My beloved old dog deserves this
I’ve had so many beds for my eleven year old dog over the years, some even more expensive than this one but this is definitely the best I’ve bought. It has a very deep and real memory foam base that is almost like a gel that molds to him. Just perfect ,now his hips are starting to give a bit of trouble. Like another reviewer I had to wince a little bit at the cost as I clicked ‘pay’ for the large bed but once it arrived I could see it is absolutely certainly worth it – and more. The surface is very easy to clean – even with a dog like mine that sheds like crazy. Only small gripe is the base is built in so you can’t turn it over if for example your dog gets his belly wet during a walk and jumps into it – you’ll either have to leave your dog rest in a wet bed or disassemble the whole thing to wash and dry it. But as a long time dog owner who loves their dog and who spent ages looking at different beds on amazon before buying this one – I can recommend to you that your search can end here and you should buy this for your cherished doggy! If I had come across this bed years ago it would have been the only brand I would have ever bought.

    Perfect!
I have been searching for a bed like this for a long time and saw a picture of it on a rescue site with a rescue dog happily ensconced on it. We have two large dogs, both 9 years old and beginning to get a little stiff in the joints – they are finding it so much easier to get up from this bed than the previous one. It was more than I had planned to spend on a new bed for them, but worth every single penny! Also, new covers are available in the event of mishaps. Hard-wearing and comfortable, your dog will thank you for years to come!

When your pet deserves the best...
Although the price is steep, I’m so very thankful I purchased this bed for my three-year-old boxer, Roxy. The memory foam pad is a fabulous quality and holds its shape and thickness. Roxy literally stayed in the bed for hours when I first put it down. The rolled edges offer an added sense of security that I know she prefers and also loves to use as a headrest. There’s plenty of room (L) on the bed for stretching out and the cover easily removes for cleaning. I’m thrilled with the purchase and I know when she starts aging and aching, it will be a great comfort to her.

    Best dog bed ever!
This is the third bed I have purchased as now have three dogs!! They are without doubt the best dog beds we have ever purchased. They keep their shape just as the first day they got slept on!! Even the one which was or chased three or four years ago now. The dogs love the cushioned edge to rest their heads. Easy to remove and clean the outer covers and zips are as good as new on the oldest product. You can roll them up and take them away with you. Will not ever buy another brand of bed having wasted lots of money on traditional round shape beds that always go saggy in the wash! Well worth the money.

    Expensive but worth i
I wanted a decent bed that our dog would chose to sleep on instead of the sofa! The reviews on this sold it to me and answered any concerns I had about the value for money. I got a large for our large working cocker spaniel. He loves it and sleeps on it all night and for naps in the day too. I tuck a blanket in under the padded bolster to cut down on the amount of cleaning it needs – I just wash and replace the blanket. The memory foam makes it very comfortable and supportive, it’s big enough for him to stretch out and the bolster gives him the head support he likes. It also looks nice in the room.

    Worth every penny.
I bought this bed for my Labrador Holly to use as she was getting achy and didn’t want to get up on the sofa anymore. I bit the bullet and bought one for the lounge for her, that was back in 2017 and I’m happy to report it’s still going strong. It hasn’t lost its shape, it’s still really supportive and even though it’s used every day there is little to no ware and tare. I have just bought a Jumbo for another room.

Personally I think I could have spent half as much and my dog would be just as happy..
Looks really swish but my dog isn’t going for it at all after a couple weeks of trying- the cat likes it!

It’s quite thermally conductive and hard to the touch (as mem foam is) I think the unusual sinking unsettles my pup.
I’m sure the bed is as should be she’s like a reverse snob!
Cushioned with a folded duvet and it’s still not her favourite.

It’s construction is notably good though and it is what it says it is!

    So Good We Bought Two!!
Absolutely fantastic beds! Our dogs simply love them! Our little Frenchie, who often finds it difficult to settle, is able to quickly get comfy and fully stretch out (his favourite way to lay) and have a really decent sleep. It’s also perfect for our American Bulldog -Boxer Cross who is starting to get a little stiff as she gets older. The memory foam is thick and very comfortable, the surrounding bolster cushion is soft, but firm enough to provide the required support. We originally purchased one bed, but were so pleased with it, purchased a second a couple of days later. We (and our dogs) couldn’t be more pleased! The beds shown are both large. We 100% thoroughly recommend them!

Well made and comfortable dog bed, great size,my older dog is very funny with dog beds, but on a Evening he snuggles down and loves this bed. worth price for a great bed of this quality, would strongly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Plus easy to clean removable cover.

    Awesome bed

I love how it’s waterproof and keeps the actual foam padding protected. The entire top part comes off so you can wash it much easier. The bedding is soft to the touch, but moderately firm with good memory foam support. He loves to cuddle up against the side with his toys or to place his head on the edge to sleep. The bed seems to be very well made.

    Quality dog bed
My dog loves this bed! At 10 she has some arthritic symtoms which is why I chose to go with memory foam. She is sleeping really soundly now, none of the restlessness that she had before.

She’s a Great Dane/Bull Mastiff cross (small horse size!) but the bed is a perfect size and supports her 70kg weight easily.

I haven’t tried washing the cover yet but not anticipating any issues.

    Worth every penny and more.

Update: The covers wash beautifully on a low temperature. Have done them several times now.

My collie loves his new bed
We were looking for a comfortable dogs bed, as our collie is getting older and has arthritis. It was important to buy something that would let him totally relax in. We were impressed with the reviews, so bought the x large, to allow our dog to stretch out in. He can do this, with ease, or he can curl up in a corner, he loves to lay his head on the sides and sleep. We are very pleased with this purchase. It is heavy, solid, with a nice thick memory foam mattress, was easy to assemble and the outer material is wipeable. I have also used the handheld hoover on it, successfully.

I have purchased so many beds for my neopolitan mastiff, he has never fit on any extra large beds, never slept on any or he has eaten them after scratching at them due to not being able to get comfy. Today he has received his new pet fusion bed and he is in it he isn’t scratching to make it comfy because it’s already perfect. Very expensive but worth it for him to be comfortable with his sore legs. Highly recommend, will update again after I’ve washed it.

    Jury still ou
Ordered for my dog and when it arrived it was massive, yes I should have taken more note of the size, but was still shocked by size and weight. I have a retriever and three could fit in it. It is well made but more firm than I was expecting, we ended up having to put a donut dog bed in it as well to encourage the dog to get in it. Not sure I would have ordered had I realised how firm it would be and that dog wouldn’t be keen to get it in.

My 12 year old dog loves this bed, so much she never wants to get out of it! she used to hate her old bed and we’d often find she’d jumped on the sofa for extra comfort. That hasn’t happened once since getting this bed! Now with her being an older dog she has the occasional accident, which have been so easy to clean up, and her hips don’t seem to be bothering her as much anymore either, would definitely recommend purchasing it you won’t regret it!

