Amazing performance and wifi reliability
Used to replace my Google WiFi kit as I needed additional functionality and controls that where not supported by Google. Simple to set up including Dyn DNS and VPN. Rock solid wifi through out the house with no black spots, I now have wifi at the bottom on the garden!

This mesh wifi system finally resolved poor wifi reception for ALL rooms in the house. Virgin wifi hub not able to reach loft or back bedroom/office. Had previously tried different extenders, but the dead zones never got reasonable reception. Easy to setup (30 – 40 mins) and worked first time. Now have the wifi speed we pay for all over the house…very little reduction in received speeds. Was put off by the cost, but with need to work from home, this has been the solution. Wish I had purchased years ago.
Really good for a small office
Got this for our office which has a mixture of 30 different devices including printers, Apple TV’s, Google Nest Speakers, mobiles etc. Connected at any given time.
It has pretty much sorted our drop out issues as the ISP router wasn’t coping at all.
Installation sounded easy but took me over an hour to manage with a need to call the customer service. And I consider myself a technophile.
Customer service was actually very helpful and they’ve helped to resolved the issue over the phone.
This is my first mesh network thus I can’t compare the performance to any other similar product. I’ve got the Orbi + Satellite and placed them in each floor of the building.. They look good and classy.

Super quick next-day delivery. Product really easy to set up and has ran without a hitch since installation. Has greatly improved signal coverage and stability throughout our house. Don’t see any real improvement in speed, but main reason for purchase was ensuring coverage throughout the house. One thing would flag for consideration by potential buyer is that Sky Q boxes seem to have some connectivity issues but that would be only reservation so far. Highly recommend the product.

Whilst set up was a little challenging everything is now working brilliantly and coverage is excellent. Not one drop out! My WiFi Is back and stronger than before
Following issues over the last couple of months with my Virgin Media Hub 3 WiFi having connection issues I decided to take the plunge and purchase Orbi Whole Home WiFi 6 devices. I can honestly say my WiFi has never been better stronger signal throughout the house. More devices with continuous connections and so far no drops. Why didn’t I do this sooner would be my only question? Definitely worth considering this product if you are having issues with your ISP’s device.

Amazing plug and play, literally as simple as that. We moved house and notice decreased connection just using the Wi-fi router, in the lounge we got 350+Mbps, but in furthest bedroom it dropped down to 50-60Mbps. Talking to friends and reading reviews decided on the orbi, it arrived and installation was super easy, just plug in and the connect, the app is really easy to follow, but now get 350Mbps throughout the home house, basement to top floor.

I Bought this as my old router kept getting slower and sometimes didn’t work . After buying the netgear orbi which was so easy to set up I’ve never looked back , my internet speeds now are through the roof all over the house and even outside, I would recommend this product 110%
Orbi duel and mesh makes a real difference
Has made a massive difference – now get full speed all over house, decking and garage. Quite a neat piece of kit not obtrusive at all. Very useful Ethernet ports on router and satellites. The system does exactly what I needed – would definitely recommend.

Perfecto para el uso que preciso.
Instalado en una casa de garaje en bajos, vivienda en plantas primera y segunda y buhardilla. El router principal est en la buhardilla, un satlite en la planta segunda y el otro satlite en planta primera.
Tengo contratados 600 megas, que son los que da el router principal. En la planta segunda, la velocidad oscila entre 350 y 280 megas, segn el punto. En la planta primera, la velocidad oscila de 230 a 180 megas segn la situacin. Y en la planta baja y patio trasero an tenemos unos ms que decentes 50 a 80 megas. Lo que si hay que hacer es varias pruebas de ubicacin de los satlites, hasta obtener el resultado ptimo.
La estabilidad del sistema es total. No he registrado ningn corte desde la instalacin. Tampoco he registrado ningn conflicto de IP ni de otra ndole entre dispositivos y la Red. Por trmino medio suelen est conectados doce dispositivos en la Red.
La instalacin es muy sencilla. nicamente requiere la instalacin de la aplicacin en el mvil y seguir los pasos que indica la misma. Es prcticamente plug & play.
Producto totalmente recomendable a nivel de hogar.

