Product is great, does everything it needs to do and more. Great value too. Lightweight. If standing it up, would suggest against a wall and shortening the pole. Needs emptying v frequently owing to the small capacity, but this is to keep the overall weight and size of product down, so is no real hardship. Good suction, and good battery life. Can do a large house in one go, if quick, and using the lower suction mode, but if needs be can buy another battery.
Customer service is great too. We had an issue with a part 8 months into ownership and they were very attentive, responsive and sent a replacement part out v quickly.
I bought this hoover to replace the more traditional one. I live in a fairly small flat with two sets of stairs, both with carpet, which was a pain to clean with a larger machine. The container for dirt/hair isn’t the largest, But for a single household with no pets or kids it does the job. Easy to whip out for a quick job. Batter doesn’t last super long on full power, so I wouldn’t expect to do a full house clan on a singular battery. But with it being lighter and more compact it’s perfect for smaller areas or more focused areas. Works great in combo with the carpet scraper.
As is with all hoovers with spinning brushes a bit of a pain to clean. The Different attachments were a nice bonus tbh and the length that you can extend it is decent (For someone not overly tall)
I bought this cleaner at a knockdown price thinking that it wouldn’t last long, and I’ll use it until I buy the next Dyson, however, I’m pleasantly surprised with the unit itself. It’s quite robust, does the job, but the suction is nowhere near as strong as a Dyson. It’s convenient enough to be left out near the kitchen for a quick run around with it after meals. The battery has just about enough life to conduct a quick clean, but anything longer or substantive and you’d need a further recharge. The light on the front is the best feature helping you to see the dirt on the tiles.
As a stopgap purchase it does the job.

Great value for money
This vacuum cleaner is very useful for keeping the floors clean of debris deposited by the dog. It is a good option to getting out my old heavy vacuum cleaner, which is becoming more difficult for me due to old age and arthritis particularly when needed upstairs. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone thinking of buying a stick vacuum and I have had excellent service from the customer support team.
The Hoover has a number of positives.
It is cordless, lightweight, easy to carry, and stands upright when not in use (doesn’t take up much space) or you can hang up the top part on a hook in a cupboard, and store the long part elsewhere. When finished, it is easy to empty. It’s quiet, glides well on hard floors and low pile carpet/small rugs (it won’t suck it up).
I use it on mainly hard floor areas (hallway, kitchen, sitting room with low pile rugs) and as a daily maintenance cleaning. It sucks up a fair amount of dust, hair, fluff and small bits. Because of the ease of use, my teenage son already used it to hoover his room! (which is a bonus).
Battery life could be a bit longer, but still, it meets my needs.

I have back issues and use to dread getting my heavy hoover out! But this is so light weight and swerves around all nooks and crannies really good suction, stands up by itself, has led lights so you can see all the little bits getting sucked up as you go I can do my whole apartment in 20 mins!!! Plus there’s time left on it. Doesn’t take forever to charge. Really easy to empty. My mom has a Dyson and I really wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Except this one is a little lighter in weight. Even better!! I enjoy vacuuming with this handy little machine!! Super pleased!! Highly recommend
Great Product and Customer Service
We’ve used the vacuum a few times since getting it and it works perfectly. My only gripe was that the roller was picking up hair which was getting tangled and impacting the suction (not a product fault). Removing the hair wasn’t easy since the roller didn’t come out. I contacted CS and they were incredibly helpful and even provided a video on how to remove the roller. So the only fault was on my part.
Overall I’m delighted with it. Great power/suction and easy to clean. Plus it comes with one replacement filter.
Despite being one of the cheapest vacuums we’ve used it’s by far the best yet.
Very highly recommended.
Quality Build and Ease of Use
On opening the box I was immediately impressed with the build quality, it feels better than a lot of much more expensive cordless cleaners. It’s very easy to use and no unnecessary digital readouts or settings, it just does the job. The suction is really good although we tend to use the higher setting for the majority of tasks. It’s not feather light but this is because of the quality of the cleaner but we have used it easily to clean high level. We have a dog who moults a lot but it’s so easy to just run the cleaner over our solid floor as often as we want without dragging Henry out of his home, plugging in and heavy manouvering. Also there are no dog smells when using. If the cleaner continues to perform we will be more than happy.
After years of buying a very famous and very expensive vacuum brand and after years of being frustrated of having to fix it and eventually replace it with a new one, I decided to try a vacuum at the other price spectrum. After extensive research, and as a result of glowing reviews, I decided to go for Greenote. I’m so glad I did. This little thing rivals the much more expensive brands and is a third of the price. Super lightweight, suction is very good, you get a replacement filter and everything is easy to clean. Amazing customer service. When I suddently lost suction and contacted them, they responded promptly, asked me to test several things to determine where the fault is and sent me a video so that I could check if I’m doing everything as I should. Turned out there was a blockage at the top of the floor brush head and super easy to remove. I would thoroughly recommend this product to anyone – do not waste you money on overinflated, over-marketed, expensive brands. Go for Greenote.
This is a great cleaner. Bought to replace the OneDay handheld, and it is in shape and size more like a Dyson. I have given up using my Dyson as the battery really does not last long enough without recharges and it is prone to falling down. However, this Beauty gives me well over half an hour’s cleaning time anbd also stands upright in the middle of the room. A tad noisy and maybe a bit heavier than the OneDay, but more than makes up with super efficient cleaning, the LED lights by the brushes make sure I pick up everything at first sweep.
WHat sets this apart is the top notch customer service and after sales. When a part needed replacing early on, polite and reactive communications from named members of the support team dealt with the issue right away, kept up daily messages up to and after full resolution. A replacement part couriered withina couple of days, and futher emails promised 2 years parts/replacement under warranty – even for the motor and rechargable battery, which usual fail much earlier on hand held devices. Think we have found our forever cleaner!