Perfect bed. Great quality. Very durable.
This bed was an instant hit with our staffie. It’s a super quality memory foam. Firm but obviously very comfortable. It’s his go to spot. Pretty easy to disassemble and we have now washed it about 10 times and it’s still like new. The raised sides and the open front give him lots of options for sleeping positions and he uses them all! I’ve just put up this picture as when I was buying I had a hard time figuring out the right size. This is the large size and it’s perfect for him. He is a full grown 23KG staffie.

What a great bed. I have been searching high and low for a bed with memory foam and sides for the dogs to rest their heads too. You can fully remove the cover for washing and the material makes it easy to hoover, along with the material type is great for cleaning small accidents. I also bought their plush blanket just because my dogs love the velour feel better. These combined make for a wonderful sleep and rest experience for them. I bought the large which is more than ample for my 2 cavaliers and 1 chihuahua. Very happy.

    A God send
The best dog bed i’ve ever bought and i’ve been through bed after bed it’s unreal. My frenchie is super messy and throws up a fair bit so before we had to throw out each bed each time but now all we gotta do is whip off the cover and wash it. We air out the actual bed while we wash the cover. It’s so easy and sooooo much cheaper. And if he had a bad accident we can just buy a new cover!! Such a god send.

The quality of this bed is incredible, it never looses shape and is so durable, it makes me want one myself!! My dogs loveeeeee it. It’s such value for money. Just get it!!!! Your dog will be thanking you.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGood but....
Like everything about the beds but just one little niggle that although the covers are good fitting, the material is quite thin compared to other beds.. it does say when you get the item that they suggest a covering over the cushion part that the dogs sleep on. I just have had much thicker covers to beds before.
However, the dogs love the beds. That’s what matters most. They don’t like anything like covers or additional things in their beds though so I really don’t know how the beds will last. I did buy extra covers though.
Everything looks good, the inside cover is good, the bolster cushion but just disappointed on the actual cover thickness.

Six stars from Toby our labrador and his humans
The best dog bed we have ever bought For our Labrador Toby. We have had the large bed for at least 2 years + It is just a good as the day we got it. Easy to clean even if vomit etc..All the layers protect the bed. Very durable strong and keeps its shape very well. Don’t normally review things but this is worth the money . Over the 12 years we have had the dog I have probably spent a lot more on rubbish beds that don’t last long. Wish I had bought this years ago . Great support for older dogs too. Love it you will not be disappointed.

I have 3 of theses beds now, I kept getting cheap ones that never last, the one in my bedroom, I’ve had for years, now a big one in my kitchen for two Bassert hounds, and a smaller one for lounge, they absolutely brilliant, washable and long lasting, also can be wiped down with a damp cloth, I also put blankets on them too safe washing all the time, well worth every single penny, you will never have to but another bed, excellent service, and a big thankyou to you for making my Basse

    Very happy custome
Spook turns 11 in November, he’s sprightly for his age, but wanted to make sure he was comfy.
Put a cheap fleece blanket on top of the mattress for added luxury, and the old man loves it! He hasn’t really let our other Shar Pei even try it.
Ideally wanted 2, but was put off by the price, but I’m sure we’ll be purchasing a second now.
We bought the Large and as you can see there’s plenty of room and more for our 23kg doggo.

    The dog days are over!
I bought this bed for our dog 2.5 years ago and have decided that it’s really time I come and review it! I was very impressed with it when it arrived and am even more so now. As you can see the pupper loves it and it has definitely withstood the test of time as it is still in perfect condition.

My dog is not a chewer but I think this bed would have the best chance of any against a heavy chewer. Its thick memory foam mattress is great for tired paws and joints, and the cushioned bolster remains very plump. The whole outer cover zips off and is machine washable, and the mattress has a fully waterproof under-layer.

It’s not a fluffy bed but my dog isn’t a fan of the heat so that’s great for her, it is however very comfortable and strikes the perfect balance of soft but firm.

I bought size Large for our 28.5kg doodle and it’s plenty roomy – she curls up, stretches out and wedges herself in as you can see, and is happy as Larry. And, well, Larry is pretty darn happy!

    My Dog Loves it!
I bought this bed for my senior staff, he is now 14. He would keep shifting from bed to bed and seemed uncomfortable. Therefore, I thought I would try this one. At first, he avoided it, but after a couple of days he gave it a go and now he never leaves it. He looks very restful and in a deep sleep, when in this bed. I’m so glad I purchased this bed. If any of my other dogs start to need more support from a bed, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

The best dogbed I have EVER brought!!
Brought this for our 11 yr old Rotti, he is 45kg and a big lad that due to his age now at 11yrs suffers with his joints. Was sceptical at first as its quite an expensive bed but our dog is worth it…was not disappointed at all.
I unravelled the memory foam the night before to let it flatten, went easily into the waterproof sleeve then zipped into bed. Very easy to do, and fully washable throughout. We also got the lovely brown throw to go on top as easier to throw that in the wash once a week. That is very soft too.

The memory foam is amazing, we have flagstone floors and with our dog being big was worried about the hardness of floor underneath…but not to worry! I cannot feel the hardness of floor at all even if i kneel on it!

Our dog hasn’t hardly got off this since its arrived, and he abso loves it, must say he is walking better than ever too.
Buy it you wont be disappointed!!!

We got my elderly lab ( 14) and my small spitz ( 4) matching beds..

Both dogs love the beds .. they are firm but very comfortable.

My spitz has his on top of his cage so he can choose to sleep in or on …

Molly my old girl likes resting her head on the surrounding cushion and likes the firmness of the bed and way it holds the floor when she gets off. Its very cosy to lie on but great to get into and out of … if that makes sense 🙂 THANK YOU 🙂

I ordered this for my 3.5 year old black lab who had decided to not sleep in his old bed anymore and taken to our sofa. He hadn’t had a bed like this since he was a puppy and chose to eat all of them so I was a bit weary. However he loves it and finds it very comfortable, the only issue more on the dogs choice rather than the bed is he likes to mold his bed before he lays in so I’ve had to add a blanket on top.. totally my dogs issue not the bed. Fabulous price, easily to keep clean and looks good!

    Waterproof covers a real advantage!
I had to replace beds that my 6th month old Mastiff puppy had destroyed (both by chewing & peeing!) New beds arrived & I was impressed by waterproof interior cover & reasonably tuff exterior cover. Both dogs have been using them & little dog ‘struck’ again yesterday (it’s an anxiety thing). Covers quickly wiped & repelled urine so I could clean & dry bed for use later in the day. Only downside is that I should have got Jumbo size for 8 year old Rose- on order today.

