I had decided to get this system for my home and was waiting until I had the spare cash to get it. Meanwhile my elderly parents had a few problems with unwanted visitors so I bought and fitted it for them. It performed faultlessly for several months. The ability to listen and speak over individual cameras is very useful. As my parents refuse to get the internet, I hooked up an old mobile phone and used it as a WIFI hotspot with a pay as you go sim. Initially, I got a large data package but quickly realised that was not needed as very little data was used. I assume only being used when requested by an app. The system performed so well that I was convinced it was a good set up for my own home. I fitted it and easily added a fifth camera, adding one that my parent’s system didn’t need. I was amazed at how well it all works having now given it a thorough testing. Night vision can even be had in colour if there is enough ambient light from street lights. We discovered our garden had hedgehogs because of the great quality of picture, night vision and motion detection. I had a minor teething problem with questions about the system not answered in the quick guide. I emailed Johhny and responses were so quick I reckon that they must be sat waiting 24 hours a day! I was emailed full answers including a full version of the manual in PDF format which answered all my questions. I have recommended this system to all of my family.
Brought this and was ok for a couple of weeks but one camera went down. Contacted the company and they were were helpful and sorted this out straight away and sent a new camera very good response and they were very helpful I would highly recommend them to any one. Well done and keep it up.
Not sure how to set up motion detection but thats my only issue
bought this cctv system after suffering vandalism and attempted car break in. The system was super easy to set up and link to mobile phone. Quality of picture day and night is amazing. Recently was targeted by vandals again and another car break in, Police have now caught offenders and are using our cctv images for prosecution. Can recommend this system without hesitation. Customer service is also 1st class if and when you need it.
The quality of the product is very important but I feel the after sales support is just as, if not more important. After installing the cameras, one of them developed an issue and after a couple of emails back and forth trying to resolve the problem it was agreed by Jason at Hiseeu to replace the camera with a new one free of charge. The replacement arrived the next day as promised and after installation all is well again.
The whole system is very easy to use and setup takes minutes and the end results are perfect, the quality of the pictures, motion detection and play back are excellent. The android phone app is also excellent and again very easy to use. I would highly recommend this surveillance system.
Got this for our holiday home and it’s pretty good. As long as you have a good internet connection you won’t be disappointed. Nice and easy to set up
I am very satisfied with the Hiseeu wireless 8 channels CCTV system with 3MP+3TB HD and 12 inch intergal monitor, This is the four-camera set up and I’m very impressed. i have now purchased 2 5M Antenna Extension Cable RG174 RP-SMA Female to Male and 3 Bingfu Wifi Antenna RP-SMA WLAN Aerial Dual Band 2.4/5 / 5.8GHz 9dBi Magnetic Base RP-SMA Connector for WLAN Router Booster Range Extender Gateway Mini PCI-Express PCIE Network Card USB Adapter to get better reception they will arrive tomorrow so not tried yet. now for the bad part that has nothing to do with the supplier i dropped one of my cameras from a ladder while installing, totally wasted (lol) I’m gutted. but a good buy though. forgot to add that i also bought 2K+Auto TrackingCCTV Camera Outdoor with Color Night Vision,Hiseeu 3MP PTZ Digital Zoom Wifi Security Camera 360 View Wireless IP Camera with 2-Way Audio,Auto Cruise,Remote Access,IP66 Waterproof to replace the one i dropped.oh well
Usually I’m quite skeptic all about posting reviews of products that are not “big brands” but I thought I’d give this a try since I was in the market for a security camera system that required minimal set up.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything linked up. Took out the DVR and set up the cameras and once the signal was received all set up. As usual with these systems, you need to be a little careful where you place the cameras so that signal is not impeded/weak but after trying a few places I’ve got 8 cameras all set up and recording! Minimal effort and fuss!
Also customer service is excellent. I’m in contact with them via email and WhatsApp and I get technical help within 24hours. This really helps as waiting on the phone is not my kind of thing.

Brilliant! Initially I was very skeptic all about buying an unknown brand. However, I got 5 cameras for my smallholding including one that i can move via my phone and a mo it or. This kit more than met my expectations and the night vision quality is really good too. For 370 fir all of it I can honestly say that I’m over the moon with it And will buy add on cameras when my funds allow as it takes up to 8 cameras

I got a set of the 3MP+3TB HD (for around the house) along with 2K auto tracking camera (for front door). Ive been using these CCTV’s for a month. They are very good quality CCTV’s and have crystal clear vision and night vision. The night vision is clearer than I expected. However, I did find the installation a bit hard as I am not very experienced with technology. I finally sorted it with the company’s tech support. 3 days after the installation, the camera outside the patio disconnected so I tried to reconnect it but it wouldn’t work so I had to unscrew it and bring it back in the house to re-pair it. So now I know that that’s the way to reconnect the cameras. I especially love that all the cameras have speakers. It just makes things much easier for me. Maybe because of the speakers, the hard drive is making a bit of noise even when the screen is off. Apart from that, I am very satisfied with the CCTVs

I was more than pleased that I had found a company that obviously have a good customer service.
I ordered the Hiseeu Wireless NVR Kit with Monitor, 3TB hard drive and 4 Cameras — a very competitive price from Amazon. When I received the Kit I was really pleased with the quality of the various items. The big surprise for me was to find the NVR and the HD LCD Monitor was a combined unit with the cameras already paired to the NVR. All this makes for a tidy installation without the usual jumble of connection wires. I had no problem with the initial commissioning of the system. The set-up guide was clear and understandable.
I now have everything set up. The quality of the day and night images are excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this system with a genuine Customer Service from Hiseeu.