I received it today and immediately put it into action. It’s very easy to use and works perfectly. Recharging is easy and the fact that you can lock it and it stands upright is a real help when it comes to storage. So far, I’ve only used it on wooden floors, but I’m won over!

Light, versatile, decent suction….I could go on. I’m 74 so weight, ability to clean stairs without a Stannah etc. is important. This machine is so easy to use & get about the house that it almost (I’m not that decrepit), almost makes vacuuming a pleasure.

Need well maintenance
The battery life is quite good. It’s sucks out most of the dirts but doesn’t take a little bigger ones. Also once after cleaning if we lift the cleaner the dust falls straight out. May be it hasn’t taken it to the jar.
I like the way it glides on the carpet and laminated floor. It’s a breeze to use. I have a corded hoover that I was using, going up and down the stairs was a nightmare. As a pensioner I have to be careful not to get tangled up with the cord and fall down the stairs. But with this I don’t have to worry about that. I have a three floor house and I can hoover it in no time. The price is reasonable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for one of these.

The actual hoover is good and easy to use. My only problem is it cuts out so we have to stop and keep starting it again. Only used it twice
I am rather impressed with this little stick hoover. Having previously had expensive ones, I was a bit apprehensive, but I have to say so far so good!
It has a decent suction on it, and has the addition of being able to boost the power if you need a bit more suction. It also goes over carpet and a tiled floor very smoothly.
The battery so far has a decent run time. I like that when not in use it stands upright and doesn’t need a bracket.
It has a light in the foot that lights up when in use – I think to show you the dust/and dirt!
My only negatives are the actual dirt box doesn’t hold much, so needs emptying frequently, and I have found that dirt traps in the top of box, so a bit fiddly to get all the dirt out of box!
But overall I think it’s well worth the money.
Recently purchased the greennote GSC50 , the vacuum cleaner comes well packaged and with clear instructions, i found the greennote to be very good on both hard and soft surfaces , the run time on normal low setting was approximately 25 minutes which for me was more than enough time, I like the adjustable handle , the suction and power is comparable with much more expensive cordless vacuums , in my opinion and also taking the price into consideration I feel this vacuum cleaner is more than good value for money and I would recommend.
I have been using this vacuum cleaner for a year and I can confidently say that it is a good vacuum cleaner, especially if you are on a tight budget but still want a product of good value.
One of the things that I like about it is how light it is. Although it looks a bit plasticky, I think this is a fair trade-off for both its light weight and affordability. I can easily lift it with just one hand, even with the full set of telescopic tube and floor brush installed. Additionally, the other attachments that come with it have proven to be very useful.
I appreciate the fact that the battery is removable for charging. This means that you don’t need to install a charging dock, and with its self-standing design, you can put it anywhere you want.
I cannot compare it to other products in terms of battery life, but it has been sufficient for cleaning a three-bedroom property with carpeted bedrooms a few times.
Lastly, I want to highlight the excellent customer support provided by the seller. At one point, my floor brush wasn’t working as usual (which was possibly due to my fault), and I reached out to the seller’s customer support team through Amazon. Sherry, a member of the support team, patiently guided me through troubleshooting and then promptly sent out a part replacement with a thorough follow-up.
While we have a large heavy duty (Kirby) vacuum it is heavy and a pain to use for a quick clean up.
We did wonder whether something as cheap as this Greenote and an unknown brand would be any good. It was the reviews on Amazon that presuaded us to give it a go. The reviews weren’t wrong. Only had it a few days but the Kirby hasn’t come out of the cupboard since.
Dust and cat hairs on our shiny tiled kitchen floor are gone in an instant, better than the Kirby in fact. Cat hairs on the sofa that previously had to be tackled with a sticky roller are a doddle with the Greenote.
The fluffy brush attachment makes cobwebs on ceilings and light fittings easy to deal with without getting a face full of webs.
Just so easy to do a quick wizz around daily to keep the place looking tidy.

