Very good.
Have really liked getting to know the machine. I find it simple to use, and results have been much better than I thought I would achieve.
Shortened trousers and restitched. And fitted a zip to a favourite jacket that I like too much to throw away. Tried a few techniques which I’m unlikely to actually use, but enjoyed doing it anyway. I’m impressed with the machine and myself.
Unfortunately I cannot tell you how good or bad this machine is, as I have never used one before. But it’s done everything I have wanted it to do, and the results look as good as the original stitching. it’s only limitations or failings i have found, is the inexperienced operator using it. I suspect in experienced hands this machine would do most things you wanted to do.

This Does as much of not more for half the price. BEST MACHINE ever. Great for beginners and grows with your skills and will keep you going for years. Easy to thread. Easy to use. Computerised stitch menu. Lots of spare feet, spare needles, bobbins etc. Nice machine cover. Slow/fast speed. Great foot Pedal. Last sewed 30 yrs ago and LOVE THIS MACHINE. Easy to use
As a complete beginner it took me a while to work out how to thread the machine, you tube videos helped. Afterwards, though learning to sew has been easy and fun. Can’t wait to start my first project with it tomorrow.

Only had this since yesterday but so far I am delighted. On a par with far more expensive machines. I’m an experience sewer but think it would be fine for someone setting out as a sewer. It is straightforward to use, the manual is easy to follow and there are some great YouTube videos too.

Contrary to what some buyers have stated there is no problem with the manual.

Good, lightweight machine for the money. Only criticism is that the bobbin fits easily but the take up thread is not always easy to manage. Good range of embroidery stitches built in. Perhaps the machine is a bit too ambitious for a rank beginner, but for more experienced sewers has all the features you could need.

Great does not like multiple layers of cotto
This machine is great but struggles on multiple layers of fabric I tried to sew two seams of cotton on a dress bodice shoulder and the machine needle stopped

Fantastic value machine
This really is a great machine I am so pleased. At a fraction of the cost of the big names this machine is quiet, smooth and does so many stitches. I wanted to be able to do free motion quilting and this fits the bill. I have been sewing every day since it arrived making bags, pot stands, dog bandanas and other things for a charity to sell. Brilliant machine!

Really happy with this machine, I’m quite new to sewing and this was an upgrade from a very basic one. Really simple to use, clear instructions and the couple of bits I wasn’t sure on I was able to find on YouTube. It does come with am embroidery foot even though it says it doesn’t. From ordering to delivery it took 16 hours, doesn’t get better than that !! Still working my way through practising with the stitches etc but overall up to now I’d give this 9/10
Wonderful machine
This machine is perfect! Smooth, simple controls, I had bought a cheap 50 machine but the fabric was bunching and it was frustrating to use. I splashed out on this and it has all the bells and whistles. Sewing is much more pleasurable. The speed control is wonderful and the dog feed actually works and moves thick canvas and thin cotton with no trouble. It’s nice and hefty too which is reassuring, it does not feel cheap or flimsy. My biggest frustration with my old machine was the backstitching just not working, i think due to feed dogs too low and un-adjustable. Now it’s a simple button press and it reverses directly over my stitches without going off track. I looovee this machine. Also… it is nice and quiet. 5*s could not be happier!
Easy to use with a variety of functions
Bought this sewing machine to do small alterations, but it has more functions that can be used for sewing say a complete frock. The interesting fact is that it has button hole stitches and button stich which is a benefit. Easy to use. Satisfied overall

Absolutely love this machine. The stitches are beautiful and decorative and the instruction manual is extremely helpful and the extra feet and needles are fantastic. So far my only criticism is that it gets a little bit temperamental with 4+ layers and the power cable is a bit short.

To say I absolutely love this machine is quite frankly an understatement. It’s amazing value for money and the additional accessories you get are an added bonus. I had one little hiccup when thread got caught in the bobbin case but that was easily rectified and I’ve had no problems since. The decorative stitches are excellent and very varied and it’s a joy to use. I couldn’t recommend it more!
Great Machine - very happy
Really pleased with this machine. I have been sewing for many years (including making my own wedding dress… twice!), and this is by far my most favourite machine, well apart from my hand-turn Singer.
The machine is surprisingly quiet, which means my husband can watch tv without sounding like a kid in the back of a car, asking me “are you nearly done yet?” every two minutes.
Being able to limit the speed is such a great feature, and I love the fact that if a pin goes under the needle, the machine automatically stops for you to sort it out before it causes too much damage.
The ability to remove the foot pedal to control it from the machine is fab. This means that when you use the lettering function the machine finishes automatically at the end of each letter, keeping it neat and tidy. The size of the lettering can be changed, however, I have found using the largest setting is best, as when it’s smaller some of the letters can be a bit hard to read in combination with other letters.
The range of different stitches, is brilliant. Some lovely overlock stitches to deal with a wide range of fabrics, and the decorative stitches are pretty too.
This is the first machine I have owned where you can drop the feed dogs, and you can do this very simply by moving a switch down and across. I am just experimenting with the freedom that this brings, and loving this new found way to use my machine.
This machine is simply a joy to use. I was a little sceptical at first with it being a brand I didn’t know, but for the price I thought I would take a chance, and I am so glad I did.
One very happy lady here who is desperately trying to keep her daughter away from it, I mean I have 5 other machines so why can’t she use one of them instead…

