How to solve it if you meet the following problems
1. About the battery: (1)The lifetime of the battery is much less than it should be( the level which has been described on our product page) (2) Your battery can’t be charged anymore.

I bought the product more than 1 year ago.I found the connecting tube had problems, but I cannot find this sold in any website.Thus, I contact the company service. The company give me a new connecting tube.

Had this vacuum for quite a while now. Really pleased with it.
Although the clip that holds the dust lid shut did recently snap off, we sent an email to Greenote support about it and had a replacement part within a few days. The replacement part also looks like it has a better design to prevent it from snapping off in the future.

This is our first cordless hoover and it works very well. We have 2 cats and it was good for cat hair on carpets, beds and wooden floor and small bits of cat litter that had escaped the litter box.
Easy to assemble and quick charge. Charge on lower power lasts around 30 minutes, was enough for a full hoover of a 2 bedroom flat. Didn’t need to use the higher power. Good that it is freestanding.