just received this item and have not had much time to honestly review it but on trying it; it is very light and easy to use–it feels comfortable to use and is easy to store. Regarding suction it is OK but my previous cleaner was better–having said that–this was half the price of the other one. For the money it seems a decent buy–will review again in a few months to see how the battery performs.

Great Cordless Vacuum
Had this vacuum for quite a while now. Really pleased with it.
Although the clip that holds the dust lid shut did recently snap off, we sent an email to Greenote support about it and had a replacement part within a few days. The replacement part also looks like it has a better design to prevent it from snapping off in the future.
Great vacuum and great customer service. Definitely recommend!
Working as expected
I have 2 dogs (small size) and I bought expecting to help with the daily cleaning knowing that the battery is not super powerful, but for my case is working as expected, great product versus price paid definitely worth it! I hope it will durable for at least 1 or 2 years!
Good for cat owners
This is our first cordless hoover and it works very well. We have 2 cats and it was good for cat hair on carpets, beds and wooden floor and small bits of cat litter that had escaped the litter box.
Easy to assemble and quick charge. Charge on lower power lasts around 30 minutes, was enough for a full hoover of a 2 bedroom flat. Didn’t need to use the higher power. Good that it is freestanding.
Perfect for a busy mum!
Was searching for a cordless hoover for a while, so on Amazon deal days I bagged a bargain with this. Ive never heard of this make before, but I’m 1 month into using this and it’s brilliant for what I wanted it for. Quick hoover up of the daily crumbs and mud brought in from the kids, and a quick hoover of the sofas. A full charge has lasted me nearly 2 weeks and that’s using this daily! It’s light weight and stands up on its own and handy to keep behind a door/cupboard! I will certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a second hoover.

This vacuum cleaner is as described – lightweight, with amazing suction power, and very easy to operate, and take apart – the joy for me is the ease with which you can empty out the dirt, the whole thing is just amazing, also the customer service was really quick and effective when I needed some instruction about a very small issue – which is that I wasn’t clicking it back properly after charging. Well done Greenote team for such a great product and customer service.
I was dubious as to how powerful this vacuum cleaner would be and how long the charge would last, as it’s for use on rubber flooring, in an open floor CrossFit gym.
The verdict is, it’s perfect!
It gets used 2 or 3 times a day, there is no cord to get caught up in all the machines, the charge is plenty enough to hoover the whole floor in one go and the suction power is plenty enough to pick up any mud, grit or grass that any members bring on on their trainers.
It’s also very easy to handle, plus the dirt collection is big enough for a clean up and very easy to empty.
And the accessories are perfect for any areas that are difficult to get to reach.
I wish I had bought it months ago!

Love this vaccum! I had a missing part so I contacted customer service, they emailed me back asap with the upmost professionalism I’ve ever experienced. The lovely lady Sherry was so helpful and had lots of solutions to my issue. Would highly recommend the vacuum, the price is amazing for such a high quality vaccum, you get a lot of use from one charge and it’s so easy to clean. Well worth it 10/10

We were extremely pleased with the vacuum, easy to use and excellent bit of kit to teach the kids some housework. Light and agile, also some good power too. The battery doesn’t last very long but at the value you get the vacuum for it’s a small sacrifice. The bonus also is that anytime there is an issue the customer service reply quickly and ask the right questions to get to the bottom of issue and come back quickly with a resolution. Vang recommend enough.
Surprisingly good!
This product is just so much better than I expected. The quality and general feel of it is good, it clipped together reassuringly well, it is very light, and really easy to use. Having had a couple of Dysons which broke not long after the warranty expired, I was very reluctant to spend that sort of money again. I bought this with a 4 year warranty for an extra 20 or so, and I think it is worth every penny. 5 stars from me, which is rare!

