Easy to assemble and use
Don’t normally bother leaving reviews but… Used my Vax steam cleaner for the first time today and am really impressed. Easy to assemble and use, heats up fast, did all my hard floors on less that one lot of detergent and just over one tank of water. Floors look great. Hoping it does as good a job on the bathroom tiles!

Decent steam cleaner, easy to assemble although as with all such steamer types can be awkward to use. Of the four steamers I have had so far this is by far the best and most straight forward.
Seems to deliver good results, and so far hasn’t left the floor dripping wet.
Very pleased indeed
The machine works very well indeed on tiled floors, (our house is entirely tiled), and is both far quicker and cleans better than using a mop and bucket. The instructions are easy to follow and it is about as quick to get ready as a mop, with the floors drying much quicker as well. We would certainly recommend this product.
On a separate note, delivery was as promised, (quick and efficient), and the cost was very competitive.

Stem snapped - but replacements works fine
Worked great until the Stem snapped whilst being used but this was 15 Months into use. Things do break though and VAX replaced the stem quickly (2 year warranty) and product is now working fine. Very friendly to deal with and no quibbles and nothing to pay for replacement.
Great steamer but the detergent function was not working.
Worked well at shifting built up dirt on lino really pleased but unfortunately the shot of steam detergent did not work and had to be returned.Got a refund

Love it…I like vax products for cleaning and this hasn’t disappointed me. Its better designed than other steamers and has a lot more to offer than other steamers. It has a built in water filter, separate water and detergent areas and plug and tool holder. this is my third steamer as my steamers were not vax and its so far not let me down.
i love this so much that this is the second one ive bought after dropping the first down the stairs lmao the scrubbing brush part is perfect if you have messy kids or for getting stubborn marks out of awkward tiles. i love you can put detergent in for a nice smell and my only negative is you have to hold the button to operate it unlike my previous steam mop. which if you have problems with your hands or fingers can get quite painfull

my mrs really loves this steam mop. much easier to use the hand held as it just clips out of the middle instead of having to dismantle the whole thing which you had to do with the older type, which we had also bought until the trigger broke. she is very pleased with the results and the floor dries in no time.

I am so pleased with this cleaner; my house is looking spic-and-span! Cleans floors well, Cleaned my suite brilliantly – I live in the country with a cat that has no regard for jumping on the sofa with wet dirty feet and it made short work of that. Even after a winter of being ground in by the little tyke. Just tried my cooker that was in, dared I say it, sore need of cleaning – fabulous and so quick! And a free facial to-boot 😉

best steam mop that i have used, definitely worth it and some. Spent a shed load trying to find the perfect steam mop and i am gutted i didn’t find this sooner nothing but love for this little guy, he gets into places with ease, consistent steam even when mopping my kitchen which is 37q m and the versatility of this is amazing, i can go from cleaning my floors to cleaning tiles, my cooker etc because the unit detaches so effortlessly from the mop and the parts are all very useful. Don’t buy the Karcher or those qvc/jml mops cause i threw them away when i found this guy, perfect even the hubby will gladly mop up.

Really great. I am sure all the other reviews have sung its praises. I upgraded from a much more basic model that doesn’t have the detachable hand held unit and the constant steam without pause is much better and really quite impressive. Also love the way it stays up on its own and heats up really quickly. Would like to have has a bigger reservoir but I guess it would make it less elegant. Also this style of cleaning pushes dust around whereas traditional mopping doesn’t always require you sweep up after because the dust kind of gets stuck to the mop and goes in the mop bucket.

Only used this a couple of times – it’s a little heavier to push than I expected, but gives a good clean result and is ready to use in double-quick time. I don’t know when I’ll get round to using all the gizmos, but with 100 square meters of wood flooring and two giant labradors, I needed to buy the item with the largest tank to get it all done in one go. It’s good, but the push-weight could be a problem for the frail, although it probably glides a little better on tiled floors.

