I was seeing this product recommend everywhere! So with a toddler who is stubborn when it comes to using words I give it a go! So far she has fun flicking page after page and the music button. I think in time she will start to press the buttons and hopefully start repeating the words. It’s very sturdy and well made.
I’ve brought this several times as a first birthday present & we had it brought for our baby boy too! Very engaging & colourful book keeps little ones engaged. Not sure why there’s a French translation though of all the languages.
This is absolutely what I wanted. My daughter has just turned 2 and isn’t talking yet. She knows and understands a lot of animal names so I wanted something where she presses a picture to hear the name of the animal and the sound it makes, hoping that it would encourage her to try to say the words. This does exactly that. She’s still not speaking but she will in time. This is a superb learning tool and fabulous fun and entertainment for little animal loves. I love it. Well worth every penny. I actually thought it was very reasonably priced having said that.

What a clever book. It somehow can sense what page you’re on, you touch the picture and you get the sounds. 3 modes. One plays just the sound of the pictures. One says the word and makes a sound. And the other is french. Little one is just a year old and loves it.
Great book ,so many very interesting animals. Clear voice and works well .As a very active 18mth old wasn’t too sure how it would last but it very robust. Also wipes clean easily couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Lovely Christmas gift for 10th old. He doesn’t quite understand the words and their meanings yet but he enjoys playing with it and drags it around with him everywhere he goes.
The baby isn’t old enough to use it yet, but it’ll be handy when she starts learning to talk! Inspected the quality of it when the present was opened and it seems all in working order!
Bought this for my son after being impressed with it when i got it as a gift for another child. The touch sensors are highly sensitive and surprisingly accurate making it a reliable toy to teach toddlers. Its light for him to carry around and sturdy to use it while travelling. The sound is not very great and clear but at the same time not noisy as well like many toys can be. So its not burning a whole in the ear drum even though my son goes through it several times a day. Not sure abt how long the batteries last but guessing will be for a decent time as there are no lights in the toy.

My little one enjoys it a lot and he’s learning new words and sounds. It has also French, which I did not notice in the description of the item when I bought it but I don’t use the French version.
My 14 month old daughter loves this book. It has cute pictures and lots of interesting noises. I will be buying some of Leapfrog’s other similar books.
Nice little toy, good pictures. Although some of the sounds were a bit of a stretch. Worms, tarantula and snails don’t really make a sound but overall still nice to have the pictures to teach kids. My 18 month old likes it.
My 16 month old loves all of the different words and the music. Although I still think he is a little young to really get the benefit from this I feel this will last him and he has dropped it so many times but it still works fine. A friend also purchased him the animals one so he now has both! I do like the Leapfrog products for kids.

My big animal lover baby loves this book. Not so sure about some of the animated sounds though (like the crab) which can be quite confusing for young kids.
This is bought as a gift but i could try it out due to the way it is packaged so you can see the product and switch it on as well as go through the book to see if you like it or not. My great nephew has just turned two and this will be perfect at teaching him his first words. It also has songs as well as some information about each item. The child is free to decide which pages they want to learn about and whether they want the name, information of some music. I can also see my great nephews older brother making use or this as it also comes in 3 languages too, English, French and German I think the last one is. It also comes with batteries which is great. I going to buy one for my grandson too as its a great teaching aid and will provide a lot of sit down education. Im sure sure how durable it is as that depends on how well it is treated I guess but its made well, however as its not fully out of the box i couldnt fairly rate this aspect.

I’ll admit, I had a play before wrapping it up, as good as it is, volume isn’t fantastic on it, think a kid playing in a room with a tv on or noisy siblings, they would have issues hearing it.
Prompt delivery and packaged well. Bought as a gift for two years old granddaughter, she absolutely loved it. She managed to make her own way through the book using all the sounds on her way through. Endless fun and the battery has held up well. Would definitely recommend again.
The sound effects are great, along with the words and music. The sound quality is better than most books like this. The touch screen pages are durable and sensitive.
It’s a very good educational toy. Very sturdy as well. My toddler usually folds the pages and books doesn’t last so long with him but this one does. He threw it several times on the floor and it still works so, I couldn’t complain!

