Wegen der Mangelhaften Produktbeschreibung habe ich mir alle drei Gerte zum Vergleich bestellt und mache mir nun die Mhe auch eine Rezession zu verfassen.

1. Alle drei Luftreiniger knnen nicht mit einer Zeitschaltuhr oder Smart-Steckdose benutzt werden, da sie nach einer Unterbrechung der Stromzufuhr ausgeschaltet bleiben.
–> Ich habe daher die App-Steuerung probiert, welche den Vorteil hat zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten unterschiedliche Geschwindigkeiten zu programmieren (hierfr ist jedoch eine Registrierung erforderlich).

2. Stromverbrauch gemessen:
Core 200s: Sleep: 13,3W – Stufe 1: 17,4W – Stufe 2: 19,9W – Stufe 3: 25,1W
Core 300: Sleep: 15,8W – Stufe 1: 18,0W – Stufe 2: 22,0W – Stufe 3: 32,3W
Core 300s: Sleep: 3,6W – Stufe 1: 5,6W – Stufe 2: 9,6W – Stufe 3: 14,8W

3. Geruschentwicklung (ich bin hier sehr empfindlich):
Im Sleepmodus sind alle drei Gerte kaum zu hren sowohl das brummen des Motors als auch das Rauschen des Lfterrades sind kaum zu hren.
Ich habe alle drei Gerte abwechselnd nebeneinander laufen lassen. Dabei ist der 200er subjektiv bei allen Geschwindigkeiten lauter und rauscht strker, das Rauschen klingt auch eher heller was vermutlich dem schmleren Luftaustritt und der Kante des Bedienpanels geschuldet ist.

4. Leistung:
Wirkt hnlich, der 300er drfte strker sein, ich konnte allerdings keine Volumensstrommessung machen.
Jedenfalls hat der nahezu gleichgroe Filter des 300er-Modells tiefere Falten und damit eine grere Filterflche.

Ich werde nun den Core 300s behalten da die App-Konfiguration gut funktioniert und der Motor deutlich effizienter ist.

Aside from the very slight chirping on sleep mode, this is pretty impressive. There is a visible decrease in dust on surfaces, and smells disappear quickly on maximum setting.

 

The limited amount of time we have owned the filter it has been very effective and enhances air quality. Regarding the other modes, the sleep mode and its associated lower noise level is almost silent. Excellent product.

 

Did a great job cleaning the air for a member of the family who suffers from hay fever.
Dust floating in the air around the house has been greatly reduced as well.

I bought the P350 described as core, which the changed to beige. In fact it’s light grey with white trim as per the photo. It’s a solid unit and very quiet on settings 1 and sleep. It seems quite powerful and has cartridges that apparently last 6-8 months that are recommended to be vacuumed about every 6 weeks. No programming or remote control, but we usually leave it on sleep mode day and night. So pleased we bought anothe

This is a fabulous item. It has really helped with dealing with my 4 rescue greyhounds bottom burps. It’s so easy to use and worth every penny. Would highly recommend.

 

I can’t believe how much of my life has improved with an air purifier. I’ve never owned one before this year, let alone thought about one my whole life. But an air purifier can help anyone, even anyone.

First, about this product specifically: it’s super quiet, aesthetically pleasing, and has exceeded my expectations. I keep it on 24/7. After about a week, I checked the filter to see if it was doing its job, and it was. I have a dog that sheds a lot and apparently a lot of dust in the house, and it was all easy to see in the filter. So it absolutely does what it claims. If those are the words you needed, there you have it. Of all the air purifiers available to someone on a budget, this is the one.

Second, about why an air purifier is worth the investment: simply, you deserve to breathe better air. Ever since I bought an air purifier (and I bought a second one for another part of the house), I’ve noticed subtle, but important, improvements. Such as:
– significantly reduced dry eyes. I used to think it was just part of my life to have artificial tears on hand because of some of my medical problems. Nope! Air quality matters. I also don’t wake up with a dry throat anymore. I also haven’t sneezed or coughed as much (it wasn’t a huge problem, but these are just things I have noticed about myself).

– cooking smells don’t linger for long. If I cook food, the air purifier eliminates any smells in half the time it would have taken without it. It also eliminates other smells, like animal smell (I have a dog and I can tell the difference in a couple days), and helps with stronger smells. Can’t speak about cigarette smoke because I don’t smoke, but I don’t think there’s an air purifier in the world that can take away the disgusting smell of cigarette smoke.

– I dust less. I used to have to dust 1-2x per week. Haven’t done it since buying an air purifier. I keep checking my media console and the surface of my tv for the usual specks of dust. They’re not there because it’s trapped in the air purifier filter, yayyyy. Also, my ceiling fan blades are almost completely dust-free, which, until now; was only something that happened when I cleaned it myself.