The mop itself works very well. The main issue with this vendor was that our ‘new’ mop arrived with moisture already in the machine, as if it had been used and then repackaged. Had for about 2 weeks now and it’s so worth it’s money. Tools appear good despite what others are saying, the usage is very easy and goodness does it make cleaning the floors easier. We’ve two dogs and in the muddy winter it’s s nightmare. This steam cleans (good antibacterial) and is dry in about 2 minutes. Highly recommend this product for that alone.
My first Vax steam cleaner failed to produce steam after some ten month’s use and i was given a complete refund by John Lewis. This Which recommended model is an inprovement in that it has a separate detergent tank, has variable steam produciton and the hand help part is much more convenient to detach and use. It successfully cleans my tiled and parquet floors and rerfeshes my carpets. I wait to find out how reliable it proves to be.
Overall very good and effective without using chemical cleaning products
This is so easy to use once you’ve figured out how to fill the water canister and refit it into the machine….not so hard just takes a little time to master. I mainly use it just for the tiled floors and the cleaning power is super. I’ve tried the hand tool part also and that was fab for cleaning the tricky bits around the shower cubicle.
Love, love, love this product. I bought it on the cheap after seeing an every day steam cleaner used on the telly.
I could not recommend this product enough. It is fantastic for everyday use especially if you have dogs and a cat like we do. I can zip round once or twice a day and not only does it clean the floor but it kills all the germs as well. I also like that you can put it on the carpets and get a quick although not fantastic clean on them.
I mainly bought it due to the fact that during the winter our animals leave so many little paw prints round the house that it drives you mad!
However keep in mind this isn’t like a proper steam cleaner that deep cleans – you will still have to actually mop and disinfect your hard floors at least once a week.
Great Combi Steam Cleane
Nice and easy to use. Produces steam less than 1 minute after switching on. Does a great job on our laminate flooring. The hand held steamer is also very useful around the house. Not great for tile grouting (hence 4 stars), would have been 5 tars otherwise.

Not very please with the last Vax steam cleaner so took a gamble with this one, due mainly to the bargain price and some good reports I had read..
So far quite pleased, a bit fiddly,removing containers and refitting, storing lead etc.Big improvement re the fitting of the mop cloth over the old model I had.
Time will tell but at the moment no reason to be unhappy with it.

This is a fabulous mop, it even has bits to clean the windows and a scrubber underneath main mop head, the cloth of this mop just stick to the bottom of it with no need to fix it around the bottom of the mop.
It detaches to become a hand held cleaner with loads of cleaning accessories, I cannot fault it at all, really pleased with this purchase.

A touch on the heavy side, great feature of the removable piece. Have not used many of the attachments though. On floors leaves them slightly wetter than our old shark, but still very quick to dry and leaves relatively streak free.

I have four floors to mop and just used to use the mop and bucket method. My daughter in law said I should get a steam mop so I searched in Amazon as you do and after careful consideration I bought this one. I absolutely love it. It has taken the slog out of washing my floors and the hand held steam appliance is easy to use. The only negative thing is the small tool for the steam cleaner that sits on the handle of the mop falls out all of the time but this is a very trivial and minor fault. I would definitely recommend this.
Good all round cleaner.
Have used a couple of times now on some really difficult jobs. The extra wash liquid leaves a nice fresh smell behind. Love the way the attachments clip into the body for storage, although they do sometimes have a tendency to fall out whilst using.
I bought this steam mop in one of the lightning sales on Amazon, and paid around 45 for it, but after using it a few times I would be more than happy to pay the full retail price of 170!
I love being able to add the detergent to the mop, makes my kitchen smell great, especially after ‘wet dog’ . It’s very compact and all the tools can be fitted into designated slots on the body of the mop itself, it is also super easy to use the hand held steamer, it easily clips away from the main body of the mop, and isn’t cumbersome at all.
The best function for me though is the scrubbing brush at the base- I have Lino in my hallway that is full of grooves and has previously been a nightmare to clean, the scrubbing brush combined with steam has made it look like a whole new hallway.
I would certainly recommend this product even at the higher price.
Steam your world clean!
I love this steamer and have used it all around the house. It works with just water or with a Vax detergent as well, so you have the best of both worlds. It’s great for a quick freshen-up of the kitchen floor at the end of the day.
It has a lovely long cable so I don’t have to keep un-plug it/plug it in several times as I move around the house.
However, the on-board tool holder is annoying as the cable knocks all the tools off, so I store them in a bag in the cupboard.