It’ll be great for a 6m old up to about 2.5 I would say so it has plenty of use. A great little gift for someone too.
Loved this product, my Grandson enjoyed pressing the buttons, and was easy to use. It is very colorful and interesting. This product would suit all ages from 1-10. Very clear words and easy to understand. The pages were robust and would be hard to tear. I would recommend this.
My toddler at 18months isn’t overly interested in this yet but does enjoy leafing through the pages quite roughly. It can stand up to her savage playing and I enjoy tapping the buttons trying to get her attention! I can see her learning to like it over the coming months as she loves books just needs more time to understand words.

What a great item. It’s better that I thought it was going to be when I ordered it. Makes the sounds of each animal, gives facts about each animal, tells you where you would typically find each animal too. The pages are plastic, so great for wiping cleans and the book essentially touch screen, so when you press on each animal it activates as it were Once my 1 year old has learnt the animals in English we’ll move onto he French setting!
When I 1st saw this toy I wasn’t impressed. I thought the pages were flimsy & not held in in firmly enough for my 13 month grandson.
The toy has been a huge success, a child of 13-16mths is easily distracted but he keeps going back to it. The pages that I thought wouldn’t be able to stand up to his rough treatment have coped well with no damage at all. His favourite it the submarine sound. I’m sure he will get far more yrs enjoyment out of it.

We already have the 100 Words and 100 Animals version of these books and I we absolutely love them and they’re used every single day!
My daughter is almost three and has learnt so much from the previous two books and they are ideal for taking in the car for journeys too.
This version has many different places including Park, School, Beach, Amusement Park, Farm, Farmer’s Market, Bakery, Supermarket, Restaurant and Library. In each scene it offers you various words, colours, counting and music in either English or French. The pages are thick and we’ve had our previous two books for two years and there is absolutely no damage to them and they’ve been knocked about a fair bit so I know they’re sturdy!
I would 100% recommend these books, they’re prefect presents and the age recommendation is 18+ months but we’ve had ours since 6 months and they’re a great way to introduce little ones to books and interactive toys.
Let me start by saying this is sturdy! My three year old has recently been going through the tantrum phase with Absolutely everything! He’s thrown this (actually damaging my flooring in the process) you name it this poor book has endured it. And it took it like a champ! It’s got no cracks, no dents and still works like new.
The facts, animal sounds and colours etc in this are amazing. My son is absolutely obsessed with animals and this when he’s actually behaving brings him so much joy and fun.
This ebook is gd. Its easy to access. My child is happily playing. Before i bought my kid will tear the pages it would be waste. But the pages are enough strong. I have been using long period of time. Children attract to the book definetly. Its really useful.
Bought for 2 year old and she loves it. You only need to touch the pictures for it to say the word so little one doesn’t need to ‘press’ as such. I would buy again and recommend for learning or practicing words and language. The settings are in French or English so could couple up for an older child to learn french words too!
I bought this book as my 18 month old likes to look at picture books and will point to pictures for me to tell her what they are. When looking at this book she will be able to point to the pictures and it will tell her what the animal is and also what sound it makes. The sounds are very realistic and are far better than any sound i could ever make! The book is also very importantly sturdy and bite proof so will last a very long time.

There are wide of different words from food to animals to body parts and colours. What i love about it the most is how there are multiple sections. This looks great, it’s part of a Xmas gift for my 6 month old granddaughter. She loves lights, sounds and colours. So I’m sure she will love this. She loves the old one I keep at my house, so thought I’d get her something similar for Xmas, this one looks far more superior to the old one I have, so much more to do and see on it….. she’s very bright and has great motor skills already. This will keep her busy for a good while let mummy get on with dealing with housework etc.