This Mesh system is the best one I have bought I had a TpLink before this 1 and I must say this smashes it in everyway the speeds are constant they don’t drop it is extremely strong and also the app is very good it alerts you when new devices connected and when there are security threats to the network. I highly recconend this it is worth the price! You will not be disappointed trust me!

Well worth the money
Having use many different system for many years This is the 1st system was actually worked. living in a very built up area with lots of competing signals and and with walls that prevent signal passing through them, this system not only provides full coverage but with the mesh system also allows seamless movement allowing me to move from one room to the next without having to change my connection. The ability to control the connected devices is brilliant as I can control the times for my children to connect games consols and I have full control over the devices. The setup is truly very easy and the app is very intuitive. Given the connection speed is better than the AP provided by my wifi/broadband suplyer I have turned the provided Router into a modem only and just use the Orbi system. The only request I wouldput forward would be the dimming of the lights at night. The ability to connect from anywhere also allows me the capability to monitor the system even while at work. Over all I would and have recommended this system to friends and family.
Totally sick and tired of Virgins slow and sloppy internet speeds (I complained recently to them of the download speed being just over 1Mbps, yes ONE, and all they could do was ask me if I had done the obvious things of turning the router off and back on etc.!!), I looked elsewhere for solutions. I noticed that somebody had recommended the Orbi Mesh system but was sceptical….is it really necessary to have to spend in the region of 200 to get the internet speeds that Virgin advertise? Unfortunately it seems, yes it is necessary because Virgin only provide the access. I decided to take the plunge and purchase the router and one extra satellite set. After a short time setting up (don’t forget to change your Virgin/Sky/TalkTalk or whatever router to Modem mode) we were up and running and have been enjoying it ever since. At the time of writing this review I have completed a speed check with the Orbi app and it shows 111.24Mbps download speed and 10.03 Upload speed. Was it worth the money? Oh yes!

Fixed my virgin media by switching the VM Hub to modem mode, plugged this in and now I can get the speed I pay for. Easy to set up.

La red mesh adems es algo comodsimo,que cualquier aparato se conecte automticamente a 2,4 o a 5 es la leche sobre todo cuando se est domotizando una casa como es mi caso (es un rollo tener que estar pendiente de a qu red conectarse).
En mi caso he convertido el Mitrastar en Bridge (solo para internet,TV y tlf sigue con las vlan de Movistar)y me va todo como un tiro.
Es un producto un poco caro an consiguindolo con una oferta como yo en que lo saque por 200 euros pero desde luego merece ms la pena que gastarse 70 o 100 en un amplificador y que luego no sirva.
Una gran compra que tendra que haber hecho antes.

I spent a fair while debating with myself about buying this product as it’s not that cheap – I now wish I had done it ages ago as it has transformed the performance of the always awful Virgin Media Superhub. This is not super in anyway and never has been – unless super rubbish is what they mean.
The Orbi app made set-up easy and we have multiple devices working faultlessly across the network with two satellites. It even stretches out to work well in the garage which isn’t attached to the house.
Two happy gaming teenagers make this worth the price alone. No more moaning and hopefully they can use slightly less phone data now they can get their phones to work on wifi in the house.
Best purchase I have made in a long time.

After sheer frustration, I forked out this relatively huge sum for the Orbi. It’s completely solved the problem (so it should for that price!). I can now get WiFi all over the house and even at the back of the garden. I’ve had extenders before, but even when they weren’t flakey (which was rare), it was a real pain manually switching between access points. Tried the renaming SSID trick, but that just caused more problems than it was worth. The mesh aspect of this router solves that problem. It now seamlessly connects to the satellite when I move around.
Yes, they’re expensive, but if you live in an old house and are sick of WiFi issues due to thick walls etc, these may well solve your problem.