I read with interest the customer who said bristles flatterned. I have just done our shower tiles, great, as long as you let the steam do its job, dirt almost runs off and bristles are fine, trick is to use steam as much as possible before brushing. My favourite household appliance
I absolutely love this steam cleaner. I have a dog who loves to bring in his muddy paws from the garden. This steamer is great and gets rid of all the grime in my home. Doesnt leave floor that wet..in fact I think it dries really quickly. No pools of water like ive read about with other products. My only snag is that sometimes the detergent bit doesn’t work and I’m still not sure why. Ive tried poking a paperclip down the whole in case its blocked..but this doesn’t always make a difference. But to be honest the steamer cleans well enough without the detergent..its more the smell the detergent leaves that I like.

I have only used this for vinyl flooring so far but it works really well. The water reservoir allows you to cover a reasonable area in one go; the detergent reservoir lasts much longer. It only take a few seconds after switching on before it’s ready to use. A reasonable amount of steam is generated but it doesn’t leave the floor too wet. If you don’t read the instructions take note(!) – the blue plastic surround on the bottom that you can see in the picture is for carpets so make sure you take it off if you are cleaning a hard floor!!!
Wow. Having used a Shark steam cleaner that lasted just over a year, this is proving very good indeed. It cleans better than the Shark product and the head is much more clever in design and shape. The controls are better, it is easier to use and the little stand is very useful.
Hands down the best steam mop
Got the mop today, build quality is about 10 times that of the old x5 mop. On our stone flagged floor we have a few stains that I tried to get off with various named brand cleaners, this mop blasts through them without needing to get a stiff brush, down on my knees and hot soapy water. The brush built in to the mop head is just so handy and no bending down (I am able bodied just don’t like crawling about a wet floor). Even if you only have one tough stain get this mop! Worth it.
The Perfect Domestic Steam Cleane
This is a superb steam cleaner and with all the attachments that come with it, it allows you to steam clean everything you want. I have removed chewing gum from my carpet with it! The variable steam means it is suitable for my solid wood flooring and it makes a perfect job of cleaning and sanitising my kitchen floor. The handheld unit is easy to detatch and is not to heavy in use. The long cable means that the hand held unit can be used safely in a bathroom/toilet too. I am very happy with this unit, it out performs the the large (well known) unit I used to have.

I have a largish house with quarry tiles throughout. A Which report had concluded the water tank was too small, but if you aren’t continually boosting the steam it is fine, and it reheats in less than a minute anyway. After my first bash I was wondering whether it would clean that well without detergent, then realised I had forgotten to turn the detergent on. Note, the detergent all leaks out if you don’t turn it off again. The metal brush got all the mank out of the concrete grout in my kitchen floor tiles, where everything else had failed. The clothes steamer is harder work than ironing, but it’s great for relaxing linen without the flat look and deodorising wool.

Love the Vax 15 in 1 Steam Fresh Combi Steam Cleaner, it powers up with steam quickly and you can use a detergent with it. I am well pleased with the Vax, I got it at a reduced price which in the sale so I am well pleased. It appears to clean very well and the pads stay in place well and yet remove easily. I haven’t used the lift out hand steamer yet, but I am sure I will be happy with this as well, they are a number of attachments that fit on the steamer for storage. The electric cable is long enough to reach around my home without having to unplug the steamer. I love it, love it, love it.

Tried it out this evening, seems good on floors although floors were pretty clean before. Used it to remove grease around the cooker which other cleaning products have failed to remove and was brilliant. The steam power is great and although the handheld is quite heavy after a while I managed to complete the job. Very impressed and even managed to impress someone who doesn’t have a high opinion of steam mops

I love this steam cleaner. It cleans my tiled kitchen floor in no time without making it wet. The hand held bit is very good at cleaning my oven and hob, particularly the glass door, which I used to struggle with. It works well on windows if you use it in conjunction with a squeegee (much better than the karcher window vac, which I found a bit of a disappointment). Have recommended it to lots of friends. The Amazon price is much cheaper than I’ve seen it elsewhere. Arrived very quickly as well.

After buying 2 steam mops previously both of which only lasted around a year I have finally decided to go for the Vax. So far so good and am very impressed with how everything fits together. Certainly does the floors very well and the added bonus of being able to steam round the hob and the toilet are a real bonus. The only downside I can see is me doing more cleaning at this rate!

Bought as I have just had a new wood floor laid. Its great. Took me a minute or 2 to figure out all of the accessories, but it does a great job. I’d recommend to people who have non carpet floors.
Cleaning hard floors effortlessly
I have only used it 3 times since it arrived but has made cleaning my extensive tiled floor so much easier with minimum effort. I have a dog who licks the tiles so no need to use cleaning solutions with toxic chemicals added every time when using it. Not disappointed so far.