I bought this for my animal mad 15 month daughter, I had been looking for a book with sounds and came across this, it’s brilliant, my youngest daughter loves it but my 4 year old also loves it. You barely have to touch the pictures for it to make the sounds, I love that it has options for either just sounds, names with sounds or fun facts, and the music for each group of animals is a nice touch too, it also has a music button with some very catchy songs. Someone got us this book for our daughters 1st birthday. We have now gone on to buy this book for children’s birthdays because it is so good. It’s not over complicated or over stimulating. There is just the right amount. It is good quality and a good variety of things to learn. Our little girl loves hers and can carry it around by the handle. When you press on a picture you don’t have to press hard which is great for little hands.
I got this when it was on sale as my daughter is starting to say lots of new words recently and I thought this might help to encourage her. Its toddler proof with the plastic pages and has different settings for saying the actual word and then one for the sound the item makes. Disappointed that the price decreased after I purchased. But my son is still young for it and is happy with it.
Only if there was a way to off the star button light but still press the icons with sounds as my son is only interested in pressing The star button and watch the light at the moment.

3 settings, 1 makes noises of the object, 1 says object and 1 says fun fact about object. Then different languags setting for french. 2 volume settings bht we find lowest is ideal.
Did find there a knack to managing to press the objects as quite sensitive, but once lined up the pages; seems they then press well and say accurately.

This is brilliant for my little one who is much younger than the recommended age but who is just getting into interactive toys. She loves sitting with it on her highchair tray turning the pages and pressing things – because it is lightweight it is great for taking out and about with us to keep her busy in the supermarket, at lunch or visits…. Also great shape wise etc for encouraging tummy time (which she normally hates) as she loves hitting and hearing the sound and it fits in front of her nicely!
A great gift or toy for your own baby, it would suit a switched on baby from six months upwards and all the way up to 5 or 6 if your child is interested in learning another language as it has so many features/different pages (music/speech/English /French /different ‘chapters’) it is quite incredible for the money really. I got it half price I think at Christmas and would have been a bargain at 3 x the price. Batteries seem to be lasting well which is a bonus.

This is a great book which was highly recommended to me by the toy shop Hamleys. By pressing the picture on the book, the word is spoken aloud. The great thing is that you don’t need to apply a lot of pressure when pressing which is great.
You also can change the language to french with the touch of a button.
My nephew runs around and it can be challenging to grab his attention but he loves this book!
Kept my kids (3 and 5) happily amused during a road trip, with funny and catchy sounds and tunes making everyone giggle, and the French mode is excellent to introduce the language to little ones. A decent buy.
Not too bad however some words could have been chosen for others. For example on the animals page it says cat dog etc and then says pony. This should have said horse. It should have been either all young animal names or all adult animal names. A child is more likely to say horse than pony. Just my opinion. Also not technically 100 words – has 96. Opinions vary I guess. Other half thinks it’s fab for toddlers.

This is the best toy I have brought my son. I brought this for my 2 year old who is severely developmentally delayed with autism and is the level of a 12 month old. He wasn’t interested in many toys but he absolutely loves this and he will sit and play with it for hours just flicking the pages and tapping each picture to hear the words. Great toy.
My 17 month old son loves this book he flips through the pages easily without me worrying they will tear or pull out of even learnt a few words in French from showing my son how to use it.

This is a present, so haven’t used it properly, but the short demonstration of it seemed ok. Was impressed that it teaches in French as well!
I’ve been sat here for about twenty/thirty minutes pressing random buttons on the pages and I’m really impressed at how quickly I’m learning French.
My granddaughter might not find this under the tree at Xmas because I may just keep it.
Prompt delivery and packaged well. Bought as a gift for two years old granddaughter, she absolutely loved it. She managed to make her own way through the book using all the sounds on her way through. Endless fun and the battery has held up well. Would definitely recommend again.
The sound effects are great, along with the words and music. The sound quality is better than most books like this. The touch screen pages are durable and sensitive.
It’s a very good educational toy. Very sturdy as well. My toddler usually folds the pages and books doesn’t last so long with him but this one does. He threw it several times on the floor and it still works so, I couldn’t complain!