I have a long haired cat and laminate floors so this hoover is perfect for a quick daily whip around.
The hoover did however stop working after a couple of months and would only work for a second and then turned off. It was a very quick and easy process to report the issue to greenote and after a few simple questions and sending a couple of photos and videos , a replacement motor was sent.
Spoke with Sherry who sorted my issue quickly and was very helpful.
Battery died 19 days from purchase
Updated -2nd review – Greenote send a battery which did not solve so they then sent a charger which has worked. I have received a refund and the two year warranty still stands so I have a working quiet efficient machine that suits us. 1st review – Quiet machine did the job on laminate but battery refused to charge on Thursday. I have no confidence that the two year guarantee will be honored when a second fault arises. New battery not yet sent on Sunday

I love this hoover. As a Dyson lover I wanted something that socks up pet hair and bits from laminate flooring easily and effectively and this hoover is a dream! Lightweight and easy to angle with the bonus of a light so you can see all bits of dirt, it’s a dream for me! I keep my Dyson upstairs for carpets as its too heavy for me now to keep taking upstairs (downstairs is laminate flooring) so now I have a vacuum upstairs and downstairs but this is my new favourite.

We could not be more pleased with this fantastic little Hoover! I say little because it is lightweight, compact and completely free-standing. It takes up little room, yet it is a mighty, mighty piece of household equipment that we would not be without!
We are a household of six, with the addition of our son’s friends who continually stay and, until recently, an elderly Weimeraner and three fostered Chihuahua Dogs! Personally, I am unfortunately disabled and severely chronically ill, so I cannot manage much, let alone housework or manual labour and haven’t been able to hoover for many years, which is highly frustrating! As a family, we also have to be exceptionally vigilant with an asthmatic and two extreme allergy sufferers, so we must keep allergens, dust, hairs and dirt etc., to an absolute minimum within our home.
My health challenges make it impossible to use our Henry Hoover or our previously owned Dyson upright (which cost a fortune and broke down within 18 months, having picked up hardly anything), so we have searched for many years to find a very light but effective, Vacuum! We have purchased more brands and types than I can remember, yet none had the suction capacity one would expect, or they were too heavy to use daily, let alone on the stairs etc.
That was until I came across this Greenote Vacuum two months ago. I hesitated for about a week because it was not a brand we recognised, but the reviews were excellent. The price was fantastic at merely 109.99, which was exponentially and vastly cheaper than our former vacuums, so although it seemed too good to be true, decided to take a chance and hoped we could return it if it were as useless as those previously bought.
On arrival, it was packaged beautifully, the instructions clear and concise, and it was exceptionally easy to assemble. The collection chamber seemed small at first, but we soon found it actually holds enormous amounts, and the smaller size doesn’t matter anyway because it is effortless to empty, even for someone like myself with dexterity issues!
The suction is thankfully exceptionally powerful, even hoovering up tiny glitter particles or the smallest crumbs, confetti and specks of dust with ease. We literally run it across each area once as it collects any hair or dirt etc., and we are amazed every time it’s used! Even when used immediately after the Henry, we are shocked by the amount collected! In addition, not only is the Hoover easy to use on wooden and carpeted floors, but it comes with a spare filter and several attachments, which are brilliant for the stairs, furniture and even outdoors in our car. We also use it to hoover our mattresses and remove cobwebs effortlessly from the ceilings, and the addition of an integrated low-level light makes it very clear to see, so it can even be used successfully and thoroughly in the dark and at night! It is also straightforward and quick to charge, plus we can thoroughly hoover the whole of our five-bed detached house without having to recharge!
We were also pleasantly surprised to find this Greenote vacuum comes automatically with an excellent guarantee, which the professional customer service team very kindly extended for a further year, free of charge because I sent them an email detailing our positive experience and feedback, including our gratitude for the product’s fantastic assistance!
We appreciate it may be just a Vacuum to some. Still, it has been a godsend for us because even I can use it, which is fantastic, especially if unexpected visitors arrive or things are spilt, and my carer is otherwise engaged or overwhelmed. So as previously described, we would not be without it and will definitely purchase more for my mother-in-law’s home and holiday cottage asap.
As of 28/07/2023, we have used this vacuum twice daily for nearly two months without issue or fault. However, I will actively update this review should we encounter any problems, including deterioration of suction power or charge timings. Therefore if no further details are added, you will know it is still working fantastically!
If you are pondering buying this vacuum, then please do not! Go for it, and you will not regret it! We never celebrate such purchases, but this Hoover has been brilliant and will be for your family, also!
I bought the product as a second vacumn that would easily glide under the bed.
This it does very well, but is not as powerful in its suction as I would like.
It is very light weight, will stand up on it’s own, was so easy to put together, and is so easy to maneuver around BUT, as I have already said it lacks good suction power.
Even with the boost on, it is still too gentle in the suction and the power department, could definately do with being that bit stronger.Then it would be a magical stick vacumn cleaner. Only any good as a second vacumn for small quick tasks.
