Recommend- measure your worktops
This product is one that I have used before. I like the fact it is very large and a combination product. It is quite bulky but worth it in terms of how easy the microwave is to use and number of functions. My parents also have one and theirs has lasted in the family home for some years.

This replaces an almost identical Sharp Combination Oven. My last one lasted over 10 years making it really good value. The fact that the only visible change is the trays as opposed to racks on previous model is a clue these must be successful. I love this combination oven, has alot of functions but I especially like the express cook features for joints and chickens etc. You can express cook a 2kg chicken in 50 minutes and as its combi cooking it grills it to give a crispy skin. This is our main use for product but also the convection setting like an ordinary cooker is also very useful. Easy enough to clean, clean regularly. Includes recipe book. Delivered very quickly from Hughes. Very pleased .

Ticks all the boxes!
This is the third one of these we have purchased. The old one was at least 20 years old but needed some attention. This oven is our sole oven and does it very well. It ticks all the boxes, oven cooks microwaves and grills. What more do you need, probably not for a family.

It replaces one exactly the same which I have had for many years and would not like to be without.
As a single man this microwave oven is everything I need. I can cook multiple things at a time all in one go. I think if you’re anything more than one man (or woman) band then it’s probably not going to be big enough for you for cooking multiple things at a time though.

It will burn, as I found out.

There’s nothing to dislike about this product, I use it purely for domestic purposes, but Im convinced it so versatile it could be used for much more. It’s a superb machine.

Great capacity ove
This is such a versatile oven. I can cook a roast dinner for 4 adults in it, or just heat up by microwave my cup of tea! The capacity is amazingly large. I had to have a replacement on this microwave, because the door dropped slightly, but Amazon were great at replacing it. I have had this model for years and rate it so highly that I wouldn’t change it for another brand.

Love Sharp Convection Microwave
I had a similar model combination/microwave when I lived abroad but left it behind – it served me well for 16 years. Was thrilled to find a this model here in the UK and the price is excellent value for money.
Cosmetically the finish is stylish and elegant. There are a number of preset programs which are all easy to use and work well for their purpose. Love that it has 2 x solid trays making convection cooking a big meal possible. I’d prefer to be able to set any temperature of my choosing but it seems that I can only select pre-programmed temperature settings, so when it comes to wanting a temperature setting of say 150 degrees it appears that this is not possible.
I found that when grilling (eg cheese on toast) one needs to correctly align the food item underneath the grill area to ensure even grilling – you cannot fill the tray with slices of toast with cheese as they will not grill evenly.
The white turntable plate needs a good scrub to get it clean – seems splashes become baked in. I wipe down the inside of the unit after every use, but there are still “stains” on the back wall – these do not come off.
Overall, I love my Sharp Combination Microwave and am well pleased with my purchase.

I have a big problem my conventional microwave has started making a terrible noise and today after using the oven there is a terrible smell. As I have not had it for a year yet can you please help.

Great value we only have a small kitchen so is excellent. The old oven was removed and the space is now a cupboard.

This is a large all round oven with microwave and grill. Use oven for smaller dishes or as an extra oven for a large amount. I’ve had a few of these ovens as they are the biggest. However the downside is the microwave option is always the first to fail.

Nil after service. Sharp ignored my email. Amazon chat couldn't contact them either!
It is an exact replacement as with my old one (5 years old) the convection oven was no longer working and I needed extra cooking space over christmas.The problem is that from the start there is a loud vibrating noise when in use. Yes I have tried it on different surfaces, checked that it is level etc etc. It works but it is noisy.

What can I say?? I have had this microwave for 11 yrs. It finally retired. It took 3 goes to get a new functional one. Amazon nearly drove me mad!! I was excepted to box it up and take it to the post office the first time. The call centre told me that or arrange a courier at my expense and provide a receipt for a 4.95 maximum refund. Eventually I got to speak with someone who arranged for it to be uplifted. Item number 2 had another major fault. That too had to be uplifted which took as much time on the phone as the first one. I cancelled the order on the advice of the man on the phone. I reordered and item numer 3 works. Nearly a month without my microwave and Sharp help line were totally unhelpful. I’m still waiting for the original refund!!!

Wouldn't want to live without i
I use my microwave daily. Particularly like it for cooking jacket potatoes and chicken as it not only cooks these foods but crisps them up as well.
First one lasted 7 years, but this same model replacement died in 5 seconds :(

Had one of these before and when I moved I gave it to my parents. Could not wait to get one again, great size and convenient exceptional cooking versatility- the best combination microwave I’ve seen on the market.

Bought for my So
I bought this oven for my Son. I already have one and find it superb it is rather heavy and quite large but once in situ it is very versatile as you can cook anything in it. Son is very pleased with it he now doesn’t need a large oven in his kitchen, just a hob.

This is my favorite microwave oven combi as it can easily roast a Turkey for Christmas and I do not need an oven. My old one’s door broke and due to Amazon prime I could have a new one on the next day.

I now have another sharp thats undamaged. I would recommend them always. I have had sharp microwaves and combi from the very start of microwaves

Great product, no need for a normal ove
I have had the older version of this one for some time. Finally died and after looking at others couldn’t find one that has the same space and shelves inside. Very happy to have this i dont use my normal oven at all now.
This microwave is bigger than my previous sharp model but very happy with it. Very easy to use & with auto cook functions.