This machine performs as good as the top brands. Brought this as those top brand was out of my reach price wise. Had some issues with it informed the provider but I did managed to fix it myself. Ensure you thread it well and use a good quality thread, as you would for all machines A Good machine to buy. The bonus is I recently (2 days ago) found the table for it and purchased it on Amazon for 19.99 as you can see from the pic.

Great machine - all the features of a machine twice the price
Fantastic. I have had a very, very basic Brother machine for 10 years (10 stitches – an Argos special). It always worked fine – just didn’t have any extras. And it was loud.
For Christmas my partner said he would buy me a new machine. I was going to upgrade to the Brother A150 – even though I sew a lot I was hesitant for him to spend upwards of 500. Then I found this one.
It is so, so good. It has almost all of the bells and whistles you would get with the Brother A150 but at a fraction of the price. It’s smooth and quiet. The manual is thorough. If you’re looking for a step up from the most basic machine – definitely consider this one.
A dream to use
I’ve used this sewing machine once since it arrived and its fabulous. Easy to operate and so quiet. It arrived 3 days earlier than expected and just 2 days after I ordered it. I had bought an assorted pack of presser feet from amazon a few weeks ago to fit my old machine, and they fit this machine too, so I was thrilled. The only thing I will mention is that accessories are not so prolific for this machine than for the more popular branded machines, however having the presser foot pack I previously bought fit this machine, I wholly suspect any universal accessories will fit this machine.

I really like this sewing machine, I also have a singer and this is as good as the singer. The only think that I would like to criticise is that I wanted to buy an extension table for it and I could not find any since its size is very particular. For the rest, I can use foots from the singer or others that are universal and they have worked till now very well.

This machine is a little flimsy.
The needle threader packed in the first time I used it. It has a good range of stitches but can’t cope with slightly thicker than usual material.
I brought this sewing machine to replace my old basic machine,I’ve never heard of this make before (Uten) but the reviews were good. I’ve got to agree it’s a great machine easy to use once you’ve had a practice! And a good price for a computerised function with many different stitches. There was a lot of comments about the instructions manual not being in English and this did worry me but when I opens the box there was an English manual with easy instructions on how to use.

It’s been many years since I used a sewing machine, so wanted something fairly simple. I have completed a few small projects without any problems and experimented with the different stitches. Very pleased with my purchase
My first sewing machine! I was using some old style ones but wow this is an upgrade!
Okay so I read the reviews initially and one mentioned the manual. They send out multiple languages but as separate books. The english one is very comprehensive and details everything. Now I had a couple issues along the way which were due to me not being familiar with a sewing machine, quick google search and youtube sorted that. I mean like this is a sewing machine that is half the price of other name brands. My expectations have been pleasant surpassed however.
HUGE positive is that the power supply cord is your standard figure of 8 connector. I mean everyone has these spare so if there is an issue you can easily replace it. The foot pedal is also a separate lead. I mention this because the two brand name machines I was borrowing from friends had these unique leads that meant if you ever had an issue you had to go back to the brand.
Oh and it does come with an embroidery foot despite what the images said on the page.
Now any issues with the stitches in the image are due to my ineptitude lol but they should give you an idea of what the patterns look like. The grid behind is 1cm squares so you can see the scale.
Overall it is a fantastic sewing machine and I am incredibly happy with it.
The only negative is that it makes a beep each time you change the stitch or letter. It should be mutable, for normal stitching it is fine but when using embroidery it’s quite annoying.
Sehr gute Nähmaschine für den Preis
Direkt nach dem die Maschine geliefert wurde musste ich sie ausprobieren und hab in den letzten 1,5 Monaten sehr viel genht. Wenn man ein bisschen Erfahrung im Umgang mit Nhmaschinen hat ist die Bedienung sehr intuitiv wie ich finde.
Das Problem mit dem britischen Netzteil habe ich ganz einfach gelst indem ich das ganze Kabel getauscht habe, was mglich ist, da Netzkabel und Pedalkabel voneinander getrennt sind.
Dies wiederum bedeutet, dass man das Pedal nicht anschlieen muss, da es eine Start/Stop Taste gibt, was ich persnlich sehr praktisch finde, gerade wenn man Kleinteile nht oder
eher grobmotorisch veranlagt ist und mit dem Pedal nicht so gut klarkommt.
Mit Hilfe der Bedienungsanleitung konnte man sich alles gut erschlieen. Es ist viel praktisches Zubehr dabei und auch vieles was man nicht dringend braucht, was aber auch ntzlich werden knnte. (Besser haben als Brauchen)
Ich bin absolut zufrieden. Vermutlich muss ich noch ein bisschen ben bis meine Nhprodukte auch zB mit den Zierstichen perfekt werden, aber das liegt ja nicht an der Nhmaschine, die macht es mir meines Erachtens so einfach wie mglich.
Alles in allem eine stabil wirkende Maschine, bei der bisher alle Funktionen einwandfrei funktioniert haben, die tolle Ergebnisse liefert und leicht zu bedienen ist.