I have previously reviewed this product and I awarded it one star. This was for both the product itself and the subsequent customer service. Further to this I am happy to report that Greenote have stepped up to the mark and resolved this issue to my satisfaction with a full refund and a replacement part free of charge. It would appear that Greenote do care about their reputation and the experience of their customers and in the interest of fairness I have reviewed my review if you will. While I remain unhappy about the original product this has been somewhat salved by the pro active response from Greenote
Issue with the hoover but good customer service
We had an issue with the hoover which didn’t seem to have any suction power but we were promptly contacted by the company which then issued a full refund. It may have been that the vacuum engine got damaged so can’t really comment on it but would not be afraid to buy from the seller who clearly seems to care about their products hence would recommend them
I’ve spent absolutely ages, looking for a very lightweight, decent cordless vacuum that wasn’t going to fall to pieces but didn’t cost the Earth.
If you are reading this, then you probably found a few on here that range from about 60 up to 130 and I’ve waited until prom day to make my selection after I got them down to the final three
So glad I picked this one it’s fantastic it’s literally just made me clean the whole living room and kitchen up and down full of cobwebs in absolute minutes.
Also, did the stairs and the stairwell and high ceilings. All very quickly. Olvera capably I couldn’t of done this with my main shark vacuum cleaner, no way.
So if you are looking for what I was looking for in this price bracket give this ago I assure you it worth it and hopefully I won’t have any problems but if I do it looks like I have a two year guarantee and anybody that has had to contact Customer Service seems to really rave about them so fingers crossed.
Given as I’ve had to let my cleaner go for financial reasons, being disabled & having chronic conditions, including a connective tissue disorder I was struggling to keep on top of things, as the hoover is too heavy for regular use. I’d been thinking about getting one of these as the carpet sweeper and old hand vacuum just were not cutting it. I looked at Shark and other models, both in online independent and customer reviews on here and this one stuck out miles compared to others. Also, I won’t go near a competitor, for a variety of reasons, not least because the battery life is AWFUL. I’ve used one before.
What stood out to me was the price, the accessories and the frankly incredible reviews about the level of customer service – having already had a reassuring email from their team, I can say I’m very pleased already.
It arrived and was SUPER easy to put together. I was also impressed at the accessory pack that comes with it. My only gripes are there isn’t a small soft head attachment or a bag to keep the attachments in, but I used part of the packaging for that (and I’m sure I’ve got a spare fabric bag kicking around somewhere to fulfil that purpose). It did take me a minute to properly fit the dust container to the handset, as it was a bit stiff, but I figured it out easily. What also impressed me is that it was ready to go as soon as I’d put it together. So I decided to put it through its paces.
In my place, the key problem I have is a) cat litter, b) dust and c) cat fur. The other two things this replaced were utterly useless on all three, spitting things out. Between vacuums, I’d taken to dustpan and brush, rather than move the hoover around. Their volume capacity was also a LOT less than this. I was therefore thrilled when this little beauty tackled everything with ease. I was also very pleased to note that it’s actually much easier to remove fur, hair and debris from the small hoover head than it is from my main hoover – excellent design! The dust container IS a bit stiff to undo, but I’d rather that than loose and be having to redo things over and over. I would recommend emptying the container between rooms, as otherwise the dust and debris compact and it can be a bit trickier to remove – but not impossible – so don’t do as I did and get carried away.
I’m very pleased with the charging power – so far I have only drained it down to 1 and that was after doing three rooms and accidentally hitting the extra power button – which I find I don’t really need to use tbh. That DOES use the charge really quickly. I find that if I’ve gone down a bar, an hour connected to the socket and it’s back at fully charged, but I do have a relatively small flat and usually only do a bit of my flat at a time, for energy pacing reasons.
The claim that it stands upright when locked in position is absolutely true – no leaning the whole thing against the wall. Mine is quite happily in the hall cupboard and doesn’t take up much room at all. I have noted the design in the handle allows for potentially being able to hang this from a hook, if you had the right kind of hook, but don’t quote me on that.
The last thing I’ll mention in this epistle of a review is the LED lights on the largest attachment. To my eternal shame, I thought this was a useless gimmick. I was wrong. Even in a room that’s well lit, those lights pick up everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING). I was actually shocked when I used this for the first time.
All in all, I’m delighted with this, attachments are great (though do feel lightweight and perhaps a LITTLE insubstantial), customer service gets RAVE reviews from pretty much anyone who has ever had a problem and it’s a fraction of the cost of a much more expensive and, in my view, less effective competitor. Nice added bonus is that this really is much lighter than even a small standard hoover and I’m in far less pain when I use this. Price is excellent for what you get.
If you’re looking for a handheld, multi purpose, cordless vacuum cleaner, I’d recommend you give this a try. No, they didn’t pay me for this and I’m not one for reviewing, so consider me VERY impressed.