There’s two languages on this, English and French! It’s easy to use just press on the pictures and there’s sounds and words. Best 15 I’ve spent this year. Great present for my 18 month old Granddaughter. Would definitely recommend. X
We already have the 100 words book and both my baby and 3.5 year old love it so I’ve brought this one for Christmas. The baby loves turning the pages and pressing them to make sounds and my 3 year old loves to find the funniest sounds and play them on repeat! The sneezing noise in our current book is a favourite
Amazing product , I absolutely love it for my child, it’s easy for my child to use. She loves touching pictures and waiting to hear the different sounds. I seen how she loves exploring with this absolute fun, educational and helpful product. I would recommend it for the parents who want to teach their children or toddlers from young age.
Great little toy. Being a lover of french too I love that the words are also in french, great for bilingual children.
It’s a sturdy book and our 13 month old enjoys pressing the star button for the songs.
It’ll be great for a 6m old up to about 2.5 I would say so it has plenty of use. A great little gift for someone too.
Loved this product, my Grandson enjoyed pressing the buttons, and was easy to use. It is very colorful and interesting. This product would suit all ages from 1-10. Very clear words and easy to understand. The pages were robust and would be hard to tear. I would recommend this.
Good product but the body needs to be soft and cushioned to accommodate falling. This is a kids product. Falling is inevitable
My toddler at 18months isn’t overly interested in this yet but does enjoy leafing through the pages quite roughly. It can stand up to her savage playing and I enjoy tapping the buttons trying to get her attention! I can see her learning to like it over the coming months as she loves books just needs more time to understand words.
This is such a great idea, a very good way to teach your kids the fun way to learn words My son has started to copy the words it has helped him with his speech and they have been thrown across the room several times and still working fine
My little one who is 2 is in love with his book. He uses every single day, and he learns quickly, he tries to repeat after hearing the names and sounds of the animal. Best gift for a little toddler which helps learn and having fun at the same time.
My 1 year old is a big book worm so I bought this for his birthday, pages are sturdy and touch activated so every symbol your child presses on will read back what the symbol is, great for young learning and easy to travel with

It’s excellent value for money. It’s amazing how pressing the page it knows what animal you’ve pressed and says it out aloud!
Given a regular book can cost 10, 16 for this is a bargain. Have given 2 as presents too!
What a great item. It’s better that I thought it was going to be when I ordered it. Makes the sounds of each animal, gives facts about each animal, tells you where you would typically find each animal too. The pages are plastic, so great for wiping cleans and the book essentially touch screen, so when you press on each animal it activates as it were Once my 1 year old has learnt the animals in English we’ll move onto he French setting!
When I 1st saw this toy I wasn’t impressed. I thought the pages were flimsy & not held in in firmly enough for my 13 month grandson.
The toy has been a huge success, a child of 13-16mths is easily distracted but he keeps going back to it. The pages that I thought wouldn’t be able to stand up to his rough treatment have coped well with no damage at all. His favourite it the submarine sound. I’m sure he will get far more yrs enjoyment out of it.
I bought this for my one year old she really enjoys it though she did already enjoyed books originally it’s very sturdy and I want to how many time she throws it on the floor for my highchair it still works quite well I’m very surprised how strong it is highly recommend
I bought this for my one year old daughter I wanted to give her a head start of being bilingual she really enjoys enjoys it and she originally liked books to begin with but for this do you have the voices coming out once you press the buttons I thought it was really cool she really enjoys it and sorry it was 4 off the original price or are you thought I would go for it highly recommend
We already have the 100 Words and 100 Animals version of these books and I we absolutely love them and they’re used every single day!
My daughter is almost three and has learnt so much from the previous two books and they are ideal for taking in the car for journeys too.
This version has many different places including Park, School, Beach, Amusement Park, Farm, Farmer’s Market, Bakery, Supermarket, Restaurant and Library. In each scene it offers you various words, colours, counting and music in either English or French. The pages are thick and we’ve had our previous two books for two years and there is absolutely no damage to them and they’ve been knocked about a fair bit so I know they’re sturdy!
I would 100% recommend these books, they’re prefect presents and the age recommendation is 18+ months but we’ve had ours since 6 months and they’re a great way to introduce little ones to books and interactive toys.
Let me start by saying this is sturdy! My three year old has recently been going through the tantrum phase with Absolutely everything! He’s thrown this (actually damaging my flooring in the process) you name it this poor book has endured it. And it took it like a champ! It’s got no cracks, no dents and still works like new.
The facts, animal sounds and colours etc in this are amazing. My son is absolutely obsessed with animals and this when he’s actually behaving brings him so much joy and fun.

