How to solve it if you meet the following problems

I like it!
I bought this purely for upstairs rather than lugging my main hoover upstairs.
The hoover feels like a kids toy, it is not very sturdy and when I lifted it out the box I didn’t have high hopes.
Having said that it works ok on the upstairs carpets (not loads of traffic) but struggles a bit when there’s a bit more of a challenge. I don’t think it moves very easily either and given that it’s not very strong I don’t like to push it too hard.
However I’m using it all the time now! Great ok hard floors, doing a quick clean up job and the battery life is pretty good.

For the price l was sceptical about how the vacuum would perform. It has a good build quality and came well packaged and had some charge so it could be used straight away.
Love the way it stands on its own, good suction, with a boost of power when you need it. It’s lightweight and performs as well as the Shark that l previously had. Easy to empty.
It comes with a spare filter so you have one to use while the other is drying. An amazing product especially for the price.
Excellent product and customer service
I’ve had this vacuum for about 7months and it certainly does an amazing job. It’s so easy to use and most importantly easy to clean.
I have an insane amount of hair that also loves falling out, and then combine that with having a pet, this vacuum sure has its work cut out for it.
Recently now we noticed a sound coming from the main brush head that indicated the brush failed to rotate anymore, I honestly don’t blame it with all this hair. I would suggest to clean this brush head frequently and pull any hairs out of it to avoid this issue.
We then contacted customer support and this whole process was incredibly easy. They identified the issue and delivered a new part within days. I would buy this vacuum again just to experience their amazing customer support.
10/10 would have my vacuum make a funny noise again.