Luxurious bed for our old girl
Bought this for our retired greyhound and she absolutely loves it. It’s the most money we’ve ever spent on a dog bed but worth every penny and now she sleeps like a queen! They may be fast runners, but greyhounds LOVE to sleep and our girl is no exception, so we figured a nice bed would be a good investment. Our girl is almost 11 years old and although fab for her age she suffers with all the natural ailments that come with old age. We were concerned about her comfort and her joints when getting up/down. After tons of research on beds ideal for older dogs, this one seemed to come out top. She can now get up and down with ease as the memory foam mattress is raised and comfortable for her. She seems to really appreciate the bolster edge, great for resting her head or feet on and perfect to nuzzle into and hide her long needle nose! We were unsure which size to go for and went back and forth between a L and XL. Greyhounds have the amazing ability to curl up and make themselves really small, but our girl also loves sprawling out, legs and head outstretched. We opted for the XL in the end, it’s huge but so glad we did! She’s 28kg and not the biggest greyhound, but she easily fills the bed when stretched out. The bed was easy to put together, the memory foam mattress expanded quickly when unwrapped but we left it for about half a day til first use. It’s easy enough to clean and the covers come off if we wanted to give them a run through the wash. All in all, super happy!

Found this looking for an easy clean/water proof bed when my elderly German Shepherd became incontinent. Thankfully medication sorted out the bed wetting problem but she loves her new bed. She’s had memory foam matresses for years having had issues with her joints but this is definitely the best one she’s had so far. The price was a little disconcerting but I’m glad I went for the extra large. She loves stretching out on it, and either nuzzling into the side cushion or resting her head on top of it. My only regret is that I didn’t buy one for her years ago.

Bought this for my 9 year old cockapoo after he started limping. The reviews were all really good and I can see why. My dog loves it. I actually lay down on it one night and didn’t want to get up, it’s more comfortable than my sofa! Great bed, worth the price. I’ve bought alot of dog beds over the years, paying decent money for them and they were always poor quality. Happy I spent extra this time and got a bed worth purchasing. It’s definitely hard wearing so can’t imagine I’ll be buying a new bed anytime soon.

    Excellent quallity
This is a fabulous dog bed and is, I think, worth every penny. I guess time will tell but it looks and feels really good quality and my large breed dog seems very comfortable in it. We went for the x-large sandstone colour as the grey wasn’t available and are really pleased with it. It’s very neutral, less heavy looking than the grey might have been. Our dog walks are always across fields and in woods so I can see keeping it clean in the winter might not be easy but it’s washable and easy to cover with blankets etc so I don’t think it will be a problem. Really pleased with it!

I never write reviews, but this deserves a good review. My girl is 12 with arthritis. She has always had her own beds in the living room and in our bedroom as she comes to bed with us. But she always picked the sofa or our bed to sleep on instead of her beds. Not anymore. I’m shocked. I was worried about spending so much money on a bed as we aren’t exactly rich. So at first I bought her the extra large one for the living. It’s lovely and spacious for her. Plenty of room to spread out and move around. She hasn’t been on the sofa at all since I bought her this bed and that’s her choice not mine (I miss sneaking a cuddle). As she liked it so much I decided to buy her another for our bedroom. We don’t have as much space in the bedroom and knew the XL wouldn’t fit well, so I went with a large instead. Well she fits in the large lovely too. She obviously doesn’t have as much room ,but she does still have enough room to stretch all the way out. On both beds she lays with her head on the bolster. Im just gutted I didn’t buy them earlier. She has only had the beds for about a month so I can’t comment how long it will last. But so far so good, hasn’t lost its shape at all.

Super comfortable bed loved by our 10 year old dog.
This is a super dog bed that our dog loves. She is 10 years old and only has three legs but she finds this dog bed wonderfully comfortable. She is a 20kg mongrel and the large sized bed is perfect for her. This is the 3rd Petfusion bed we have bought for her over the years, so that she can have one in different rooms. The first one we bought several years ago is still in great condition; if anything it has become more comfortable as the memory foam has softened slightly. The cover is easy to vacuum, easy to remove for washing, and easy to put back on. The bed is a little pricey, but given the wear and tear it takes, it is actually pretty good value in the long run. Would rate this bed 6 stars if possible!

He especially likes to rest his head on the sides. Im not sure about if it is easy to clean or not as its quite new but I bought a pet fushion blanket as well as I think the blanket may be easier to clean than the bed. Love this great quality dog bed. Thought it was a bit expensive at first but when it was delivered, I soon realised the excellent quality. At the end of the day you get what you pay for – sheer quality. My Whippet gave up the couch straight away and just loves his new bed. Great bed.
Bought this for my 16kgs staffy.
Cindy absolutely loves her new bed, we’ve had it for a few months now.
Her quality of sleep has much improved, she doesn’t try to get onto my bed anymore.
She has had 2 vomiting episodes, both on her new bed (not sure why she actually gets into her bed to barf!! Is it a dog thing?)
Anyway, is it very easy to remove the inner components for washing, its a bit of a faff putting it back together, but nothing to difficult.
I’ve now put a throw on her bed, easier to wash this than having to remove the cover again.
This bed is a bit more expensive than those she has had previously, but I believe you get what you pay for, and this bed doesn’t disappoint.

    Superb quality
Just received my order, very quick turnaround! Well packed. Initial impressions, well-designed bed, with beautifully made (and finished) covers. Cotton type fabric is much less likely to collect hair and other bits of lint than micro-suede/fleece. Foam SO well- compacted that I am so glad I don’t have to return it ! My dog has already tried it out and given it a big thumbs-up (although it hasn’t yet had time to fully expand!) Have now ordered spare cover and will update rating once I have seen how it is to keep clean.

After looking for a while to find the perfect bed I came across this one. Yes it’s quite pricey which was why I was hesitant at first but I am so glad I bought this. I have three dogs, two of which has hip issues (one who has had a double hip replacement and one with hip dysplasia). All my dogs lay on this bed, its always occupied with one of them and even our poorly chicken took herself off to sleep on it!

I would definitely recommend as its easy to clean (just pop cover in washing machine) and its easy to put cleaned cover back on too. It also has an additional waterproof cover on the memory foam which is good if they get on the bed after a muddy walk.

Want space in your own bed? Buy your dog this!
Ordered yesterday, delivered today. The memory foam comes rolled up, and the bolsters are already in the cover, there is an inner waterproof cover for the memory foam before it goes into the main bed cover, so there are two layers between the dog and the foam. Easy to put together, it’s recommended to do this before the foam expands to full size. Bought the XL bed for our rescue lurcher as he likes to stretch out and sleep in weird positions. This bed is plenty big enough for him to properly stretch out. We’ve had our four year old lurcher for around 7 weeks, and he is an absolute Velcro dog. We had a cheap cushion style bed to start that wasn’t very padded and went thin quite quickly, he would get on it for short periods before getting in our bed and stretching out, leaving me with no room! So I figured if I ever want a decent nights sleep again I’d better invest in a decent bed to tempt him off mine. This bed is pricey, but worth it I feel. The memory foam mattress is thick and even when I really press it I can’t feel the floor through it. The bolsters are sturdy and a nice height for him to snuggle into or rest his head on. The bed is pretty heavy and the material and zips feel good quality. Tonight we came to bed and he hasn’t even attempted to get in with us, happily curled up and went to sleep in this bed. I went downstairs and he didn’t move off it! (FOMO dog, he never doesn’t follow us down) he’s currently happily snuggled up asleep. My only slight grumble with this bed is that the cover doesn’t feel very nice, I felt he needs a blanket to be comfy, but he’d probably have been given a blanket anyway. There is a plush version, but it’s a very pale colour. Anyway, I’m off to have the first decent nights sleep I’ve had in almost two months (hopefully!) if you want a really comfy bed for your dog, this is a good buy. Good quality, comfortable, and a decent size.

