Super professionelle Kamera für 200€ Super Cam, PoE geht sehr gut, sowohl mit Injector als auch PoE-Switch. Kamera hat tolle 360Grad-Sicht auch nach unten. Nachtsicht passt und auch so die 5MP Qualli ist top, man bruchte hier nicht viel mehr (siehe Video und Bild). Einziges Manko ist die Bewegungserkennung, hier gibts sehr oft Alarm und eine Push Benachrichtigung, auch wenn die Cam auf Nachtsicht umschaltet. Es kommt halt auf die Umgebung an (Schatten von Bumen die im Wind wackeln etc.). Hier muss man testen und probieren, aber wie sollen Hersteller auch so etwas zu 100 % hinbekommen. Positiv an der Sache ist dass man Bewegungszonen einrichten kann bzw. Die Sensibilitt einstellen kann. App ist gut, aber ich wollte FTP-Speicherung bzw. NAS einstellen was nicht so recht funktionierte. App gibt keine Infos zum Fehler somit weis ich nicht was das Problem ist. Aber das sind alles Luxusprobleme, im Ganzen ist es eine Top professionelle Cam fr 200 !

A good PTZ camera, if you already use Reolink. Overall a great camera. The latest firmware update has addressed a few issues and added features.
The unit is solidly built and the image quality is good – only let down by the slow focusing (when zooming) and the “hunting” for focus in the dark.
The cruise mode is useful, although it does only rotate clockwise (for technical reasons) in this mode.
The presets are perfect, the overall unit does the job you’d want from a PTZ on a home/small office.
If you already own Reolink gear, this is a no-brainer; but if you’re starting out fresh – I’d recommend something else as there are quirks that do bug a little.

Qualit des images nocturnes remarquable. Passage automatique de la couleur l’Infra-Rouge le soir et inversement le matin. Zoom 4x un peu juste mais c’est moins drangeant que la lenteur de l’autofocus ou la mise au point manuelle.
La fonction PTZ est out fait exploitable depuis un pc mais difficile avec un smartphone car la vitesse de dplacement n’est rglable que sur le pc. Sur smartphone, a va trop vite. Heureusement les “marques” enregistres permettent de demander la camera de viser tel ou tel point prprogramm. Fonctionne aussi bien sur P que sur smartphone.
La fonction dtection de mouvements est un peu trop sensible aux variations de luminosit (soleil ombre), mais pour les vrais mouvements (arbres, animaux, pluie) la sensibilit est rglable. Une fonction de crayon / gomme permet de dfinir une zone prendre en compte pour la dtection mais elle n’est valable, sauf erreur, que pour une marque en particulier.
La fonction alarme sur dtection de mouvement marche [trop] bien. Par notification sur smartphone ou bien par mail. Si vous utilisez un compte gmail de Google, activez la double authentification puis crer un mot de passe spcial pour l’application.
Sur dtection de mouvement, la camra enregistre sur sa carte SD (si prsente) et les vidos sont immdiatement accessible et trs facilement visionnable mme depuis un smartphone. Cela fonctionne parfaitement.
La fonction patrouille gagnerait tre reprogramme car la camra ne tourne seule que dans un seul sens. Par exemple, aprs avoir pass 3s sur les points 1, 2 et 3 programms, la camra devrait revenir sur ses pas, soit pour revenir sur le point 2 soit sur le point 1 rapidement en passant par le point 2. Or, aujourd’hui la camra tourne sur 360 pour rejoindre le point 1. Ce qui perd du temps et laisse la zone sans surveillance pendant quelques secondes.
Mcaniquement, l’ensemble tout aluminium est trs rassurant. Deux remarques cependant, la fixation par 4 vis dont les 2 du bas sont inaccessibles avec un tournevis normal. J’ai d dmonter le dme qui lui, seconde remarque, ne tient qu’avec 4 petites vis. Qui tiennent bien mais a surprend.
Globalement, je recommande cette camra qui est la meilleure que je connaisse ce prix.
Top PTZ Kamera für Wohnhaus Ich war skeptisch als ich die sehr unterschiedlichen Rezesionen und Bewertungen auf der Amazonseite als auch auf anderen Webseiten gelesene hatte, ob ich mir die Kamera von Reolink kaufen soll. Bisher setzte ich nur auf den Anbieter Vivotek und war hier natrlich in einem Preissegment unterwegs, welches deutlich hher liegt. Da mir die PTZ Kamera von Vivotek mit deutlich ber 1.400 Euro zu teuer war, wagte ich den Kauf. Und ich muss sagen, ich haben den Kauf nicht bereut.
Die Installation als auch die Einbindung in die Synology Surveillance Station funktionierten ohne Probleme.
Die Bilder der Tagaufnahmen beeindruckten mich sofort, gestochen scharf und mit bis zu guten 40 m Sicht mehr als ausreichenden fr das Grundstck. Auch die Nachtaufnahmen haben mich mehr als berzeugt. Die Ausleuchtung mittels IR ist hervorragend und die Bildqualitt kann sich absolut sehen lassen. Insgesamt finde ich die Ausleuchtung und IR Aufnahmen sogar etwas besser als die der 5MP Vivotek Kamera, die mehr als das doppelte kostete.
Bewegungserkennung und auch die PTZ-Steuerung funktionieren auch hervorragend, lediglich die Verfahrgeschwindigkeit musste ich im Kamera eigenen Men etwas reduzieren.
Ich kann die PTZ Kamera zu dem Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis uneingeschrnkt empfehlen.
Ip Dome Kamera zum sehr sehr guten Preis!! Die Kamera entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen. Fr Private zwecke, also um das eigene Grundstck zu berwachen perfekt. Die Installation der Kamera sowie das zuweisen einer IP Adresse funktioniert unkompliziert und schnell. Einfach das Netzwerkkabel an den Wlan Router anschlieen und funktioniert.
Das einzige kleine Manko, dass aber seitens Reolink auch gleich vor Kauf in jeder Beschreibung steht ist der Zoom. Dieser ist fr Gartenflchen bzw. kleiner Geschftslokale ok. Aber fr eine Nahaufnahme reichts dann doch nicht.
An amazing addition to your Reolink system For the most part static cameras are ideal for us. Pointing up the driveway, spanning across the rear garden, the shed… However we live in a quiet cul-de-sac, and no matter how we position the static cameras at the front the angle isn’t quite right, stuff isn’t adequately covered. After some glowing reviews for the PTZ camera i was finally able to persuade myself; and invested. The camera feels solid, sturdy, and when securely fitted to the front of the house is super secure. I’m connecting via POE through the loft, so for me was fairly easy to cable up.
Upon testing, the angle is pretty wide, other users have captured images so I didn’t feel the need, but what is fantastic is that you’re able to find a good angle remotely.. no manual adjustments of camera position (helpful when the camera is a good 25ft up), you can set preset views, so if you want to cover your drive, looking directly down to your front door, or you want to cover more of the road, you can have the camera switch preset views automatically and scan (patrol) between them with varying speeds, to pretty much cover everything. Funny fact, we have a close neighborhood, and a neighbor saw me putting the camera up, and cheekily asked if it could see her drive to… I wasn’t intending to, just simply patrol my property, but upon request, it now includes my neighbour, and as word spread, the entire cul-de-sac! So all my neighbors drives are included in a patrol sweep of the camera. After a spat of burglaries in the area this one camera goes a long way to add security to the whole neighborhood much to their delight.. To be honest I wasn’t really sure what reception a camera like this would be greeted with, which is why I initially did the right thing, respect privacy and keep it looking low, and boxed in to our front property 🙂 Not now! It covers a dozen houses in the cul-de-sac.
It’s a nifty piece of kit. Excellent image, great night time IR sensors. I’d say if you have a Reolink system, and doing what I did and pondering; give it a try, especially if you’re covering a wide property, or if you wish to mount the camera high, and don’t fancy making constant fine adjustments on a wobbly ladder. The fun bit is, once it’s mounted, and running, it’s impossible to not play around with the PTZ and you end up finding uses for it even when you thought you wouldn’t!
Additionally, cannot fault the Reolink help team. Super helpful, very quick to respond.

Plenty of room to push all the cable ends into the soffit. Pulled back out once to ‘reset’ the camera. Works fine, very happy. Would recommend.

Sehr gute Überwachungskamera Moin !
Nutze die Kamera jetzt eine Weile ich sie verrichtet ihren Dienst sehr gut, die Handyapp ist in Deutsch sehr bersichtlich und funktioniert tatenlos. Man kann auch ber Windows drauf zugreifen ist aber verbesserungswrdig,
nicht in Deutsch aber man kommt zurecht. Schade das die Kamera nicht die Person verfolgt die im Bereich ist.
Wichtig war es mir das Preis Leistung stimmt, dass Gehuse ist aus Metall (kein Plastik) hat ein Gewicht von ca. 1,7KG. Betreibe die ber PoE, der Strom kommt also ber das Netzwerkkabel was richtig gut ist, man muss nur ein Kabel legen und nicht noch extra eine Steckdose dazu.

PTZ is very responsive with minimal lag. I’m very impressed with the picture and video quality both day and night time vision.
Motion detection and zoning features are as expected and good quality.
My rlc-423 is connected to Synology DS920+ NAS running DSM 7 & Surveillance Station Beta.
The camera is picked up no problem with the beta cms & ss package. Whether using this or the Reolink client or app on iOS or OSX Big Sur I have had no issues whatsoever.
Please note I have 20GB RAM installed on my NAS. Whether you would get the same responses from the camera if using the stock 4GB I could not say.
Easy to use and set up Even though It’s only 5mp I’ve given it 5 stars for picture quality because the 4 x optical zoom compensates when compared to 4K fixed focal length cameras. I have other 4K Reolink cameras but the 5mp benefits from from being able to be played back simultaneously on multiply screens, whereas the 4K can’t, not on my NVR.
The camera can record 24/7 or motion to either a 64gb card or a NVR, or both depending on how you set it up.
If connected directly to a Reolink NVR with POE then the installation is very simple with no power supply needed and responsive when zooming and panning. On the other hand you could connect directly to your router, using the supplied power supply or by using an POE injector, scan the label, input your wi-fi password, and then you would be able to record straight to the micro sd card and the NVR or either, depending on how you want to do it because the NVR would pick it up on the network.
Using the presets is very quick, ie, owl box, bird bath, shed, but expect the camera to be a slow to focus if the object you want to focus on has other stuff close or the contrast between objects isn’t great. This is normal even on high priced DSLR cameras unless set to single point focus. People often wonder why a camera has problems trying to focus on a bird perched on a branch surrounded by other branches. Unfortunately single point focus isn’t an option on this type of camera.
I am pleased with my purchase, It doses exactly what I want it to do and the build quality is great. The presets work smoothly, quietly and fast.
On a separate note, although I had no need to contact the support staff on this camera I have contacted them before and they have been first class, and before you ask I am a private buyer with no reason to give anything other than my honest opinion.

SUPER Gerä Sehr gut verpackt kommt die Kamera an. Aufhngung ist leider nur seitlich mglich. Es gibt als Zubehr auch eine Deckenabhngung, die allerdings noch einmal ber 20,- kostet.
Funktion ber PoE funktioniert sofort, Bilder und Bedienung sind sehr gut. Die Nachtsicht hat allerdings noch Luft nach oben. Die Kamera ist horizontal ENDLOS schwenkbar (auch als Automatik-Modus)!!! Die Schwenk-Geschwindigkeit ist einstellbar!
Sie hngt jetzt seit ein paar Wochen im Januar draussen (unter dem Dachunterschlag), das scheint ihr nichts auszumachen. Macht insgesamt einen wertigen Eindruck, was durch ein relativ hohes Gewicht untersttzt wird!

Die Camera erfüllt alle meine Anforderunge Die Camera arbeitet perfekt, die Installation ist einfach, nur die Dokumentation/Bedienungsanleitung sollte verbessert werden. Die Aufhngung habe ich durch eine vertikale Aufhngung (Mount Bracket) ersetzt, da sie bei Reolink nicht zu erhalten ist, habe ich sie bei Ebay fr 28,- bestellt. Die Aufhngung auszutauschen ist mit etwas Vorsicht beim Lsen der Kontakte auf der Platine kein Problem.
Um Updates muss man sich selbst bemhen, da aus dem Client heraus kein Update erfolgt.
Man erhlt sehr gute Fotos und Videos, die PTZ-Einstellung luft sehr flssig dank POE-Kabelanbindung und die Einstellmglichkeiten gengen mir vllig. Die Speicherung der Fotos und Videos erfolt bei mir entweder auf der SD-Karte der Kamera oder/und auf der Festplatte meines PCs. Die Reolink-App funktioniert auch sehr gut bei mir.