This ebook is gd. Its easy to access. My child is happily playing. Before i bought my kid will tear the pages it would be waste. But the pages are enough strong. I have been using long period of time. Children attract to the book definetly. Its really useful.
Bought for 2 year old and she loves it. You only need to touch the pictures for it to say the word so little one doesn’t need to ‘press’ as such. I would buy again and recommend for learning or practicing words and language. The settings are in French or English so could couple up for an older child to learn french words too!
I bought this book as my 18 month old likes to look at picture books and will point to pictures for me to tell her what they are. When looking at this book she will be able to point to the pictures and it will tell her what the animal is and also what sound it makes. The sounds are very realistic and are far better than any sound i could ever make! The book is also very importantly sturdy and bite proof so will last a very long time.
There are wide of different words from food to animals to body parts and colours. What i love about it the most is how there are multiple sections. One is the word, the explanation of the word and the sound. There are 2 language settings; english and french. The words written under the images in both languages too.
Ive noticed it already helping my daughter with her speech so i high recommend to a child not speaking much or a bit behind with speech.
I bought one on Amazon, the 100 words. It’s honestly so lovely. Can’t wait for my son to play with it on Christmas. Like it so much I got the animal one tok from B&M when I seen while out. Definitely recommend this quality item. I think it will really help with his speech too x

Amazing product, my girls speech has come on loads thanks to this book. It’s very very sturdy (been thrown & stood on many a time) very sensitive to touch and the different modes are good. Highly recommended to anyone with a curious child, also can teach french too so that was a cool idea.
I got this when it was on sale as my daughter is starting to say lots of new words recently and I thought this might help to encourage her. Its toddler proof with the plastic pages and has different settings for saying the actual word and then one for the sound the item makes. It also has a little star button that plays music which is a nice touch. Would highly recommend
Disappointed that the price decreased after I purchased. But my son is still young for it and is happy with it.
Only if there was a way to off the star button light but still press the icons with sounds as my son is only interested in pressing The star button and watch the light at the moment.
Just love this book as much as my baby does.
3 settings, 1 makes noises of the object, 1 says object and 1 says fun fact about object. Then different languags setting for french. 2 volume settings bht we find lowest is ideal.
Did find there a knack to managing to press the objects as quite sensitive, but once lined up the pages; seems they then press well and say accurately.
Would highly recommend.

A great gift or toy for your own baby, it would suit a switched on baby from six months upwards and all the way up to 5 or 6 if your child is interested in learning another language as it has so many features/different pages (music/speech/English /French /different ‘chapters’) it is quite incredible for the money really. I got it half price I think at Christmas and would have been a bargain at 3 x the price. Batteries seem to be lasting well which is a bonus.
Amazing quality product. My lill one is a bit too small for this toy, but I like that my baby has an interest in this book. Not much of pages and I would like it a bit louder, but a lot of information just in couple pages. I like that pages are extremely thin and have English and French)))
You also can change the language to french with the touch of a button.
My nephew runs around and it can be challenging to grab his attention but he loves this book!