Edit* had this for a week now, and the dog loves it. He still gets in our bed occasionally, but by the morning he’s always moved to his own bed, which he didn’t do with his old bed. Most nights he gets straight in his bed and goes to sleep. Definitely feel this was a worthwhile purchase.

Extremely well designed and constructed dog bed. With washable replaceable covers available.
Very nice looking and well constructed dog bed so far so good. Easy to clean, robust & comfy.

Nearly a year on as our Labrador puppy Kayley has grown, much as she loves her Pet Fusion Bed she has taken to digging before settling and has eventually managed to rip the cover. I contacted Pet Fusion and received a lovely reply from Alexandra offering help and advice and also very kindly sending a replacement cover so Kayley’s bed is now as good as new. We really can’t thank Alexandra & Pet Fusion enough as it has been an extremely challenging year for my family with Covid redundancies so help like this is very much appreciated. Great product backed up with great service. 10 stars from me.. !

Don't hesitate because of the cost. Money well spe
After much research I ordered a large bed for my Staffs who are nearing 14yrs. Milly and Molly have always been allowed to sleep on a bed and Milly needs a step now to help her up. So I needed to find her a bed suitable for her bad hips. Well bingo…she has not even bothered to attempt to sleep with me. She has complete comfort so I ordered a 2nd bed for Milly and now I have a bed all to myself and two very content dogs. First night and Milly experienced diarrhoea. I had foolishly forgot to add a blanket and a little escaped her butt and marked the back holster cushion. Gutted . I had to clean and disinfectant after ust one nights first use. Did this by spot clean with zoflora and liquid clothes gel mixed in warm water. Sponged off then used nail brush to get in deep on the patch . Used plenty of clean cloth to moisten and then soak up . Left a towel over to collect moisture and a few hrs later finished drying with hairdryer. Perfect result. Did not want to remove whole cover and place in the washing machine for small patch after just one nights use. Hence 4 stars. No review for machine wash yet. I’m sure these beds will last their lifetime. The dogs say it all really. Worth the money. Quality design. Quality padding and material used and so stylish.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersWasn't sure which size was best but great bed
As others, I took my time to decide if this bed was the right one. It is expensive so I did my research and this came top in many articles I read. My main conflict was whether to get the large or extra large. I have a 30kg golden retriever and don’t think of him generally as an extra large dog. The price jump is significant between L and XL but in the end decided that I didn’t want to spend money for the bed to then be too small so we got the XL. It’s really lovely and my boy has slept really well and soundly (previously would have quite unsettled nights). He likes to stretch out so think the XL was the right decision as you can see in the photo he does fill the bed. It is really deep so does take up quite a bit of space but my dog loves it and I’m really pleased I spent the extra to get him something high quality for his later years. I hope this helps to show at least the sizing for anyone who’s not quite sure

    Well made
I bought this for my older lab as it was suggested that a memory foam base may be better for his stiffness. It is solid, but appears that it will be easy to remove the cover and all the padding and mattress to wash. The fabric seems quite tough. I think the memory foam seems a bit too firm, so am not sure how much it moulds to his body weight. He seems quite happy to sleep in it. It is expensive, but is very well made. It would last a lifetime, so could be a good investment.

Amazing! Passed my very fussy dogs test immediately!
I’m so, so glad I invested in this bed. I have a 15 year old toy poodle who struggles with her joints, she’s been getting gradually slower and more laboured in her walking, as well as generally uncomfortable lying down, so she needed a bed that would be comfortable and supportive, that I could keep in my office for her. Now – Lily is picky, it takes a lot to pass the Lily comfy bed test and I’ve had many beds that she simply hasn’t taken to, and others that have taken months to finally and begrudgingly accept, no matter how much I’ve spent or what fancy-pants bells and whistles it has (heat pads, cool pads, gel inserts etc). This is the first dog bed she has ever accepted immediately!! Huge well done Pet Fusion, that is a mammoth achievement! I have no idea what long term benefits we’ll see yet, but that in my eyes, is a winner! The bed is sturdy but soft and comfortable, the bolsters/walls give her a little extra security which she loves, and the sofa style allows her to walk straight in without climbing. I’ve ordered a PF blanket to go with the bed for extra comfort, though the material on the bed is perfect for this hot weather, and looks to be easy to clean.
I did have some issues with Amazon themselves over this item, and seemingly some technical difficulty on their end followed by not-the-most-amazing-ever support, but I would absolutely not let that impact my review of the product and the second bed (replacement for the first) I ordered yesterday arrived on time as stated. 100% would recommend this bed, it is absolutely a worthwhile investment, I only wish I’d discovered it sooner. I will more than likely be getting another!

It is Everything i was looking for in a dog bed
I have been looking for ages for a decent dog bed that fills my very long requirement list and i finally found one. It is too heavy for my dog to carry around and use as a toy or take it in to the garden. She cant use it for humping. She can ‘dig’ on it as much as she likes and its still in tacked. Fully washable. Comfortable. Modern looking and not too expensive.

My main reason for ordering this was the fab reviews from people who have had this bed for years and coming back for additional ones for other parts of their houses. Additionally, people on my dog facebook group rave about this bed too. Its got another thumbs up from me.

We have a medium sized labrador weighing 25kg and we ordered a large as it fits perfectly in our hall.

Thank you pet fusion for my ideal dog bed. She now has to learn to use it as a bed and not a toy like all of her other dog beds. I honestly dont think she knew a dog bed was meant for sleeping on!

    Very good quality dog bed
We got the bed is for our 30Kg Standard Poodle and as soon as it was assembled in the front room she was straight on it. She’s slept on it for several nights now and clearly loves it. The thick memory foam means she never feels the hard floor. The materials and workmanship are first rate and the density and quality of the memory foam are every bit as good as what’s in the mattress on our own bed (and no chemical smell at all from the foam). An excellent product in every respect. In this case the quality definitely matched the price.

I ordered 2 of these beds for my German Shepherds November 2019, I was very happy with the beds as were my 2 dogs!

They are super quality and the memory mattress has not lost its memory!
I don’t normally write reviews, but something amazing happened that I absolutely need to let everyone know what s super company Petfusion is!
In April 2020, I washed the cover of the Xl bed, when putting the cover back on, I noticed the seam on the bolster part had opened up, I emailed Petfusion and a very efficient person called Alexandra emailed back within 1hour!
I replied with more detail and attached my Amazon invoice, Alexandra replied back (within an hour!) saying a replacement cover would be sent out asap.
Well, blow me away! The next day (yes, next day!) My replacement cover had arrived, so I absolutely recommend Petfusion and of course the customer service is second to none!!
So thank you Petfusion and of course Alexandra!

