These came quickly and are prefect for use for light or medium work outs. Unfortunately, not really big enough to do press ups from as the space between the handle and floor isn’t enough but they’re a great starter or easier weight for beginners. Both dumbells came evenly weighed as in the were both the same size and weight and are very durable. I’ve dropped them a couple times on concrete flooring and only got a bit dirty so very sturdy too. The rubber coating is nice and soft so you won’t chaffe your hands on them at all.
Comfortable and easy to hold. Really light weight. Stack up well with the other weights from the same brand.
I would recommend 2kg and 3kg ones instead if you are looking for weights for aerobics, for toning arms.
Very good quality, exactly what I expected. The only problem is that is very expensive for a simple dumbbell weight.

They are equal in size and weight, the covering is smooth and they are red as advertised. A useful poster was also included. I’d buy from this company again.

I was previously using tins of beans but as I have a problem gripping them we ended up with bashed and dented tins I have found these very easy to grip and have not dropped them. They are just the right weight too and a pretty colou
Quick delivery and price not too bad. Only thing was it had clearly been bashed about on delivery as the box was all bashed in and a bit of the rubber was ripped but I just glued this back down.
I use these for home aerobics, so I often move about a lot while manoeuvring them. They’re easy to grip and to ‘lock’ together for overhead tricep work. My hands do get a bit sweaty, but they don’t slip on the material. Does the job!

The grip on one is quite noticeably bigger than the other, which isn’t ideal but otherwise, no complaints.
Easy to hold they don’t roll due flat edges. Great addition of excercise chart shoes how to ezcercise different areas of the body.
Like the colour and feel, but for some reasn they feel heavier than my previous ones but shouldn’t be. I need to weigh them !

These are so comfortable to hold, not slippery at all, no matter how sweaty. And they don’t roll away when you set them down. Just perfect really.
I really like how vibrant they are and comfortable to hold for me. The only downside for me is that although they have flat sides for them to sit if you don’t absolutely place them on the floor and hold it a few seconds they can roll. When you’re in the middle of a workout this may not be something that you have time to do. Aside from that, no complaints!
This is a good piece of kit. Just be careful though, as the grip is actually quite substantial in diameter. If you’ve got small hands, you might struggle to get a good wraparound grip. Fortunately, though the material is quite grippy. You can see the comparative diameter in the photo, where you see it alongside another standard metal dumbbell.
The weights are amazing quality only thing it did not come with the poster do I’ve been using the poster by looking on my phone at the Amazon pictures which is not helpful but I will defo order more weights from here in the future.
Great weights easy to hold however can start to rub a little during a long and sweaty work out!
I got these to use on my home workouts. I felt that my routines were getting a bit too easy so adding the weights where possible has been a
successful challenge. The picture instructional sheet that came with the weights has given me some more exercises to try out. The weights are easy and comfortable to hold (for a woman). I chose a low weight for starters and feel I could upgrade to a heavier version of the same in time.

Comfortable to hold and use. Nice feel, but the were damaged on arrival. Not sure if this was manufacturing defect but a shame that this quality issue blemished this products appearance.
Got these today and they look and feel great the material that covers the iron has good grip they are 4kg in weight as I have weighed them the only down side is they could or probably are cheaper it’s only because shops are closed that they are at this price but saying that they are worth it would recommend