Replacement for VM 'SuperHub 3'
New VM 350mbps service, Superhub had limited coverage and rapid drop-off with wireless performance. Put VM kit into modem mode and connected Orbi via Netgear GS305 5 port switch for local ethernet connection, positioned new hub and satellite on different floors – now have fast coverage throughout house
Soy Informtico con ms de 30 aos de experiencia como programador y he tenido la suerte de ver la evolucin de las redes de ordenadores, primero almbricas y luego inalmbricas, y este sistema es, por mucho, el mejor y ms sencillo que he tenido. La instalacin ha sido una pasada, me refiero a que fue instalar la app, seguir las instrucciones y arreglado, todo funcionando y en condiciones. Lo nico que tuve que hacer adicional fue apagar el wifi en la ONT del PSI y guardar el repetidor tp-link que tena que reiniciar hasta 5 veces al da. Ahora ni me acuerdo de la red, todo funciona a la perfeccin, sin retrasos y con una velocidad que antes no tena. Me refiero a que en casa se usan los mviles, la Smart TV y los ordenadores a la vez y nadie se da cuenta que los dems tambin estn usando el internet. Se acab el: “Vas a tener que hacer algo con el Internet, se me ha cado de nuevo” o el “Se me ha colgado el juego en el mejor momento”. En serio, este sistema ha valido cada cntimo que he pagado por l. Gracias Netgear!

I decided to buy this as I recently moved to a 3BHK flat and my old Google WiFi router (which served me so well all these years) was just not good enough to cover the entire space even though the router was centrally placed.
For future proofing I wanted to invest in WiFi 6 (802.11ax) and ORBI was always my favourite due to its rave reviews by almost all the reviewers worldwide. But the price of higher bandwidth mesh routers (RBK850, RBK750) was a major deterrent as I felt that I would never use such high internet speeds in India.
Thankfully ORBI came up with ax1800 with affordable price tag which serves the need of people like us who don’t expect to use speeds north of 1gbps in the near future. We don’t need ax4200 or ax6000 for the speeds we get in India though I miss the extra band they have for wireless backhaul which this router lacks. Again this is not a major deterrent considering I use Airtel 300mbps connection which leaves enough bandwidth for backhaul in the 5ghz band.
I recently bought an iPhone 12 and a Mac mini m1 and other family members also use multiple WiFi 6 enabled devices which makes this router upgrade worth the effort and money. WiFi 6 is a major upgrade over WiFi 5 and the Internet stability in terms of bandwidth allocation and wall penetration is excellent. Since these WiFi standards upgrade are so infrequent(WiFi 5 was released in 2014) that it would be wise to invest in a new router early to maximise the potential benefit.
Installation of the router and satellite was pretty straight forward. I am getting a speed of 120 mbps in my study room which is farthest from the main router with multiple brick walls between the router and my mac mini. I was getting 4-5 mbps earlier with google WiFi which resulted in multiple dropped calls on WebEx, zoom and work from home sessions disruptions. Also since we use WiFi calling for even normal mobile calls, I would often walk in the WiFi dead zones while talking which would result in call drops as well. This was extremely frustrating considering I was paying for 300mbps. Now it’s all fine with seamless coverage and acceptable internet speeds at spots which otherwise came under dead zones.
Finally the most important thing is the price you are paying for your stuff. I always keep a thumb rule of comparing the price at which the product is being offered in US vs India. I would rather buy a Philips fidelio soundbar than go for Bose soundbars because both are in the same segment in US but here in India Bose is 3x expensive which makes no sense as effectively you are not paying for the product but import services and customs. I believe US is the benchmark market where all the products are listed at their fair price and I would go for the products which are closest to their fair price in India assuming similar performance and ratings.
ORBI is fantastically (maybe because it’s made in Thailand) priced in India, even though it looks expensive. It’s US retail tag is at par (if not more) with the Indian price tag which is certainly not the case with other WiFi 6 mesh routers present in the market currently.
I bought a pair of ORBI stand on Amazon for Rs 1900. Since RBK350 is a new model, it’s not listed on supported routers for the stand but rest assured that it will fit properly.
Router comes with a satellite and two power adapters with US and Europe Dongles for plugging it in.
Improved WiFi across the house
I was a bit dubious about these working and I didn’t see many reviews to go by either… so I took a risk and ordered at a good price.
After arriving the setup was easy using the app and installed in no time. Straight away we had a massive improvement in Wi-Fi across the house. So much so that I don’t hear a peep from my teenage daughters now about not being able to connect. I’m also getting Wi-Fi 6 on my phone now. Units look neat and modern too.
Overall a great buy with great connectivity.

