired controllers that have all developed faults. Hopefully these will last as well as the first pair that are still going strong 18 months down the road. Daughter loves the colours more than the blue/red set.
Costly Multiplaye
Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I purchased these as a backup set for when my other Joycons are charging or when I want to have 4-player co-op.
I struggle to see how Switch Joycons are value for money considering what they are. I suppose comparitively, controllers for other consoles sell at roughly 40 and these translate to 2 controllers if used singularly.
They work well enough so far, haven’t had any issues with drift. The battery life could stand to be a little longer but then again modern technology doesn’t tend to have great battery span.
You could probably get a knock off set for much cheaper than this but I can’t say how well they would hold up. Nintendo items do hold their value well so you could easily sell these in a few years for 30-40 if kept in good condition.
Colors way more neon in real life
Liked the watermelon look of this set– if I had known they would be more Florida spring break I would have opted for another colour duo! Still work so can’t fault that– just be warned!
Decent controllers
Needed an extra pair so I could play with family. These do the job but are expensive (as is everything to do with the Switch) and I’m not sure how long they will last as my original pair starting making squeaks and clicks when moving the sticks after only a couple of weeks. Like these colour options though!

I was looking at purchasing some additional controllers for my Nintendo switch for months, but found it difficult to justify because of the expensive price. I finally found these, and they were a reasonable price so I made the purchase. I’ve had them for a couple of months now, and they seem to work exactly the same as my original ones that came with my switch. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for additional controllers.

Annoyed me that I had to charged the whole switch when controller batteries becomes low just to continue to play. So I bought these extra controllers to use and a charging port to charge them. Loving it!!

Having an extra set means the whole family can get involved and with the vivid colours, we all know who’s controller is who’s. So good. Heartily recommend.

Nice neon controllers
With orange being my favourite colour, I had to get these controllers for my switch! The colours are bright and the orange and purple work really well today! I have had no issues with the controllers and they are made really well!

Lovely colours. I always think these are over-priced. But hey-no, it’s too soon to tell how long they will last. I have quite a number of sets of these now. They don’t seem to last more than 8-10 months
Bit expensive honestly
I bought these for my boyfriend after the pair of joycons that came with his switch broke. Slightly annoying to charge so much for something that breaks so easily and so few people know how to repair. I still think the switch is a brilliant console though and I love the colours of these joycons.

I love these colours, I got them so I could play with a few more friends in group games. They work great, and they look great – and it’s for the best because my Neon Blue one has gone a bit dodgy since.
Price is a little high but I guess controllers normally are around that ballpark figure.

Nice set of colour joy cons these controllers you don’t see much marks from fingers as to the grey ones also would say they are the colours from the well known game splatoon 2 so if you like that game to then I would buy them would recommend to switch gamer fans that need more joy cons
Just to note that these are the same as the standard ones that come with every console.
The joy-cons are very space economic making it easy enough to carry them in a travel bag and, even though they are small, they are still easy to use with some great motion sensors.
No problem recommending them so far.
Brand new, nowadays these controllers cost a lot of money but i like these controllers because of the two different colours. I wish the price for the controllers were 40 pounds and not 64.99 otherwise i have no problems with this controller and the design.
The product is great! Although in the descripion you need to write that it comes with 2 joy-con straps as I had bought them separately, as it doesn’t say that it does come with the controllers.
So anyone buying these controllers don’t buy the straps as it comes with the controllers too. Unless you do want different colours as these come with plain black straps.
Perfect item, but a tad expensive!
Very expensive… but I can’t help loving the Joy Con’s, and a spare set is always handy. Little tip for those who are idiots like me, the way to remove the supplied grip is by using the little white button on the bottom as opposed to pushing in the release button at the top (i.e. the one you use to release from the Switch).
4 stars only due to how ridiculously expensive these are, however, Amazon should get 5 stars for sorting out the issue I had with my first set. Basically, even though I updated them the right Joy Con (the Pink one) didn’t work properly when it wasn’t connected directly to the Switch. However, this being Amazon, I had no issues returning them and the replacement was delivered the next day, before my return was collected. If only Customer Service was this good everywhere!

I bought these joy-cons so I had extra controllers if I happened to have friends or family wanting to play as well. The joy-cons arrived a day earlier then expected! They work and look great!, very colourful to go along with the blue and red joy-con. Delivery was spot on, no damage at all. So like the title says this was great all round!
Really great pair of Joy Cons in a great colour choice! If you have the other coloured Joy Cons, this makes for a headache of colours! Very easy to use and well packaged. Essential for playing with more than 2 players on your Switch. Shame the price is so high for these though (over 60 currently), could do with being about 20 cheaper but that’s life.
Love the colour of these joycons much like the original blue and red, very vibrant they standout and feel obviously like the originals. I will say this the joycons do start to hurt your hands after long use so I would recommend picking up a pro controller if you have the extra cash it would be a good investment. Course if your using your switch in handheld or giving these to someone with small hands or of a younger age you’ll be fine. A good purchase either way you won’t be disappointed.
They work well. I don’t appreciate how costly the joy cons are in all honesty, each one being around the same price as the excellent Xbox One controller but they do have wii like functionality (as I found out through 1-2 switch) so the cost may be warranted (still not sure). But all in all, the buttons are clicky which i love, the colours are very vibrant and neon, they remind of the vibrant colours found on sour candies. Also, there are no other options if you want to play 4 player on Mario Kart at home so I guess I had no alternatives to this expensive product anyway. I’m not too mad though, the controllers are good and just like the ones you would have received when you bought the switch itself. At least they’re cheaper than the custom made joy-cons I see some enthusiasts getting which seems absurd to me. I can’t rate the product down because of the price due to the fact it’s build quality and feel is still excellent so I give it 5 stars.

Amazing! The fluorescent colours are very unique and daughters love it. They’ve shared these and given us the box standard. Great to have our own joy cons we can easily differentiate. Super pleased!!
