Let just say it’s amazing! We have hard floors through and use this daily, so quick and easy, floors are immaculate, suction is amazing, completely replaced our Henry hoover and shark steam mop! Amazing, amazing, amazing

I never write reviews. But I have used this twice and I love it! Makes me feel like my floors are filthy, because the water comes out so dark. But i feel super clean after! Love it!

I wish I’d had one for years. Easy to use and really cleans your floors. You’ll be amazed (and disgusted lol) at the dirt that ends up in the dirty water tank. The cord length is perfect. Easy and lightweight to move around. Being able to vaccum and mop together saves time and energy. Highly recommend.

I have only briefly used to quickly test. It is light weight, easy to assemble, self explanatory instructions, it also comes with floor cleaning solution and a stand to keep it on when not in use. Seems to do exactly what it says, clean my wooden floor with no issues and no streaking, if used properly. Really happy with this purchase as I bought it as I am disabled, I find anything too heavy quite cumbersome, I can finally throw away the hoover, mop and bucket as this does everything in one go.

After getting fed up of sweeping and mopping our floor everyday I bit the bullet and bought one of these. It’s a great product and well built.
The vacuum is excellent and cleaning great on light dried in dirt!! Overall a very good product!

Get where others can’t .not too noisy.fairly lite for its size so eaze of handling.seperates for stairs ect to smaller hand held.could do with slightly larger collector box but hey emptying is a breeze .all this and ime a bloke what do I know.

This is great! Saves me the time of having to hoover then do the mopping. Sucks up dog hairs with ease and leaves the floor streak free and smells lovely. Comes with a free bottle of liquid, and you don’t even need that much. Highly reccomended

It cleans pretty well, its easy to empty and keep clean. It is very powerful, but if you have lots of dog hair to clean up it can be a bit too much for the size of the pipes so I find I have to do a general sweep up first but I’ve found using this so much easier than sweeping, then hoovering and the mopping. The cleaning solutions smells lovely too – since buying I have found that you have to use their cleaning solution or you invalidate the warranty that comes with the mop. I’ve also found its a little heavy for me I’m only 5ft1 though so its probably a me problem lol!

Came across this product in USA when on holiday and was impressed at how clean it got both tiled floor and messy carpet. Purchased when we got home with hope that our tiled kitchen floor would come up looking as good as it does after bucket and mop. It did. So tried it on badly soiled carpet area in hallway where everyone comes in with shoes on. Really, really pleased with the results. OK then went a bit mad doing downstairs loo which has come up like new, a couple of marks on sitting room carpet and lots of marks on dining room carpet, courtesy of our exuberant grandson, bless him, and all gone. The only down side is how quickly the dirty water fills up and a bit depressing at learning how much dirt it found. Will use it more frequently to keep everywhere nice and presentable.

Easy to use. The detergent water flew out uncontrollable when I used with filled up the full tank. The cleaner is quite heavy when I have to bring it the upstair bedroom.

It does a very good job. The amount of dirty water. I was shocked and I’m glad I bought it as I didn’t realise how dirty the floor and carpet were. Easy to maneuver and clean. Highly recommended

I have vinyl flooring which has grooves in it which makes cleaning it a pain. I’ve tried several floor cleaners but they could not clean in between the grooves and only a scrubbing brush was up to the task.

I chose this model because of the multi-surface brush roll and it does a great job of cleaning. The floor takes a lot of cleaning normally with dogs coming into the house with muddy paws but this was effortless. Sure it doesn’t clean right up to the edge and you have to work slow if you have a lot of build up but it beats scrubbing by hand.

This flat floor and rug cleaner, it is the best flat floor cleaner I have ever purchased. I have marble floors, they have grooves, I have cats, I’ve never had floors so clean. It cleans dirt, grime, it leaves a fresh clean smell, it doesn’t just swish dirt about the dirty water is sucked up and away and is re cleaned with clean water. It’s amazing, I’m so pleased, I really hope it’s durable and lasts.