Best Dog Bed I've ever purchased
I currently own 6 of these they are so good. I hate wasting money so when I find something that works and is good quality, I continue to buy them to suit whatever needs I may have. I have large ones scattered upstairs and small ones downstairs at my house as well as few at my boyfriend’s house. I have two dachshunds who weigh 10 kilos. I’m not sure how long they are but they are long. At night they sleep in the large beds which would accommodate them both but they like to stretch out and sleep at awkward angles so they each get their own. The small ones barely fit them lengthwise but they like to curl up in a ball in those or hang off of them haphazardly during the day so they’re perfect for the living room. Small ones are perfect for travel too and taking to hotels. These are always shipped in a timely manner and come with very concise instructions. Also, I know they are good because my dogs will immediately pass out when they get in these and sleep through the night, snore, dream, sleep run- things that signal to me that they are very, very comfortable. Thank you Pet Fusion for making quality products for my pups.

    ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC DOG BED
I ordered the large size bed for my dog a couple of evenings ago and was told it would be delivered over a week later but it came the next morning! It was really well packaged and everything about it is the absolute best quality.

I bought my dog a really expensive bed when we first got her over 12 years ago and it is still really pretty much like new but I thought she needed a bit more padding as she has arthritis. I was going to get another of the same make but for older dogs, but thought I’d look and see what else was available first, and this bed came up. As the foundation was the same height as the expensive one but a quarter of the price I thought I’d take a chance on it and I’m so glad I did. She loves it! It’s really easy to get into and has the head rest most of the way around. The quality is superb – I cannot fault it in any way. Also, if this is a consideration, it looks really modern. Basically we’re both chuffed to bits with it.

    Replacement bed
Bought this bed for our 8 year old Labrador in 2019 but there was an issue with the waterproof liner which resulted in a mouldy mattress. However after contacting the supplier and receipt of very prompt responses we are now in receipt of a brand new bed and couldn’t be happier with the service and the product. The customer service adviser, Alexandra, went out of her way to determine our exact needs and assist us in getting the product that we wanted. Top marks for customer service and a lovely new bed for our special boy.

    Yep. They were right.
The reviews on here are right, you know. This is a super bed and worth the cost. I had a grumbly cocker spaniel who struggles with hip pain, and night times were full of moans and tossing and turning about. I thought it was time to really invest in something decent for her.

She happily jumped in. I initially covered the bed with just a soft fleece; the material is not cosy, really, so if your dog likes cosy, you’ll need a bit of padding. Even this wasn’t cosy enough, however, so I also laid a thin duvet under the fleece, and this has done the trick. I hear no grumbles, just stupidly loud snoring.

Clearly good quality, very easy to cover and remove cover if needs be, and a very happy dog. Definitely worth the investment.

    Brilliant Quality Supportive Dog Bed
We bought the XL version of this bed for our bullmastiff for Christmas as he suffers with hip problems, we chose XL so he had room to stretch and sleep in all the weird positions he loves. The bed is really good quality and very easy to clean. Cleaning was a big thing for us and the ability to buy extra covers was greatly appreciated, we’ve got extra covers and the blanket ( which is beyond soft), the cover was surprisingly easy to change. We had previously bought a different dog bed from another company designed for dogs with hip and joint problems but it wasn’t easy to clean at all.

Our bullmastiff loves his XL bed so much we chose to buy him another for our other lounge where he sleeps at night, we opted for a large the second time as he had a lot of spare space in the XL (sometimes he prefers sleeping in smaller spaces). The large bed, spare covers and additional blanket are all the same high quality of the first bed we purchased at Christmas and the large bed is big enough for him to sleep in comfortably.

Would recommend to anyone who’s dog has even the slightest hip or joint problems. Our bullmastiff particularly loves the bolster pillows as he can rest his head on them and still survey the room.

    Sheer comfort!
Our dog used to spend a lot of time on our sofa – probably because the dreadful plastic bed I had bought her was so uncomfortable. Roll forwards six months and she very rarely pays us a visit on our sofa! She loves this new bed. Really comfortable and cosy.

I haven’t washed it yet (probably should do!) but I put an extra blanket on top to make it extra inviting. I am not sure how easy it will be to take it all apart to wash and put it all back, which is why I haven’t done it yet!

    Definitely worth the money.

    Well worth the money
I bought this for my Golden Retriever who fell in love with it straight away, I brought my Black Labrador puppy home a month after and he loved it just as much as well. I opted for the XXL Jumbo to ensure they both fit and I could definitely fit another dog on the bed as well. The bed does double up as a wrestling ring for my boys as well! It has stood up to their snoozing and playing fighting very well. I’ve recommended this bed to so many others since I bought it. It washes well, I wash it on baby care cycle on my machine and it has always come up great and clean again. The review that swayed it for me before I bought this bed was the reviewer who said it’s so comfortable that they’d fallen asleep in it which I can completely understand why.

So good I had to buy another!
I first bought the large PetFusion memory foam dog bed for my dog (11 year old Malinois x Rotweiller) a couple of months ago. Roxy had started to show signs of aches and pains but these subsided considerably since switching to this fantastic bed. Whilst not cheap (compared to dog beds in general that are available on Amazon) it’s certainly not overpriced when looking specifically at orthopaedic dog beds.
It’s clear to see that Roxy loves the bed; the bolster is perfect for resting her head and/or front paws on. It has been so good for her that I recently bought another so that she has one in the living room and one in the bedroom, as well as a spare cover for when one of the covers is being washed.
The huge number of 5-star ratings for this product is well-deserved.

jumbo size perfect for Afghan Hound
I am so glad I decided on the jumbo size for my Afghan Hound puppy. He is now 5 month old and has a nice comfortable roomy bed. (In order to stretch out fully he would need a human single bed!) He likes the high sides and likes to cuddle up against them. I regretted buying his previous/first bed that looked quite nice but had such a lumpy inadequate thin base that he never wanted to sleep in it – total waste of money. This bed has a THICK memory foam base and strong comfortable headrests all around – money well spent.

Bought the jumbo for our 32kg Labrador because he likes to stretch out and he has hip dysplasia. He wasn’t sure at first but I bought a fleece blanket to go in it (7.99-Aldi) and that persuaded him. The bed is very well made and is easy to put together. It is quite a firm memory foam base but I think that’s because it is so thick. It hoovers well, I haven’t had to wash it yet.

My pup took a few days to get used to the bolsters ! I should have bought the larger size, but for an additional 45 I chose not to ( Cheapskate I know ) Well made although the zip on the inner cover is a bit cheap and wouldn’t last long if you had to unzip frequently ! Outer cover is very durable but as this is in the bedroom I haven’t tested its waterproof qualities and instead have covered it with a soft blanket ! My pup is a large 45 kg and is now happy to sleep on it in between the bolsters most of the time.

