This has worked really well in a range of different lengths of grass. The battery lasts well, and having a spare battery is a real bonus for getting the jobs done. Lightweight and easy to use.
Not really powerful enough for big areas of longish grass but ideal for small areas where the grass needs a trim, light weight and easy to use so is ideal for difficult areas such as around trees or gate posts where a more powerful petrol strimmer would be too clumsy, the battery lasts quite a while, the shaft is collapsible so is easy to store, for the price it’s worth it, with the advantage that it can be used instantly, no fuelling etc. But for tough jobs I’ll use my petrol strimmer.