Brought this to replace my old nighthawk router which was showing it’s age and was using the net gear plug in extenders and WiFi was very poor all over the house.
I decided on the 3 box( 1 router and two satellites) setup and what a difference speed all around the house is full bars, fire stick connect is excellent, old setup kept loosing connection or poor signal.

***If you have Virgin and can’t get it to work consistently it is the hub! Knock it in to modem mode and invest in this.***
Reliable WiFi 6 mesh route
We live in a 3-storey townhouse and our previous ISP-issued modem router didn’t have the range to offer a reliable connection for devices on the top floor. We bought the RBK352 because of its second satellite, WiFi 6 support and stylish design. We’ve placed the satellite in our lounge in the second floor and it has transformed WiFi coverage – video and radio streaming is now smooth with no dropouts or buffering, and we get full-strength reception throughout the whole house and into our garden. It was easy to install though don’t forget you’ll still need a modem for the router to connect to. I appreciate the Gigabit Ethernet ports so I can connect my desktop PC for gaming and work for an ultra reliable connection. The app is surprisingly good with lots of usage stats and an easy interface. We like the design as well which blends in whilst obviously also being effective. Really happy with it and have also recommended on the retailer’s site we bought it from!

I have been suffering low strength wi-fi from my Virgin hub for years. I muddled along with Devolo but that was always hit and miss.
I therefore decided to try a mesh system under advice from a tekkie friend and it has transformed my digital life!
Whilst set up was complicated (these things never install as easy as they claim) the end result justified the pain.
I now have full strength wi-fi signal in every part of my apartment (200 mbps+) , just as good as if the devices were hard wired. I wish I had done this a lot sooner, would have had fewer gray hairs and less expletive filled days!!!
Fantastic, easy to use and setup.
What an absolutely lovely bit of kit, working in IT for my whole career, I’ve always struggled with home internet, this solves all the issues, two gaming sons, demand high speed access and without having to wire the whole house this piece of equipment solves the issue, and provides the internet speed I’m paying for, for the whole household, I’ve tried others, power line etc but this is the only solution that has worked. Costly yes, but worth every penny.
Great value for money and performance
The overall performance of the network is very good and strong signal in all parts of the house and having one WiFi SID for both 2.4G and 5G networks and letting the devices connect to the appropriate one. Said supported WiFi 6 at up to 1201Mbps and it does do that. Very good and pleased with the system and good value for money.

Identifiquese como admin y la contrasea que cre. Seleccione: Avanzado y Modo AP/router. Aqu indique modo AP y en la siguiente pantalla tome la opcin recomendada. As, ya podr ver los programas de televisin de Movistar/fusin.
Easy to instal and works well
It does the job it says and very easy to instal – overall very pleased with this product.
Je voulais viter les applis de config sur les tlphones ( l’ancienne, je ne fais pas confiance… d’autant que je ne trouve pas du tout rglo certains concurrents qui obligent de crer un compte pour faire la config… a sent pas bon ct Data) et comme son habitude Netgear possde toujours une interface web de config accessible via le navigateur orbilogin.com crire directement la place de http://… dans laquelle il existe des tas de fonctions (sauvegarde des paramtres que l’on peut enregistrer sur son PC, par exemple et …).
Cela m’a pris environ 2 heures (tout compris pour dballer, installer et peaufiner les rglages) et plus de 15 appareils connecter.
J’ai lu qques min en config… mouais, c’est un peu exagr. Cependant, c’est trs facile, et cela faisait longtemps que tout n’avait pas t aussi simple.
D’un point de vue design, le blanc mat est trs Quali !

I’d been looking for mesh for a while and a move to Virgin cable was the trigger. The Orbi is now doing all the wired and wireless network work with the Virgin hub in router only mode.
Wi-fi signal is excellent once you have had a play with optimum locations, consider hard wiring the satellites if you can. The Wi-fi speeds are pretty good, especially from the base unit, the satellites too if they are wired or on 5ghz backhaul to base.
The app is great, it becomes addictive doing the inbuilt speed test and looking at the network map!
Beware, it’s impossible to buy a separate satellite later so far.