We bought the XXL Jumbo in grey for our two Whippets so they could snuggle together. It is the best dog bed we have ever bought, it has a firm thick orthopedic base and is very well made. We initially bought the Sandstone cover but found that it was not sandstone at all but a very pale bluey grey. We then went for the grey cover which is excellent. The true test is that our two hounds absolutely ADORE!! this bed, and there is no fighting over it as it’s big enough for them to share. The shop owner is very kind and super helpful PS The flokati rug in the bed is our own!

    Best bed
We bought this bed for our bulldog who has never used a bed before (despite having several bought for him) because he prefers to alternate between rugs, sofa, hard floor, our bed etc. As he’s turning 5 I really wanted him to have a bed (his sister has a different bed and he’s never tried to get in it). I didn’t have much hope that it would be used much for a few months as they’re a funny breed with something new. However within an hour he had rolled around in it and within 24 hours he was voluntarily going to it and having hour long sleeps at a time. It’s great and comfy because he can rest his chin on the edges. His sister however has decided she doesn’t like her bed now and she’s in it quite a lot also. I’m actually thinking about buying a second so they can have one each lol

I have a large black lab and a medium black lab/retriever mix, I got sick of the old bed they had, which was falling apart inside… They’re both 10-11 years old now, I didn’t want them sleeping on uncomfortable beds anymore – so I got this, the jumbo size (they like to snuggle each other when they sleep so buying two separate medium and large bed would have been a waste as they would have been in one bed) and they both fit perfectly in it.
It just about fits a 5’5 person curled up with two dogs, pictures don’t do it justice it’s bigger than the tv!!
It’s comfortable, hell it’s more comfortable than my own bed, probs will catch me sleeping on it the bolster around the bed is super comfortable it’s like a build in pillow. (My male dog won’t listen to me if he’s comfortable as hell, so you can guess that he found it super comfortable as he would not even bug, just looked at me like “who you think you’re talking to”)

I was a bit iffy about the price but once I felt the comfort and the quality, I’m not that THAT bothered anymore, was worried it was gonna be rubbish quality. Baked bean on toast for a month just for my dogs comfort- priorities

It’s chocolate brown underneath and I’ve got matching colour blanket for it (I didn’t get the same brand though, found one cheaper) but as it’s Christmas I thought I’ll let them have the festival blanket for now!

We have a large pointer (GSP) we have had a barka parka bed for years but he has started to struggle jumping up sometimes and seemed slower some, though he isn’t getting any younger unfortunately we wanted to try find something to help him, so as well as some tablets that seem to have worked we also found these beds that is supposed to support and help him which again seems to be working and if it’s the tablets working the bed definitely isn’t hindering him and he has no complaints, sometimes leaving the room to go get in it which was a surprise as he likes to be in the same room when chilling, he isn’t struggling as much now and can get up easier. he only fills half the bed so we didn’t need the XL even for a large pointer, he obviously has lots of moving space which he would still have with a Large, he loves the supporting edges especially as he loves a head perch. he still prefers our bed if he gets the chance though, would definitely get another. We haven’t washed it yet but it was easy enough to put the foam inside so i can’t see it been a problem taking it back ou

    First Class dog bed
Bought an XXL last Christmas and its as good as new considering the dogs are never out of it. Actually get in it myself for doggy cuddles…and where as most beds drop to the floor, this thing does not, its thick and comfy for them, so offers support. Just bought another one. And dont be fooled by ones that look similar…I fell for that a month back…looked like this bed, but the reality was, it was cheap crap, so returned it. For the money you wont find better, and lets be honest 180 is enough to pay for a dog bed….

Monty absolutely loves his bed. I’d ordered two different ‘extra large’ beds from different suppliers over the last couple of weeks and had to return both – they were medium at best and would have struggled to fit spaniels in never mind a greyhound. Did some research online about the best dog beds and this one kept coming up. I am extremely happy with the bed, there’s plenty of space with the extra large so I’m pleased I didn’t go for the jumbo. Monty barely moves from it unless it’s to go for a walk or on a night time to get into my bed – sadly I don’t think any dog bed would ever change that! Would highly recommend this bed and definitely urge those who are on the fence about the price to go ahead and get it ordered – it will be worth it and your doggo will thank you!

Fantastic quality, sturdy, well made bed - worth every penny
A fantastic dog bed which I wish I had found sooner! Have purchased a few dog beds over the years for two dogs and, although they have been fine, none have been as well made or as sturdy and comfortable as this one. As soon as I set the bed up, my staffy had jumped in and went to sleep within minutes. He didn’t want to get out – even to play when we first got it – it must be incredibly comfy! The material the cover is made of is very thick and strong and holds the memory foam in very snuggly. The memory foam is very firm and even with my dog’s heavy head! is still in perfect shape (bed has been in use for 5 weeks). Will happily buy another- should I ever need to!

I’ve had lots of dogs over the years and purchased many types of beds for their comfort. This bed is the best I’ve purchased. Yes it is pricey but you do truly get what you pay for. In addition to the quality of the bed it is worth considering how much your dog cost you to buy and to look after overall.

So many owners overlook this fact and opt for cheap beds and then spend hundreds if not thousands on their dogs health. Many of the dogs suffering from mobility issues. We know the benefits of a good nights sleep ourselves yet rarely think of our dogs in the same way. I am guilty of this and after losing one of my beautiful dogs (German Shepherd) recently I have decided to upgrade my remaining dog’s bed to ensure he has the greatest comfort possible. Previously I used two memory foam mattresses and stacked them on top of each other which did offer good support.
My Rhodesian Ridgeback always preferred to curl up and would curl up next to his mate. He looked a bit lost without him so I opted for a sofa/enclosed style bed.

I shopped around for ages and read so many reviews. This bed caught my attention because of the liner for the mattress area of the bed. It is waterproof and can also be removed for washing. It is separate to the main cover.
The bolster part of the bed was already fitted when the bed arrived. The mattress was rolled tight and wrapped in plastic. It was easy to fit the zipped liner and the mattress fits into the main cover underneath. This was also easy to fit. There’s a big strong zip to keep the mattress in place and a good flap of material to conceal the zip and to protect hard floors. The bottom of the bed offers a black dotted non slip fabric to avoid it moving around when your dog jumps in.
The main fabric of the bed is incredibly strong and durable and looks likely to last for a long time. It is like the fabric used for sports bags.
I am very pleased that spare covers are available and will definitely purchase one to make wash days easy.

Joey’s coat is very spiky and sticks in almost all fabrics. I’ve already given this bed a vacuum and it is very easy to clean.

I opted for the large bed for Joey, he is a large male ridgeback of over 40kg. He can lay the full length of my king size bed but he prefers to sleep curled up like a cat. This bed is a good fit but I would if space allowed opted for the next size up to give him the choice of stretching out a little more.
Joey is more than pleased with his new bed, he jumped in it as soon as it was ready! I added a blanket for warmth and by the look on his face I know that I have made my gorgeous boy very happy.