This seems to be a good appliance however it can be difficult to remove hot dishes when using racks

his combination microwave is brilliant. I ve just bought a second one. the turntable cooks evenly…. i have invested in round baking trays for even cooking as the ones provided have to be turned part way through cooking. I did a lot of research before I bought the first one. I found it to be the most versatile Combination microwave for the price. I no longer need a conventional cooke
Low electrical power usage and versatility
This easy to use unit for cooking grilling defrosting or microwave cooking is an everyday used unit which uses much less power than our built -in cooker . and always give good results .
Our current unit is the third we have purchased in 24 years and the two units we replaced are still working being used by friends whom we passed them onto

I bought this for our office because of the versatility of use and size. It is perfect in all functions. Really like the oven shelves when using the oven function – just remember to remove when you switch to microwave function. Simple to operate. Definitely recommend.

I have been using this microwave for over 20 years, this is my second one. It’s large enough for cooking a meal and also great as a second oven.
A great versatile ove
Easy to use. We mainly use the microwave and oven modes and it works a treat. Especially good are the defrost mode and auto cook mode. It does jacket potatoes superbly. This is our second. We were so happy with it we opted after looking round for the same again.

Is fantastic for both normal style oven and microwave, and both together. Cooks a whole chicken beautifully from frozen. It is bigger than my last one which means I can fit my casserole dishes in easily.

This oven is not made nearly as well as the one it is replacing. I suppose if I hadn’t used one before I would be happier with it. I prefer the old shelves to the new black trays and the plate at the bottom is much poorer quality. I’m lucky I kept the old ones!.

My second purchase
I love this oven. I had one for the last 8 years and bought a new one when the microwave part started to fail. It cooks well, grills great and has a super high E rated microwave. The only thing I miss is a clock.

Versatile microwave
Have had 3 of this type of microwave, all slightly different but a good addirion to the kitchen. Easy to change from microwave to convection cooking. Excellent to use when only cooking for 2.
Huge capacity for a domestic microwave.
The main advantage of this over other microwave ovens is its size – 40l!
The ability to use the supplied enameled steel shelves for convection batch cooking is also a big advantage.
The supplied wire, circular, turntable shelves are a little bendy and difficult to clean where the rods meet the circumference.
Overall, there is nothing to beat it for capacity and versatility.

It can Grill, Roast and also standard microwave, so I can do my complete roast and veg, my previous microwave was the same model that is the reason I purchase this one as I know it well
Ease of use.
I’ve found nothing to dislike with this microwave. I use the oven feature every day as I cook chickens for my dog. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. I like the ceramic plate better than the usual glass one as it seems so much easier to clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Replaced the previous version which lasted 13 years, just as easy to use, only diffence is the body isn’t stainless steel, as before, and no clock. Excellent family size
My previous oven had a crappy conventional oven that had to be set way above recommended temps to cook with but this does well to match a fixed oven’s performance, maybe with 10 degrees added, touch controls are easy to clean and the combi modes work well as does the microwave with no noticable hotspots. Conventional oven also seems to have a decent heat spread when using a fixed shelf, it’s also big enough to put a casserole dish on the turntable.
Downsides are an interior light that’s not very powerful, a temperature sensor for the conventional oven that will show the actual temperature while heating but once it reaches the target temp it only shows the target. If you open the door and close it again the temperature will not show any drop off. My mum has an older version of this that shows the real time temp at all times, don’t know why that’s been changed. There’s a power saving feature that shuts down the display when not being used which is good but you have to open the door to activate, would be better if a button push brought it all to life.

I got what I expected
This was a replacement for a similar model. It was seasonably priced, came on time and does everything I need it to.
Over the many years things die and always replaced with the same item. This item has proved its worth becuase of its large capacity unlike most similar devices. The one thing I have discovered is that spare parts for older models are no longer available. The oven is even large enough to cook a Christmas dinner as I have done for 6 people easily. Over the many years things die and always replaced with the same item. This item has proved its worth becuase of its large capacity unlike most similar devices. The one thing I have discovered is that spare parts for older models are no longer available. The oven is even large enough to cook a Christmas dinner as I have done for 6 people easily. Looks good and is bigger than i thought lol
Well, it looks great and cooks my dinner, whats not to like…. Could do with a slow cook function for lamb but hay

Great Combi Micro Ove
Have had a previous model for nearly thirty years so thought I would stick to what I know and trust. This is just a larger capacity than the previous one I owned. Heats up very quickly and is very efficient on all modes. My only negative comment would be that the insulation is not as good as my previous model and the worktop and surrounding area becomes quite hot.

very noisy after 5 mins use. hate to think what noise level will be after long spell. difficult to read icons due to light reflection.

The second one we have had, bought another after 10 years but it was faulty after 6 months, returned and had an instant full refund, ordered the later model as this model is discontinued.

Like the size,menus and look.can’t understand why the clock was removed from this model and it is a tad noisy under power.
Second time Lucky
I researched combo microwave ovens when our basic microwave died. This one came well up in the ratings, so I bought it.
I am now a satisfied customer. it takes a bit of getting used to, I thought the controls a bit quirky ,but once you get used to them they are straightforward. But cooks great and is very efficient.
Though this is the second one, The first one had some sort of fault and I had to return it.

This product is used nearly everyday with either micro waving a quick meal, cooking a pizza or baking/roasting. The pre programmed selections for cooking and defrosting work well although some food’s need to be checked before removing from the process but this could be due to other factors.

Not as good as old model was
Good microwave. But not as good as the older model I had before this one .can not seem to be able to cook cakes in this one.Good for roasts

This is the third of this model I’ve bought in the past 30 years. Does everything I’ve wanted it to including a smallish turkey. Cook a chicken in 25 minutes on combi. Average life of 15 years can’t be bad
