The milk and water are hot compared to others I’ve had which is great. Good amount of froth from the milk. It’s neat, easy to use east to clean. Overall I’m very impressed and would highly recommend.
Great for long term use
Brought this in 2016 and have used it almost every day since. This is a fantastic beginners coffee machine. No fancy bean to cup or steam wands that could go wrong or break. Let alone make you feel like you need a degree as a barista to operate. Simple as pop a supported pod in a press to go. I have had this machine for 5 years now and it shows no sign of breaking or wear and tear. I decal the machine regularly and there have been no issues.
Makes coffee very quickly. I use the milk steamer everyday. You have to clean it regularly as even in the fridge the milk goes off.
The machine makes coffee at a great temp which means they can be drunk almost immediately.
Great range of pods to choose from, i prefer the amazon brand on here as they work out so much cheaper then buying them in the shops. I mean so much cheaper. Like hundreds of pounds a year savings.
Overall if you are looking for a very simple easy to use coffee machine this is the one.

Have had a problem as the descaler light will not go out,but Nespresso dealing with this and we are most impressed with their service,they collected our machine and have loaned us another whilst ours is being mended and if this is not possible we will be given a replacement new machine.Superb service.

Coffee never tasted so good
Nespresso always a safe product to go for when you want your coffee fix. Easy to use with capsule inserts. Frother could be better though but can’t complain. Saves me a lot from having to buy a coffee in the morning to work.
Great way to start the day
This machine has a very easy to use interface and the auto clean for the milk is a big plus! Much smaller than a bean to cup machine but still great quality coffee!
Convenient and easy to use
After 6 months of usage, here’s what I have to say about this machine. It’s nice and compact which adds to its convenience. It’s easy to use and gives you a lot of options to suit your needs. However, it doesn’t dispense ‘very hot’ coffee so if you use it in winters and you like to slowly sip your coffee away, you might wanna microwave it a bit after dispensing and I believe most people who have a coffee machine, they have a microwave as well.
Best pod machine we have had...
I’ve lost count of how many coffee machines we have had over the years, hubby and I absolutely love our coffee and have mostly always had a bean to cup machine and on and off added a pod machine for me for quick easy on the go convenience, this is our first Nespresso though after having coffee from friends that own different Nespresso machines, took us a while to decide which one was right for us and what we wanted but ultimately its lattes and cappuccinos we would use it for, this does not disappoint at all, so quick, easy to use, easy to clean, huge variety of compatible coffee brands, flavours and strengths, if you want large cups of coffee (more coffee than milk etc) then this is not the machine for you as it takes some time to fill a full mug of just coffee with it and about half way becomes just water but for espresso, cappuccinos and lattes it’s perfect, the only gripe I have with it is you have to get your milk out the fridge a while before so it’s not too cold (or use a heated mug) as if its straight out of the fridge this doesn’t make it hot enough in my opinion, but I’ve got used to it now.
This machine got me addicted to caffeine, definitely recommend.
Oh man, this changed my morning….. It was great value at the time, so bought it on a whim, what a whim, used daily, totally addicted to caffeine now. Thanks for that easy to use, simple to maintain, looks good, makes all those coffee type noises you need to hear for a great cup. Would recommend.

BEST coffee machine!
We upgraded from our basic Nespresso machine to this one, and it’s the best decision we ever made!! Coffees are so easy to make with the touch of a button, and the milk frother is a dream. Only downside is that it doesn’t work with non-dairy milk, which is a shame as I usually drink almond. Nevertheless, perfect for espressos!

If you want to make multiple single, double espresso. Cappuccino, latte or more from the press of a button this is amazing.
If you don’t want the hassle of a classic machine to clean every time then this is for you. you time a drink such as ‘cappuccino’ to your specific cup of which then always registers. You can then clean the milk at ease and store in the fridge for a day or two.
This is easy and looks amazing at your kitchen worktop for coffee drinkers.

Got this as an Amazon Warehouse deal “Used – Like New” condition.
The packaging was damaged, but that really doesn’t matter to me as the cardboard box went straight to recycling.
The auto-cleaning feature on the milk frother is just the best thing ever. Hold the clean button for a few seconds to clean out the milk spout with some hot water and steam.
It’s great and I couldn’t be happier with the overall quality and state of the machine. It even came with a number of free sample coffee pods.

As a few have commented the programming feels a little complex and has to be completed in a certain order. That said you’ll soon work it out. Great tast and amazing milk froth. Easy to clean. Nespresso capsules work best.

his is a lovely machine which is east to use and not expensive as many nespresso compatible pods are available. It uses plant based barista milk instead of dairy when required. My only gripe is that the warming process tends to turn plant based milk sour if it is not all used up in one go. This doesn’t seem to be the case with dairy. It is quite easy to clean the machine and obviously it is necessary to do this frequently if the milk frother has been used.

Makes a really Great Coffee
Have always been worried about buying one of these owing to the capsules, but now that I have I wonder why I waited so long, but then I do think I need to be careful as I could quite easily drink too many and then the cost of the capsules will mount up. But very easy to use and makes a good coffee, you need to find the way you like yours but the flavor is very close to that of a really good coffee shop and much better than the Costa and Starbucks. Be careful if you buy independent capsules as some that say they work to do, but the leak of filter water before coffee. If you need to save a bit, the Starbuck Capsuls are made by Nespresso. Great machine in the sale.