I didn't expect the camera to be this large. Also, because of the size of the camera, it made it difficult to install. To install the camera required use a long screwdriver to avoid the camera head making it awkward to apply force to affix the screws to secure the camera. In summary, the camera functionality is really, really good. I am happy with the purchase. Recommendation, maintain the same camera functionality, but reduce camera size. Very good support from Reolink. My camera is great and works well. I just wish the software for it was pushed to it via email or via an automatic update which required user permission. Overall, the team at Reolink are fast and responsive and I am very satisfied.
Einfache Installation, gute Bedienung und tut was sie soll Ich bin bisher mit der Kamera sehr zufrieden. Habe auch 2 Stck verbaut. Anschlieen ging wirklich sehr einfach, die Installation und habe ich dann per Smartphone-App (iOS) durchgefhrt. Auf dem Desktop bietet die Software noch mehr Mglichkeiten, zu denen ich nicht viel sagen kann da ich sie nur ein einziges Mal geladen habe. Wenn man sich etwas mehr mit der Routenfhrung beschftigt kann man auch vermeintliche “Fehler” abstellen, zum Beispiel das komplette Drehen zwischen zwei Routenpunkten – man sollte die Anleitung tatschlich auch mal lesen habe ich festgestellt 😉 Ich habe in jeder Kamera eine 64GB Micro-SD Karte drin und der Zugriff von Unterwegs klappt problemlos. Anfangs hat einen Kamera bei niedrig eingestellter Bewegungsempfindlichkeit permanent Bewegungen erkannt die sich als Regentropfen herausgestellt haben aber das ging nach einem Neustart und von selbst weg – ich denke aber dass einmal mehr Aufzeichnen besser als einmal zu wenig ist. Gut finde ich auch, dass Bereiche nach ein wenig Rumspielen festgelegt werden knnen, die nicht mit aufgezeichnet werden sollen, zum Beispiel der Nachbarsgarten. War nicht ganz easy aber es geht und klappt – zumindest bei mir – super. Alles in Allem bereue ich meinen Kauf in keinster Weise.

The stock firmware that shipped with the device is poor – you’ll have a lot of lag on moving the device as well as the autofocus, almost like you’re device is faulty. Trust me it’s not! Reolink haven’t released the new v3 firmware as of yet (v3.0.0.111_20092909) but their support team will make it available to you. This solves pretty much all of the lag and the camera becomes responsive unlike v2.
Seriously, if you’re after good quality cameras then give Reolink a shot. They have all of the features that the bigger manufacturers have without the excessive cost associated with it.

E’ stata montata sulla parte pi alta del tetto di un’abitazione, fissata ad un palo, in modo da poter sorvegliare tutta l’area circostante. Restituisce immagini di qualit e, attraverso lo zoom ottico fino a 4x, possibile vedere anche dettagli importanti. E’ munita di pan 360 e tilt di 90 ed in grado di ruotare su se stessa senza fine. Pu quindi sorvegliare continuamente un’area circostante di 360. Inoltre possibile salvare fino a 64 posizioni/inquadrature particolari che possono essere richiamate immediatamente attraverso la funzione “Call preset”. Le stesse posizioni/inquadrature possono poi confluire, tutte o in parte, nella funzione Patrol, che consente di selezionare diverse posizioni/inquadrature da riprendere in successione e ripetutamente, il tempo di permanenza su ogni posizione/inquadratura e le varie velocit di spostamento tra un’inquadratura e l’altra. Nel complesso un prodotto dall’ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualit. Il software del NVR andrebbe implementato con la funzione di salvataggio della velocit durante lo spostamento manuale, che al momento torna ad impostarsi a 32 ad ogni nuovo accesso. La videocamera non dotata di microfono ma dispone di un ingresso audio RCA cui possibile connettere un microfono. Inoltre dispone di uno slot per inserire una memoria microSD opzionale, che non indispensabile perch la telecamera pu registrare le immagini attraverso il dispositivo NVR associato, ma che pu risultare essenziale per preservare comunque le riprese nel caso in cui qualcuno riuscisse ad asportare il dispositivo NVR, ma non la telecamera eventualmente fissata in posizione difficile da raggiungere.

Für den Preis einfach ein top Produk Lieferung wie immer super schnell, genauso wie der nachfolgende Aufbau.
Ich habe die Kamera als Ersatz fr ein berwachungskamera gekauft, die schon ca. 10 Jahre ihren Dienst rund um die Uhr getan hat. Die Kamera kam absolut top verpackt bei mir an, Lieferung incl. Netzteil, Netzwerkkabel, Steckverbinder, Bohrschablone und Installationsanleitung usw.
Was mir vor dem Kauf nicht so ganz klar war, dass die Kamera einen hheren Strombedarf (POE 802.3 at also max. 30W)) bentigt, diese Leistung gab mein POE-Switch leider nicht her. Aber das war dank des mitgelieferten Netzteils auch kein Problem. Die Reolink Software auf dem PC installiert, die Kamera installiert und in der vorgegebenen Reihenfolge der Installationsanleitung angeklemmt. Software gestartet, Kamera hinzugefgt, Bild da. Also so einfach habe ich es bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt. Und ich muss wirklich sagen, fr diese Preisklasse ein top Bild und super scharf.
Die Grundeinstellungen habe ich ber die Reolink Software ausgefhrt. Im Normalfall bentige ich diese allerdings nicht, da die Kamera bei mir ber eine Surveillance Station betrieben wird.
Kleines Manko bei der Montage sind die unteren Befestigungsschrauben, die sind nicht so einfach zu befestigen, da leider der Kamerakorpus meistens im Weg ist, aber es geht.
Wenn die Langzeiterfahrungen ebenfalls positiv ausfallen, dann bin ich mehr als zufrieden.

Exzellente PoE PTZ Kamera Sehr gute Tagsicht und nachts im Nahbereich bis 7m berzeugend. Sehr einfache Einbindung in die QNAP Surveillance Station. Betrieb ber PoE mit dem von Amazon empfohlenen Netzwerkadapter.

Absolut zuverlässige Technik Die erste RLC-423 luft seit 3 Jahren ohne irgendwelche Probleme an einer Villa auf einem Berg auf der Westseite, also dem Wetter vollkommen ausgesetzt. Es gab noch nie ein Problem mit der Camera, auch die PTZ funktioniert nach wie vor problemlos.
Ich hatte einmal einen kleinen Fehler, den der Support in krzester Zeit beseitigt hat. Das geht unheimlich schnell und die Leute sind absolut auf Zack!
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Reolink PTZ ist empfehlenswe Die Kamera arbeitet gut. Preis Leistungsverhltnis ist ok.
Zoomfunktion sollte besser werden. Software sollte professioneller werden, weil die aktuelle fr bis zu 8 Kameras gut verwalten kann. Wenn es aber fr grere Umgebung eingesetzt werden soll, ist zu schwach.
Sollte beim Lschen eines Benutzers auf Reolink Windows 10 Version Probleme auftauchen, hilft die Software Aktualisierung ber Reolink Seite.
Gute Cam. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Kamera. Knnte mehr Zoom haben und es ist kein Audio verbaut. Ansonsten einfache i stallation. Sofort verbunden dank Netzwerkkabel.

Awsome customer service, great product, easy to install and set up. Extreamly easy to install with a handy fixing template. Downloaded software on both Windows 10 and Android IOS via App store.
Camera model had the latest firmware installed so no need to update. Set up motion detection recording to local windows file with ease, although I’m also considering purchasing a second device and a NAS box.
For me I would add an extra to the review for the customer service. I have been around tech for many years and I have never had a better experience. Fast replies to emails with straight forward replies with a kind of a personal approach to my individual questions i havnt found before. No failed promises, no pushy sells patter just easy people to correspond with.
Overall I can’t recommend highly enough.
Tolle Kamera Funktioniert bestens. Preis / Leistung passt. Man bekommt schon etwas fr sein Geld. Stabile / massive Verarbeitung. Zunchst etwas Einarbeitung erforderlich (Doku knnte etwas detailreicher sein ..) , aber danach alles einfach zu bedienen und einzustellen. Mit extra Tool fr Win-PC Installation , oder auch Android App. Geht auch ber Webbrowser, wenn AdobeFlash installiert ist. Erstaunliche einfaches Einloggen in die Kamera, wenn man auswrts (also nicht im eigenen LAN) ist, dabei ist kein VPN-Tunnel ins eigene LAN erforderlich und auch kein Account in der Cloud des Herstellers (aber klar: die Kamera meldet sich eigenstndig bei REOLINK und dort wird Routing erstellt / geleistet) An sich ein toller Service, wenn man mit den Daten bei Dritten leben kann.
Nachtsicht im Nahbereich (bis ca. 10m ) im Gebude bentzt: langt, gute Sicht, alles erkennbar.
Das Einsetzen der SD-Karte ist etwas fummelig mit der losen Dichtung & der Slot will gefunden werden (unbedingt am Schreibtisch machen – bevor man die Kamera an der Wand montiert)
Kleiner Wunsch: Benutzerverwaltung knnte ein oder zwei zustzliche Komfortfunktionen mehr haben (ist aber nur von Bedeutung wenn verschiedene Nutzer zugreifen sollen, die stark unterschiedliche Rechte erhalten sollen)

So good, I bought another the next day! I’ve found that outdoor tech doesn’t last; I’m hoping this will. I have tried 4x MooBox Cams, of which 2 of them are in the bin due to water damage. I have also tried 2x H.View 5mp cams, again both have stopped working. After doing a bit of research & reading reviews, Reolink ended up being my choice. Initially, I was going to buy a full POE NVR system but I couldn’t be bothered running wires & I’ve always had my eye on a PTZ cam, plus I popped in a micro SD so eliminates the NVR requirement. I bought this 5mp PTZ cam along with their new battery/solar powered 1080p PTZ cam. This 5mp PTZ cam is amazing; same quality picture as my old H.View cam but with 4x optical zoom & PTZ functionality. Instantly, I fell in love with it; the build quality is great; metal, & heavy. The battery powered one isn’t as good. Nicely built but I contemplated sending it back. In the end I decided to keep it & reposition it in the garden (the picture quality isn’t great, less settings, & it lags).. the 5mp PTZ cam was so impressive, I bought another one today! The iPhone app & client (for Mac) are great, easy to navigate & set up devices.

I love these cameras !!!buy one and you’ll see I’m replacing all my hikvision cameras with reolink. The interface has so much great software it’s almost as good as the synology box. So easy to set up with bar code. This version works with alexa so l can’t view on my Alexa show. Bang the alexa finds them. Older models don’t have Alexa. Then l updated the firmware and bang they are ALL on Alexa . These are cheaper and way better than hikvision. Also some could with inbuilt sound. You can ptz so easy on app. Buy these and you won’t be disappointed . It’s a solid well built camera!