My friend who already owns a Bissell wet/dry hoover recommended this and I have resisted for weeks and weeks. Finally bought this as there was a discount and I have not been disappointed. Amazing results for my wooden floors that my Springer is determined to cover in filth
The cleaning of the parts that collect the grim and dirt is all very easy and straight forward. It’s part of the process and the ease of taking it apart and putting it back together couldn’t be simpler. Can you tell I’m pleased!

On a farm with dogs, boots, rain and wind blowing dirt in, this is brilliant. Slate floors with the ridges in the slates that hold onto dust no matter how much you mop and hoover. Used this the first time today, tiles good as new, grout looking a lot better. I hoovered first but it still picked up dog hair etc. No it doesn’t go all the way to the edge but who cares. Took me half an hour to do three rooms, a hallway and a utility room. Dried in about ten minutes. Easy to empty and clean. Very pleased. It came with a bottle of cleaning solution and a spare roller.

This is without a doubt the best cleaner I have bought for my floors. You would never use a mop again after using this. My floor tiles, cushion floor and wooden floor have only been this clean when first fitted.

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I needed to after using this product for the first time. I have lino wood look floors in my kitchen which has small grooves in. It’s incredibly difficult to keep clean with a traditional mop and bucket as the mop just moves the dirty water around, ultimately drying in the grooves. Our GSD also loves to dig in the garden and bring in her muddy paws. I thought I would never see our original floor colour again. This product fixed it on the first go! It cleaned the whole floor in about 15 minutes. Spotless! The deep clean button on the handle really tackled the dried in mud. Do not be put off if you feel it takes too long to clean because it is a time saver in the long run. Take your time going backwards and forwards and allow the bristles to do their magic. Just be careful not to overfill the dirty water tank as the water does squirt onto the clean floor. Really easy to clean and manoeuvre about the home. The rug setting isn’t too bad either and doesn’t leave them soaking wet.
However it doesn’t quite reach the edges of the kitchen so I did need to go round with a small mop to get those bits.
With that said, the time I have saved getting this product is life changing!
You can also use other cleaning products, just make sure it’s really diluted.

I got so sick of my floors constantly being grubby even after mopping several times. With two dogs running around I thought it was a lost cause, but then this came into my life and cleaned the worries away.
Loses a star as the suction tube is narrow and a pain in the ass to clean out (and needs cleaned after each use due to the amount of dirt being cleaned up from the dogs), otherwise grea

Good for performing 3 tasks in one device; vacumn , wash, dry. Only real issue is cable is a little too short so you have to replug or buy an extension. You need to dismantale and clean the machine each time you use the machine.
This is detrimental if your only using it for small floor areas as its time consuming.

I suppose it’s the old adage “you can’t beat elbow grease”. Yes, it does what it says on the tin, it’s a good sturdy product and it certainly cleans floors reasonably well. It does vacuum but after a few goes I would recommend giving the area a normal vacuum first as it can be a touch messy cleaning out debris from all the various channels. It cleans well to a degree, any stubborn stains you will need to hover over the area for a while to let the roller do its job. If you’re using a mop and bucket on a similar mark a good rub is all it takes to remove. However, where this machine triumphs is its economical use of water and its ability to suck up the excess liquid; with a mop and bucket you are spreading far more water over the same area which obviously increases drying time, the Bissell cuts drying time exponentially! It feels like it takes the same time to clean a floor with this product but obviously at a far more relaxed pace. Worth the investment?….. Put it this way; it makes floor cleaning a touch more pleasant. 🙂

I cannot find anything wrong with this hard/carpet floor cleaner. Quick and easy to clean, easy to use. Takes all the hard work out of washing/drying hard floors. Using it about once a week (great for dirty doggy feet). Cleaning fluid is economical and has a great fresh smell. Recommend this.

For me this is a life changing piece of kit. 2 dogs, hard floors and rugs downstairs and you need something like this to do a thorough clean quickly. However, it really doesn’t reach the edges as other reviewers have said. Cleaning the machine itself is simple but mucky. It is worth using the stand to clean the roller. All in all I am glad I bought this.