I like this sewing machine so much, within minutes of it arriving it was set up and I was testing out all the different stitches, I am a novice sewist but found it very simple to thread and get started, it is very intuitive to use and the electronic display is clear and self explanatory.

It’s a machine that will take you from beginner to advanced.
Total beginne
Bought when on offer as it was cheaper to buy a sewing machine than pay to have curtains taken up after watching a youtube vid! Its light and easy to move around, easy to set up, easy to thread and simple to use. So far only used straight stitching for the curtains and for making face masks for family and friends but will be using it for other things. Easy to follow instructions for a novice with plenty of additional features and stitches and lettering for the more advanced.
Nice solid machine. Much easier to use start/stop switch than foot pedal. Lovely set of stitches available. Thanks to someone’s comment about the selector switch jumping 10 places at a time if you hold it down. Love the swans and cars stitch patterns. Once you realise that you do not attach the foot control when using the start/stop switch, it’s easy to control using the slider for speed control. Then again, it is clear how to lower the feed dogs, but they do not raise again until the control lever is returned to the up position and you turn the manual wheel, when they raise and re-engage. This is not clearly explained in the booklet and took a little investigation to discover. Other than this it performs beautifully. It was helpful reading comments from disappointed customers as it convinced me there was nothing I couldn’t manage. My wife and I are both delighted.

It takes a minute to get used to but that’s the case with all things, I’ve seen a few items of clothing with it now and I find it great, the fact that you can control the speed is so useful and all its settings and different feet is a really nice factor. I’ve been using the same sewing machine for ten years and I finally decided to switch to the one after my old one have up the ghost and I’m glad I did, it’s great for the price and is really easy to see with. I’m not used to the button setting and foot yet but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it, the instruction manual is nice and clear so no complaints about anything.

I had been thinking about upgrading my sewing machine for a while and had found one priced at approx 1200. I saw this Uten machine and couldn’t believe how good the reviews were. For less that 150 it had just as many features as the expensive one. I thought it might turn out to be a bit of a heap, after all, you get what you pay for, but then I thought I could send it back… But no – it is really good! A smooth stitch that doesn’t jump, a huge array of stitches to choose from, including upper and lower case letters. The only problem I can see with it is that when embroidering letters you have to do them one at a time and the machine beeps annoying when changing letters and stitches. But for 150 this is a superb machine, comes with clear instructions, and a cover. I am VERY pleased with my purchase and would certainly recommend it.

I think this machine is excellent value for money and the customer service is excellent.
absolutely wonderful machine!!! played with it for hours when it came. fix pockets, made a mask, and even altered a few pieces lying around!!
only thing i didn’t like about it is that there isn’t a quicker way to change what stitch you want to use, but after emailing the seller and reading the manual (page 12) if you hold down the stitch selection arrows it will jump up by ten each time.

Best thing for me is that it threads the neadle, I’m still getting used to the machine. There is lots of things I haven’t tried yet, but looking forward to trying more. Will update when I done so
Really pleased with this an affordable machine with lots of extras.
I never ever review stuff but this is worth a write up. I haven’t used a sewing machine for many years and was expecting the usual issues you get with older models but this machine is a dream to use. You just press start and it does the rest. I used it on heavy duty upholstery fabric and it performed beautifully.
Granddaughter really pleased with her present and looking forward to making doll clothes. Perfect for her, the button to slow the machine is safe for her to use. All the different stitches will come useful in time as she becomes more experienced. It seem robust so I am hoping it shall last for a long time.

what a great machine this is, easy to use and comes with good instructions. Bought for my daughter as her first sewing machine so you have a variety of options on this machine, slow med & high speed, auto threader, lots of stitch options and quiet too. very impressed with product.
Arrived promptly very quiet, one of the things I bought it for was the lettering which isn’t very good.
Omg what an amazing sewing machine, it works on its own, all you have to do is guide it only in straight lines, I’m loving it and the best machine in my eye’s and the price was a bonus, thank you Amazon x