* Hard drive is a bit noisily
* No fast forward when reviewing your clips — this is outrageous on this type of system
* No Alexa support
* Hard drive is a bit noisily and the supplied 2tb will hold only 3 days if you have 8 cameras and the max you can install is only 4tb inside and 4tb using eSATA outside
Reolink PTZ The Reolink PTZ are fairly good quality cameras for the money. No longer do you have to spend thousands on Hikvision to get the quality you need from CCTV.
All I now fit is Reolink, as I think they’re fantastic for the money. Every customer I have fitted for have been happy with the look of the cameras and the App access etc.
As the months/years go by and as Reolink gets larger, I hope they sort out a few niggles in the Reolink IOS app and the Mac client.
The PTZ cameras are good quality quality, however I do think they’re quite expensive for what you get. I always set them up in patrol mode as the PTZ feature on the app is clunky at best. They need to have a perfect internet connection and so does the person operating them on their device, if not its very laggy and you end up giving up. Controlling them through the NVR is no problem, it works instantly but the best thing about IP cams is that you can view them wherever you are.
I do not use the zoom feature at all, as the autofocus is just not up to the job especially at night. I use them solely for looking at various locations for a few seconds throughout the day.
I hope in the future Reolink either bring out a new PTZ or improve the software on the current one so that if it sees an object it can follow it. However I think they’re a long way off from this technology.
I recommend Reolink products to anyone, very easy to install and navigate through the software. One thing I do recommend before you buy however is that you have a half decent internet connection. They load up in Fluent (lowest quality) fairly quickly but can sometimes be very temperamental in Clear if your broadband isn’t up to the job. I have found this especially in the Mac client software, they literally will not run at all in clear due to taking all of the bandwidth up. I assume this may be something Reolink could sort out in a software update, and obviously is not a problem if you’re viewing these off a live screen connected directly to your NVR.
Fantastic cameras Fantastic product. Ordered this for a customer through our company GenerationPc Ltd. The price is great for the quality and performance of these cameras. They were effortlessly set up and linked up straight to the customers network and ipads.
Perfekte Kamera Habe diverse Kameras getestet, war aber nicht wirklich glcklich damit. Bei den einen war zwar die Bildqualitt gut, jedoch konnten die Bewegungseinstellungen nicht fein genug eingestellt werden. Bei anderen brach immer die Verbindung zum Netzwerk ab. Ein weiterer Vorteil dieser Kamera ist die POE Tauglichkeit.
Die Reolink berzeugt auf voller Breite. Super Bildqualitt, geniale Nachtsichtaufnahmen, sehr umfangreiche APP. Habe mir darum bereits die 3te Kamera bestellt.
Preis/Leistung und Support UNSCHLAGBAR! Die Installation ist einfach, das Bild finde ich gut.

Gute Kamera mit super Software Insgesammt eine gute Kamera, leider fr mein Vorhaben nicht zu gebrauchen.
Ich wollte die Kamera unter mein Carport schrauben, um meinen Vorgarten zu berwachen. Im hellen klappt das gut. Im dunklen leider nicht zu gebrauchen, weil die Holzsparren das Infrarot reflektieren.
ber die Bildqualitt, war ich etwas enttuscht, habe aus ca. 4 Meter Entfernung ein Bild von einem Jahreskalender gemacht, wolte Ihn, dann Digital auf dem PC zoomen, die Zahlen waren nicht wirklich scharf.
Die Software super, noch nie habe ich eine Kamera so schnell eingebunden. Die Mglichkeiten mit den Alarmfeldern sind richtig gut. Das giltet auch fr die APP.
Die Kamera ist gut, aber nicht fr mein Vorhaben zu gebrauchen, leider.
Umwerfend gu Die Kamera ist wirklich super! Hier eine Zusammenfassung der Vor- / Nachteile.
Pros:
– Die Bildqualitt lsst kaum Wnsche offen
– Unglaublich naher Schrfebereich (ab 20cm Entfernung)
– Autofocus
– POE = weniger Kabelsalat
– Auentauglich
Contras:
– Autofocus ist langsam
– Schwenkbereich Vertikal ist etwas eingeschrnkt
– Horizontaler Schwenk ist etwas schwer zu steuern
– Kein WLAN (muss auch nicht unbedingt)
Das Setup ist, wenn man es mal kapiert hat recht simpel. App herunterladen, Kamera finden lassen, Kamera steuern. Will man das NonplusUltra an Bildqualitt muss man in der APP die Qualitt hoch einstellen, aber dann gibt es kein Halten mehr.
Ich verwende die APP zur Fernbetrachtung eines Aquariums (Warum auch nicht :-D) und da erfllt sie wirklich alle meine Wnsche. Einzig der Vertikale Schwenkbereich ist ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen, welcher aber nicht zum Punktabzug fhren soll. Konkret bedeutet das: Die Kamera kann nicht hher als ihr Montagepunkt blicken. Also sollte man sie gleich hoch genug anbringen um unliebsame berraschungen zu vermeiden.
Schwächen bei der Bewegungserkennung, Bild hervorragend Leider hier nur 4 Sterne obwohl die Kamera von der Bildqualitt her bei Tag und Nacht sehr gut ist. Wie bei fast allen Kameras mit Bewegungssensor ist die Auswertung von Bewegungen doch meist eine Katastrophe. Insekten werden Nachts vom IR-Licht angezogen und lsen stndig Bewegungsalarm aus, selbst bei starkem Regen wird Alarm ausgelst. Da muss Reolink noch einiges Nachliefern. Ansonsten eine sehr gute, steuerbare Kamera, die fr Daueraufzeichnung geeignet ist.
Was der Kamera noch fehlt ist ein eingebautes Micro und eine brauchbare Bewegungserkennung, daher ein Stern Abzug.
Preis Leistung sehr gu Verarbeitung / Gesamtqualitt ist fr den Preis ist sehr gut. Implementierung in meine Diskstation lief reibungslos. Erkennung und Nachtsicht ist gut.
Ich bin sehr zufriede Wertige Kamera, sehr gut verpackt, einfache Installation, Software ber Browser auf englisch, ber den Client (Windows) auch in deutscher Sprache.
Ich habe bisher einige IP Kameras (Hikvisoin, Trendnet, WansView) in Betrieb, die RLC-423 macht den wertigsten Eindruck. Gut verarbeitet, alles stimmig. Sie ist relativ schwer. Die Bohrschablone ist ein nettes, ntzliches Gimmick und erleichtert die Montage. Die Kabel sind mir etwas zu lang geraten, ich habe sie zum Anschluss an mein Netzwerkkabel in einer Verteilerdose untergebracht.
Die Einrichtung der Kamera gelang auf Anhieb(per Browser vorgenommen).
Einziges Manko:
Man kann die LED’s nicht einzeln zu- oder abschalten.
Ich habe links eine grne Hecke und rechts eine weie Hauswand, die in der Nachtsicht sehr hell abstrahlen.
Hier wrde es helfen, wenn man zwei LED’s separat abschalten knnte.
Ich bin positiv von der Bildqualitt der Nachtsicht berrascht, im Vergleich mit meinen anderen Kameras
ist dies die beste.
Die Einbindung der Kamera in der Surveillance Station meines Synology Nas gelang problemlos auf Anhieb,
ich habe sie als ONVIF auf Port 8000 mit allen Funktionen eingebunden.
Die Ereigniserkennung habe ich so eingestellt, dass sie von der Kamera bernommen wird.
Positiv finde ich, dass man verschiedene Empfindlichkeiten je nach Uhrzeit einstellen kann, das hatte ich so noch bei keiner Kamera. Die Empfindlichkeitsstufen muss ich noch genau abstimmen, in den Defaulteinstellungen ist mir das zu
empfindlich.
Alles in Allem ein erster sehr positiver Eindruck der Kamera, ein Langzeittest wird zeigen, ob sich daran etwas ndert.
Kamera uneingeschränkt zu empfehle Ich kann die Kamera guten Gewissens empfehlen!

Très belle image, configuration facile, Pan and tilt supe J’ai hsit entre la Foscam FI9928P 1980x 1080 et la reolink 423 qui est en 5MP que j’ai reu hier.
Je veux dire que j’ai t trs surpris de la qualit d’image, qui est trs belle en rsolution 2560 x 1440 ou 2560 x 1980.
J’ai dj cinq camras foscam, la rolink est un cran au-dessus. La configuration est bien faite. Connecte en ethernet j’envoie les enregistrements sur mon Synology en ftp, avec une alerte e-mail. La vitesse de rotation de la camra est hallucinant. En plus on peut mmoriser des zones y compris en mmorisant le zoom plus ou moins fort !. J’espre qu’elle durera. Il y a un nouveau firmware, mais je n’ai pas fait la mise jour, car elle fonctionne correctement et que je me mfie des mises jour. L’image de nuit est impeccable aussi.
Funktioniert ziemlich gu Habe schon einige Erfahrung mit Netzwerk und WLAN-Kamera’s, allerdings sind einige davon inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und von der Bildqualitt (besonders Nachtsicht) nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand.
Daher habe ich mich entschieden ein 1MP-Gert mit akuter “Nachtblindheit” durch dieses 5MP-Gert mit einer sehr guten Nachtsicht zu ersetzen.
Long Story short: Ich wurde nicht enttuscht. Dieses Modell hlt mit aktuellen Gerten deutscher Premium-Hersteller (Mobotix, Divis) absolut mit.
Bildqualitt und Nachtsicht sind hervorragend. Inbetriebnahme sogar deutlich einfacher (gefhlt eine Million weniger Einstellungen, App findet die Kamera im gleichen Netzwerk von alleine).
Die weniger Einstellungen sind aber auch eine der Schwchen der Bewegungs-Erkennung, es gibt hier schlicht zu wenige Einstellungen.
Die Kamera reagiert auf jede Licht-Vernderung (Wolke, Licht-Einschalten) sofort mit einer Bewegungs-Meldung.
Da haben andere Hersteller die clevere Funktion, dass wenn sich das komplette Bild (bzw. ein einstellbarer Wert) innerhalb krzester Zeit ndert kein Alarm ausgelst wird.
Diese Kamera lst schon aus, wenn ich mit der integrierten PTZ-Funktion die Kamera einen Millimeter bewege.
Fr die Alarm-Funktion also einen Punkt Abzug, das lst einfach zu oft aus. (allerdings lieber einmal zu viel als zu wenig)
Die Verarbeitung ist aus meiner Sicht Mittelklasse, es ist zwar so gut wie alles aus sehr stabilem Metall, aber die Schnittkanten sind nicht sauber entgratet. Fr diesen Preis aber nichts zu meckern.
Ein kleines Manko noch am Rande: Ich wnsche mir eine automatische Firmware-Update Funktion ber die App oder die PC-Software. Herunterladen und manuell aufspielen ist so 1999….
Ansonsten kann ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung fr diese Kamera aussprechen. Ein so gutes Bild inklusive PTZ wird man fr das Geld so schnell nicht finden. Wenn der Hersteller noch etwas an der Software feilt sehe ich hier einen absoluten 5-Sterne Anwrter.
Bislang beste PTZ Kamera Habe mich in den letzten sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Kamera zur berwachung unseres Grundstckes befasst.
Viele Rezessionen gelesen, Datenbltter und Vergleiche studiert.
Hatte zwischenzeitlich Modelle anderer Hersteller bestellt, war aber nicht zufrieden mit diesen Gerten.
Bin dann nach einiger Zeit bei reolink Kamera angekommen.
Lieferung wie gewohnt zuverlssig.
Kamera macht sehr wertigen Eindruck.
Erstinstallation absolut problemlos.
Kamera wurde in App sofort erkannt.
Anbringung knnte etwas besser gelst werden, Schraubenlcher ungnstig angebracht, Kamera ist beim anschrauben im weg.
Inbetriebnahme von allen probierten Kameras bisher mit Abstand am besten.
Reagiert super schnell auf Bewegungen und fhrt gespeicherte Positionen zuverlssig an.
Email setup macht kleinere Probleme, lag aber im nachhinein an meinem Anbieter, klappt jetzt problemlos.

Reolink PTZ Kamera / ist ne gute Sache Nutze die 511W, die Keen im Innenraum, und die Reolink 5MP PTZ berwachungskamera Aussen PoE IP Kamera mit 360/90 . Die Kamera an sich ist mega Klasse. Gute Auflsung, gute Nachtsicht, gutes Zoomverhalten. Aufnahme auf FTP direkt ans NAS und als Backup auf eine 64 MB Micro SD Karte. Die Reolink Client Software ist gut und einfach bedienbar. Der Automatische Scan ist in meinen Augen etwas unsinnig gelst. Die Kamera schwenkt 360 Grad. Klingt eigentlich gut, aber bei einer Wandhngenden Kamera sehe ich dann auch 180 Grad Wand, das macht so keinen Sinn. Wenn man da in der Software noch ne anfangs und Endbegrenzung setzen knnte, wre das perfekt. Der Kurspfad ist hnlich sinngefreit, die Kamera Speedeinstellung in der Grundeinstellung ist so schnell, da hab ich die 360 Grad in ca. 5 Sekunden einmal alles gesehen ( incl. Wand ), Steuerung via App geht auch besser, da ist noch Luft nach oben. Alles in allem ist es aber eine gute Kamera mit einem guten Preis. Es hakelt an der Software / Einstellungen. Entweder ber Amazon, oder direkt bei Reolink kaufen, da sollte man die Tagespreise vergleichen.