The benefits of having an air purifier far outweighs the cost. It’ll pay for itself over and over because of how it improves your life. It’s not enough to have an air filter in your house with the A/C. There’s so much in the air now that things like air purifiers are necessary. And for $100, it’s absolutely worth it. I’m someone who has medical problems (immunocompromised and a Covid long-hauler) and this has improved my quality of life.

*UPDATE Sept 2021*
It’s been five months and the air purifier has been running almost 24/7 since I bought it. It’s still super quiet, but the main reason for the update is the filter. Depending on the frequency of use, you’re supposed to change the filter after several months (about 5-8 months), so with the purifier being on 24/7 over 5 months, the product is working as specified. If you look at the picture I attached to my review, you’ll notice the original filter that is now quite dirty, and the new filter, all new and pristine and ready to go. That’s what five months of dust, dirt, and debris in a pet owner’s/non-smoker’s house looks like, and that’s even with a regular air filter in the A/C in the home. Over the months, I’ve also taken out the hand vacuum and removed the larger particles on the surface (another reviewer recommended that and I second that suggestion). I still feel the improvements of having an air filter and I can’t imagine not having one. You won’t die if you don’t get an air purifier, but you’ll feel much, much better if you clean up the air you’re breathing at home.

A well manufactured product. Very quite and I dont need the sleep mode. Not sure about the replacement filter costs. Can actually smell that the air is clear and gets rid of cooking smells etc which have drifted up to the bedroom.

 

I use this in the room with my free roam rabbit. Only found out after getting her that I’m sensitive to her fur and the hay she’s fed with. I couldn’t sit in the same room as her for more than 15mins without sneezing and getting a terrible stuffy nose. Since purchasing this I have only experienced mild at best symptoms that will only come on after about 45mins. I would highly recommend for day to day pet and indoor allergens!

 

Why did we wait so long to get one of these?
Brilliant product and certainly takes away those whiffs in the room.
Also great to leave on in sleep mode when we have the dog sleeping in the spare room.
May seem expensive but you pay for quality

 

Very nice purifier , it is great we are using it at our open floor kitchen living area as there is no fan extractor (yes for real they made a kitchen living space without fan extractor) and we are very happy with this purifier. Recommend it!

This gizmo definitely works, and it may have saved my life. Even as I speak, I’m here living thru the historic 2020 wildfires of Oregon & Washington and am situated in the Portland area where the air quality is currently the worst anywhere on the planet. Being in a 500 s.f. apartment on the top 3rd floor, I couldn’t escape some smoke getting into the apartment. It was beginning to cause headaches and generally just making me feel lethargic.

So when the unit arrived yesterday at my Amazon locker, I rushed over to pick it up and couldn’t wait to plug it in. Following the instructions for smoke pollution specifically in initially working to mitigate the worst of the problem, I ran the unit at full speed for the recommended 20 minutes before turning the speed down a notch. Immediately upon turning on the unit, I could smell the scent of smokey air coming out of the exhaust fan; and because the airflow was concentrated, I could smell the smoke odor more readily than simply breathing the overall ambient air in the room.

The smokey odor coming from the exhaust lasted for hours, or all night in fact. I got to the point where I thought it wouldn’t go away. But with that in mind, it’s important to remember that HEPA air cleaners are NOT necessarily designed to remove foul odors. So if someone in your house has stinky feet, or underarm odor, then probably DON’T expect this thing to do you much good.

With that said, though, the fact that this unit has a carbon-activated filter, then it can help to remove smoke odors circulating directly in the air even if it won’t remove the odor of smelly feet. The long & short of it here, however, is that I finally just went to bed leaving the unit running all night for the next 8 hours. I had actually given up on the idea that I would stop smelling smoke odor coming from the exhaust fan.

But lo & behold, it’s the next day here and the smokey odor is indeed gone! I can stick my nose right into the path of air coming from the exhaust fan and it smells fresh & clean.

So the take on this, obviously, is that there was apparently just a LOT of very fine smoke particles inside the apartment; and as such, it took a good long time to ultimately filter it out after making dozens of passes through the filtration system. That and the fact that there is still some smoke entering the space on an ongoing basis, it took this little machine a lot of work to catch up to the problem and get ahead of it.

No feeling of a headache coming on so far today. I woke up feeling like my old self again, just feeling energized after a good night’s sleep instead of feeling groggy & dopey from breathing in contaminated air all night.

Now, whereas the listed “effective range” of the unit is only 219 s.f. and my apartment is 500 s.f., it also took that much longer to circulate the air a sufficient number of times to actually cleanse it. And there’s nothing much I can do about that personally, since I don’t have room for a much larger machine or even to accommodate two of these machines.

As far as the noise level of the unit, it’s fine with me and even on the #2 speed setting is quieter than my stand-up oscillating fan. The #3 speed is fairly loud, but I’ll just be running it on #2 from now on anyway during the day.