Lovely set of dumb bells. I’m a beginner using these, so I chose the 2kg ones. Plenty of space for holding. Came with a workout sheet so just stick on some great music and away you go.
Fantastic weights, which come with an amazing training poster. Never thought there was so many exercises, you can even choose a different variety each time you use them so your muscles don’t get use to the same exercise. Would definitely recommend! Super faster delivery too!!
These are a great product and were very reasonably priced. They are easy to handle and don’t damage the floor. The color is also nice!
Well,one of the weights is clearly bigger than the other one but strangely weigh the same,hence the 4 stars…nevertheless,it does what it says on the tin and i keep it switching around so my hands get equally tired of the gripping.
Bought for a friend who is very happy with these easy to hold and do not slip out of your hands
Just a side note… wish I’d started with a lighter set of weights and built up to the 3kg. This weight is great for the standard bicep curls, etc. type exercises but if you’re just starting out with incorporating weights into boxing, MMA or HIIT type training workouts, it’s worth starting with the 1.5kg (gives that awesome burn throughout the 30 min training that you just don’t get with heavier weights as you have to take more regular breaks).
Not the easiest to hold for small hands but you get used to it! Otherwise, a sturdy well-made set of dumbbells
Ordered these for myself as I have to neck exercises from physio, really good quick delivery, easy to hold that my 85 year old dad has pinched them lol will be reordering another set for myself .
The weight is correct. Easy to hold and there are a lot of different exercises you can do with them. Appreciated the pamphlet that describes all the different exercises you can do. Love them! And I weighed them…they are the correct weight.
Just perfect. 5kg is a good weight, just too heavy but not too much. So a good versatile weight to get an effective workout. 5kg is the least you should go – advice from a sports scientist. And these are good because of the material – nice to hold – unlike the horrible shiny plastic ones.

Lockdown has seen me reaching for dumbbells to use at home. These KG Physio ones are great – good grips, well made, flattened edge to avoid rolling away. Arrived well packaged. Added bonus is the poster of suggested moves. Very happy with these dumbbells. I have in 5kg, 4kg and 3 kg. Great they come as a pair. Not the cheapest but worth it.
The handles are huge especially for people with small hands like me. Price wise they were fine especially as bought during lockdown when there seemed to be a shortage of weights.
I’ve purchased both the 5kg and 4kg weights from this company and am very happy with both sets. Neoprene is very easy to handle, they are helping me to build my muscles. I’m certain I’ll be purchasing the 6kg before too long. A little expensive but at the moment Whilst everyone is working out from home, weights are hard to come by, so just happy that I’m able to get hold of them.
I have been looking for 5kg dumbbells (as is probably everyone else) to help with my at home workouts and came across these. Delivery was quick, they are comfortable to hold onto, perfect for at home use.
I bought these as a gift and they were very well received by a relative at the start of the Covid restrictions. A very useful basic piece of exercise equipment that is easy to use, versatile for many different exercises and easy to clean. They have been used regularly for months. The covering material limits the risk of injury to skin and damage to carpeting etc. I’m expecting them to last a long time.
Happy with these. Nice colour, soft touch. Only downside is they are slightly wide to hold if you have small hands but otherwise they’re perfect !
I’ve just finished my first workout with the 3kg dumbbells and the instruction poster and I feel amazing. I had perfect grip with the dumbbells, even while sweating, so no fear of them falling on me when doing floor exercises. But that doesnt mean you shouldn’t concentrate on your grip as they are hefty and wouldn’t want one falling on you.
I had a good sweat after working out with these. A good piece of exercise equipment to have at home. Would highly recommend this to those new to exercising, have not exercised in a while and those who regularly exercise

Perfect weight for my 75 year old mother that suffers from OCPD. Recommend by her occupational therapist to carry out genital exercises. These 1kg weights are not to light and not to heavy.
Bought on behalf of teenage son just before lockdown as he had been after some weights for a while. Son loves them, comfortable to grip and were a good price. He’s been after more but I guess due to lockdown they’ve been out of stock and now that they are available again I noticed the price has gone up considerably (for same weight) so will not be but ordering the next size up.

