The product has very clear instructions, and the material is obviously very hard wearing. It does deflate a bit over time, but a few pumps every week keeps it in shape. I’ve been using this as my desk chair as I was getting some bad hip and back pain being sat most of the day and this really helps, as you are subconsciously continually moving/bouncing on it. It comes with a booklet on exercises and birthing positions, but I’ve not really used this, just been rocking/moving on it as feels right throughout the day. 100% would recommend.

I really found the reviews helpful when I chose this ball, but I am not an expectant mum, I was really uncomfortable completing course work at my desk chair, which is a comfortable chair! but not for long periods of time I found. This has given me such a lot of relief, I haven’t even thought about it until asked to type a review. I use it for exercise also. I use it all the time! I wasn’t sure about the colour but it’s nice and it fits neatly under the desk anyway when not in use. It really is super strong and I have been using it for the last few months and it is still as buoyant so

I love my birthing ball, I’m 30 weeks pregnant and suffering with serious SPD pain (needing crutches) the only place I’m comfortable sitting is on my ball at the moment. The exercise book is great for staying active, the ball is sturdy and great quality. Only a small criticism is the pump that come with it ain’t great and stopped working but I have a pump anyway so no big deal.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this. Would reccomend anyone who is pregnant to buy one as soon as possible. If I’m ever feeling any ache or pain I go on the ball and it’s gone in less than 5 minutes. Can’t sing its praise enough!! This is the only pregnancy ball I would buy as I knew it would definitely hold my weight as my pregnancy progressed, many other balls stated that they were pregnancy balls but did not have the right info to back it up and I didn’t want to chance it. Ball arrived on time and in great condition. Very very very happy with purchase.

Great ball, very comfortable and good quality
The ball came without the pump, plugs or the plug remover. I can’t find the option to contact the seller anywhere. I don’t mind keeping the ball, but I need the missing parts to use it.
EDIT: I managed to contact BabyGo directly and the customer service was incredible and very quick! I am now in possession of all parts listed. The ball seems to be very good quality and I finally feel comfortable sitting (at 22 weeks pregnant). I can’t wait to test all the exercises described in the booklet and keep using it throughout and after pregnancy 🙂
A must have for any expectant mum
I wanted to have my own birthing ball after using one at the hospital for my first. I used it in the final weeks leading up to the birth of my second baby. I’m so glad I did! It helped with posture, back ache, general discomfort, managing false labour pains and also It played a huge part in pain relief when the contractions started at home. I highly recommend a birthing ball for any expectant mum to use at home and I especially recommend this ball as it was sturdy and reliable and affordable.

The package came and was missing the pump, luckily I had a portable one at home. Sent seller a message and still no reply, this was almost a month ago.
Overall good exercise tool, really helps when I start to get uncomfortable & need to stretch. Bought at 34 weeks. Good for pelvic floor. Comes with manual and exercise suggestions.

It allows you to take the weight off your feet and supports you well in a comfortable position. Hasn’t really needed to be inflated again. Post pregnancy am using it again for gentle exercise. This was amazing when i was uncomfortable through my third trimester.. i used it to bounce on to move my baby into the right position and take pressure off my back. When i was overdue some of the positions..(especially rocking on my front) took soo much pressure off my back and hips.. then when i was on labour i rocked on it through the contraction and it was a massive comfort. Im so glad i bought this. Wish i got one sooner in my pregnancy to be honest!

Got this for my daughter. She finds it the the best thing to use to sit comfortably, much better than the sofa. She has also been using it to exercise on and it is perfect for the positions she is now being encouraged to do to turn her baby during the late stage of her pregnancy. Got this product way later than I should of done, only 8 days away from my due date, also the day I’m booked in for an induction if he doesnt come by then, but wanted to speed the labour process up to hopefully give birth naturally. I also have sciatica, have only been using this today as have to wait 24 hours for it to air once inflating to 80%, and I can already feel an improvement with the pain in my bum back and left leg. Hoping this ball may help my baby come into the world sooner, will update if this happens

Excellent. Really helped out my hips and core. When I was suffering with back ache and when in labour I found the kneeling on a cushion with my elbows on the ball position really helpful. It arrived really quickly and had instructions on what positions to do. Still using it now after the birth because its good for toning up

Very sturdy and has already done a lot to help relieve lower back and hip pain in pregnancy. Looking forward to using it in labour and to sit on while breastfeeding or to help bounce the baby to sleep! Very useful booklet with loads of suggestions of how to use it at different stages.
Amazing Birth Ball
I bought this birthing ball because I am a birth Doula, and not all moms can afford to buy their own. I’ve used it a few times now and had nothing but love for it. It inflates and deflates with ease. I also love how sturdy it feels. You can tell it’s made with a stronger rubber than a simple exercise ball. That was especially important to me as I wanted my mommies to be, to feel safe on the ball and not have to worry it would pop.
The only thing that caught me by surprise was to inflate it the first time there is a 24 hour period between opening the package and it being able to fully inflate. Something to keep in mind if you are going to wait till labor begins to inflate. I would suggest inflating well before due date.