When I went to bed last night, I put it on #1 really just to help give the fan motor a rest, but not because #2 was too loud for me. And I haven’t actually used the sleep setting, because there’s no reason to right now anyway. So I can’t give an opinion on that.

But all the same, I will leave this thing running FULL TIME until it either burns out or until this smoke finally goes away. Even then I’ll just leave it on the #1 speed indefinitely until it dies on me and then I’ll buy a new one.

But I’m “sold American” on this thing! It works!! And you can ask anybody, because I don’t write many reviews (good or bad) on products I buy from Amazon. That’s my bad, because I should write more reviews than I do and the problem is that I’m just plain lazy.

But I was certainly compelled to do my duty here and write a review on this machine. It’s a real lifesaver IMO…

Lo compr pensando en las alergias que tengo: Pelos de animal y polvo. Funcion desde el primer da, mejor mucho mi sistema respiratorio. Cuenta con 3 modalidades que van de la mano con el ruido que hace, en las primeras dos no hay problema alguno pues se funde con el ruido del exterior e interior, la 3era es un poco ruidosa pero es porque el ventilador trabaja en su mxima potencia (ver vdeo) Tiene un modo para dormir con el prendido que es maravilloso, no slo limpia el cuarto sino que lo refresca suavemente, he revuperado mucho de mi sueo al dormir con el aparato. Es sencillo de utilizar y programar, tiene preferencia de luz (prendido/apagado) y bloqueo para los nios pequeos. Por otra parte tambin despeja malos olores y ventila los qumicos bsicos de cocina y limpieza de la casa (incluso el cloro).

Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Funciona al 100%, el aire se percibe mas limpio, elimina olores, excelente para mis alergias, el nivel de ruido vara, en la velocidad mas baja y el modo nocturno, es casi imperceptible, en velocidad alta es un ruido mnimo.

 

Es excesivamente silencioso. Para dormir lo uso en el nivel dos y pasa desapercibido! Muy buen producto.

 

I bought this to tolerate the environment in the home of an older woman that I care for. She is a smoker it has a dog She has allowed me to put in one and I am working on getting the second one somewhere in the house. She has a small home and the one at least makes it bearable and allows for me to be there without needing more asthma medication from the cigarette smoke. I am impressed thus far. The noise level is minimal and I would recommend this product. It does handle cigarette smoke but that obviously is an additional strain on me abilities of any air purifier. Once I get the second one there I think I will be really in the clear.

 

I am relatively experienced with air-purifiers and used so far 4 different brands during my life, including Levoit.
I always chose devices from the mid-high quality and performance range.
To tell the truth, for me Levoit’s products are so far the best ones — even compared to brands calling them premium.
I am an owner of a Levoit LV-H132 and recently purchased the Core 300. Actually I wanted first another unit into my office, but after receiving annd realizing how efficient is the Core 300, I ordered another 2 one (1 into the bedroom and 1 into the child’s room).
Allow me not to go into the appearance and other non-significant issues (yes, it is silent in the night mode, I can sleep next to it and it is robust and simply nice at the same time). Allow me touch the essence.
The Core 300 is an amazing air purifier because 1.) it has a big air-intake surface compared to its size 2.) it has a strong fan capable of moving the air in the room (and silent in night mode) 3.) it has a top-quality hepa filter. For me these are the decisive factors when considering an air purifier’s quality (I do not care about automode and other shiny details — if the 3 ones are missing from a device, you inhale bad quality air in the end).
I measured the performance of the Core 300 with a Temtop LKC-1000S device (ordered from Amazon). Room size: 20m2. Starting values: PM2.5: 5.2 ug/m3, PM10: 8.2 ug/m3, No. of particles: 1,024 (per/L). After 1 hour full speed operation, in closed room the values: PM2.5: 0.3 ug/m3, PM10: 0.8 ug/m3, No. of particles: 99 (per/L). Amazingly low values — none of the other devices, brands managed to get the air quality to such a good level.
Certainly if you switch to lower performance, the same air quality cannot be maintained but this is a natural thing.
I get up with a much clearer nose in the morning.
I had no plastic smell” issue although I ordered 3 separate untis.
A minor negative issue but to be objective: one of the devices is slightly vibrating and issuing due to this a slightly unpleasant sound. The device went through a security check at the airport — maybe this is the reason.
Summarized: Efficient, it works, (our health) worths the money

 

So far I give it a 5 star. It was delivered next day. The size is good not to big but not too small that I feel it’s not working. In the instructions it says to put it on fan speed 3 for 20minutes so it can do a quick clean then lower it to speed 1. As soon as I turned it on it smelled like plastic but then it went away after a couple of minutes. I put my flashlight against it to see if it was working and it was, I could see all the particles in the air going into the machine. I made a video with the three sound speeds. I feel like you could do 3 for 30-45 minutes then put it back down to 1.
