I am really pleased with these dumbbells. They are a great fit and really comfortable to hold. Definitely recommend these.
Sturdy and compact. I weighed both dumbbells individually and both are 5KG as described. I have small hands so the grip is perfect. People with very bug hands may struggle. Good starting weights for me to gradually build up. Will probably purchase heavier ones after a few months. The inclusion of a double-sided exercise sheet for different body parts was extremely helpful and easy to follow. Very pleased!
Easy to hold, non slip and does not roll. The weight would be a little heavy for those new to weights, a lighter weight would be required in this circumstance.
I would recommend these to anyone starting out with weights. I started out with 4kg weights but found these a bit much for some exercises as although I am fairly strong I was new to weight training and didn’t want to injure myself or compromise my form.

Love the look and feel of these but not particularly the cheapest ones on the market but needed them next day delivery without travelling to go get some. Overall I’m really pleased with them and would consider buying same brand in different weights.
Think I was a bit ambitious with 3kg but can still use them easily enough and my partner will use them. I’ve ordered 2kg as I do like them.

These are so easy to hold. They feel really comfortable and would suit beginners. They are very well priced and aesthetically appealing too, which is a bonus.
Just what I needed as I get stronger. The dont roll when you place them on the floor for press ups for example as the ends are shaped for that. Perfect set for my current needs
Very happy with these, never used weights at home but have these close to hand to play with. Easy and comfy to use and the varying weights work well with different exercises.
Dumbell size is great, they are not tall to be in your way. My only complain is that the handles are very thick making them uncomfortable. I am suspecting this will be bad for beginners.

It was great to get a sheet of exercises with the dumbbells but some of the exercises are tricky as it’s not wide enough to get a good grip but most are fine. They are as advertised, look great and are comfortable to hold.
Bought in the pandemic …for boredom great for arms …starter!
Item is great to have and to hold. Makes home or office life more bearable when long hours tend to gnaw away at your body and soul. Regular exercising keeps your body fit and build up muscle mass bit by bit without realizing it, especially when a routine falls into place.

Been recommended by my physio to use a 1 kg weight for shoulder exercises following a torn rotator cuff. These are perfect. Just the right size and very comfortable in the hand.

I am a 75 year old beginner with dumbbells and any exercise. As shielding has left me very weak I thought these would help, and they do. I leave them where I can see them, the colour attracts you to lift them, easy to hold, don’t roll when you put them down, just perfect.
After suffering with shoulder pain and needing to use lighter weights to aid recovery. These are 2 kg, Perfectly balanced, easy to hold and use. What’s not to like

I’ve moved onto these from the 3kg. The only reason I say they are not that easy to hold is that I have short fingers and the middle is broad compared to the 3kg. They certainly don’t slip around – the coating is helpful.
Pleased with purchase they do what’s needed exercise arms and can be part of a workout !
2kg was a step up for me but these weights are comfy to hold and use The exercises on the poster are a bit advanced for me but can see how it would be useful for some people.. I’ll just stick to the basics.

I wanted a 3 kg set and decided on these. They arrived in good time and I am very pleased with them so far.
Only thing I’d change is the width of the middle part, I have small hands, so find them difficult to hold when my hands start to ‘glow’. Otherwise, no other complaints.
After reading previous reviews where the weight of the dumbbells was not as expected I checked the weight of my new 5kg pair separately on the bathroom scales and both were exactly right. Very pleased with them.
Ordered one day delivered the next day and we found them easy to use and the exercise sheet was very helpful and gave us a laugh as were 66 & 70 so to say some were ambitious is an understatement but more than suitable for our needs
I find these exceptional and with flat edges also added to the design these are great for storage as they won’t roll away . The flat edge provides stability and great for push ups.
The best thing is that they don’t make nose when you shake them. A lot of other brands use sand ect and these have no air in them allowing for movement of the interior of the unit.

Good pair of dumbells. Arrived nicely wrapped and with a set of exercises. Easy to hold with a good grip. Would recommend.

Very nice set of 2 dumbbells my only disappointment was that it showed 2 exercise sheets one for men and one for women and only the women’s one was included with the dumbells but my purchase was a gift for a man!!!

Easy to hold for beginners. You can get lots of great we workouts done with them. Cannot wait to order again. When I’m ready to go up another size or two. Colour of these dumbbells are beautiful.

Needed 1kg weights for toning workout, the workout poster was a nice plus….made for purpose.
Great product comfortable and easy to hold and wall chart is really good as a refresher if you’ve used them before and invaluable if you’re new to weights, I’ve used them before at gym so knew I wanted 3k however a beginner may want to consider starting with 2k and working up, but I would definitely recommend