Excellent Cameras and 1st Class Support! I have 5 Reolink cameras and they all work superbly – easy to use in and away from home and excellent picture quality and features. I have had them for some time and recently had an issue where one camera lost its UID meaning I was unable to view that camera remotely. I contacted support and the problem was solved quickly by the team via email. Highly recommend and 1st class support!
Gute Kamera Wie schon oft beschrieben – das (Tages)Bild ist wirklich super! Auch macht die Kamera optisch und haptisch einen wirklich guten Eindruck. Installation verlief problemlos. In wenigen Minuten war mittels der (Reolink)App ein Zugriff aus dem heimischen Wlan sowie von extern mglich. Die Software fr den PC macht einen guten Eindruck , lsst sich auf Deutsch umstellen. Leider gibt es die dazugehrige Anleitung nur auf Englisch. Gerade wenn man lieber einen externen Zugriff ber eine andere App einrichten will und einen anderen Speicherplatz als die SD-Karte in der Kamera (nicht im Lieferumfang) auswhlen mchte, wre eine deutsche Anleitung wohl fr viele hilfreich.
Die Nachtsicht ist ok, hat mich aber nicht wirklich begeistert. Warum von den 6 IR-LEDs je nach Ausrichtung und/oder Zoom nur 2 oder 4 oder manchmal auch alle 6 aktiv sind, verstehe ich nicht. Ein entsprechender Hinweis in der Kurzbeschreibung wre sehr sinnvoll, vermutlich war ich nicht der erste der an einen Defekt dachte.
Insgesamt: sehr gute Kamera, Nachtsicht ok, Beschreibung auf deutsch sollte wesentlich umfangreicher sein!
Super Outdoor Csm Die Kamera funktioniert 1a im outdoor Bereich. Die Steuerung klappt sowie es soll und durch die Kameraeigene App/Cloud kann man auch mit ein IPV6/DS-LITE Anschluss Zugriff von “auen” auf das Gert bekommen. Lediglich die bewegungserkennung ist sehr empfindlich und reagiert auch bei Vernderungen der lichtwetterverhltnisse
Solide gebaut. Aber der Ton ist keiner auch wenn man direkt unter der Kamera steht nimmt sie keinen Ton auf es ist nur ein “Brummen” zu hren. Ungeschickter weise ist der SD-Kartenschacht mit zwei winzigen Kreutzschschlitzschrauben gesichert. Ich sehe da also auf der zweit obersten Sprosse und muss mich etwas recken um an die Schrauben zu kommen. Diese sind nicht grer als ein Streichholzkopf. In die Hand kann ich sie nicht nehmen da habe ich schon den Schraubenzieher und die SD-Karte zum einsetzen. Also habe ich sie mir einfach in den Mund gesteckt und die zweite Schraube heraus geschraubt. Ich hatte wohl den Kopf zu weit oben den als ich mit der Zunge nach der Schraube gefhlt habe war sie weg…..wohin jetzt nur mit der zweiten Schraube dachte ich mir, egal auch in dem Mund ich war ja jetzt gewarnt, immer schn mit der Zunge die Schraube im Blick behalten und Moment mal da waren es wieder zwei die eine musste sich wohl in meiner Zahnlcke versteckt haben. Nachdem die SD-Karte in der Kamera war die erste Schraube schnell mit dem Deckel wieder an seinem Platz jedoch war von der zweiten Schraube die ich ja gerade noch gefhlt habe keine Spur mehr. Auch weitere Nachforschungen brachten die Schraube nicht mehr zu Tage.

Die Empfindlichkeit der Bewegungserkennung ist auf die eigenen Bedrfnisse einstellbar., Zustzlich gibt es die bliche Mglichkeit des Markierens von Ausschnitten, in denen Bewegung berhaupt registriert werden soll.
Zum Schutz der Privatsphere kann eine schwarze Maske ber die entsprechenden Bereiche des Kamerabildes gelegt werden.
Die Patrouillefahrt der Kamera ist schnell eingerichtet und kann ber web / app / oder Windows Client genutzt werden. Die einzelnen “Stationen” werden sehr zgig angefahren.
Gut ist die Integration in die Synology SurveillanceStation mglich (hier onvif Gert aussuchen und Port auf 8000 stellen…).
Das Preis/Leistungs Verhltnis ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut!
… und wenn es mal Probleme oder Fragen gibt, der Support ist WIRKLICH gut. Es gibt nach hchstens 24h eine sinnvolle Hilfe.
OTTIMA E FUNZIONALE, MA CON QUALCHE DIFETTTUCCIO PASSIBILE Ho acquistato questa camera per effettuare la sorveglianza in un’ambiente molto ampio, posso dire che svolge al meglio il suo lavoro.
Ha un’ottima visione dell’immagine sia con zoom a 1x che a 4x, ben dettagliata in entrambi i casi, poi usufruendo dell’ingrandimento digitale dell’immagine si hanno pi particolari in visione. Ottima la visione di giorno con colori nitidi sia in contrasto di luce che in ombra, come pure la notturna sfruttando gli infrarossi che ben illuminano con un ampio raggio.
Ha anche una buona velocit di rotazione in PAN con i suoi 360 continui, come pure quella TILT 0-90.
I difetti che invece ho riscontrato, del tutto passibili, sono un po’ di lentezza per la messa a fuoco durante lo spostamento della camera ed anche nella sua funzione Patrol, che purtroppo ad ogni cambio di punto di osservazione effettua una rotazione completa prima di soffermarsi.
Quindi per concludere, posso dire di essere soddisfatto al 95% da questo prodotto, ma spero che la casa costruttrice con i prossimi aggiornamenti di firmware possa risolverli i problemi, affinch la soddisfazione salga.
Ma per chi vuole acquistare un prodotto con un’ottimo rapporto qualit/prezzo non posso far altro che consigliarlo.
Noch besser als erwartet - super Bildqualität und Bedienung Habe bereits eine DomeCam eines anderen Herstellers. Aufgrund der Beschreibungen und der Bewertungen und der speziellen Aktion Ende 2018 diese zustzlich fr den hinteren Eingang auf unserem Grundstck installiert.
Was soll ich sagen: Super App, per LTE jederzeit und von berall her ein klares Bild, E-Mail – Alerts mit Schnappschuss auf verschiedene Adressen funktioniert spitze. Die Bewegungserkennung funktioniert klasse, musste nur die Empfindlichkeit etwas sehr runterfahren, da ich am Anfang sehr viele – berechtigte – Alerts erhalten habe, die allerdings bertrieben waren (also jede Schneeflocke oder jeder Regentropfen wurde als Bewegung registriert). Die Konfiguration funktioniert super. Klasse, dass man nicht extra eine Port-Freigabe fr die Nutzung aus der Ferne einrichten muss, sondern dass alles schon ab Werk gelst ist.
Die Geschwindigkeit ist super, der Blickwinkel ebenfalls.
Sind absolut begeistert. Haben die Kamera, um nicht die Nachbargrundstcke mit zu filmen und zum anderen die Kamera nicht zu sehr dem Wetter auszusetzen, mit einer Edelstahl – Haube versehen. Funktion spitze.
Preis – Leistung ist gut.
Ist an eine Synology NAS DS118 angebunden. Auch hier ist die Kompatibilitt zur Software tip-top.

PTZ functionality is really useful Camera arrived on time. I installed it next day using power over ethernet wiring. Connected it to my Synology surveillance station and can now watch what is going on in my back garden from anywhere in the World. Also got a Reolink camera in the front of house. Chose Reolink because mobile apps work and they connect easily into Synology kit. Both cameras look very professional.

Didn't want to install electricity to the points outside the building where the cameras were needed. The Reolink made child's play of installation compared to the previous camera and the pictures are amazingly sharp. The zoom and pan/tilt couldn't be better. Works perfectly with the app on my mobile. Can only recommend it!! The only drawback is the software on my laptop ("client") which sometimes hangs but gets going quickly if I close and restart it. Wertig, sauber verarbeitet, ordentliche Schrittmotoren. Macht wertigen Eindruck, war problemlos schnell installiert mit Apple IOS App, sehr gut verpackt, viele Einstellmglichkeiten in der Software. Ordentliches, stabiles Aludruckgussgehuse.

A good camera (FINALLY HAPPY) Really really happy (finally) with this cam. Started at one for 50 absolute pants, then stepped up to around the 140 mark a little better but as my target recording distance is around 20 meters away I still needed more clarity. This one seems fab.
But for a DIY installation with what looks like a decent quality of build and simple software this ... After some research I decided to purchase Reolink cameras for my first CCTV for ease of use and set-up. I have 2 of the PTZ, 2 5MB WiFi and 2 basic 4MB all with SD cards. Despite some criticism from the CCTV professional community it seemed to do the job for me as I am seeking a deterrent, peace of mind that I can see what’s going on around my property and motion detection alerts. It’s night time image quality may not come up to higher spec cameras with detailed recognition if you are so concerned with identification. But for a DIY installation with what looks like a decent quality of build and simple software this ticked my box for the price. So, my initial pre-installation review here is on the PTZ 423S.
Firstly, the packaging and feel of the unit is important for any consumer who buys direct – just ask a marketing executive. At the current price of 200+ it needs to have a good first impression and certainly it meets that for me with simply design packaging and what looks and feels like a good solid build unit.
My initial observations are the cables – and number of them coming from the base of the unit. One main cable from the unit (approx 6mm dia) for 40cm that splits into five separate for another 10cm. Whilst I like simplicity and intuitive design some instructions would not go amiss here. Apart from the basic start up guide that is generic there is nothing in the box specific for this camera or any online manual to download. For some it may not be obvious what all these are for and there is a need for some basic savvy in setting up these cameras, especially if using poe (that is power over ethernet). With this unit you do actually receive a 12V power adapter (2amp rated for this camera) if needed but as you require a network connection anyway then poe is a more logical set-up. Probably an additional cost for a poe injector or poe switch for multi camera connection that powers the camera using the ethernet connection that will then go back to your router or NVR. You could try a Powerline and I plan to test both options using a direct ethernet connection from the poe switch in the loft to my router and then using Powerline.
So, you have 1) a power connection that may not be needed; 2) Ethernet RJ45 connection (with what looks like a separate shroud once connected for weatherproofing?); 3) A reset button (so you need to be able to access this!); 4) An Audio In connection (not explained as I guess this needs an external microphone for this model as all others have internal?); 5) A small earth connection as this is a large metal casing you may wish to earth but again no instructions on this.
With the weight of the unit I would only wish to fix this onto brick rather than any facia and noting this and the unevenness with bricks I am surprised there is no sealing rubber around the base plate, but I expect that cable that then connects inside the unit is sealed. Otherwise I would recommend sealing around the base unit once fitted and especially the cable cut-out if you plan to drill through at point of location. You have two options where you connect — you can drill a large hole (20mm should be fine as the largest part with ethernet RG45 connection is 18mm and you can then thread through all five separately up to the single) and connect inside the ethernet (or any other needed) but I expect that for most this may not be convenient; therefore, the other option is to connect outside and for that you will need a junction box. For me this seems more logical as I will just require one small hole for the ethernet and I will connect these cables to size fitting the end RJ45 connector once passed through hole in wall and into junction box. Apart from the hole size for an outside connection there is also the access issue if you need to use this reset button that is on the end of one of the cables, as I doubt it will be easy to reach in the eaves of my loft once poked through. So, to access the reset having this in an outside box makes sense as you will need to weatherproof all the additional cables anyway. From the junction box that will have to be close to the unit you can then run your ethernet cable to a convenient entry point. However, you will have an issue with the junction box as you cannot fit the cables through a standard gland (due to end connector size) to get a seal and a push through membrane may work.
Before installation I have tested all cameras to ensure they operate correctly. This was so easy without any need for instruction to see a live feed for basic camera setup. Download Reolink App on phone, connect poe switch to router, connect camera to switch over ethernet. Open App and bingo camera detected and allows you to name, set password and time. There is a QR code on the side on the camera but did not need this — assume as my phone is connected to my WAN over the WiFi. When you first connect the ethernet power to PTZ the unit will initiate and revolve for a few seconds to calibrate. As yet I have not gone through the software options or used the Client software on PC that I will go through once fully installed. I did not go for an NVR as cannot see the need for 24/7 recording and purchased the cameras with SD cards. Although without an SD card the camera must have an internal memory as on motion detection they still send a video on the alert that I guess could be saved on an FTP server?
The operation of the PTZ on initial test was good and I probably need to get used to the sensitivity of using controls from phone when using pan and tilt. But I must say the image compared to the 4MB cameras I also purchased is noticeably better.
So far I am pleased with purchase and look forward to final installation when I may then review again after some use and tweaking of options. Not 5 stars as I feel the lack of instruction for this model should be better and the cable configuration should take into account weatherproofing, longer cable or connections in base of unit. Plus, no fitted microphone, although this may be to locate to a lower point to pick up sound that may be more useful as the camera will be located at a higher location.