Hard work to inflate but good excuse to get my partner to do it for me. Really sturdy, has stayed inflated fully since I was about 20 weeks pregnant and now I’m 32! Really good value for money also. It’s not only me that uses it, everyone in my family has a go and they love it too. Brilliant product! I bought this BABYGO birthing ball for my wife when she was 31 weeks pregnant. The ball arrived in good condition with very clear instructions on how to inflate and deflate it. It comes with its own pump which is very convenient and it took us about 5-10 mins to inflate it, and we didn’t really need to adjust it much until the end of her pregnancy. My wife started using the ball straight away and immediately felt the improvements on her back pain. Also, although might be completely coincidental, the baby changed positions after using the ball and was perfectly positioned head down ready for birth.
She used it during labour as well and it helped with her contractions.
I definitely recommend BABYGO if you’re having doubts. Can’t really think of any negative points.
I bought this BABYGO birthing ball for my wife when she was 31 weeks pregnant. The ball arrived in good condition with very clear instructions on how to inflate and deflate it. It comes with its own pump which is very convenient and it took us about 5-10 mins to inflate it, and we didn’t really need to adjust it much until the end of her pregnancy. My wife started using the ball straight away and immediately felt the improvements on her back pain. Also, although might be completely coincidental, the baby changed positions after using the ball and was perfectly positioned head down ready for birth.
She used it during labour as well and it helped with her contractions.
I definitely recommend BABYGO if you’re having doubts. Can’t really think of any negative points.

What a difference that made. It feels really sturdy and was perfect for my pregnancy exercises. I am still using it now to help soothe and settle my newborn.

This is a great little kit – the ball itself feels very sturdy and holds onto air really well, it comes with a helpful measuring tape to make sure it’s inflated to the right amount for your height, and the pump works great. I also liked that the kit comes with suggested uses/positions for the ball. All in all I’m very happy! Sitting on the ball has been really helpful as I approach the end of my pregnancy and I find it very comfortable.

I was terrified of buying one that would burst under baby and body weight with horrible visions of parts of the ball flying everywhere whilst I dropped onto a hard floor, so went for this one and it genuinely surpassed my expectations. I won’t lie, it was a bit of a faff to get the pump to stay attached and hold the measurer in place, but once up, it stayed up and was very Very comfortable for this pregnant mum to be at the time. I’m now 5 weeks post, with our little man and no pelvic pain. Wouldn’t be pregnant without this again.
Fast delivery, excellent quality ball which helped immensely to relieve pelvic pain in pregnancy and generally give me a comfy spot to bounce around on. Will continue to use post pregnancy as fitness aid.

I have literally used this every day since I purchased it at 18 weeks pregnant. It has helped so much with sciatic pain, so much easier on the hips than sitting on the sofa. I’m now newly 30 weeks and sat on it whilst writing this review! Fast service, seriously sturdy product and worth every penny

The birthing ball is comfortable to sit on & has really helped ease the back & hip pain I’ve been experiencing in my third trimester. The anti slip, anti burst material is great & it seems alot sturdier than the average gym ball.
The included pump broke before I could finish blowing the ball up & was rapidly replaced with a new one. I still find that the pump isn’t great & takes a long time to blow up the ball. I ended up buying a hand pump designed for gym balls & am now very much enjoying the use of my birthing ball. Thank you to gavgo for the brilliant customer service

This has helped me immensely during my pregnancy- especially the third trimester. It relieves back pain, you can do some exercises which you can follow from the instruction manual. I usually sat on it while watching TV instead of sitting on the sofa and it was so much more comfortable!

It’s a gorgeous colour, great size, very comfortable so I was sad not to have it anymore. While I did buy a second slightly cheaper ball elsewhere it wasn’t as big or as comfy and certainly not as pretty.

Bought whilst in third trimester same day as due date. Started bouncing on it around 5 pm and by 1 am the following morning I was in early labor! I loved it during contractions and at the hospital ! An absolute life saver. I’m 5″9 and it was high enough for me to comfortably bounce on it.

Got it at 37 weeks and wish I had ordered it much sooner. Its perfect and so comfortable and I sit on it instead of the couch when watching Tv. It also comes with a great pump, instructions and all the different exercises you can use it for in your first, second and third trimester AND labour.

The ball took me about 30 minutes to inflate…the pump isn’t the greatest.
The product itself is great and has survived the cat’s claws too.
This was great during my pregnancy. Read reviews and bought based on that. The last few weeks of the pregnancy was tough and this was really the only thing I could sit on! Easy to inflate and also to get correct size for weight etc. This meant I was sitting comfortably and not going to fall off!! Thank you!

When it first arrived everything seemed in good working order until the pump started giving out air instead of pumping it in. The supplier swiftly provided me with a replacement pump that worked as it should.
The ball is sturdy and really good quality material that you’ll notice just by the feel of it.

Excellent ball for both pregnancy and postnatal rocking / bouncing with baby once born. The little booklet gives good ideas for types of uses such as bouncing, rocking and kneeling.

Life saver. I’m 38 weeks and have had moderate pelvic pain. This birthing ball is great relief and even comes with recommended exercises for all stages of pregnancy!