Great at first and then when you clean out the dust etc snd put back together , it does take a LOT of patience and practice ! But when you have managed to re assemble the top part and correctly fit the handle ,?is a good little hoover .

This is fantastic. Never had a cordless before. Thought I’d give this one a try. ..total game changer. Had it for 2 months. So properly road tested it. In a 3 bed semi with 2 hairy dogs, and a husband that can scatter crumbs for England. Its so small you can store it easily. It’s so lightweight and easy to use. Gets under low furniture without you having to move it. The suction is amazing. ,you can put it on low an run over sofa throws, without it pulling them off. Hand for pet hair. And so lightweight to do high areas and cupboard shelfs. Easy to empty. The charge lasts to do the house with some left. Just plug it recharged and put it away. Would thoroughly recommend

Must say that besides the vacuum being extremely useful (especially for those of us with pets) the consumer service is one of the best and most helpful I came across.
A few months into the use, one small plastic part broke (happens) and once I contacted the support the handling was very quick and understanding.
After about 2 weeks we got a brand new replacement part and all is great again!

I purchased this product about month ago i think it’s great for me I have all wooden floors a few mats I also live in a bungalow I love it it picks up great light weight I have 5 rooms and it does them without battery running out not the best feature for me is when your cleaning and have to stop it stand up on it own I would recommend it to anyone with wooden floors

This is the perfect cordless I have had.
Only been using a couple if weeks but for the price have no complaints.
I was really put off buying this product after reading reviews were bribed. However, I thought I’d give it a try.
I have 3 cats, 2 are very fluffy. I needed a hoover which was quick and easy. I originally had a Hetty which I’ve kept for DIY jobs/ car.
The suction isn’t as strong as a Hetty, however the turning cylinder helps pick up and actually fluffs up your carpet and rugs. Brilliant for short/ medium piled rugs/ carpet, tiles and laminate flooring.
The cons- there are tiny little wheels on the hoover end which you cannot get clean and theres no section to take them out so hair does get lodged in there! Just try your best to remove as much as you can as when the wheels are unable to turn it may scratch your flooring which is did to mine! But I’ve learned and had no more issues.
The battery life isn’t the best. But for those quick jobs it’s great. I have managed to hoover my downstairs, kitchen, passage and my stairs before dieing. I do charge it after every use which is no problem for me.
For best suction- empty and change filter regularly. The filter must be dry or this stops suction. Every few days I put the spare one in and wash the other one.
I’ve had this hoover for over 1 month now which I use daily. If I have any issues like battery life I will update my review.

Great little cordless hoove
It is lighteeight and easy to manouvere. The lights really help to see the dirt. It fills up quickly but now am hoovering everyday as I need as it is so easy to accseess and therefore I need to empty it less frequently. My children love to use it in their bedroom which is great. I haven’t used all the attachments yet but looking forward to trying it in my car. All in all a great little cordless hoover which I def reccomand.
It is compact and can be stored uprigt taking very little space. Best buy for me in 2022
A Really Lightweight and Great Vacuum Cleane
I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner before buying this one. It was more expensive and bulkier and not as good to use. This was much cheaper and really lightweight. For me, this is important as it is not easy lifting heavy vacuum cleaners up and down 3 floors of a house. I had a small issue with one of the attachments after a year of use and the very friendly and helpful after sales team resolved it right away. A friend of mine saw this cleaner at our house and asked us for a link to where to buy it. We sent it to them and they now own one as well and they are as pleased as we are. Highly recommended.
Great suction, poor battery life
I liked xtras that came with hoover, good suction power, battery life on full boost lasted only a few minutes.
Light and easy to use
Lightweight to use, the light is a good idea, seems to be designed for a small person which is just as well as I am 5ft, can’t expend handle to make it longer do no good for a tall person as you would have to stoop!!
Excellent little vacuum
I purchased this vacuum to replace my old Dyson and I wasn’t disappointed. As a disabled person with limited mobility this is perfect for memanoeuvres very easily and is super light weightit even deals well with my 3 cats. Would highly recommend
Really handy
The vacuum is really handy to use for cleaning just a single room or the whole house. I keep it charged after each use so it’s always ready. It could probably do with an extra few minutes of battery life.
It’s really handy to use for vacuuming out the car, the accessories are easy to fit and work well in the house or car.

Very easy to use not as powerful but gets the job done, and since its easier to handle i do use it more often than the pluged in bigger hoover.