Super Cam, PoE geht sehr gut, sowohl mit Injector als auch PoE-Switch. Kamera hat tolle 360Grad-Sicht auch nach unten. Nachtsicht passt und auch so die 5MP Qualli ist top, man bruchte hier nicht viel mehr (siehe Video und Bild). Einziges Manko ist die Bewegungserkennung, hier gibts sehr oft Alarm und eine Push Benachrichtigung, auch wenn die Cam auf Nachtsicht umschaltet. Es kommt halt auf die Umgebung an (Schatten von Bumen die im Wind wackeln etc.). Hier muss man testen und probieren, aber wie sollen Hersteller auch so etwas zu 100 % hinbekommen. Positiv an der Sache ist dass man Bewegungszonen einrichten kann bzw. Die Sensibilitt einstellen kann. App ist gut, aber ich wollte FTP-Speicherung bzw. NAS einstellen was nicht so recht funktionierte. App gibt keine Infos zum Fehler somit weis ich nicht was das Problem ist. Aber das sind alles Luxusprobleme, im Ganzen ist es eine Top professionelle Cam fr 200 !

A good PTZ camera, if you already use Reolink.
Overall a great camera. The latest firmware update has addressed a few issues and added features.
The unit is solidly built and the image quality is good – only let down by the slow focusing (when zooming) and the “hunting” for focus in the dark.
The cruise mode is useful, although it does only rotate clockwise (for technical reasons) in this mode.
The presets are perfect, the overall unit does the job you’d want from a PTZ on a home/small office.
If you already own Reolink gear, this is a no-brainer; but if you’re starting out fresh – I’d recommend something else as there are quirks that do bug a little.

Qualit des images nocturnes remarquable. Passage automatique de la couleur l’Infra-Rouge le soir et inversement le matin. Zoom 4x un peu juste mais c’est moins drangeant que la lenteur de l’autofocus ou la mise au point manuelle.
La fonction PTZ est out fait exploitable depuis un pc mais difficile avec un smartphone car la vitesse de dplacement n’est rglable que sur le pc. Sur smartphone, a va trop vite. Heureusement les “marques” enregistres permettent de demander la camera de viser tel ou tel point prprogramm. Fonctionne aussi bien sur P que sur smartphone.
La fonction dtection de mouvements est un peu trop sensible aux variations de luminosit (soleil ombre), mais pour les vrais mouvements (arbres, animaux, pluie) la sensibilit est rglable. Une fonction de crayon / gomme permet de dfinir une zone prendre en compte pour la dtection mais elle n’est valable, sauf erreur, que pour une marque en particulier.
La fonction alarme sur dtection de mouvement marche [trop] bien. Par notification sur smartphone ou bien par mail. Si vous utilisez un compte gmail de Google, activez la double authentification puis crer un mot de passe spcial pour l’application.
Sur dtection de mouvement, la camra enregistre sur sa carte SD (si prsente) et les vidos sont immdiatement accessible et trs facilement visionnable mme depuis un smartphone. Cela fonctionne parfaitement.
La fonction patrouille gagnerait tre reprogramme car la camra ne tourne seule que dans un seul sens. Par exemple, aprs avoir pass 3s sur les points 1, 2 et 3 programms, la camra devrait revenir sur ses pas, soit pour revenir sur le point 2 soit sur le point 1 rapidement en passant par le point 2. Or, aujourd’hui la camra tourne sur 360 pour rejoindre le point 1. Ce qui perd du temps et laisse la zone sans surveillance pendant quelques secondes.
Mcaniquement, l’ensemble tout aluminium est trs rassurant. Deux remarques cependant, la fixation par 4 vis dont les 2 du bas sont inaccessibles avec un tournevis normal. J’ai d dmonter le dme qui lui, seconde remarque, ne tient qu’avec 4 petites vis. Qui tiennent bien mais a surprend.
Globalement, je recommande cette camra qui est la meilleure que je connaisse ce prix.
Top PTZ Kamera für Wohnhaus
Ich war skeptisch als ich die sehr unterschiedlichen Rezesionen und Bewertungen auf der Amazonseite als auch auf anderen Webseiten gelesene hatte, ob ich mir die Kamera von Reolink kaufen soll. Bisher setzte ich nur auf den Anbieter Vivotek und war hier natrlich in einem Preissegment unterwegs, welches deutlich hher liegt. Da mir die PTZ Kamera von Vivotek mit deutlich ber 1.400 Euro zu teuer war, wagte ich den Kauf. Und ich muss sagen, ich haben den Kauf nicht bereut.
Die Installation als auch die Einbindung in die Synology Surveillance Station funktionierten ohne Probleme.
Die Bilder der Tagaufnahmen beeindruckten mich sofort, gestochen scharf und mit bis zu guten 40 m Sicht mehr als ausreichenden fr das Grundstck. Auch die Nachtaufnahmen haben mich mehr als berzeugt. Die Ausleuchtung mittels IR ist hervorragend und die Bildqualitt kann sich absolut sehen lassen. Insgesamt finde ich die Ausleuchtung und IR Aufnahmen sogar etwas besser als die der 5MP Vivotek Kamera, die mehr als das doppelte kostete.
Bewegungserkennung und auch die PTZ-Steuerung funktionieren auch hervorragend, lediglich die Verfahrgeschwindigkeit musste ich im Kamera eigenen Men etwas reduzieren.
Ich kann die PTZ Kamera zu dem Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis uneingeschrnkt empfehlen.

Die Kamera entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen. Fr Private zwecke, also um das eigene Grundstck zu berwachen perfekt. Die Installation der Kamera sowie das zuweisen einer IP Adresse funktioniert unkompliziert und schnell. Einfach das Netzwerkkabel an den Wlan Router anschlieen und funktioniert.
Das einzige kleine Manko, dass aber seitens Reolink auch gleich vor Kauf in jeder Beschreibung steht ist der Zoom. Dieser ist fr Gartenflchen bzw. kleiner Geschftslokale ok. Aber fr eine Nahaufnahme reichts dann doch nicht.

An amazing addition to your Reolink system
For the most part static cameras are ideal for us. Pointing up the driveway, spanning across the rear garden, the shed… However we live in a quiet cul-de-sac, and no matter how we position the static cameras at the front the angle isn’t quite right, stuff isn’t adequately covered. After some glowing reviews for the PTZ camera i was finally able to persuade myself; and invested. The camera feels solid, sturdy, and when securely fitted to the front of the house is super secure. I’m connecting via POE through the loft, so for me was fairly easy to cable up.
Upon testing, the angle is pretty wide, other users have captured images so I didn’t feel the need, but what is fantastic is that you’re able to find a good angle remotely.. no manual adjustments of camera position (helpful when the camera is a good 25ft up), you can set preset views, so if you want to cover your drive, looking directly down to your front door, or you want to cover more of the road, you can have the camera switch preset views automatically and scan (patrol) between them with varying speeds, to pretty much cover everything. Funny fact, we have a close neighborhood, and a neighbor saw me putting the camera up, and cheekily asked if it could see her drive to… I wasn’t intending to, just simply patrol my property, but upon request, it now includes my neighbour, and as word spread, the entire cul-de-sac! So all my neighbors drives are included in a patrol sweep of the camera. After a spat of burglaries in the area this one camera goes a long way to add security to the whole neighborhood much to their delight.. To be honest I wasn’t really sure what reception a camera like this would be greeted with, which is why I initially did the right thing, respect privacy and keep it looking low, and boxed in to our front property 🙂 Not now! It covers a dozen houses in the cul-de-sac.
It’s a nifty piece of kit. Excellent image, great night time IR sensors. I’d say if you have a Reolink system, and doing what I did and pondering; give it a try, especially if you’re covering a wide property, or if you wish to mount the camera high, and don’t fancy making constant fine adjustments on a wobbly ladder. The fun bit is, once it’s mounted, and running, it’s impossible to not play around with the PTZ and you end up finding uses for it even when you thought you wouldn’t!
Additionally, cannot fault the Reolink help team. Super helpful, very quick to respond.
Really good hardware, really good software, really good customer support. As a cynical critic at the best of times, these guys are a pleasant, reliable and safe change. Cudos where cudos are due.

Nutze die Kamera jetzt eine Weile ich sie verrichtet ihren Dienst sehr gut, die Handyapp ist in Deutsch sehr bersichtlich und funktioniert tatenlos. Man kann auch ber Windows drauf zugreifen ist aber verbesserungswrdig,
nicht in Deutsch aber man kommt zurecht. Schade das die Kamera nicht die Person verfolgt die im Bereich ist.
Wichtig war es mir das Preis Leistung stimmt, dass Gehuse ist aus Metall (kein Plastik) hat ein Gewicht von ca. 1,7KG. Betreibe die ber PoE, der Strom kommt also ber das Netzwerkkabel was richtig gut ist, man muss nur ein Kabel legen und nicht noch extra eine Steckdose dazu.
Ich kann die Kamera nur empfehlen !
Best POE PTZ IP Camera in my opinion!
Best POE PTZ IP Camera currently available in my humble opinion.
PTZ is very responsive with minimal lag. I’m very impressed with the picture and video quality both day and night time vision.
Motion detection and zoning features are as expected and good quality.
My rlc-423 is connected to Synology DS920+ NAS running DSM 7 & Surveillance Station Beta.
The camera is picked up no problem with the beta cms & ss package. Whether using this or the Reolink client or app on iOS or OSX Big Sur I have had no issues whatsoever.
Please note I have 20GB RAM installed on my NAS. Whether you would get the same responses from the camera if using the stock 4GB I could not say.
Easy to use and set up
Even though It’s only 5mp I’ve given it 5 stars for picture quality because the 4 x optical zoom compensates when compared to 4K fixed focal length cameras. I have other 4K Reolink cameras but the 5mp benefits from from being able to be played back simultaneously on multiply screens, whereas the 4K can’t, not on my NVR.
The camera can record 24/7 or motion to either a 64gb card or a NVR, or both depending on how you set it up.
If connected directly to a Reolink NVR with POE then the installation is very simple with no power supply needed and responsive when zooming and panning. On the other hand you could connect directly to your router, using the supplied power supply or by using an POE injector, scan the label, input your wi-fi password, and then you would be able to record straight to the micro sd card and the NVR or either, depending on how you want to do it because the NVR would pick it up on the network.
Using the presets is very quick, ie, owl box, bird bath, shed, but expect the camera to be a slow to focus if the object you want to focus on has other stuff close or the contrast between objects isn’t great. This is normal even on high priced DSLR cameras unless set to single point focus. People often wonder why a camera has problems trying to focus on a bird perched on a branch surrounded by other branches. Unfortunately single point focus isn’t an option on this type of camera.
I am pleased with my purchase, It doses exactly what I want it to do and the build quality is great. The presets work smoothly, quietly and fast.
On a separate note, although I had no need to contact the support staff on this camera I have contacted them before and they have been first class, and before you ask I am a private buyer with no reason to give anything other than my honest opinion.

SUPER Gerä
Sehr gut verpackt kommt die Kamera an. Aufhngung ist leider nur seitlich mglich. Es gibt als Zubehr auch eine Deckenabhngung, die allerdings noch einmal ber 20,- kostet.
Funktion ber PoE funktioniert sofort, Bilder und Bedienung sind sehr gut. Die Nachtsicht hat allerdings noch Luft nach oben. Die Kamera ist horizontal ENDLOS schwenkbar (auch als Automatik-Modus)!!! Die Schwenk-Geschwindigkeit ist einstellbar!
Sie hngt jetzt seit ein paar Wochen im Januar draussen (unter dem Dachunterschlag), das scheint ihr nichts auszumachen. Macht insgesamt einen wertigen Eindruck, was durch ein relativ hohes Gewicht untersttzt wird!