Like what I’ve bought. Never really used dumbbells before but glad I’ve purchase some. Like that there pink. Worth the price for 4kg.
Since arriving I have used them for my training. No problem with them my problem is over exerting myself!
Came in packed tightly in a small enough box. Are weight accurate (as measured on a scale). They feel ergonomic enough and the flattened ends on the top and bottom help to keep them in place.
What can you say about a dumbell? This one er.. works OK, and er… hasn’t broken! 🙂 I haven’t weighed it to check for accuracy.
A dumbell isn’t much use if you don’t know how to use it. I got this one as it comes with a double-sided A3 poster showing lots of great exercises – many of them are fine for beginners.
Everybody can benefit from a few daily home exercises. I’d suggest starting with 2K weights. Then build up to heavier ones for specific exercises if and when you feel the need. As with all exercise – start easy, build slowly, keep it regular, and think about nutrition!
Easy to hold and love the colour. I brought this to use with a seated exercise DVD and they are just wanted I needed. Handy chart showing different ways of using them .

It does its work, I like the idea of giving a poster. I find it quite difficult to stick it on my wall since it is double-sided. Every time I wanted to workout, I have to find the poster from my bookshelves and read through it then put it back. Overall, it is a good product, but I returned it and I think it will be better if the poster printed on separate paper instead of double-sided.
I find the 2Kg weights are perfect for me (a petite lady) for daily arm toning exercises; they are very comfortable to hold as well as being a pleasant colour. Good value for money and I like the enclosed wall chart of recommended exercises for specific muscles.
Really impressed with these weights very happy with my purchase! The chart that comes with the weights is very useful I have attended lots of classes over the years so know a lot of exercises etc… Ideal if you are a complete novice you can follow the chart plenty of exercises for all parts of the body I’ve used them for a few weeks now and I’ve started to see a difference to my body…. I would definitely recommend these weights

As a 72 year old trying to keep fit, this pair of 3Kg dumbells are just the job! Very easy and comfortable to hold, and the workout poster really helps to decide which exercises are best for you. I even manage the ones on one leg which is great for enhancing balance.

i have purchased these to help a friend with his recovery after loosing a leg. he needs to strengthen his arms after a long spell in a bad way.. they are working well.
These KG Physio Dumbells are well designed and made, I like the fact that they don’t roll when put down and their coating seems quick thick and makes them easy to grip. I found the 3Kg set ideal for me and was pleased to receive the workout poster which is included although it’s a pity it’s printed on both sides.
This the second set of dumbells I have purchased from KG Physio. I like the smooth grip which is softer on my hands as I have a bit of arthritis. The weights don’t roll either which is great when I am doing a workout and swapping my weights around quickly. Love the different colours for each weight too.
I have a toddler so I was pleased by the product’s anti-roll property, and that the cover material is easy to grip so doesn’t slide easily off your hands. These properties make the home workouts safer. The bells also look really cool and hip, I got the blue colour. However I received the product 3 days later than expected so I removed one-star in the rating.
I ordered two different weight dumbells (2kg and 3kg) to assist improvement in my total body due to medical reasons. The dumbells are comfortable to hold and made well enhancing the workouts i used. The chart was very helpful as guidance to routines. Would recommend this product based on my personal use.

Excellent vendor, arrived on time and well packaged – but not excessive. The weights are real quality, just moved up by doubling the weights I am using, so yes they do appear heavy, but the finish gives confidence that you will not loose your grip. Unlike my other weights that were all metal and became very slippery when I had worked up a sweat. Nice addition of the included exercise chart.

Very satisfied, good quality product for use in a home gym, would be inclined to buy more products from this company. The Dumbell Workout Poster was a nice addition and very useful. My only gripe was the length of time for delivery, but this was NOT the fault of the Seller but down to Amazon!
My wife and I recently joined an exercise class and we were advised to buy dumbbells to workout at home as this would help to tone up muscles etc. Well it works for me. After only a week I feel more agile and have a spring in my step.

As a boxer I do lots of circuits/supersets and need different weights for different activities. Therefore I needed something that I can look at straight away and no what weight is, this is super easy with these as they’re all colour coded. When I chuck them down quickly they don’t roll away as they’re flat bottomed and I always maintain grip when I’m sweaty and doing shadow boxing because of the neoprene material. Can’t fault them one bit, and will most likely but the whole set. Well recommended.