Bought this to solve wifi reach and speed due to brick walls and virgin router being at the opposite corner of the house to many key TVs, laptops, etc. Result – I am now getting 70-80Mb of my 100Mb service even at the furthest corner of the house. Money well spent!!

Easy to set up, no more dead spots. Easily copes with the ever increasing number of WiFi gadgets around our home, even got WiFi at the bottom of the garden now

Hai internet veloce in tutti gli angoli della casa, migliore del precedente NIGHTHAWK che si e’ rotto (non vedeva piu’ il satellite) e ho fatto il reso, scalda meno o dissipa di piu’, la luce led NON resta sempre accesa che di notte nelle camere dava fastidio nel precedente Nighthawk e per ora ce l’ho da 1 mese tutto ok, unica seccatura piccola se lasci le notifiche sullo smartphone e che ad ogni connessione di un sito nuovo ti manda avviso di pericolo, forse voglion vendere anche BITDEFENDER che propongono … comunque un buon prodotto, oltre 200 mq2 di copertura con base e 1 satellite !
This is an excellent product that has massively improved WiFi performance throughout my flat. The modem/router supplied by Virgin Media failed to provide decent WiFi in my three-bedroom flat; this Netgear Orbi mesh system now provides me with >100mbps speed everywhere in the flat. Easy to set up, and once running, easy to ignore (in a good way).
With three of us working from home, plus significant demands via streaming video (Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, Netflix etc.) our Netgear Orbi mesh system has consistently risen to the challenge. Well-priced, and highly recommended.
WiFi issues solved!
I have issues with internal walls blocking WiFi, and with working from home and lots of internet enabled devices – I have seen capacity and stability issues.
This has solved them all with a constant and stable connection that provides speeds beyond what my internet connection can even supply!

FANTASTICO!
Ho acquistato questo kit RBK352 per sostituire il router del mio operatore. Una volta collegato allla terminazione ottica ONT fornita dal mio provider, mi sono collegato all’interfaccia di configurazione e ho inserito i dati di accesso e l’ID VLAN forniti dal mio provider internet. Una volta fatto ci, il router ha stabilito correttamente la connessione internet. Ho dunque proceduto, tramite l’app Orbi, ad associare anche il satellite RBS350 (incluso nel kit RBK352). Avendo una rete LAN in casa (che ho connesso ad una delle 4 porte ethernet del router Orbi) ho deciso di collegare il satellite appunto tramite LAN, in modo che la connessione tra RBR350 e RBS350 fosse diretta e senza interferenze. La copertura WiFi eccezionale, la rete copre tutta la mia casa e arriva anche in giardino. L’unica pecca che la velocit WiFi 5 GHz per i dispositivi WiFi 5, probabilmente per un bug software, limitata a 150-160 Mbps. Se invece viene usato un dispositivo con WiFi 6, allora questo problema non si presenta affatto e si raggiungono velocit pi elevate. visto che il prodotto appena uscito (e non ha ancora ricevuto aggiornamenti), probabilmente Netgear risolver il problema della rete 5 GHz limitata a 160 Mbps nei dispositivi WiFi 5. Se si hanno problemi WiFi, questo un prodotto da comprare!
echnisch ist das Produkt was es verspricht, gute Abdeckung und sehr stabil!
Was mich dabei strt ist die Tatsache das hier Trittbrettfahrer zustzlich Geld verdienen wollen. Bitdefender ist fest in die Software integriert und es ist ein Abo fllig wenn man es nutzen will, es ist keine Schnittstelle zu anderen Antivirenprodukten Anbietern vorhanden. Die Idee ist gut aber die Umsetzung ist somit schlecht gelungen.
Das gleiche gilt fr VPN, wird dieses aktiviert muss ein DDNS Anbieter aktiviert werden, dieser ist ebenfalls fest im System vorbelegt und nach 14 Tagen wird bei NO-IP ein Abo fllig obwohl es eine “mynetgear,com” Domne ist. Keine Hinweise bei der Einrichtung! VPN allerdings funktioniert sehr gut und ist sehr einfach einzurichten, nur DDNS sollte man auf einem anderen Gert aktivieren.
Htte ich das alles bei der Kaufentscheidung gewusst, dann wre es vermutlich ein anderes Mesh Gert eines anderen Anbieters geworden!, ich habe leider nur auf die technischen Daten geachtet und das ist es gut.
Warum eine so groe Firma wie Netgear sich auf solche “versteckten” Geschfte einlt ist mir nicht klar und dmpft meine sonst so gute Meinung ber diesen Hersteller.
Ich habe keines der Abos abgeschlossen und nutze nun das Gert mit “hohem Sicherheitsrisiko”, wie Bitdefender meint.
Stability at las
With a fairly large house getting good signal coverage has always been a challenge. This had got worse of late as our network and our neighbours’ networks added more and more devices. In addition stability of connections seemed to suffer. The setup was simple and straight forward. We have now had the new system up and running for 2 weeks with plenty of bandwidth and always stable connections.

