Love this . I make curry in it. Put in chopped veg of liking add jar of curry sauce for convenience. Put on chunky setting and in 25 mins ready. This has been the best soup maker ever that I have had. Others with blade in bottom are so hard to clean. I bought one for a friend .
Really good quality. Makes great soups, you just put the ingredients in and switch it on. Cooks most soups in 20-30 minutes. I use it most days as I live on soups. Easy to clean….just put in hot water and switch it on. Clean outside with a wet cloth. Not dishwasher compatible due to electrical parts.
Happy to recommend this item, having used this many times it’s really quick and convenient to use . There’s only one thing of importance to note… don’t pick it up by the top handle , common sense really but worth remembering. Top handle is for removal of top section only and does not lock to main body, it’s definitely worth paying the extra for the saute function this model has as then you don’t need an extra pan to brown or soften veg.

An absolutely fantastic soup maker. I never thought I needed one of these and it would just lie gathering dust. I was so wrong! Had it nearly 2 weeks now and everyday it has been used. The saute function is excellent and you have fantastic tasting soup in just 19 mins. Prep takes longer than the actual cooking. Perfectly smooth soup haven’t used the chunky setting yet. A quick rinse out then put self clean mode on and generally it’s clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another and delivery was super speedy as well. Just love i
I love soup and will consume all made in the Soup Chef in one sitting. However, one word of warning. Use the Soup Chef exactly within the limits given in its instruction book. The top of my first one exploded, I think because I used to much ingredients.

Only used it once so far but it was easy and worked well. Not great recipes in the book so googled a recipe to use.
I loved this soup maker But it broke down and was too expensive to return as we live in France. The breakdown was because I overloaded it. Too expensive to reorder so I bought a cheaper one from super market. it is ok but not half as good as the Soup Chef.
This soup make is absolutely amazing! you can make soup in about 20 minutes to whatever consistency you like. To make veg soup all you do is throw a 750g bag of mixed veg along with about 700ml of veg stock and set the soup maker going THAT EASY! and it’s delicious

I don’t normally write reviews. However, on this occasion I have made an exception. I have been so impressed by this product I just had to comment. On the face of it, it would seam a little expensive maybe but once you have this product you will realise it’s money well spent. It’s very easy to use, comes with a host of recipes to get you started and is very quick to cook. The only thing is doesn’t do is completely cleans itself and gets back in the cupboard. Seriously if you like soups and stews this is a must have product. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

Easy to use with good features. Not the cheapest, but I’ve been very happy with product and have used it 2-3 times a week since purchase 3 months ago. This is my first soup maker so can’t comment on how compares with cheaper models. The smooth soup is velvety smooth and very fast 19 mins plus sautee time. Chunky takes 25 mins plus sautee time- what you put in is what you get out, so need to chop up smallish. I like the flexibility of being able to add coriander when the smooth carrot soup is cooked, put the lid back on and press smooth again to whizz up the herbs, to keep flavour. Makes just about enough to feed 2 hungry adults and 3 children.
The lid section is heavy, therefore can be a little awkward. I would also say that the keep warm facility is great, but as soon as you remove the lid, that function is switched off. It is just about possible to pour out smooth soup,with out removing lid, but the whole thing is very heavy, however I’d say impossible to pour out chunky soup without removing the lid and therefore stopping the keep warm function.
Used the auto clean a few times, but to be honest, I find more effective to clean by hand.

Easy to use, easy to clean and there are some great recipes on the Drew & Cole app which are easy to follow, homemade soup in 19 minutes. Prefect for making in batches for the weeks lunches. Just note it can be a bit loud at times whilst working it’s magic, other than that, It’s worth every penny.