Well – only had it a few days, but so far so good. A few design faults: the tools disengage from the storage slots too easily; the nozzle that stores on the upright handle falls out when the machine is inclined; the wire storage hooks aren’t deep enough so in effect there’s too much cord to wrap (you’ll see what I mean when you use it). These niggles aside I’ve found it excellent and very easy to use. So far I’ve used it on tiled floors; the hob; to remove mega-limescale build up around taps; on bathroom and kitchen tiles, all with great success.
OMG – this machine is just brilliant. It’s so hard to mop a floor and this makes it a doddle – must say though it is making my shoulder ache now – about the same as pushing a vacuum so not incredibly light but it’s so wonderful I will have to live with it. Had a problem whereby detergent wouldn’t go through, so contacted vax by online chat – they were super helpful and went through a few processes with me – when it still wouldn’t work they sent out a new detergent part. My floors are so clean now and I’m so very very pleased I bought this – definite must-have for anyone with laminate floors ……… not used on carpet as I only have it on stairs and would think it would be awkward as it will only probably move dirt to the sides – it doesn’t suck up, only mops obviously. Used handheld and it’s great, but not how it seems on adverts, unless my cooker door is more mucky than everyone else’s, but nonetheless very useful to have that part with all it’s attachments – buy it!!!!!

Only one very minor criticism is that the sockets for holding the tools does not do so very securely so I tend to keep them in the cloth tool bag. It performs well and the hand held part attaches and detached easily when required. Water lasts well enough and is very easy to refill. Good buy.

This VAX steamer is so highly rated by others that it was the obvious choice after two failed steamers with initials MR. What I like about this steamer is that there is a few different cloths that can be fitted depending on your floor type and also you can adjust the steam to your floor type, so no excuse for a wet floor! Just pure clean floors in minutes. Mainly I have very shiny tiles floors here in Portugal that show up every smear mark if you mop or have a steamer that is too wet……this VAX is brilliant. It also feels a more sturdy machine. Height wise… I am six foot…the handle height on this is very comfortable, so no stooping or backache. Can’t really comment on the detergent aspect…but then I don’t think you need any. The tools are quite good, but I have not come across a steamer where the tools are the major factor, just an asset. Bonus, the lead length is really good so you can get around and do a lot of floor!

Got it for a month. I’m happy with floor option and tools without brushes – perfect! But brushes included – CRAP. They’re like from 99 Store/1 shop. Awful durability. You have to use them very gently! Otherwise, after a few times will be in the trash. Price from the UK Vax website (http://www.vax.co.uk/steam-cleaners/steam-fresh-combi-multifunction-steam-cleaner#spares-and-accessories) for “Steam accessory brush kit (4 Brushes Included) Type 3” is 9.99! My opinion – too expensive to buy every few months. All the rest, can’t say anything bad about this unit. I’ll give Vax S86-SF-C five star after they solve brushes problem.
Definite recommend
I love this product. It won’t do all the cleaning for you, but it does get the bits you can’t get with ordinary cleaning. My home looks so much better. The two issues I have had is that the detergent doesn’t work and it’s incredibly noisy in the shower cubicle. Otherwise I would really recommend if you like a really really clean.

I love this steam combi cleaner, so much easier than a mop, reason I’ve given a star less is because the detergent for some reason isn’t going down, I don’t think the detergent is actually coming out as can’t smell anything and since topping it up it hasn’t moved from the fill line.
I need to contact Vax support regarding this. But otherwise great steamer still cleans great and kills germs nevertheless even if the detergent isn’t working. Haven’t tried in the oven or hob as only had a week, but can say is a dream on floors and refreshing the carpets and rugs. Doesn’t clean great alone like others have said for grout and tiles but I use a spray bleach before hand.

Easy to use
Easy to use, versatile for things like cleaning grouting. A bit fiddly to fill the reservoir. The hand-held unit is a bit unstable when put on the ground and you have to press the steam button so it can be awkward to use. It has however been superb for deep cleaning using the variety of attachments. It glides over the tile and wood floors superbly.