Orbi brings WiFi to life
Great product, gives reliable coverage to the whole house. Would be great if the iOS app gave better indication of the relative signal strenght for placing the remotes.

Simple to install the Orbi system has given us high speed internet all over our property as well as extending to the garden. Tried another mesh system before this one and this is definitely more solid. Quality build and a straight forward app. Recommend!

This has transformed our virgin wifi. Laptop was constantly loosing connection, multiple areas with no coverage. Now minimal drop outs and fast broadband throughout the house.
This covers the whole house much better than my previous tp link archer c6 in most respects (archer could only cover the whole house if placed in a very inconvenient to cable place) providing steady and stable service & more bandwidth than I’m likely to use for years to come
It provides WiFi 6 and has a simple tech free set up. It’s also very neat, with easy to place stations – especially vs the very ugly archer and no nasty cables or random LEDs.
Price wise, it’s both horrifically expensive for what it is, and much cheaper than much of the (absurdly priced) competition. Also: reliable WiFi is vital to your ability to work, learn, relax, and your kids education. So while expensive, also necessary
Set up app is very simple, and unusually for networking gear appears designed by someone who understands UEX
Point off because:
1. No meaningful parental controls
2. Having to create a netgear at account to do anything & they are already sending me marketing spam in German
3. It appears to be hub and spoke rather than true mesh. Which is a pain for me, given where my modem has to live, and how easy it isn’t to run Ethernet cables from there (if it was I’d still use the archer)
4. Only having 4 Ethernet ports on the base. Should have at least 8. Probably 4 per extender too (not 2) and those ports should support teaming the nics
The Orbi mesh WiFi kit has completely transformed the network reliability and coverage in my house. I’m paying for a 600mb broadband package and the service providers router and boosters were not fit for purpose, particularly if you were upstairs. Prior to Orbi, I was receiving around 20mb on my PlayStation 4 upstairs off a WiFi signal. However, I have now placed the Orbi satellite in my bedroom (which still provides coverage for the whole of upstairs) and connected it to my PlayStation via an Ethernet cable. This has more than increased the download speed by over 10 fold and I haven’t received an speed of less than 300mb. I did another test yesterday and received a speed of 507mb. Just showcasing this one example evidences the impact it has on one of my devices in a household full of connected devices. This has completely transformed the infrastructure within our household for the better and definitely value for money. I did a lot of research before coming to the conclusion that the Orbi mesh kit was the one to purchase and it did not disappoint. I even decided on the dual-band WiFi 6 version rather than the tri-band WiFi 5 version to make it future proof. As Apple have already stated they are to include WiFi 6 in all their new iPhones and iPads, we already have technology that is utilising this and will have more in the future making this piece of kit future-proof and one for the long term! Already have recommended to friends who will be purchasing in the nearby future!