Die Camera arbeitet perfekt, die Installation ist einfach, nur die Dokumentation/Bedienungsanleitung sollte verbessert werden. Die Aufhngung habe ich durch eine vertikale Aufhngung (Mount Bracket) ersetzt, da sie bei Reolink nicht zu erhalten ist, habe ich sie bei Ebay fr 28,- bestellt. Die Aufhngung auszutauschen ist mit etwas Vorsicht beim Lsen der Kontakte auf der Platine kein Problem.
Um Updates muss man sich selbst bemhen, da aus dem Client heraus kein Update erfolgt.
Man erhlt sehr gute Fotos und Videos, die PTZ-Einstellung luft sehr flssig dank POE-Kabelanbindung und die Einstellmglichkeiten gengen mir vllig. Die Speicherung der Fotos und Videos erfolt bei mir entweder auf der SD-Karte der Kamera oder/und auf der Festplatte meines PCs. Die Reolink-App funktioniert auch sehr gut bei mir.

This is a very good camera. I'm very satisfied with camera functionality, picture quality, night view and ease of configuration. I am, however, very surprised with the size of the camera. I didn't expect the camera to be this large. Also, because of the size of the camera, it made it difficult to install. To install the camera required use a long screwdriver to avoid the camera head making it awkward to apply force to affix the screws to secure the camera. In summary, the camera functionality is really, really good. I am happy with the purchase. Recommendation, maintain the same camera functionality, but reduce camera size. Advancement in technology should be available to do this.

Einfache Installation, gute Bedienung und tut was sie soll
Ich bin bisher mit der Kamera sehr zufrieden. Habe auch 2 Stck verbaut. Anschlieen ging wirklich sehr einfach, die Installation und habe ich dann per Smartphone-App (iOS) durchgefhrt. Auf dem Desktop bietet die Software noch mehr Mglichkeiten, zu denen ich nicht viel sagen kann da ich sie nur ein einziges Mal geladen habe. Wenn man sich etwas mehr mit der Routenfhrung beschftigt kann man auch vermeintliche “Fehler” abstellen, zum Beispiel das komplette Drehen zwischen zwei Routenpunkten – man sollte die Anleitung tatschlich auch mal lesen habe ich festgestellt 😉 Ich habe in jeder Kamera eine 64GB Micro-SD Karte drin und der Zugriff von Unterwegs klappt problemlos. Anfangs hat einen Kamera bei niedrig eingestellter Bewegungsempfindlichkeit permanent Bewegungen erkannt die sich als Regentropfen herausgestellt haben aber das ging nach einem Neustart und von selbst weg – ich denke aber dass einmal mehr Aufzeichnen besser als einmal zu wenig ist. Gut finde ich auch, dass Bereiche nach ein wenig Rumspielen festgelegt werden knnen, die nicht mit aufgezeichnet werden sollen, zum Beispiel der Nachbarsgarten. War nicht ganz easy aber es geht und klappt – zumindest bei mir – super. Alles in Allem bereue ich meinen Kauf in keinster Weise.

The cable that comes with it is only 1m long so you may need to purchase a long cat5 cable. The camera and motion is excellent. The zoom is average but still good quality. The stock firmware that shipped with the device is poor – you’ll have a lot of lag on moving the device as well as the autofocus, almost like you’re device is faulty. Trust me it’s not! Reolink haven’t released the new v3 firmware as of yet (v3.0.0.111_20092909) but their support team will make it available to you. This solves pretty much all of the lag and the camera becomes responsive unlike v2.
Seriously, if you’re after good quality cameras then give Reolink a shot. They have all of the features that the bigger manufacturers have without the excessive cost associated with it.

E’ stata montata sulla parte pi alta del tetto di un’abitazione, fissata ad un palo, in modo da poter sorvegliare tutta l’area circostante. Restituisce immagini di qualit e, attraverso lo zoom ottico fino a 4x, possibile vedere anche dettagli importanti. E’ munita di pan 360 e tilt di 90 ed in grado di ruotare su se stessa senza fine. Pu quindi sorvegliare continuamente un’area circostante di 360. Inoltre possibile salvare fino a 64 posizioni/inquadrature particolari che possono essere richiamate immediatamente attraverso la funzione “Call preset”. Le stesse posizioni/inquadrature possono poi confluire, tutte o in parte, nella funzione Patrol, che consente di selezionare diverse posizioni/inquadrature da riprendere in successione e ripetutamente, il tempo di permanenza su ogni posizione/inquadratura e le varie velocit di spostamento tra un’inquadratura e l’altra. Nel complesso un prodotto dall’ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualit. Il software del NVR andrebbe implementato con la funzione di salvataggio della velocit durante lo spostamento manuale, che al momento torna ad impostarsi a 32 ad ogni nuovo accesso. La videocamera non dotata di microfono ma dispone di un ingresso audio RCA cui possibile connettere un microfono. Inoltre dispone di uno slot per inserire una memoria microSD opzionale, che non indispensabile perch la telecamera pu registrare le immagini attraverso il dispositivo NVR associato, ma che pu risultare essenziale per preservare comunque le riprese nel caso in cui qualcuno riuscisse ad asportare il dispositivo NVR, ma non la telecamera eventualmente fissata in posizione difficile da raggiungere.

Ich habe die Kamera als Ersatz fr ein berwachungskamera gekauft, die schon ca. 10 Jahre ihren Dienst rund um die Uhr getan hat. Die Kamera kam absolut top verpackt bei mir an, Lieferung incl. Netzteil, Netzwerkkabel, Steckverbinder, Bohrschablone und Installationsanleitung usw.
Was mir vor dem Kauf nicht so ganz klar war, dass die Kamera einen hheren Strombedarf (POE 802.3 at also max. 30W)) bentigt, diese Leistung gab mein POE-Switch leider nicht her. Aber das war dank des mitgelieferten Netzteils auch kein Problem. Die Reolink Software auf dem PC installiert, die Kamera installiert und in der vorgegebenen Reihenfolge der Installationsanleitung angeklemmt. Software gestartet, Kamera hinzugefgt, Bild da. Also so einfach habe ich es bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt. Und ich muss wirklich sagen, fr diese Preisklasse ein top Bild und super scharf.
Die Grundeinstellungen habe ich ber die Reolink Software ausgefhrt. Im Normalfall bentige ich diese allerdings nicht, da die Kamera bei mir ber eine Surveillance Station betrieben wird.
Kleines Manko bei der Montage sind die unteren Befestigungsschrauben, die sind nicht so einfach zu befestigen, da leider der Kamerakorpus meistens im Weg ist, aber es geht.
Wenn die Langzeiterfahrungen ebenfalls positiv ausfallen, dann bin ich mehr als zufrieden.

Absolut zuverlässige Technik
Die erste RLC-423 luft seit 3 Jahren ohne irgendwelche Probleme an einer Villa auf einem Berg auf der Westseite, also dem Wetter vollkommen ausgesetzt. Es gab noch nie ein Problem mit der Camera, auch die PTZ funktioniert nach wie vor problemlos.
Ich hatte einmal einen kleinen Fehler, den der Support in krzester Zeit beseitigt hat. Das geht unheimlich schnell und die Leute sind absolut auf Zack!
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Reolink PTZ ist empfehlenswe
Die Kamera arbeitet gut. Preis Leistungsverhltnis ist ok.
Zoomfunktion sollte besser werden. Software sollte professioneller werden, weil die aktuelle fr bis zu 8 Kameras gut verwalten kann. Wenn es aber fr grere Umgebung eingesetzt werden soll, ist zu schwach.
Sollte beim Lschen eines Benutzers auf Reolink Windows 10 Version Probleme auftauchen, hilft die Software Aktualisierung ber Reolink Seite.
Ho acquistato oltre 13 telecamere dello stesso produttore.

Extreamly easy to install with a handy fixing template. Downloaded software on both Windows 10 and Android IOS via App store.
Camera model had the latest firmware installed so no need to update. Set up motion detection recording to local windows file with ease, although I’m also considering purchasing a second device and a NAS box.
For me I would add an extra to the review for the customer service. I have been around tech for many years and I have never had a better experience. Fast replies to emails with straight forward replies with a kind of a personal approach to my individual questions i havnt found before. No failed promises, no pushy sells patter just easy people to correspond with.
Overall I can’t recommend highly enough.
Tolle Kamera
Funktioniert bestens. Preis / Leistung passt. Man bekommt schon etwas fr sein Geld. Stabile / massive Verarbeitung. Zunchst etwas Einarbeitung erforderlich (Doku knnte etwas detailreicher sein ..) , aber danach alles einfach zu bedienen und einzustellen. Mit extra Tool fr Win-PC Installation , oder auch Android App. Geht auch ber Webbrowser, wenn AdobeFlash installiert ist. Erstaunliche einfaches Einloggen in die Kamera, wenn man auswrts (also nicht im eigenen LAN) ist, dabei ist kein VPN-Tunnel ins eigene LAN erforderlich und auch kein Account in der Cloud des Herstellers (aber klar: die Kamera meldet sich eigenstndig bei REOLINK und dort wird Routing erstellt / geleistet) An sich ein toller Service, wenn man mit den Daten bei Dritten leben kann.
Nachtsicht im Nahbereich (bis ca. 10m ) im Gebude bentzt: langt, gute Sicht, alles erkennbar.
Das Einsetzen der SD-Karte ist etwas fummelig mit der losen Dichtung & der Slot will gefunden werden (unbedingt am Schreibtisch machen – bevor man die Kamera an der Wand montiert)
Kleiner Wunsch: Benutzerverwaltung knnte ein oder zwei zustzliche Komfortfunktionen mehr haben (ist aber nur von Bedeutung wenn verschiedene Nutzer zugreifen sollen, die stark unterschiedliche Rechte erhalten sollen)

I’ve found that outdoor tech doesn’t last; I’m hoping this will. I have tried 4x MooBox Cams, of which 2 of them are in the bin due to water damage. I have also tried 2x H.View 5mp cams, again both have stopped working. After doing a bit of research & reading reviews, Reolink ended up being my choice. Initially, I was going to buy a full POE NVR system but I couldn’t be bothered running wires & I’ve always had my eye on a PTZ cam, plus I popped in a micro SD so eliminates the NVR requirement. I bought this 5mp PTZ cam along with their new battery/solar powered 1080p PTZ cam. This 5mp PTZ cam is amazing; same quality picture as my old H.View cam but with 4x optical zoom & PTZ functionality. Instantly, I fell in love with it; the build quality is great; metal, & heavy. The battery powered one isn’t as good. Nicely built but I contemplated sending it back. In the end I decided to keep it & reposition it in the garden (the picture quality isn’t great, less settings, & it lags).. the 5mp PTZ cam was so impressive, I bought another one today! The iPhone app & client (for Mac) are great, easy to navigate & set up devices.

