Bags are a good size and thick for the price. Handy dispenser with hook on it and overall excellent product.

I used them for the first time today and they were great. I love that they are quite long as our Rory loves to let loose in tall grass. The dark colour helps hide the contents and they were strong enough to withstand digging around in the tall tough grass without breaking.

Yes i will say more. For the price they are good value, they come with a dispenser which has a clip, so i clip it on my dogs harness, that way i never have to remember to grab em. The dispenser is made from hard plastic which screws together in 2 halves. The bags are rolled and easy to insert and remove as required.

Good bags and dispenser but shame they’re not recyclable
Sturdy enough to avoid getting your hands messy and a good size too. They dispense really well with the enclosed dispenser and tear easily and reliably. Just wish the bags were either recyclable or compostable so they lose a star for that.

These dog poo bags are some of the best we have had. The increased size from the norm is an amazing benefit when you have a dog like mine that (in terms of excrement) thinks he is an elephant! I got this mainly for the holder, so that when it is attached to the lead, it stays there, and we never forget to take poo bags on our walk – so for that it is perfect.
The poo bags themselves do not have handles, which is fine for us, but I can imagine a bigger dog (than a border collie) might leave less bag available for tying a knot if you know what I mean!! worth considering, and you would struggle to get bags not designed for the holder into the holder too; however, again, for our requirements – absolutely spot o

It is more expensive than in Pound Savers’ stores, however it is so much better. Sturdy, opaque, and not so thin that you feel you are grabbing the poop with your bare hands (like the ones sold in pound stores). I will buy it again, for sure.

These are thicker and less likely to tear than any I have previously used. The dispenser is useful.
Great bags but ......
I really like everything about these bags, and especially the way they are printed to show which end to open and where to tear them off the roll, but they need to be made of a biodegradable material. Creating more plastic waste is just unacceptable these days. Please make this change!

Excellent product got it on a reduced deal fantastic will definitely be buying again I normally buy the pets at Home poo bags however I will be using these from now on exactly the same quality and strength at more than 30% less on the price… also forgot to add that these bags also have the safety notice for children regarding suffocation in Multiple different languages very rare that you actually see this on dog poop bags. 5* Amazon…UPDATE ive now bought a packet of 900 and saved even more money fabulous

I was somewhat hesitant about buying the Amazon product compared with some of the branded alternatives. I have found that cheaper bags generally mean lower quality and especially thinness. As regards poo bags, one needs especial confidence they will not puncture! I can safely say these bags are perfect and represent excellent value for money. Both the quality and price are perfect!

Very good quality thick plastic bags. I don’t like picking up by hand at all but these bags make it much more bearable. I’m confident that these bags aren’t going to rip in my hands when I’m using them. I’ve given up on the dispenser though, as it can be fiddly to set up – I just prefer to carry the rolls of bags in my pocket. One thing that I especially like is that on a cold winters morning I have sometimes had difficulty opening up other brands of bags, but these are so easy to open with cold/ damp hands.

These bags compare favourably with other brands I have purchased (e.g. Bob Martins) and are cheaper than supermarkets or pet shops. The dispenser is handy and the number of rolls means you are not likely to run out unexpectedly.

Strong, large bags
The bags were a good size and strong which makes them very effective. The only minor downside is that they don’t have handles so it makes tying them a little more difficult. However, they are such a size that this is not a major issue.

Good sized bags which do what they’re designed for. The only thing that would help would be tie strings.handles at the top to make securing the bags easier.

At first I was disappointed that they have no handles to tie but nis prefer that they don’t have. Great in the holder provided. Definite must have. Just get them. You won’t be disappointed.

20 rolls not 300! But very good.
This would have scored 5, were it not for the misleading advert at the beginning which claims it is ‘300 rolls’.
It is 20 rolls of 15bags per role so 300 bags in total, not 300 roles. The detail in the advert does explain this and I knew what I was buying and am very happy with the product. I just feel it’s wrong to be misleading in the title.

Really like these bags, strong and open very easily. My husban is not so keen as he says they do not open wide enough which is why I have dropped a star. but I find them perfect.

Nice thick bags, don’t feel like they will tear in your hand and are large enough for our 120lb Malamute!

Am I really reviewing little black disposable bags that are designed to be filled with jobbies? Yes I am. Because they do the job really well and are reallycheap. That’s what you need to know here. The bags are thick enough that you cannot see the mess inside, big enough that you never need to worry about accidental tolley contact, and strong enough that they hold the smell in entirely while you find somewhere to dispose of them. The little dispenser is a good idea, but in practise we always just have a handful of bags in each jacket pocket. You probably do the same, but the option is there with the dispenser.