If you are considering this bed I can highly recommend it, it really is worth spending out more both for your dogs comfort, the quality of materials/craftsmanship and how easy it is to clean. Buy cheap, buy twice or more…..

    Love it!!
Purchased an X- large for our medium sized, arthritic Labrador which is the perfect size for her. Nearly ordered the XXL Jumbo but so glad I didn’t because this is more than ample.
Only received the bed today but I am super impressed with it already. The memory foam is very heavy and extremely thick making it super comfortable. It was so easy to assemble and I I’m so impressed that you get a waterproof cover for the memory foam. Our dog has very mild incontinence since being spayed and I was concerned about spending so much money on a bed Incase she weed on it and it was ruined but this has put my mind at rest.
So far I would deffo say it has been worth the money, our doggy loves it and so do we 🙂

PERFECT BED FOR THE OLDER DOG.
I bought this dog bed following extensive research into other makes and following a recommendation from my sister who had recently bought it for her Labrador. It was important that it provided support and comfort for my own Labrador who has arthritis in most of her joints. I bought the Large, again following the advice from by sister and having read the reviews. It is the perfect size for her although I was concerned at first that I should have bought the extra large as she was used to being able to spread out more on her old mattress. But she has adjusted well and it provides her enough space and importantly support. The large size doesn’t look too cumbersome in the living room, which the extra large size may well do. Would thoroughly recommend for the older dog.

    Extremely comfortable for older dogs
These is by far the best beds I have ever bought for my mastiffs. They are honestly so comfortable in them it’s a pleasure to hear them snoring, and being as they are older now they are less stiff. I have the largest size but think the size below would have been ok also. My only slight problem is they are actually quite heavy and a bit cumbersome for me to remove the covers for washing, and really have a bit of a fight on my hands to put them back together, I do have a bad back which doesn’t help.

    Fantastic bed!
This bed is absolutely fantastic! Such good quality, very sturdy and also – MASSIVE! I’ve bought many Great Dane beds that are supposedly for Great Danes and they are ALWAYS too small. My boy was always either hanging from one side, or his head was on the ground. This one is absolutely fantastic! He was a bit skeptic at first, but as soon as I put his blanked down he absolutely loved it. So cozy and comfy, makes me wanna go have a nap next to him! The mattress also comes with a waterproof liner which I really appreciated and thought was a nice touch I didn’t quite expect. Thank you for the great service! xx

Comfortable, warm, holds it shape and loved by the owner. Charlie, 11 year old lab.
Bought this because my 11 year old lab had an injury to his shoulder, so I thought he needed more support than just a large cushion that he’s always had. I can confirm that he loves it so much that he’s in it practically all of the time!
It’s warm, comfortable, holds it shape, the material is soft and strong and it looks good too. I haven’t had to clean it yet (hence why I haven’t rated it) as I keep a blanket over it so haven’t needed to. Although vacuums easily.
I can thoroughly recommend 100%. We bought the large and he is quite comfortable and likes the side cushion to snuggle up to and rest his head on.

    Very comfy
Not for sympathy! My dog has cancer in the bone of one of his back legs. Before he was ill his ‘bed’ was my settee or 2/3rds of a king sized bed. Bought the bed because he can’t climb onto his usual beds and the reviews were great. When the bed was delivered he slept in it for 3 hours-the best sleep since he was ill! I’ve found that as he’s deteriorating he needs to stretch out and I only bought the large bed (he’s a lab) so for sleeping I bought a 3inch thick memory foam single mattress topper and like the bed he finds this very comfy. He uses the bed now to sit and watch (or bark at) the world going by resting his head on the arms. Personally I started sleeping on the settee when we found he was ill and moved to the mattress with him. Regularly now find myself in the bed and can confirm it’s comfort!

Looks somewhat like in the picture
It is HUGE! The jumbo size might look too big for our dog (see the picture), but she LOVES it! The very first minute we’ve assembled it, she jumped and played on it. It’s like her personal space right now, enough space for her toys, pillows, her herself, and us when we want to hang out with her (she is not allowed on the couch). The material looks sturdy, and the mattress is exceptionally comfortable, but I don’t think it is “dog proof”, meaning, a dog might chew on it and get to taste what’s inside. The leak-proof is actually the bed sheet itself (the white inner cover). Our dog is L size (20 kg), and very long.

    Excellent bed for 11yo GSD.
Bought for my large 11yo GSD. Read so many reviews but wanted to be sure due to the cost of this.
She has some joint aches and pains and finds it difficult to get comfy these days. The bed arrived this evening and has only been set up for a couple of hours but she seems to love it already and is much more settled.
I debated what size to get as she is a large 43kg German shepherd and after going for the XL she has plenty of room we probably could have got her the large and she would have been happy.
The bed seems really good quality and doesn’t make any russling noise when she’s moving around which is good when she sleeps in our bedroom overnight. If anyone is debating about buying it due to the cost go for it as your pup will thank you!

    Fantastic
I am fostering a rescue dog who has a bad hip injury, she couldn’t get comfortable in her other bed, and I noticed her injured leg was getting stiff at times. She would lay in the bed then have to get out of it to turn round , or she would be going on the floor, then the sofa, then the bed , appearing uncomfortable and restless most of the time. As soon as this arrived she sat in the covers, before I could get the memory foam into the base hahaha. She took to it straight away, and seems to love it! She is a medium sized dog 12kgs in weight but quite long for her height. I ordered a large because she likes to stretch out and curl up. She can easily change position in this bed without having to get out of it,in fact you could get 2 of her in there. Some people said they can come up small, but I havent had that problem. Hopefully now she will get a more restful sleep. I put her blanket in it, but I think she prefers it as it is as she threw her blanket out! It appears of very good quality and well made, the zips are hidden under a flap which seems a good idea. The memory foam goes into a waterproof cover then you insert it into the base cover, was pretty straight forward and not too fiddly to do. The memory foam inflated after about 15mins to a10cm thickness. So I would suggest you put the waterproof cover on it straight away, then leave it to inflate. It also arrived very quickly, overall 5 stars from me ,and 5 stars from Daisy! Initially the price put me off, but I think its worth it for the quality and if the dog is comfortable, I wont feel so guilty now when I have to go out and leave here for a few hours. She is the poshest dog in the village lol

Luxury for the four legged members of the family!
Well as you can see our 2 elderly GSD’s are certainly comfortable! We originally ordered the XL but our Shepherd who has leg problems couldn’t stretch out fully so it was returned for the jumbo size which is better. The beds are huge. It might be more helpful if there was a size in between the XL and jumbo. They are difficult to constantly take up and down the stairs so now they are permanently upstairs.

We vacuum the beds and shake the blankets every day. The blankets are beautifully soft and luxurious, I had to restrain my husband from using one himself!

A good product but you have to have the space especially if you need two!