We are very pleased with this soup maker – the saute facility is really useful, and all soups have turned out really well. I did find that you have to chop celery quite small as the blades can’t deal with larger pieces, but that is not a great problem. I gave a 3 rating for cleaning – the soup maker has a clean itself option, but this is not overly efficient, and as the motor is attached to the bottom of the jug it is not possible to immerse the jug in water. However, I would really recommend this.
Love, love, love! This is as good as they say. Could not be happier. Haven’t used a soup maker before but had the main must-have features like saut recommended to me, and this had them all! Be careful not to use fatty meats as those can burn. Very easily cleaned. Definitely would recommend.
Purchased to enable us to get some very into it autistic son as he won’t normality East them. Made a pea soup first and it was really tasty. Have made loads since and none as yet a flop. It is so easy to clean, just top up with some water and then wipe around once clean function completed.
My friend recommended this item and I’m so glad I bought it. It makes great soup with the minimum amount of fuss and mess. The ‘saute’ capability is a great bonus.
Anyone can cut a few vegetables, add water and a stock cube then blitz to make a soup. This machine does it without me having to be present for the cooking and blitzing process. I load the veg add stock and set it off. I can now leave it totally alone and return 20 minutes later to a smooth ready to eat soup. I even make a batch of soup in the morning whilst I shower and then transfer the soup to a flask and take it to work for lunch. So easy.

This little machine does all the graft. It makes perfect soups in literally 20 mins. I’ve followed a few recipes but generally just throw in leftover veg and out comes soup. The saut feature is genius. Def recommend those to everyone well worth a buy

A bit pricy, but a great item. 10 mins prep and wait 20 mind and you have lush hot soup. Min level makes about 4 bowls, max level about 6. The self clean is pointless, but its not hard to clean if you do it straight away.

Nothing got to dislike, it was a slow cooker so I used it to cook slowly.
I love the saute button it gets the veg and the onion ready to make delicious soups. I’ve had soup makers in the past and ingredients have always stuck to the bottom which made it difficult to clean. I used the auto clean which did an exellent job. I love this product.
This is the kitchen gadget I didn’t know I needed! Having piping hot, nutritious homemade soup in 19 minutes is amazing, and the lack of washing up is even better! This soup maker is great, easy to use and easy to clean, and comes with a good number of recipes to try.
My only criticism is that some things can get burnt when using the chunky setting. To stop this I open the soup maker and stir the contents every 5-10 minutes when making a chunky soup. Still far less effort than making soup without this machine, but it would be good if this issue were addressed.
This is so good we’re having soup everyday! I can make smooth, easily digested vegetable soups that cause no stomach pain and although I bought a recipe book (which is great) I am creating my own leftover soups with no complaints! Very happy!
After a few months the control lid was jumping up during grinding but I was sent a new replacement. I’m happy.

The free app for recipes is just great even through you can make up your own. however the Parsnip and ginger soup is absolutely gorgeous !!
I’ve had soup makers before but so far this one is the best.Put the ingredients you like and in 25 minutes you have soup chunky or smooth.The saute funtion is useful bt the function that does it for me is smooth+ Sometimes you don’t want chunky or smooth but somewhere inbetween then use this mode.
I’m 3 soups in and all is good in the world of soup making with this machine. Followed recipes so far – Mushroom, Chorizo, Leek & Potato. All pretty delish thank you. Easy to use, easy to clean. Hopefully many more bowls to come once I get the hang of just chucking my own ingredients in there.

Fabulous soup maker. Love the keep warm element of the maker. Very easy to clean as long as you slightly oil the base before putting the food into it to avoid anything sticking to the bottom. We have now made several batches of different soups and it’s all very quickly made within About 30 minutes. Very happy with the soup maker and would recommend this particular one as l searched for a soup maker and the reviews were excellent and l am very pleased l bought this particular one.

There are new gadgets coming out – pressure cookers, fryers ice-cream makers and so on and now you have soup maker. This makes very good soup and is so easy to make with little effort . It does’nt matter what soup you make it all comes out smooth or chunky and great tasting. 100 out of 100%.

We weren’t sure if we needed a soup maker or not but bought one anyway. This is the only kitchen item that doesn’t get lost in a cupboard. We use it 2-3 times a week for both soup and curries.