Purchased this WiFi 6, 2 node mesh system for our 4 bed house. We have lots of devices and smart devices. This mush does the trick, great signal in all rooms, outdoors, driveway and garden. 4k streaming to the TV as well via the wired connection from the satellite mesh (router / Ftth is upstairs). Just needs IGMP enabling if using with a BT Home Hub.
I have been weighing up which mesh to get for too long, being frustrated with my poor WiFi signal at home all this time. I should have just got this orbi mesh system. I use it with a 200Mbps Virgin broadband service in UK. I used to get 200Mbps in the same room as the virgin Hub 3 router. This dropped to 100 in the next bedroom room and 10-30 downstairs. Back part of the house was hopeless. Back garden – don’t even bother, always had to switch to mobile data. After installing this Orbi mesh, I get 200-217Mbps across the whole of the house and 150-100Mbps in the back garden. I have also utilised all the ports on the orbi hub and that works without fault. Since having orbi mesh for 2 weeks my WiFi has NEVER dropped out, I’ve streamed Netflix, WiFi, sky programmes simultaneously across the house and all work flawlessly.
Update 25/01/2022 – still going strong, had an issue with my work laptop not connecting to the network however that was an easy fix with Netgear support helping me out, all I had to do was turn off wifi6 on the mesh network then my work laptop connected fine.
I have the main router upstairs and two satellite nodes downstairs, one of the nodes has the sky box plugged in via cat6 cable and this offers very stable streaming with no drop outs for all the services on the sky box (prime, YouTube, Netflix, Disney etc). This is where this product is better than most simple mesh networks as the data ports on both satellites offer strong wired connections, even though the mesh is wireless magic! No idea how the wired connection is so strong even though the mesh connection is only over WiFi.
This mesh handles two of us WFH both on video calls simultaneously.
The app allows you to see what devices are connected to each node. You can also turn these connections on and off.
Almost a year later and I would still recommend this product to anyone having issues with their broadband provided routers.

With the new Netgear Orbi I have a consistently higher broadband speed. Very easy to change the SSID and password for reconnecting any smart switches etc.

Zuvor hatte ich ein kleineres (RBK13) Orbi System das hin und wieder die Verbindung zum Internet (trotz bestehender WLAN Verbindung, warum auch immer) verloren hat. Mit dem RBR353 ist das deutlich besser, zudem es bessere LAN-Anschlussmglichkeiten bietet. WLAN Abdeckung im bei gleicher Satellitenposition ist ebenfalls deutlich besser.
Performance kann ich nicht objektiv beurteilen, mit ca. 5-8 Gerten (Smartphone, Notebook, NAS, TV, Drucker) und einer 50er DSL Leitung gab es keine Beeintrchtigungen der WLAN / LAN Leistung und alles funktioniert wie gewnscht.

Habe bei Amazon bestellt und die Ware schnell erhalten. Ausgepackt und das App downladen die Einrichtung war sehr leicht und auch der Geschwindigkeitszuwachs in den entlegensten Winkeln meiner Wohnung war sehr deutlich schneller. ich kann dieses Mesh nur empfehlen. Jetzt habe ich in meinem Bro volle Internetgeschwindigkeit und auch beim Kopieren einzelne Dateien im Netzwerk geht es schneller als vorher. 4K Filme kann man streamen ohne ruckeln. Fr mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
ottimo il software, con anche la possibilit di scaricare bit defender antivirus su varie macchine o smartphone e tablet, pagando ovviamente un abbonamento, ma compreso anche l’antivirus residente nei dispositivi mesh, che bloccano sul nascere virus e malware in genere prima che arrivino al computer.
L’unico problema che ho avuto da quando l’ho acquistato che per 2 volte si sconnesso, e dopo un po di prove si riconnesso.

Bang For The Buck
The wifi signal was great all around my house and even got 50mbps in the garden!
Cela fait peu de temps que je l’ai install mais tout fonctionne parfaitement. Je suis assez impressionn, notre maison est en pierre avec des murs de 55 cm + cloisons en briques pour un total de 85cm, ce qui fait qu’en dehors du salon o se trouve notre box on avait pas accs internet. Depuis l’installation du systme Orbi j’ai bien accs au wifi dans toutes les pices (environ 250m2 au sol, avec un tage), le signal va jusque dans les chambres qui se trouvent plus de 20m du salon spares par deux murs de pierres plus des cloisons en briques et des cloisons en parpaings. Le dbit n’est pas incroyable mais c’est parce que l’on est encore en ADSL pour le moment.
L’installation est extrmement simple, il suffit de tlcharger l’application, et part dfinir un nom de rseau et un mot de passe on a juste a appuyer sur “continuer”, difficile de faire plus facile.
