Sturdy door, fits perfectly on our sliding glass door to the catio (on a 3rd floor deck). I wouldn't trust it on a main entrance as it would be too easy to push in but perfect for an entrance without easy access. The door doesn't latch after installed so we put a board in the lower opening to keep the door in place. It comes with a lock but it didn't work for my door. It suggests holding the door open for the cats, then start letting it brush their back. I just propped it open so that could come in/out then closed it the next day. They adjusted easily.

Great doggie door. I have a 6 pound Maltese/Poodle mix (Maltipoo). He had a little trouble pushing the flexible plastic flap in and out, so I trimmed the sides a bit with scissors.
He is completely doggie door trained on day 2! I’m using a wooden dowel to lock the door instead of the included locking mechanism.

Tras vivir en California (y muchsimas casas tienen esta puerta) me decid a comprarla. Para ser honestos, me cost encontrarla y haba pensado hacerla en madera y comprar la puerta puesto que el precio para la M (208) es muy por encima de lo que vale en EEUU (75$).
La calidad es excelente, mi puerta hace 206 y tuvimos que ponerle unas arandelas en la parte superior para darle un 1,5 cm ms.
La instalacin fue con las T, se oculta perfectamente el agujero dentro de la gua de la puerta del piso y si se tiene que retirar la puerta es perfecta.
El montaje es extremadamente sencillo y viene en dos partes.
Cmo punto de mejora, aadira un burlete ms para el otro lado de la puerta.

Best to get in and deep clean, Hoover and scrape to ensure a tight fit. Plenty of adhesive and filler required also to make it weatherproof but way cheaper than any alternatives and good value for money. Just put a bit more time aside when installing. It looks like a doddle but it’s quite unforgiving if your existing gaps and lines are not 100% true!

J’ai d ajouter en haut un plexiglass pour faire la jonction avec ma porte coulissante de vranda. Sinon trs bien mes animaux se sont bien habitus. Je voudrai tout de mme en trouver une avec ouverture par puces des animaux mais pas dispo en France apparemment mon grand regret !

Daher von uns: Daumen hoch, absolute Kaufempfehlung (insb. zu dem Preis, im Vergleich zu einem Umbau und Rckbau einer Mietwohnung)

We adapted it by adding a microchip cat flap and it is now exactly what we wanted – it is secure and works perfectly. The cats love it! Great product with or without the adaption.

Un peu trop petit par apport notre baie vitre mais nous avons trouv une solution et c’est top. Fini le froid. Nos chiens peuvent rentrer et sortir quand ils veulent (sauf quand il pleut dans ce cas nous mettons la plaque pour bloquer l’accs et le tour est jou)
Mesurer la hauteur de porte de la baie 203cm
La porte de la baie vitre mesure 203cm je craignais que la porte chatire soit trop petite car la mesure entre le fond des rails fait 209cm pour finir, il faut savoir que la porte chatire se pause sur les rainures du rail pour que la porte de la baie soit contre, ce qui fait gagner 5cm. Du coup la mesure de la porte chatire est ajuste celle de la baie vitre. Coupe bien le froid, tout est bien pens, plus qu’ duquer les toutous je recommande

I use the door for my 2 large dogs. My 3 yr old is constantly going in and out.

Actually looks good but a couple of really annoying issues
So took awhile to get round to installing for various reasons. First off the door actually look pretty good, Narrow so does take up space and matches with a sliding door. A few things to beware:
1. the top and bottom half didn’t fit neatly together making it tough to screw together. 1 cross bar not flush with sides. Eventually I got it to fit with a slight gap.
2 Instructions are limited so you have to read between the lines. At this price cleared Ikea style instruction would be better
3. Door is narrower than the sliding door so may shim it either side to hold it in place.
4. Door catch requires drilling and fitting 2nd catch something we will not do on our new sliding door for warranty reasons and the idea of sticking the catch on doesn’t seem to make any practical sense
5. The cat flap seems slightly too long so the cat can push it out but not get back in. So we’ve removed the magnet and trimmed the door on the sides.
So overall it should do the job but some real annoying quality and design issues. Hope the review helps anyone buying or installing

The pet safe panel arrived today in a smaller box than expected box as it consists of 2 panels that you attach together. It’s easily done. It fits into the track for my sliding aluminium doors without fuss, adjusting easily to the height of the door.
Fixing in place was easy. I don’t suppose it’s especially burglar proof and I imagine that anyone could easily break through if sufficiently motivated as the panel is only attached to the frame with 4 small screws. Also the shape of my doors was such that the lock supplied won’t work. Purchase of an aftermarket lock might help matters.
I was worried my rather portly feline wouldn’t fit through, as I got the small size. He’s nearly 8kg, but I’m the end he gets through just fine.
I’m pleased with this. It is only intended to be a temporary solution as we’ll be installing new doors as part of a wider renovation project in a year’s time. But this has saved me from spending north of 500 quid on a new double glazed unit that will get thrown out in a yea

I don’t know how it will do in the winter yet, but this summer it has done a great job of keeping the heat out. The only drawback is the flap is loud when it closes, it sort of slams, and makes a strange sound, kind of a squeak.

Nice to have the dog go in and out especially for bathroom breaks. Our puppy found it easy to come in and out.

Perfect for my two Jack Russells. One my dogs is blind. He learned quickly how to go in and out. The height is perfect, so he doesn’t trip or have to jump through the door.
The top is spring loaded, so it makes it easy to remove the door, as it’s only temporary during the hours I’m working from home.
I bought some extra weather stripping, because the roll they provided was too thin to fill in the voids, where my sliding door is warped. I improvised the black seal strip and used it for covering the outside gap (panel to door), to help ward off insects and weather. Because the panel is temporary, I made sure to put a separate seal strip on the spring loaded section and had it over lap without sticky side on lower half. So when I go to take it out for the night, I’m not damaging the seal.
I didn’t use the lock or t-brackets included since the panel is only temporary.

I had 5 dogs at my home running in and out. The door works great, locks and held up great for 2- 120 lbs dogs, and three 80 pound dogs running in and out all day long.

Dog took to it right away. He’s a 66lb Aussiedoodle and he squeezes through no problem. He loves being outside so this was a perfect solution.
Cette extension de baie vitre intgrant une chatire est indisponible dans les magasins Franais voir mme Europen… elle n’est mme pas dispo sur le site franais du Fabricant Petsafe… c’est un produit destin au march Nord Amricain uniquement. Il faut donc un peu bricoler pour l’adapter aux baies vitres franaises, mais bon a se fait. Pour l’instant, j’ai juste prsent la mienne, sans faire l’adaptation pour voir si mes chiens allaient comprendre l’usage. 2 jours aprs la pose, ils l’ont adopt ! Donc maintenant je vais vraisemblablement acheter un profil alu en U et les butes qui vont bien pour essayer de fermer la porte dessus. Je ne suis pas inquiet, je trouverai une solution, peut-tre mme avec les accessoires fournis.

I had a few extra steps to do with my door, due to it's configuration of my french door, but after that was taken care of, it was a godsend instead of having to worry about getting home to let the dog out during the day. My dog is like a bull in a china shop & he is yet to destroy the door.

It was very easy to assemble. We just popped it in between our sliding glass door and the sliding screen for summertime use, so we haven’t actually done any drilling or proper insulation yet, but it works great this way.
