Very useful piece of equipme
I bought this camera because a close relative has been involved in a RTA and I have realised just how useful the camera he had on his vehicle has been.

Application was troublesome, however I have fixed with support.
My mobile had VPN enabled, for some reason this was interfering with the connection.
Works well in small car.
Used in my aygo. OK to set up, but some people may need to download the instructions if this is the 1st dash cam they have used.

Came in with complete with the original box of the dashcam, the hardwire kit, the case and the micro sd card. Woyld recommend it. Great dashcam.

I replaced an old Nextbase with the 322GW. Very easy to install and I am using a 256gb card which seems to be working fine. Small and discreet, you forget its there, app has been improved also.

Having owned a cheaper dashcam in the past I decided to opt for a Nextbase dashcam. This comes with some excellent tech including GPS and Wi-Fi.
The GPS enables the device to accurately plot your location as well as record your speed. The Wi-Fi enables easy transfer of video files to your smartphone.
Already I have recorded some footage of somebody who almost side swiped me from a side junction giving me piece of mind that if a collision ever occurred and it wasn’t my fault then it would give me some great evidence.
I have used it in conjunction with the add on rear camera which clicks onto the side of the device. This is excellent and well worth the investme

A good price as the SDcard is extra and more expensive if you puchased it from any were else.Bit hard to run the cableing arround to make a neat job.
Disappointed with this uni
Used a good quality sd card but it stopped recording after 12 minutes, eventually bought a 64 Nextbase one- not much change in operation, camera still says stopped recording!
Connected the dash cam to my iPhone and ensured all updates were as should be.
Found the app had set up a new network on my router!
Found when downloading photos it was using my 4G when it was in reach of my WiFi !
I’m out of the units return date , been in hospital and recovering .
Very disappointing as it should really be working well , maybe I’ve just got a Friday afternoon unit!.?

The camera is easy to set up although I had difficulty getting the memory card to click in. Because my AV socket isn’t part of the dashboard I’ve not been able to set the wiring up as per the instructions so have had to get round that which isn’t quite as neat. The camera is amazing & definitely gives a degree of comfort. I’ve installed the app but can’t seem to bypass it looking for the latest software update so have yet to play back some footage & also read the manual which might make things clearer. Overall, very happy.

has a link direct to your phone, no buttons on the display its now a touch display screen and the mount is adhesive not suction.
there is a physical button to secure the recording in the case of an accident, there is also a feature for the unit to make an emergency call in the case of an accident.
features have been updated and a great price, i used the power supply from my old unit so didnt need to route an additional power supply.
Semi easy to hardwire and nice little bit of kit. It lost a star because it doesn’t come with a SD card

Room for improveme
This is my 3rd NB dash cam, I wanted a rear view set up so bought this. The rear view camera is excellent with crisp footage. However the front can does not produce as crisper images as my previous NB dashcams. I bought a polarising filter which in my opinion should be a standard fitting. It has made a slight improvement but still not the best.

What is there to say about this excellent dash cam? It does everything it states on the package and does it well. Sure there are cheaper ones out there but surely you want to be certain that it’s going to work when you really need it? As I said in the title, I wouldn’t buy any other make now, I have them in all my family’s cars.
Buy what you know works.!
I had previously purchased some years ago a Nextbase dash cam and it did everything I required. So when looking for my wife’s car I did my usual reviews and looked first at what I knew had worked well for me before. I did the usual reviews of others but kept coming back to Nextbase as my bench mark. Also from my earlier dash cam even more features have been added and still at an affordable similar price. Therefore this was a case of buy what you know works. I’ve not been disappointed. Great delivery, quality equipment, easy to install yourself and user friendly with great results.
Fantastic quality
I’ve bought a few cameras in the same price range as this and they are all useless. This one stands head & shoulders above the rest.