Pretty good, still working and does what it needs to. So far, so good. I would recommend this product, and a much cheaper option than a Dyson. We still use a corded Dyson as our primary cleaner, especially for carpets.
However, for a quick clean or the car, this is perfect.
Great little vacuum!
Bought this as our old vacuum was a beast that took up a lot of space but wasn’t picking up as much. This takes up half the space and is so lightweight I can use it even with my current mobility issues. And it has good suction power. Cleans our whole apartment no problem and still has plenty of battery left.
After reading the review about people being rewarded for 5* reviews I was unsure about this product. But, I took a chance and ordered it anyways. I haven’t been approached about any reward for a review.
My shark hoover broke (thanks to my husband) and I had to buy a whole new head to fit it, which is out of stock…….
I bought this while it was on sale and what can I say, its been a god send. It holds it charge well and is so easy to run around my house. We have all hard floors downstairs and two dogs so the dog hair gets everywhere. Mainly under the sofa, and this hoover gets under the sofas with ease. No more moving sofas for me :-).
It’s light weight and easy to use on the stairs and I can hoover the whole house on one charge. I do need to empty it a few times but after a few weeks of using this once if not twice a day I’m over the moon. Actually thinking about selling my shark for parts instead of replacing the head and keeping this as my main hoover.
Nighttime hoovering is now a dream! The handy light shows you where the dirt is and it’s so quiet you can use it once the kids are in bed!!. Daytime, is good too. Even my 6 year old is becoming an avid hoover fan. My house has never looked better. Thank you Green note!
Very lightweigh
I had a little bit of a problem after putting this together as I didn’t realise that it wouldn’t turn on whilst still plugged in to the charger, even though I had three green lights saying it was fully charged it still wouldn’t turn on. I had to turn it off from the mains and separate it from the charger for it to work, but now I know that, it’s a fab little lightweight vacuum that is very easy to use and it really does have some suck!!
Loved this vacuum – so handy for when the gran kiddies have been munching! A quick wizz round and all is well. You still need your big vac for normal cleaning but this is a great little extra for a quick clean up. Also good for the stairs and under cupboards. I love it.

I can honestly say I was hesitant about this product. You do not normally get a battery powered vacuum cleaner for under 100 without feeling you may be buying a turkey. This small vacuum cleaner is honestly excellent. I have only tried it out for a few minutes and have not been able to give it 5* across the board as the battery life is unknown to me and the suction power, although good is clearly not as good as higher quality models. However, this really is an excellent little cleaner, good quality parts and does the job I wanted it to do as a back up cleaner for dust and small debris. It is excellent on hard floors and carpets appear good too. However, be aware of one thing. The actual brush on the cleaning head did not turn on mine and I thought I was going to have to return the product. My wife swivelled it with a bit of force and then it started working correctly. You will not be disappointed with this cleaner. I have had a GTech in the past and this is as good if not better. Very light for elderly or infirm people and certainly an excellent product if you live in a small home or slightly cluttered as it has a smaller head.
It is a great product, I am very pleased and satisfied with the hoover. Brush light is a very useful option, the battery lasts long enouth to go though the house, it is light and easy to use. I had an issue with one part and Greenote delt with it professionally and quickly send me a replacement part free of charge. I highly recomend this hoover and would buy again from this company.

I don’t really understand the negative reviews. I find keeping the filter clean keeps the suction is great. Get round all the edges which I found other hoovers missed. Great customer service too. Very happy for the price.

