Beautiful iro
This is my second Morphy Richards steam generating iron – the first lasted for about 15 years, and it is lovely to use. The steam removes all wrinkles and the clothes look brand new again. I thoroughly recommend it.

Makes ironing almost a pleasure
I love this iron. This is my third one. Used to have to replace irons about every six months but not this one. Ironing is so much easier too. Can get away with only ironing one side of most garments as steam goes through to press the other side. Highly recommend

Great lightweight iron with good steam and easy to use . Water canister is very easy to take out and refill. Takes creases out brilliantly. Very pleased with my new steam generator iron I wouldn’t be without one it makes ironing so much easier and a pleasure. X

I bought this because my old one stopped working after just 6 years. I decided to go for cheap if they only last this amount of time. I am pleased to report that it works very well certainly as good as my last iron which 200 more. So sometimes its not the price that sells but the quality.

This is a lovely iron , light and easy to use. It dose a magnificent job on pressing trousers and ironing shirts as well as all your other bits and pieces. The packaging is first class and my iron arrived safe and sound and fully intact, a pleasure to use, strongly recommend.

I love the colours. I like the way it handles it glides over the creases. It came protected well If it lasts as long as the last one I will be very pleased I had the last one 14years can’t complain about that only replaced it got a small leak .

It's ok
My old Phillips one was much better then this one! 1LTR tank is very small and dose not produce a lot of steam. Used it today to press my new curtains, and had to press down very hard to get the creases out. Anything below a cotton setting will not iron.
Cheap and Cheerful
Not a patch on my last Morphy Richards but a lot cheaper. There is no way of attaching the iron to the base except with a piece of string so you have to be careful when carrying it as it’s bulky. The steam doesn’t stop immediately you release the button so you get a pool of water on the stand. But these are niggly things that you get used to which are compensated for by the price.

I have had three of these steam irons over the years, and wouldn’t change to another make as they do a great job. Really pleased with this machine.
Excellent for a budget price.
This is the 2nd one I’ve purchased.as so happy with my first which lasted approx 3 years. Ok its probably not the best for professionals but for the price it’s so much better than a normal iron i love it. Large water tank so refilling is less, good steam output for vertical use too.
All in all i feel its fantastic for the price and i would recommend it.

CUTS IRONING TIME BY HALF
This is the same model as I had previously which lasted me for 11 years. I did not want a different model
as this one suits me well. I would definitely recomment it.

All these generator irons tend to be bulky but it irons well with generous steam power and good results.

Super easy ironing
Great product. Bought this to replace the steam generator iron that I’ve had for 10 years (same brand). Love these irons. So easy to use and you never have to worry about the temperature and the iron sticking or burning items. Makes ironing a pleasure, although there’s not much to iron at the moment as we’re not going out. Would highly recommend and, as the price has only increased by 10 in 10 years, provides excellent value for money.

Water reservoir is easy to remove and refit. The cartridge filter pops out and in very easily. The spray has a separate bottle — take the small bottle to the tap instead of the whole iron. The spray bottle is only 20 ml but on first testing with some heavily-creased laundry, I found that the steam function makes the spray almost redundant. I’ve used various irons over 40 years and first impressions after using it the first time are that this is about twice as fast as a traditional steam iron on any individual garment. If you haven’t used this style of iron before, you may think it looks complicated but I can confirm it is simple to set up and easy to use. Nicely finished and comfortable in the hand. Very pleased.

A bit disappointed.
The only thing is that some water comes out onto the cloths when you start ironing, it happens everytime. I have had one before its never come this. My other just had the steam.

Don’t like the filter systems but otherwise a great iron.
Efficient Steam iron.
This is the 3rd purchase of this iron. My wife swears by them (quite literally when they go wrong). They work perfectly but when they fail they just give up. One was the emement and the recent one was the steam pump. You get a 2 year warranty with them but they tend to fail on the 3rd year.
The Best Steam Generated Iron I have used.
A well-established brand. Breezes through the ironing, which I hated to do before this purchase. Holds a good quantity of water.
Efficent and easy to use
I have only 1 comment to make and that is that it would be nice if it had a handle which goes to the bottom part as when you have to lift it from a shelf its quite difficult to keep it together, my previous one was not English and had that which I did find useful but I am getting used to it!

However, this little bad boy is genius!
The time I spend ironing has halfed and better yet, the clothes actually look like it was worth me standing there for half an hour or so compared to when using my old iron.

Excellent steam generato
Anyone looking for a steam generator should consider this one, second identical one we have had. Last one lasted in excess of 15yrs with no problems, it was only the pump weakening that forced us to replace. Cheap to buy, easy to us, lightweight, powerful, quiet and no gadgets to go wrong. excellent hope this one lasts as long.

Should be supplied with neat bag to carry both parts or clips added the main body to clamp iron and allow storage with one hand.

Good, but leaky..
It’s Morphy Richards . Easy to use, heats up reasonably quickly, gives good steam. Although it does tend to spunk water at the start of the ‘ I want to use the steam function, please don’t spunk water all over my work top’ process. Marking it down a . Maybe it’s an overlooked feature, but I, for one, as a man, a man’s man, do not enjoy going to work with what looks like a pee stain near the bottom of my otherwise immaculately ironed top. Other than that..bob on really. Bang for your buck . Just watch out for spunky water discharge.
Best Iron I Have Ever Used!!!
Absolutely love this iron – it is, without any doubt, the best iron I have ever used. It is lightweight and revolutionises the ironing chore. Due to the amount of steam it generates I can do the ironing in half the time it used to take as I only have to iron one side of garments and it even powers through the bed linen. Amazing product!!!

Does the job well
It is bigger than many but it is good to have an iron with a separate water tank after my last one blew every socket in the house! Thank goodness for the trip switch. Does the job well enough and I am happy with it.

Easy at removing creases
We bought this to replace another steam iron we had.
This steam iron is not heavy when using it and the steam easily removes any creases, we were looking at a dearer model but this one is more than we need.
I like that the filters in this model can be easily replaced as the bottom just pops out and you fit another one in.
I registered on line so I now have a 24 month warranty.

Simple steam iro
The iron has simple functions and is easy to use. The reason for a 4 not a 5 is that there is nowhere to wrap the cord or plug lead around the iron for storage which mean the leads all hang down.

My old one of 14+ yrs gave up, we used it at least twice a week and done full loads of ironing, so we got the exact same one, it works for us and far longer than what we’ve had in the past.
Easy to use; highly efficient and effective; do your wash load in double quick time.

I had one before for a good few years, and it never let me down. When it finally gave up the ghost I switched to a regular small iron and wasnt happy at all… so bought another Morphy Richards Jet Steam… and it’s like an old friend… it’s hot, has great steam, and cuts through the ironing with ease. Ok but not fantastic
I has an original model of this iron and it lasted me years. It was so good I thought I would get another. It is OK but nothing like the quality of the first. It leaks a bit and is pretty basic but a good buy for the money.

Extra steam button for those difficult creases
My old steam iron just stopped steaming and I needed to replace asap. Does the job well, easy to use. Love the extra steam button. I like clothes pressed, but don’t want to stand over the ironing for long. This enables me to press my clothes in quick time, great results.