I never thought I’d be waxing lyrical over dog poop bags, but these are worthy of praise! I have a young German Shepherd (big dog = big poops) and these bags are the best I’ve come across. They are thick enough and big enough to do the job properly, reducing the ‘yuck’ factor that goes with picking up after one’s dog. Size: they are big enough to capture all the solids in one grab and then tie a knot without worrying about coming into contact with the contents. Thickness: they are thin enough for you to be able to feel what you are doing, but thick enough that you don’t feel as though you are actually touching anything and you don’t have to worry about accidentally tearing the plastic. Plus the smell is minimised. I know biodegradable bags are environmentally friendly, but they are tissue-thin and too small and they don’t disguise the aroma of doggie doos – which, if you are in the middle of your walk, and carrying your dog’s mother lode, isn’t much fun. (You find yourself apologising when you meet other people: “Sorry about the smell. It’s not me, it’s the dog, honest”). Another plus for these bags is they are clearly marked so you can immediately tell which end to open.

Excellent poo bags. These are the best ones I have used since I got my dog 2 years ago. They are quite heavy duty/thick which means there is no issue with your fingers tearing through them when using them. They are large and you can tie a knott in them easily. The little poo bag dispenser is great too. The only thing is there are not that many bags on a roll (probably due to the thickness of them). But you get 300 in total, so they are great value for money.

Arrived quickly, there’s a lot of them, they’re quite large so for our puppy it’s overkill and they’re fine, no breakages or mishaps.
Packaging Doubles as Storage
The dispenser and bags arrived in a very compact box that I can easily keep in a drawer or on a shelf until I use them. This will prevent me from losing track of any of the rolls of bags while they are waiting to be used. The dispenser came with a roll already loaded in, so use could start without hassle.

This was not basic at all, great price, strong quality bags not thin and flimsy, detaches itself from the other bag easily and even has print on direction on where to open so you don’t have to fiddle with it like crazy, opens easily too, definitely recommended and will buy again!
I have just re ordered this product. I still have 3 rolls left so by the time the pack is finished they would have lasted a year. I use them everyday, sometimes more than once a day so they are really good value. They are also quite strong. I haven’t had one break on me.

hey are great do the job really well, what would be the icing on the cake would be if the last 3 bags were red so you knew you were coming to the end of the roll! But thats just a nice to have! what would be really cool if I could train my dog to poo in the bag and tie it up and bin it! Well one day perhaps 🙂

These bags have saved a lot of time having them available all over the summer and into Autumn. With 2 dogs we have a large requirement for these. They arrived promptly and are good quality bags. A lot of bags for not a lot of money!
First of all, this comes with a lot of bags!
An entire box of spare roles came with the dispenser so I don’t imagine I will have to order anymore of these anytime soon, or ever!
Great investment if you have a dog, or even a lot of dogs that you walk.
Means I always have bags on me because the dispenser attaches to the lead and it is light enough to not get in the way when out walking.
The actual bags are suitable and decent enough to be able to pick up dog waste and tie it up before disposing of responsibly.

The bags are perfectly serviceable, and are very good value for your bulk-buying money! However the little holder that comes with it is inclined to come apparent on occasion. In my experience this is usually while I am frantically attempting to pick up poo with a dog lead in one hand, his produce in the other and subsequently no spare hands available to pull together the streaming black plastic bag chain blowing out behind me!!

Great quality bags, much stronger than most of the offerings on the high street. They come in handy little rolls which you can either leave in your pocket or put in the supplied dispenser. Just the right size, not too big not too small. I would have given 5 stars however they do not come with ties on the end. This makes it quite fiddly to tie the bag up. Other than that, great value and great quality

I’m actually really impressed with the quality of this AmazonBasics product line. These are the best bags I’ve ever purchased. Strong and thick and the little arrows that tell you which end opens is helpful.

These dog bags are great! Strong and large and do the job perfectly. Only negatives is that i found the attachment to the lead difficult as the clip was really difficult to unclip, and the bags dont have handles which can be a bit of a pain, but for the price and the quality i can’t complain!

These are great strong poo bags
These are great strong poo bags, and let’s face it strength is good when it comes to this product. You don’t want a torn poo bag 🙁 The dispenser looks fine, though I just slip a roll in my pocket. They don’t have handles, but I don’t have any problems tying them after use. They are a great price and I buy regularly as I have two dogs.
But perhaps Amazon might consider introducing a biodegradeable option?

I was fed up with always seeming to run out of poo bags so bit the bullet & ordered these. They were a good price & they are good quality. The perforations tear properly, unlike some I’ve had, & I can find the edge & tear them off in the dark, also unlike some I have had! I will definitely be ordering these again.

Good value for money
The bane of walks, having the pick up the waste! A lot of bags for your money and a handy little carry case that can be attached to the lead so you do not forget it. Bags seem sturdy and not one has broken yet.
The best poop bags I've found
Large, quality poo bags at a great price. What could have been a “three bagger” is dealt with in one! Love that they aren’t see through, and also have “open this end” on them to make things a lot easier.
I personally don’t use the dispenser, even if I did I would like to see an option without the dispenser available, you don’t require a new one each time you buy bags.