I’m replacing all my hikvision cameras with reolink. The interface has so much great software it’s almost as good as the synology box. So easy to set up with bar code. This version works with alexa so l can’t view on my Alexa show. Bang the alexa finds them. Older models don’t have Alexa. Then l updated the firmware and bang they are ALL on Alexa . These are cheaper and way better than hikvision. Also some could with inbuilt sound. You can ptz so easy on app. Buy these and you won’t be disappointed . It’s a solid well built camera!
I bought the RLK8-800B4 along with 3 more B-800 and the RLC-423 PTZ so 7 (8m) cameras and one PTZ (5m)
The Good:
* Very easy to set-up
* Picture quality even in low light is excellent (4k)
* The app for your phone works well
* Records sound and vision
The not so good:
* Hard drive is a bit noisily
* No fast forward when reviewing your clips — this is outrageous on this type of system
* No Alexa support
* Hard drive is a bit noisily and the supplied 2tb will hold only 3 days if you have 8 cameras and the max you can install is only 4tb inside and 4tb using eSATA outside
The Reolink PTZ are fairly good quality cameras for the money. No longer do you have to spend thousands on Hikvision to get the quality you need from CCTV.
All I now fit is Reolink, as I think they’re fantastic for the money. Every customer I have fitted for have been happy with the look of the cameras and the App access etc.
As the months/years go by and as Reolink gets larger, I hope they sort out a few niggles in the Reolink IOS app and the Mac client.
The PTZ cameras are good quality quality, however I do think they’re quite expensive for what you get. I always set them up in patrol mode as the PTZ feature on the app is clunky at best. They need to have a perfect internet connection and so does the person operating them on their device, if not its very laggy and you end up giving up. Controlling them through the NVR is no problem, it works instantly but the best thing about IP cams is that you can view them wherever you are.
I do not use the zoom feature at all, as the autofocus is just not up to the job especially at night. I use them solely for looking at various locations for a few seconds throughout the day.
I hope in the future Reolink either bring out a new PTZ or improve the software on the current one so that if it sees an object it can follow it. However I think they’re a long way off from this technology.
I recommend Reolink products to anyone, very easy to install and navigate through the software. One thing I do recommend before you buy however is that you have a half decent internet connection. They load up in Fluent (lowest quality) fairly quickly but can sometimes be very temperamental in Clear if your broadband isn’t up to the job. I have found this especially in the Mac client software, they literally will not run at all in clear due to taking all of the bandwidth up. I assume this may be something Reolink could sort out in a software update, and obviously is not a problem if you’re viewing these off a live screen connected directly to your NVR.
Fantastic product. Ordered this for a customer through our company GenerationPc Ltd. The price is great for the quality and performance of these cameras. They were effortlessly set up and linked up straight to the customers network and ipads.

Habe diverse Kameras getestet, war aber nicht wirklich glcklich damit. Bei den einen war zwar die Bildqualitt gut, jedoch konnten die Bewegungseinstellungen nicht fein genug eingestellt werden. Bei anderen brach immer die Verbindung zum Netzwerk ab. Ein weiterer Vorteil dieser Kamera ist die POE Tauglichkeit.
Die Reolink berzeugt auf voller Breite. Super Bildqualitt, geniale Nachtsichtaufnahmen, sehr umfangreiche APP. Habe mir darum bereits die 3te Kamera bestellt.

Ich wollte die Kamera unter mein Carport schrauben, um meinen Vorgarten zu berwachen. Im hellen klappt das gut. Im dunklen leider nicht zu gebrauchen, weil die Holzsparren das Infrarot reflektieren.
ber die Bildqualitt, war ich etwas enttuscht, habe aus ca. 4 Meter Entfernung ein Bild von einem Jahreskalender gemacht, wolte Ihn, dann Digital auf dem PC zoomen, die Zahlen waren nicht wirklich scharf.
Die Software super, noch nie habe ich eine Kamera so schnell eingebunden. Die Mglichkeiten mit den Alarmfeldern sind richtig gut. Das giltet auch fr die APP.
Die Kamera ist gut, aber nicht fr mein Vorhaben zu gebrauchen, leider.
Die Kamera ist wirklich super! Hier eine Zusammenfassung der Vor- / Nachteile.

– Horizontaler Schwenk ist etwas schwer zu steuern
– Kein WLAN (muss auch nicht unbedingt)
Das Setup ist, wenn man es mal kapiert hat recht simpel. App herunterladen, Kamera finden lassen, Kamera steuern. Will man das NonplusUltra an Bildqualitt muss man in der APP die Qualitt hoch einstellen, aber dann gibt es kein Halten mehr.
Ich verwende die APP zur Fernbetrachtung eines Aquariums (Warum auch nicht :-D) und da erfllt sie wirklich alle meine Wnsche. Einzig der Vertikale Schwenkbereich ist ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen, welcher aber nicht zum Punktabzug fhren soll. Konkret bedeutet das: Die Kamera kann nicht hher als ihr Montagepunkt blicken. Also sollte man sie gleich hoch genug anbringen um unliebsame berraschungen zu vermeiden.
Schwächen bei der Bewegungserkennung, Bild hervorragend
Leider hier nur 4 Sterne obwohl die Kamera von der Bildqualitt her bei Tag und Nacht sehr gut ist. Wie bei fast allen Kameras mit Bewegungssensor ist die Auswertung von Bewegungen doch meist eine Katastrophe. Insekten werden Nachts vom IR-Licht angezogen und lsen stndig Bewegungsalarm aus, selbst bei starkem Regen wird Alarm ausgelst. Da muss Reolink noch einiges Nachliefern. Ansonsten eine sehr gute, steuerbare Kamera, die fr Daueraufzeichnung geeignet ist.
Was der Kamera noch fehlt ist ein eingebautes Micro und eine brauchbare Bewegungserkennung, daher ein Stern Abzug.

Verarbeitung / Gesamtqualitt ist fr den Preis ist sehr gut. Implementierung in meine Diskstation lief reibungslos. Erkennung und Nachtsicht ist gut.
Wertige Kamera, sehr gut verpackt, einfache Installation, Software ber Browser auf englisch, ber den Client (Windows) auch in deutscher Sprache.
Ich habe bisher einige IP Kameras (Hikvisoin, Trendnet, WansView) in Betrieb, die RLC-423 macht den wertigsten Eindruck. Gut verarbeitet, alles stimmig. Sie ist relativ schwer. Die Bohrschablone ist ein nettes, ntzliches Gimmick und erleichtert die Montage. Die Kabel sind mir etwas zu lang geraten, ich habe sie zum Anschluss an mein Netzwerkkabel in einer Verteilerdose untergebracht.
Die Einrichtung der Kamera gelang auf Anhieb(per Browser vorgenommen).
Einziges Manko:
Man kann die LED’s nicht einzeln zu- oder abschalten.
Ich habe links eine grne Hecke und rechts eine weie Hauswand, die in der Nachtsicht sehr hell abstrahlen.
Hier wrde es helfen, wenn man zwei LED’s separat abschalten knnte.
Ich bin positiv von der Bildqualitt der Nachtsicht berrascht, im Vergleich mit meinen anderen Kameras
ist dies die beste.
Die Einbindung der Kamera in der Surveillance Station meines Synology Nas gelang problemlos auf Anhieb,
ich habe sie als ONVIF auf Port 8000 mit allen Funktionen eingebunden.
Die Ereigniserkennung habe ich so eingestellt, dass sie von der Kamera bernommen wird.
Positiv finde ich, dass man verschiedene Empfindlichkeiten je nach Uhrzeit einstellen kann, das hatte ich so noch bei keiner Kamera. Die Empfindlichkeitsstufen muss ich noch genau abstimmen, in den Defaulteinstellungen ist mir das zu
empfindlich.
Alles in Allem ein erster sehr positiver Eindruck der Kamera, ein Langzeittest wird zeigen, ob sich daran etwas ndert.
Ich kann die Kamera guten Gewissens empfehlen!

J’ai hsit entre la Foscam FI9928P 1980x 1080 et la reolink 423 qui est en 5MP que j’ai reu hier.
Je veux dire que j’ai t trs surpris de la qualit d’image, qui est trs belle en rsolution 2560 x 1440 ou 2560 x 1980.
J’ai dj cinq camras foscam, la rolink est un cran au-dessus. La configuration est bien faite. Connecte en ethernet j’envoie les enregistrements sur mon Synology en ftp, avec une alerte e-mail. La vitesse de rotation de la camra est hallucinant. En plus on peut mmoriser des zones y compris en mmorisant le zoom plus ou moins fort !. J’espre qu’elle durera. Il y a un nouveau firmware, mais je n’ai pas fait la mise jour, car elle fonctionne correctement et que je me mfie des mises jour. L’image de nuit est impeccable aussi.
Funktioniert ziemlich gu
Habe schon einige Erfahrung mit Netzwerk und WLAN-Kamera’s, allerdings sind einige davon inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und von der Bildqualitt (besonders Nachtsicht) nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand.
Daher habe ich mich entschieden ein 1MP-Gert mit akuter “Nachtblindheit” durch dieses 5MP-Gert mit einer sehr guten Nachtsicht zu ersetzen.
Long Story short: Ich wurde nicht enttuscht. Dieses Modell hlt mit aktuellen Gerten deutscher Premium-Hersteller (Mobotix, Divis) absolut mit.
Bildqualitt und Nachtsicht sind hervorragend. Inbetriebnahme sogar deutlich einfacher (gefhlt eine Million weniger Einstellungen, App findet die Kamera im gleichen Netzwerk von alleine).
Die weniger Einstellungen sind aber auch eine der Schwchen der Bewegungs-Erkennung, es gibt hier schlicht zu wenige Einstellungen.
Die Kamera reagiert auf jede Licht-Vernderung (Wolke, Licht-Einschalten) sofort mit einer Bewegungs-Meldung.
Da haben andere Hersteller die clevere Funktion, dass wenn sich das komplette Bild (bzw. ein einstellbarer Wert) innerhalb krzester Zeit ndert kein Alarm ausgelst wird.
Diese Kamera lst schon aus, wenn ich mit der integrierten PTZ-Funktion die Kamera einen Millimeter bewege.
Fr die Alarm-Funktion also einen Punkt Abzug, das lst einfach zu oft aus. (allerdings lieber einmal zu viel als zu wenig)
Die Verarbeitung ist aus meiner Sicht Mittelklasse, es ist zwar so gut wie alles aus sehr stabilem Metall, aber die Schnittkanten sind nicht sauber entgratet. Fr diesen Preis aber nichts zu meckern.
Ein kleines Manko noch am Rande: Ich wnsche mir eine automatische Firmware-Update Funktion ber die App oder die PC-Software. Herunterladen und manuell aufspielen ist so 1999….
Ansonsten kann ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung fr diese Kamera aussprechen. Ein so gutes Bild inklusive PTZ wird man fr das Geld so schnell nicht finden. Wenn der Hersteller noch etwas an der Software feilt sehe ich hier einen absoluten 5-Sterne Anwrter.

Bin dann nach einiger Zeit bei reolink Kamera angekommen.

Kamera wurde in App sofort erkannt.
Anbringung knnte etwas besser gelst werden, Schraubenlcher ungnstig angebracht, Kamera ist beim anschrauben im weg.
Inbetriebnahme von allen probierten Kameras bisher mit Abstand am besten.
Reagiert super schnell auf Bewegungen und fhrt gespeicherte Positionen zuverlssig an.
Email setup macht kleinere Probleme, lag aber im nachhinein an meinem Anbieter, klappt jetzt problemlos.

Nutze die 511W, die Keen im Innenraum, und die Reolink 5MP PTZ berwachungskamera Aussen PoE IP Kamera mit 360/90 . Die Kamera an sich ist mega Klasse. Gute Auflsung, gute Nachtsicht, gutes Zoomverhalten. Aufnahme auf FTP direkt ans NAS und als Backup auf eine 64 MB Micro SD Karte. Die Reolink Client Software ist gut und einfach bedienbar. Der Automatische Scan ist in meinen Augen etwas unsinnig gelst. Die Kamera schwenkt 360 Grad. Klingt eigentlich gut, aber bei einer Wandhngenden Kamera sehe ich dann auch 180 Grad Wand, das macht so keinen Sinn. Wenn man da in der Software noch ne anfangs und Endbegrenzung setzen knnte, wre das perfekt. Der Kurspfad ist hnlich sinngefreit, die Kamera Speedeinstellung in der Grundeinstellung ist so schnell, da hab ich die 360 Grad in ca. 5 Sekunden einmal alles gesehen ( incl. Wand ), Steuerung via App geht auch besser, da ist noch Luft nach oben. Alles in allem ist es aber eine gute Kamera mit einem guten Preis. Es hakelt an der Software / Einstellungen. Entweder ber Amazon, oder direkt bei Reolink kaufen, da sollte man die Tagespreise vergleichen.