Percy the 3 year old pug is a handful, after Police dog training to no avail we gave up trying to get him off the sofa, until we bought this bed & matching blanket. He loves it & its easy to keep sterile clean. Time will tell how it stands up. Previously he wrecked the typical fluffy beds so this was an outlay that raised eyebrows. So far so good. Well packed and we like the way it can be cleaned either machine or by sterile wipes as water proof. For the record a week later we bought a new sofa. Hypresto came down at 04.30am guess what he was on the sofa. That said its habit and he is happy on his bed and does use it , sleeping alot more.Eyes crossed it continues. Great produc

A great bed and worth the money.
My Labrador has hip dysplasia in both hips and although she’s still young I realised that she needed something that was more supportive and comfortable for her hips. We’ve had this bed for almost 6 months now and she loves it. She’s a fairly small lab (23kg) and we went for the large and she has plenty of room to curl up and stretch out. There’s even enough room for my other dog (a staffy) to get in there with her, much to her annoyance! The covers are easy to remove and wash and even when my Staffy has her mad zoomies she hasn’t made a mark on it. I was apprehensive about the price but it’s definitely money well spent as it’s great quality.

My wife insisted that memory foam was a necessity for a dog – not sure how they have evolved thus far without a premium bedding but I went along with it. She loved it so much we ended up buying a second one so there is one upstairs and downstairs. Easy to remove and wash the covers so very practical and feel very comfortable. Only problem is it hasnt syopped teh dog sleeping on our bed……so I’m 180 out of pocket and still have a dog lying on my legs every night. Maybe i’ll start using the memory foam dog bed myself……

I could not wait to write this review!!! Like many of the others posters I had to deliberate about the price. After researching it for a couple of months I bought it it came much earlier than expected and was packaged extremely well.
I am absolutely thrilled with this bed. I bought it for my two elderly bichons and probably went overboard on the size but it even better than expected. The foam is as close to my tempur med mattress as I can describe. I work as an occupational therapist and I am very familiar with medical grade pressure care products and if I saw the quality on a medical device I would not be surprised. The foam is high density extremely good quality and my dogs love lying up against the soft squishy sided. It will last forever, this is the ultimate dog bed, it puts everything else to shame. Amazing produc

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersExcellent comfort and support but let down by a faulty zip
I have a Bullmastiff weighing 72kilos and is 32inch at the shoulder, I bought a jumbo size bed a year ago and it’s been excellent but today the zip has parted on the upper edge section and won’t repair.
The bed is expensive and should be able to cope with multiple openings and closings for washing purposes, so although a year old now, I’m disappointed. A replacement cover in jumbo size is 45.
Also disappointing is the difficulty I’m having getting in touch with the supplier with my complaint, I can’t seem to find a contact on the Amazon page???
Excellent bed, fantastic support for big dogs, but let down by a silly zip failure.

As far as comfort is concerned she seems to love it she spends more time in it than she has any other thats for sure. I love the fact that the waterproof part is a separate cover that can be washed too and that I can buy another cover for the bed if she finally manages to tear this one. The whole bed cover is easy to remove and put back on. Big thumbs up from me and Mollie

We waited about 6 weeks or so before reviewing so we could be sure of the results and the unanimous conclusion is – our 15 year old dog ADORES his new bed 🙂 He was getting to the point where his wicker basket with sheepskin in the bottom just wasn’t enough to support and give comfort to his old bones and creaky joints. He loved his old bed but you could tell there were times when he felt stiff and achy – he would fidget around and get out to lie on the floor with a groan every now and again. He can stretch right out on his new bed, he just about stays in it now with no groaning or creaking or getting out to have a change in position. The quality is excellent – it appears to be tough and resistant and very comfortable and supporting all at the same time. He seems to love resting his head on the surround, something that he had problems with before. I hesitated to spend this much on a bed but you are definitely getting a superior product for the price. If he could, our dog would give his new bed the paws up!!

    High quality memory foam bed
Many sellers of memory foam dog beds will sell you a mattress which has chopped up reformed memory foam or a thin layer of memory foam topped by normal foam. You need at least an inch of solid memory foam to have any benefit for a dog with joint problems. This petfusion bed has 2 inches of solid memory foam for its mattress, excellent for allowing a dog with joint issues a comfortable sleep. The bolsters are softer giving a nice supportive, but not too firm bit of comfort. Cleaning wise – the bolsters are a little fiddly to remove and fit back, kind of like stuffing a sausage! When you remove them you can’t believe how long they actually are, but they do fit back with a bit of pushing and slowly zipping back up! I bought a small size to accommodate my 12yr old terrier cross who has had both cruciate ligaments done, he immediately looked very content in it and the difference in the stiffness of his joints was noticeably less the following day. Great bed. Great price. Just wish I could purchase another waterproof base liner, but I expect the one I do have will last a while as the quality is high.

If there was a human size I'd be buying one for myself!
I bought this in a Large for my 10.5 year old golden retriever who is starting to show signs of joint stiffness and arthritis and safe to say he absolutely loves it! It was incredibly easy to put together and in no time he was out like a light on it. He had no problem using it without his blanket but I added it for a little extra comfort and familiarity. At his age he sleeps most of the day and so I wanted to invest in something of good quality that will hopefully last him for the remainder of his doggy years. If you’re thinking about possibly getting one, do it! Your dog will love it won’t want to get out of it. It is a little more expensive than some others but the quality and comfort shows. Without a doubt a 5/5 purchase

Great bed - excellent customer support.
I received this bed a couple of days ago and it’s certainly a fabulous bed, one of my greyhounds was in the bed before I finished fastening the zip cover! Both dogs seem to love the bed – they do already have several beds but this one seems to be the ultimate in comfort. What I didn’t realise was that it’s made in China, I’d spent time trying to make sure that my purchase didn’t originate from China (although these days this is almost impossible) because I’m aware of the problems that have been encountered with pet beds, toys etc containing dangerous chemicals.

I contacted Pet Fusion and Lauren from customer support has sent me two replies detailing the safety checks and standards that they adhere to, I appreciate her taking the time to do this and offering excellent customer support.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersA fantastic bed!
I am very pleased with this dog bed. I was looking for a bed that offered comfort and support, and enough room for my labrador to fully stretch out! She is a petite lab (22kg) but very long when stretched out! I opted for the XL, but she probably would have fitted in the Large. My cocker tends to steal her beds, so at least this way, they will both fit in the XL one.
After having read up on the product and reading all the reviews, I decided to go for it – I am in agreement with previous reviews – the bed is expensive, but totally worth it! It is extremely good quality, and unlike a lot of other similar style beds, completely washable!! I cannot tell you how many other soft / plush style beds I have got through, just because they became too stinky and soiled, and I was unable to wash them. With this bed, all the covers come off and can be washed. This was an important factor in what bed I opted for. This is the first memory foam bed i’ve bought – other ‘cushion’ style beds are lovely and plump to start with, but soon lose their volume and tend to go a bit lumpy and bumpy – memory foam should hopefully keep its volume and shape better.
It looks like it would be really comfy to sleep in, and my lab Molly certainly looks like she’s enjoying it!