Generally very pleased with the steam mop. It is very easy to operate and convert into a hand held appliance with a great range of attachments. The main mop is is good for floor tiles but for stubborn stains, the scrubbing brush head is good but needs quite an amount of effort to remove the grime. A revolving head would have been helpful! However, subsequent cleaning will be much more simple.

great like it very much only comment I can make against it is it does no t seem to be using the detergent but probably my fault must read instructions again but is getting all my tile floors clean in no time without being over wet so full marks from me.

Love it !!!! Just got the vax steamer today and already can’t live without !! Exellent on floors, tried some of the tools on my bathroom and so far so good ! Window cleaning tool is great as well the only bad thing is the concentrating nozzle keep falling off but when doing floors but that’s no biggie.

First machine worked for only 2 minutes but kindly replaced by Vax. Fantastic machine cleans anything and goes anywhere (as far as the cable permits) The Vax detergent makes floors fresh as well as clean. Just thinking of all the time I have wasted using elbow grease instead of steam! Now I’ve tried it I’ll never be without it and this model does everything I want besides being quick to start and easy to use.

Does make cleaning the floor quick and easy although only gave it 4 start as the floor is still quite damp afterwards, I was expecting it to be virtually dry, so if you walk over it I noticed you leave footprints that dry on. Lots of tools and attachments for the hand held bit, I have not had a chance to try them all but I can see how they would be useful.

Easy to use and slowly bringing a floor we inherited (composite slate tiles with lots of indentations) back to life. Small resevoir requires frequent refilling if full steam function used but it’s simple to do. Not that impressed with grout tool which wore after first (and fairly light) use. Nozzle steamer not been that great either. Not tried the other tools. Overall a time saver and does the job but not convinced addition of detergent makes all that much difference to overall clean.

Long cord, stands up on its own, control over how much steam you get, easy to fit pad etc etc etc. Everything was well thought out and a pleasure to use. Bought it to replace a cheap steam mop that was a pain to use (although it still works in a fashion – it was driving me mad). This is not cheap but for the ease of use, and cleaning results, I think it is well worth it.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this steam cleaner. It is very easy to use, quick to heat up and floors dry very, very quickly. The detachable hand held cleaner is also very easy to use, and whilst it may not have the power a cylinder steam cleaner has, it more than easily does the job!
Vax 5 in 1
Used our vax on the kitchen floor tiles just after a load of building and guarding work, and we have 2 dogs, I used the dog cleaner in the small tank and it lasted relay well, I had to fill the big tank twice because my floor was so dirty, but when I finished I was very impressed with the result, it done a good job, I have also used some of the tools to clean up the grout in my bathroom and it works a treat,you have a good selection of tools for the various jobs around the house.

Item arrived on time. Packaging was good. Steam mop was brilliant. Cleans floors really well. Tried the Steamer on a friends oven which was in quite a mess. The oven door had baked on splashes. Must admit it did not get all marks off oven but after a few attempts it got all marks off. So glad I got this mop it’s brilliant. Thank you.

Vax Steam Cleane
Appears to a good piece of kit, I contacted their help line and they gave me useful information to get over a problem. As yet hve not used the attachments, only been used on wooden floors better than a mop.
Heavy cord makes this tough to use
Effective, but for some reason – perhaps to do with the electricity needed? – the cord is awfully heavy, which makes it rather unpleasant to use. It does get the floors and walls clean, assuming they’re not too filthy in the first place.

Love this. So glad I paid a bit more and bought it rather than a good quality manual mop. Floor cleans up really well and dries quickly. The fabric mop head attaches very easily and is washable. The added versatility of being able to convert to a hand held steamer with many different attachments is really useful and it does a very good job. Recommended.

Brilliant, makes cleaning my floors so much easier. I use it on my tile and laminate flooring, I love that you just detach the hand held bit and get into those hard to reach areas. The grout on my tiled floor has never looked so clean and the awful smell from having 2 boys has gone too. I’ve used the hand held on my hob top, tiles and shower screen so far.

Much Better Than a Mop and Bucket of Wate
This has proved to be a winner, better solution than mopping the floor with a bucket and water. construction not the most robust but certainly fit for purpose. the tools don’t really fit on the machine very well and probably best left in the bag. Very versatile especially having the hand held included, will damage wooden floors if you leave it in one place but if you use it sensibly it does a good job and cleans well.
I'm a convert!
Goodbye to my old mop and bucket! The steam mop function gives very good results on my engineered wooden flooring and the machine is easy to use. The swivel head is very effective at getting into corners and round objects. The instruction booklet is not as clear as it could be but, once you figure it all out, the parts of the machine fit together easily and the hand held tool is easy to remove. There is no specific instruction on carpet or upholstery cleaning, apart from which tool to use. I have not tried any of the other tools as yet.