Great coffee, that’s a given. Machine looks good. Previously have had very slim machines that don’t take up space. Was concerned that it would take up space but is compact. Milk frother works well and is easy and quick to clean – kids use it to make frothy milk drinks on the condition they wash it out and they are actually doing it! I can’t comment on whether the froth is frothy enough as I only have espressos.
Aesthetics are important to me and the machine looks smart. I bought it in matte black. The touch buttons on the top are cool. It does look a bit plasticy compared to my previous glossy piano black one. The draw which catches the pods is also very plasticy but then the draw is hidden so does it matter? Would still give it 5 stars any day.

This is good, the milk steamer is excellent and easy to clean. Well thought through with easy to remove drip tray and used pod collector. Works well with llor coffee which I found matched my taste for frothy style coffee.
I make a mug of coffee using two espresso pods and lots of steamed milk. Can’t fault it.
Decent Capsule Coffee Maker with the bonus of real milk coffees
Bought this as an upgrade on my Tassimo, which I’d had for a while. Got a good price in the Amazon sale. So far I am very pleased with the machine. Makes nice coffees, and they are certainly better lattes and cappuccino’s than the Tassimo as that uses milk capsules, and not real milk. As for lungo’s and white americano’s – you need 2 capsules to make a standard mug of coffee, and at the moment I am experimenting with different brands. But as a machine, it’s decent. Easy to use, easy to clean, and I am happy with it.

I bought this for my husband for xmas, and he is really happy with it. His concern is always that the coffee will be hot enough but there is no issue with this. The fact you can buy the coffee pods from Aldi/Lidl at a fraction of the price is great too.

Had this a month now and dont know why I never bought one sooner. Great tasting coffee, easy to set up, use and then clean. Tried the sample nespresso capsules that came with it but have also bought some 3rd party ones that are just as good and work great. Milk frother is a great time saver as well and being adjustable, can switch to different coffees in no time at all.
This is the older model and I almost bought the newer one but from what I could see, there is very little difference and this one was about 70 cheaper at time of purchase.

Cafe quality coffees at home
Fantastic quality coffees, with an easy to use system; the one touch control for lattes or cappucinos is great. Rather than buy a mediocre coffee in a shop I often wait until I get home now, as it’s better than many high street chain coffee shops.
The machine is also simple to clean and easy to maintain. Highly recommended.

Very easy Nespresso machine
Great machine, I purchased this for Christmas for my parents. It’s very easy to use and makes lovely drinks. Very handy that you can remove the milk container and put back in the fridge to eliminate waste.
The machine will ask you to press a button to flush the milk function after use. This may seem frustrating but is essential when using fresh milk.

Easy to make a good cup of coffee for most but for me still too frothy (even on minimum froth setting) and not hot enough.

We bought this to replace our LaVazza machine as the pods were more available.
Size: it fits well on the kitchen worktop doesn’t take up too much space and there isn’t an irregular shape, nice and square.
Quality: Good premium feel, everything clicks into place as it should and it’s nice and tight. There is a solid click when inserting the pod and closing the door.
Brew: The coffee taste is nice, the machine doesn’t over burn the meaning you have a the right amount of flavour.
Negatives: When making a milky drink they do go cold quite quickly, this is the way the machine has been programmed so you have to pre-warm the milk, room temp is fine otherwise the frothed doesn’t function proper.

Really pleased with the machine. Originally had a frustrating time trying to claim the 100 free capsule offer from Nespresso but was eventually sorted. There is an almost overwhelming choice of coffees and it will take some experimentation to find a favourite, particularly as they are designed for different cup sizes, but I look forward to the challenge!

I love this Latissima Touch. Changed from a Tassimo because I liked the milky froth of a latte machiato lattes etc and am delighted I did. whether you like pure coffee or milky coffee or just hot frothy milk for a hot chocolate, this is the one. You can programme the amount of coffee/milk you like and then just push one button and done. The milk goes in the fridge between use and it heats up in very little time. The one minor flaw I found is no low or empty water light. But this is really minor thing. I would really recommend this machine.

I was upgrading from an older model Senseo which didn’t make a bad coffee but the Nespresso Lattissima Pro is in another league altogether. I’m extremely happy with the Lattissima & I wish I’d upgraded much sooner. My main reasons for purchasing this machine was for the milky coffees & its general ease of use. I’ve even started to use my kettle less as it’s often quicker & easier to get hot water from this machine.
The machine itself is solidly built & they’ve really thought about the design to keep everything as simple as possible. All of the attachments are modular & they simply slide, or twist & lock into place. A chimpanzee could use this machine but the display still provides prompts of what to do & when for those that can struggle to learn new routines or who only use it occasionally. All of the removable parts are dishwasher safe & multiple wash cycles haven’t caused any fading or other issues. It makes a wonderful coffee in seconds, whether it’s a quick ristretto or a nice foamy latte. It’s not as noisy as I was expecting from reading reviews before I purchased either. (You know when it’s running of course but it’s only for a few seconds anyway & my kettle is 5x noisier for 5x longer.) There’s a massive range of authentic Nespresso or compatible pods available as well that cater to all tastes, so there’s no shortage of choice. I was really surprised how hot it makes the coffees too (even the cappuccinos/lattes), my old Senseo, or Tassimo’s or Dolce Gusto’s friends/family have were never able to get up to ideal temperatures, even from brand new & with regular de-scaling.
All in all an awesome package that won’t look out of place in any kitchen. The pods can be recycled but I wish the system could be updated to bag up the pods to go into a normal recycling bin, (as it stands you have to take your used pods to an authorised collection point.) The machine is a little larger than something like a Senseo or Dolce Gusto but it’s not massive. They are a touch pricey too but worth every single penny. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend one. 5/5.