I have 5 Reolink cameras and they all work superbly – easy to use in and away from home and excellent picture quality and features. I have had them for some time and recently had an issue where one camera lost its UID meaning I was unable to view that camera remotely. I contacted support and the problem was solved quickly by the team via email. Highly recommend and 1st class support!
Gute Kamera
Wie schon oft beschrieben – das (Tages)Bild ist wirklich super! Auch macht die Kamera optisch und haptisch einen wirklich guten Eindruck. Installation verlief problemlos. In wenigen Minuten war mittels der (Reolink)App ein Zugriff aus dem heimischen Wlan sowie von extern mglich. Die Software fr den PC macht einen guten Eindruck , lsst sich auf Deutsch umstellen. Leider gibt es die dazugehrige Anleitung nur auf Englisch. Gerade wenn man lieber einen externen Zugriff ber eine andere App einrichten will und einen anderen Speicherplatz als die SD-Karte in der Kamera (nicht im Lieferumfang) auswhlen mchte, wre eine deutsche Anleitung wohl fr viele hilfreich.
Die Nachtsicht ist ok, hat mich aber nicht wirklich begeistert. Warum von den 6 IR-LEDs je nach Ausrichtung und/oder Zoom nur 2 oder 4 oder manchmal auch alle 6 aktiv sind, verstehe ich nicht. Ein entsprechender Hinweis in der Kurzbeschreibung wre sehr sinnvoll, vermutlich war ich nicht der erste der an einen Defekt dachte.
Insgesamt: sehr gute Kamera, Nachtsicht ok, Beschreibung auf deutsch sollte wesentlich umfangreicher sein!
Super Outdoor Csm
Die Kamera funktioniert 1a im outdoor Bereich. Die Steuerung klappt sowie es soll und durch die Kameraeigene App/Cloud kann man auch mit ein IPV6/DS-LITE Anschluss Zugriff von “auen” auf das Gert bekommen. Lediglich die bewegungserkennung ist sehr empfindlich und reagiert auch bei Vernderungen der lichtwetterverhltnisse
Aber der Ton ist keiner auch wenn man direkt unter der Kamera steht nimmt sie keinen Ton auf es ist nur ein “Brummen” zu hren. Ungeschickter weise ist der SD-Kartenschacht mit zwei winzigen Kreutzschschlitzschrauben gesichert. Ich sehe da also auf der zweit obersten Sprosse und muss mich etwas recken um an die Schrauben zu kommen. Diese sind nicht grer als ein Streichholzkopf. In die Hand kann ich sie nicht nehmen da habe ich schon den Schraubenzieher und die SD-Karte zum einsetzen. Also habe ich sie mir einfach in den Mund gesteckt und die zweite Schraube heraus geschraubt. Ich hatte wohl den Kopf zu weit oben den als ich mit der Zunge nach der Schraube gefhlt habe war sie weg…..wohin jetzt nur mit der zweiten Schraube dachte ich mir, egal auch in dem Mund ich war ja jetzt gewarnt, immer schn mit der Zunge die Schraube im Blick behalten und Moment mal da waren es wieder zwei die eine musste sich wohl in meiner Zahnlcke versteckt haben. Nachdem die SD-Karte in der Kamera war die erste Schraube schnell mit dem Deckel wieder an seinem Platz jedoch war von der zweiten Schraube die ich ja gerade noch gefhlt habe keine Spur mehr. Auch weitere Nachforschungen brachten die Schraube nicht mehr zu Tage.

Die endlich wieder verfgbare RLC-423 hat alles was man braucht.
Die Empfindlichkeit der Bewegungserkennung ist auf die eigenen Bedrfnisse einstellbar., Zustzlich gibt es die bliche Mglichkeit des Markierens von Ausschnitten, in denen Bewegung berhaupt registriert werden soll.
Zum Schutz der Privatsphere kann eine schwarze Maske ber die entsprechenden Bereiche des Kamerabildes gelegt werden.
Die Patrouillefahrt der Kamera ist schnell eingerichtet und kann ber web / app / oder Windows Client genutzt werden. Die einzelnen “Stationen” werden sehr zgig angefahren.
Gut ist die Integration in die Synology SurveillanceStation mglich (hier onvif Gert aussuchen und Port auf 8000 stellen…).
Das Preis/Leistungs Verhltnis ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut!
… und wenn es mal Probleme oder Fragen gibt, der Support ist WIRKLICH gut. Es gibt nach hchstens 24h eine sinnvolle Hilfe.

Ho acquistato questa camera per effettuare la sorveglianza in un’ambiente molto ampio, posso dire che svolge al meglio il suo lavoro.
Ha un’ottima visione dell’immagine sia con zoom a 1x che a 4x, ben dettagliata in entrambi i casi, poi usufruendo dell’ingrandimento digitale dell’immagine si hanno pi particolari in visione. Ottima la visione di giorno con colori nitidi sia in contrasto di luce che in ombra, come pure la notturna sfruttando gli infrarossi che ben illuminano con un ampio raggio.
Ha anche una buona velocit di rotazione in PAN con i suoi 360 continui, come pure quella TILT 0-90.
I difetti che invece ho riscontrato, del tutto passibili, sono un po’ di lentezza per la messa a fuoco durante lo spostamento della camera ed anche nella sua funzione Patrol, che purtroppo ad ogni cambio di punto di osservazione effettua una rotazione completa prima di soffermarsi.
Quindi per concludere, posso dire di essere soddisfatto al 95% da questo prodotto, ma spero che la casa costruttrice con i prossimi aggiornamenti di firmware possa risolverli i problemi, affinch la soddisfazione salga.
Ma per chi vuole acquistare un prodotto con un’ottimo rapporto qualit/prezzo non posso far altro che consigliarlo.
Habe bereits eine DomeCam eines anderen Herstellers. Aufgrund der Beschreibungen und der Bewertungen und der speziellen Aktion Ende 2018 diese zustzlich fr den hinteren Eingang auf unserem Grundstck installiert.
Was soll ich sagen: Super App, per LTE jederzeit und von berall her ein klares Bild, E-Mail – Alerts mit Schnappschuss auf verschiedene Adressen funktioniert spitze. Die Bewegungserkennung funktioniert klasse, musste nur die Empfindlichkeit etwas sehr runterfahren, da ich am Anfang sehr viele – berechtigte – Alerts erhalten habe, die allerdings bertrieben waren (also jede Schneeflocke oder jeder Regentropfen wurde als Bewegung registriert). Die Konfiguration funktioniert super. Klasse, dass man nicht extra eine Port-Freigabe fr die Nutzung aus der Ferne einrichten muss, sondern dass alles schon ab Werk gelst ist.
Die Geschwindigkeit ist super, der Blickwinkel ebenfalls.
Sind absolut begeistert. Haben die Kamera, um nicht die Nachbargrundstcke mit zu filmen und zum anderen die Kamera nicht zu sehr dem Wetter auszusetzen, mit einer Edelstahl – Haube versehen. Funktion spitze.
Preis – Leistung ist gut.
Ist an eine Synology NAS DS118 angebunden. Auch hier ist die Kompatibilitt zur Software tip-top.
Gute Kamera mit Top Ausstattung.

Camera arrived on time. I installed it next day using power over ethernet wiring. Connected it to my Synology surveillance station and can now watch what is going on in my back garden from anywhere in the World. Also got a Reolink camera in the front of house. Chose Reolink because mobile apps work and they connect easily into Synology kit. Both cameras look very professional.
Hat alle Erwartungen erfllt. Lt sich sehr leicht ber die App einbinden. Die Nachtsicht ist besser als die Nachtsicht von der PTZ Axis fr 2700,00

Installed connections for a POE camera three years ago knowing that one day a good PTZ POE alternative would come for the fixed POE camera I already used. Didn’t want to install electricity to the points outside the building where the cameras were needed. The Reolink made child’s play of installation compared to the previous camera and the pictures are amazingly sharp. The zoom and pan/tilt couldn’t be better. Works perfectly with the app on my mobile. Can only recommend it!! The only drawback is the software on my laptop (“client”) which sometimes hangs but gets going quickly if I close and restart it.
Wertig, sauber verarbeitet, ordentliche Schrittmotoren.

Really really happy (finally) with this cam. Started at one for 50 absolute pants, then stepped up to around the 140 mark a little better but as my target recording distance is around 20 meters away I still needed more clarity. This one seems fab.
After some research I decided to purchase Reolink cameras for my first CCTV for ease of use and set-up. I have 2 of the PTZ, 2 5MB WiFi and 2 basic 4MB all with SD cards. Despite some criticism from the CCTV professional community it seemed to do the job for me as I am seeking a deterrent, peace of mind that I can see what’s going on around my property and motion detection alerts. It’s night time image quality may not come up to higher spec cameras with detailed recognition if you are so concerned with identification. But for a DIY installation with what looks like a decent quality of build and simple software this ticked my box for the price. So, my initial pre-installation review here is on the PTZ 423S.
Firstly, the packaging and feel of the unit is important for any consumer who buys direct – just ask a marketing executive. At the current price of 200+ it needs to have a good first impression and certainly it meets that for me with simply design packaging and what looks and feels like a good solid build unit.
My initial observations are the cables – and number of them coming from the base of the unit. One main cable from the unit (approx 6mm dia) for 40cm that splits into five separate for another 10cm. Whilst I like simplicity and intuitive design some instructions would not go amiss here. Apart from the basic start up guide that is generic there is nothing in the box specific for this camera or any online manual to download. For some it may not be obvious what all these are for and there is a need for some basic savvy in setting up these cameras, especially if using poe (that is power over ethernet). With this unit you do actually receive a 12V power adapter (2amp rated for this camera) if needed but as you require a network connection anyway then poe is a more logical set-up. Probably an additional cost for a poe injector or poe switch for multi camera connection that powers the camera using the ethernet connection that will then go back to your router or NVR. You could try a Powerline and I plan to test both options using a direct ethernet connection from the poe switch in the loft to my router and then using Powerline.
So, you have 1) a power connection that may not be needed; 2) Ethernet RJ45 connection (with what looks like a separate shroud once connected for weatherproofing?); 3) A reset button (so you need to be able to access this!); 4) An Audio In connection (not explained as I guess this needs an external microphone for this model as all others have internal?); 5) A small earth connection as this is a large metal casing you may wish to earth but again no instructions on this.
With the weight of the unit I would only wish to fix this onto brick rather than any facia and noting this and the unevenness with bricks I am surprised there is no sealing rubber around the base plate, but I expect that cable that then connects inside the unit is sealed. Otherwise I would recommend sealing around the base unit once fitted and especially the cable cut-out if you plan to drill through at point of location. You have two options where you connect — you can drill a large hole (20mm should be fine as the largest part with ethernet RG45 connection is 18mm and you can then thread through all five separately up to the single) and connect inside the ethernet (or any other needed) but I expect that for most this may not be convenient; therefore, the other option is to connect outside and for that you will need a junction box. For me this seems more logical as I will just require one small hole for the ethernet and I will connect these cables to size fitting the end RJ45 connector once passed through hole in wall and into junction box. Apart from the hole size for an outside connection there is also the access issue if you need to use this reset button that is on the end of one of the cables, as I doubt it will be easy to reach in the eaves of my loft once poked through. So, to access the reset having this in an outside box makes sense as you will need to weatherproof all the additional cables anyway. From the junction box that will have to be close to the unit you can then run your ethernet cable to a convenient entry point. However, you will have an issue with the junction box as you cannot fit the cables through a standard gland (due to end connector size) to get a seal and a push through membrane may work.
Before installation I have tested all cameras to ensure they operate correctly. This was so easy without any need for instruction to see a live feed for basic camera setup. Download Reolink App on phone, connect poe switch to router, connect camera to switch over ethernet. Open App and bingo camera detected and allows you to name, set password and time. There is a QR code on the side on the camera but did not need this — assume as my phone is connected to my WAN over the WiFi. When you first connect the ethernet power to PTZ the unit will initiate and revolve for a few seconds to calibrate. As yet I have not gone through the software options or used the Client software on PC that I will go through once fully installed. I did not go for an NVR as cannot see the need for 24/7 recording and purchased the cameras with SD cards. Although without an SD card the camera must have an internal memory as on motion detection they still send a video on the alert that I guess could be saved on an FTP server?
The operation of the PTZ on initial test was good and I probably need to get used to the sensitivity of using controls from phone when using pan and tilt. But I must say the image compared to the 4MB cameras I also purchased is noticeably better.
So far I am pleased with purchase and look forward to final installation when I may then review again after some use and tweaking of options. Not 5 stars as I feel the lack of instruction for this model should be better and the cable configuration should take into account weatherproofing, longer cable or connections in base of unit. Plus, no fitted microphone, although this may be to locate to a lower point to pick up sound that may be more useful as the camera will be located at a higher location.