I was extremely excited to buy this product and I really am so glad I did! It cleans everything from windows to showers and from wood to tiles with no dirt left over. Such a great investment!

Excellent. It doesn’t take me long to clean the floors. They dry very fast. I use the coral cleaning pads, which make it a little bit harder to push but clean very well. The only negative is that I find the soap container difficult to remove, as you have to squeeze both sides and pull. It takes me a little while with my hands to remove it. That’s why I have only given it a four.
This was my third attempt at buying a steam mop after two previous poor experiences. First thing I liked was that there are tool holders built into the body of the machine; however there isn’t space for all the tools, but there is a handy bag for the rest. In use it does leave the floor much wetter than expected, I thought this could be due to the cleaning fluid but found it doesn’t make any difference. The hand held is really easy and light to use but if using with the flexible hose extension a shoulder strap or third hand would be helpful because you need to keep putting it down to wipe the excess moisture. Carpet glider is really good, no it won’t clean the carpet but it does damp sufficiently and loosen the dirt so other cleaners work much more effectively. My main gripe is the cable holder, it barely holds the generous length of cable and because it winds round such a small area always gets really badly tangled every time, however carefully you wind it.
Very pleased with this, cleans better than my last steam mop – do buy the coral pads though as these really help with more stubborn marks and textured areas. My cleaner raves about it and she gets to use lots of different ones in her line of work and plans to get one herself . I used it to clean my hearth where I had a log burner removed – years of soot came away and brought the quarry tiles up beautifully. Makes short work of cleaning my kitchen vinyl floors of muddy paw prints
Brilliant steam mop. This is a great addition to a family with a toddler and a cat, and it cleans the floor a treat. It heats up in no time, cleans the floor superbly and stores upright away in the cupboard. I had a more basic one from morphy richards, which was great, but wasn’t as function rich as this one, and I have really noticed the difference. The handheld attachment is great for cleaning the bathroom, and the attachments mean that there’s always something to fit the bill.
Very good product. Read lot of reviews before, some good and bad. Feels substantial. Generates good heat. Variety of nozzles good, although some don’t hold in place as firmly as would like and loosen during cleaning. Shame detergent not applied with hand held although considering some essential oil in water for fresh smell. Handheld can be fiddly to hold and streaming long nozzle e.g. Windows. Long nozzle maybe but would need additional button to set off steam.
Really good product. Would recommend. It is light weight and easy to use. It stands up by itself unlike other high publicity makes! It has a long lead. It comes with different coloured cleaning mats so you don’t mix up kitchen and bathroom cleaning. Hand held integrated cleaner easy and good to use. Variable steam for different floor coverings. Seems to do the job although the floors do not come up spotless but to be fair they are quite old tiles. Seems a sturdy machine which my old one by another manufacturer was not. The cable hook near the handle is annoying as the cable flops out when I using it and I have not bothered to keep the extra tools on the machine as they also popped out. For all that I would recommend it.
Good product, I was worried after reading some reviews but I can say this is a good steam cleaner, the added detergent makes the room smell nice if nothing else (I use the one for pets) and cleans very well. Good handheld steamer, try leaving it for an additional 30 seconds after the little light comes on to say it is ready when using as this eliminates the drips from the handheld steamer which some reviewers have mentioned.
We have five cats which walk in from the garden outside a fair amount of mud. The steam mop has been so easy to use and has brought up my Rhino floor beautifully. It is easy to assemble and use. At present, although I am using the detergent, there is little or no smell of citrus coming from its use, had I known I would have gone for the Pet detergent.
I would definitely recommend the Coral mop heads as the floor is dry immediately and it seems to get into the grout of our conservatory tiles and the edges of the bathroom with this head on.
My only niggle is that literally the day after I bought it the price dropped dramatically, in fact I was very cross. That has certainly put me off making such big purchases from Amazon again in case it happened again.
Oh and the very fine end of the hand held nozzle attachment broke at the second use whilst cleaning around the bathroom taps. It just sheared off.