fantastic vac, good for the elderly
It’s nice and light and has very good suction and carpet cleaning ability. it picks up all the sand. it has a revolving brush for hairs and a cutter and cleaner to clean the brush. The stick length is adjustable it has head lights to see what you are vacuuming. picks up all the bits easily. much more powerful that the usual stick vacs. It gets under furniture easily. the power lasts a long time before having to recharge. It is now my main vacuum. It is good for the elderly, disabled and people with back problems .
Greenote cordless Vacuum
This is not my main vacuum. I have a pretty ancient Dyson corded vacuum DC10 which, with occasional use, cleaning and emptying is still my heavy duty fallback. Also own a cordless Bosch Athlet which is fairly lightweight and flexible. Needed a more versatile hand held for stair carpet,car and difficult to get to areas including furniture. This seemed a good option avoiding the absorbitant cost of Dyson’s offerings.
So far this Greenote is ideal for occasional use. Clean out regularly and charge Max 4-6 hours only and it meets my needs perfectly for a budget cost outlay.
Advantages
Pull the power trigger once and it will stay on. Saves finger strain experienced with Dyson.
Easy system to change between tools.
As easy to empty and keep clean as much more expensive machines.
Disadvantage
Don’t like the small powered carpet attachments “swivelling” angled head. Would be easier to use with a fixed angled head or a way of locking into one position or the other.
I did not realise how much dirt my last vacuum was missing
I have had this vacuum for around 2 months now. For the last couple of years, I have been using a Bosch.
I had never heard of Greenote before and was a little sceptical about buying this vacuum.
The vacuum arrived next day. The box was so light, I thought something was missing.
I vacuumed with my Bosch and then tried using the Greenote. Loads of hidden dirt was being sucked up. Then went round the house. Again, loads of hidden dirt was being sucked up.
The attachments are great and so is the ease of changing them. Simple click on, click off.
The light makes going under sofas and the like very easy. The upright tool is very light and easy to adjust the length. It also comes with a handy little tool to remove hairs from the roller.
Battery life is fantastic. I have only used the high power twice. One normal power it has a fantastic suction. The whole unit is very light. Not flimsy. Just light.
Emptying the dust collection is very easy. I genuinely cannot fault anything with this vacuum.
Housework
Could be stronger in suction, bigger dirt collection, longer Batterie life, but the weight is good
Greenote vacuum cleane
Good cleaner. I thought at first maybe would be not good but it is.
Better on high speed so battery will not last so long. But I did our 3 bed house inc kitchen, bathroom and conservatory ok and still one bar of charge left.
Using as a hand tool it is great. Tools are good. The bed brush tool? is good on stairs.
Has anti hair wrap on the main roller, even better.
I have a Shark corded vacuum which to be honest is heavy and awkward and not much better than the Greenote!
Also, remove wrap around cover (hepa?) from the filter. It will increase the power.
Only downside like most stick cleaners the waste bin is a bit small but I can live with that.
I recommend it, good buy at a good price.

At first when i took it out of the box i was sceptical if it would be able to do a good job, but after putting it together (which was really simple) and testing it out it is great!
The suction is great, it is super lightweight, easy to use and stores away perfectly!

The best stick vacuum cleaner we’ve ever had.
We’ve got through a few stick vacuum cleaners, including Dyson, but this one, so far, outperforms them all. The suction is comparable to our Dyson upright and is far better than our other stick cleaners. With the light in the head you can see the dust/crumbs on hard floors easily and see exactly where you’ve been by the clean line you leave behind. Having just had major building work at home we’ve suffered layers of building dust everywhere so this versatile little cleaner, with its various attachments, can fly through the cleaning brilliantly. I’ve never felt the urge to review a vacuum cleaner before, as they’re pretty much the same, but as this one even knocks our Dyson off the top slot it’s got to be a no-brainer for the price.
Great hoove
Bought this based on reviews. Have a Shark but it’s too heavy and cumbersome on the stairs and the cable drives me nuts. Wanted cordless lightweight quick and easy. Worked straight out the box. Great suction on hard floor and carpet. Sofar very happy with it.

I never thought I would want anything other than my Henry cleaner, but at 74 I was finding it too heavy and looked for a reasonably priced lightweight version. This fits the bill perfectly. Performs well, easy to swap to hand-held. Feels robust and comes with attachments and a spare filter.

Easy to use and replace different tools.suction is better on hard floors but ok also on short pile carpet,easy to take apart for cleaning filter and emptying dust,battery has been good so far I can do a quick vacuume over my whole house,love how it goes smaller for storage.so on the whole good value compared to other brands.

I am very pleased with this product. Being able to change the suction speed “on the go” is a good feature. Being disabled i have found that I can even sit down when using this when necessary. Lightweight/good suction.
Unfortunately we seem to be missing the attachments. When we found the box they should be in it was empty.
I will have to contact the seller to buy a new set.
Life Sucks, but I want a Vacuum Cleaner too.
Bought as an additional Vacuum cleaner, for when charging the first machine,which is a Dyson V9 as it happens.
This one is proving to be a good buy, it is less weighty and consequently I find I am using it for the more awkward areas of my home,which therefore proves it’s worth to me.
The suction power is good and pick up great, so basically it does the job adequately and effectively, at the fraction of the cost of the said Dyson.

Excellent Suction and well made vacuum
Item arrived quickly and was suitably packed, The item is very sturdy and is free standing or mounted using the supplied bracket. Suction is excellent for a cordless vacuum and the battery is sufficient to zip round a medium sized home. Emptying the vacuum is as simple as pressing a button. I am very pleased with my purchase and the seller was very quick to respond to any queries. I would certainly recommend this product and the seller. Please remember that this is a cordless item and will not replace or compete with a mains powered corded vacuum, This product has the highest suction and is sturdier than many other related products. There are also handy tools included The Mini head is ideal for beds and furniture the crevice tool is well made and sturdy as is the brush tool. I highly recommend.