Picked this up as neighbours identified burglars on their system who got in over our fence. The connectivity is good, easy to do right out of the box. Got them set up all around the garage as this covers all the garden. The picture quality is excellent. The 3Tb disc is noisy, but bought and swapped it out for a 1Tb SSD drive which was easily done. Niggles. – The power units need to be plugged into sockets, which can limit where they can be sited. As a previous review has said, you can buy extender leads from Amazon quite cheaply, but I would have much preferred to wire them into the mains directly. If you’re drilling through the walls so the leads don’t hang out it requires a big hole (although that can be hidden behind the camera) but the leads look like they’re probably waterproof should you choose not to. Biggest gripe is the sensitivity. You can set areas to exclude, but it seems to ignore that setting and will pick up movement from insects, even at the lowest setting – this does mean I can’t have the alerts set on my phone or I’d be up all night, but at least if there was someone mooching around it would be recorded. All in all a good bit of kit for the price and for a beginner like me. If I was to do it again I would choose based around the niggles but that would mean paying far more money and would be overkill for our area which is normally very quiet. So for an entry level system giving some peace of mind it’s a good buy.
We bought this system after much research by my husband. We wanted wireless due to the great difficulty of running cables to the recorder in our house and having the screen built in is a big plus point for us.
The app allows you view remotely, and listen to/speak to people near a camera or set of a siren to warn intruders off.
Pleased with the picture quality day and night.
Neither of us are very good with tech so it is reassuring to know that Jason (help/support) really does his job well. We emailed two questions on successive evenings and Jason’s reply was there the next morning.

Great system that is so easy to get up and running. Picture is great day or night. After service to add additional cameras and boosters also really helpful.
Not a bad bit if kit for the price, clear pictures in the daytime but less clear at night ..easy to fit (better using loft area and putting sockets up there), monitor is fine although power lead is a little short on length so you need to plan ahead where to put it, also needs to be next to route
Being someone who has never used CCTV before, I was slightly worried this would be very complicated. However I was pleasantly surprised to find this system was so simple to use especially for someone who is not very technically minded.
Once received and cameras checked to make sure they were working, installation was very easy to do. All screws and plugs were provided. Took about an hour to two to put all 4 cameras up to the locations required and to adjust the cameras to get the view needed.
By the time the last camera was up, all 4 clear images were appearing on the monitor. I also downloaded the app to my phone and this was as simple as downloading the app and scanning the QR code on the monitor.
I would highly recommend getting one of these as for the price as well, I don’t believe this product will be beaten.
The system has been up and running for 3 months now and I have had no problems whatsoever. It replaced my Arlo wireless system which required a reset/s at least once a week. The installation and system up were easy to follow even though the English instructions could have been a little bit clearer. There is no need to set up each camera individually as the system recognises them on power up. The system itself exudes quality with brilliant HD picture quality from all the cameras. I use the suggested app on my mobile and the detection alerts work perfectly. The email alerts also work well but I turned them off so as not to clog my inbox … (the app alerts are sufficient to warn me of intrusions). To cap it all, the customer/technical assistance is second to none with fast responses. I asked for advice on a couple of occasions and they responded within a couple of hours. I truly cannot fault the system and recommend it wholeheartedly.

A few tips before installing the cameras which can make life very simple:
* Mark the locations where you want to install the cameras. Measure the distance from the camera to the 230V AC plug point. In my case two cameras needed an extension lead. You can buy 12V DC 5.5×2.1mm as shown in the picture from Amazon or any other site for 3 to 5 depending on the length of the cable.
* The cameras come with three leads and in many instances only 12V DC lead is required to power the cameras. Unfortunately, the two remaining leads are not required but their size is big and one does not want to drill a big hole in the wall. I bought a small weatherproof outdoor junction box as shown and housed these two leads in this box and only drilled a small hole to take the 12V DC lead inside. The junction box costs only between 4 to 10.
* Next power all the cameras and the NVR unit. You will see within minutes all the four cameras can be seen on the NVR screen!
* Now take the individual cameras and try putting them approx. where you want to install them and power them temporarily. Check if the NVR unit still shows all the cameras.
* Good part of this system is that the NVR unit has its own Wifi system and one does not need to connect the cameras to your own Wifi wireless or wired
* In my case one camera could not connect to the NVR unit due to some internal walls blocking the signal or possibly due to the distance from the camera to the NVR. The great part is that Hiseeu supplies you an external antenna. I connected the same to this camera as shown. This external antenna boosts the signal and my camera got connected to the NVR unit!
* Once you have completed the above steps. Download the App on your mobile and as per instructions connect to the NVR unit. Scan the barcode from the NVR to setup your App on the mobile. This way it is easy to setup the App.
* App is great as it allows you to also talk via the speaker of the camera with anyone on the other side of the camera!
* You can add further max four cameras if you wish

Superb 8 channel wireless CCTV system complete with 3TB hard drive already installed (unlike other systems that only have 1TB) with all cameras already paired to the NVR. The system is very easy installed and the camera picture quality day and night is very clear and sharp. Would recommend this CCTV system to anyone thinking about getting one. I’ve been looking for one since my existing system developed a fault with the NVR which could not be repaired. This Hiseeu Wireless CCTV System was the perfect replacement for me and the build and quality of the 12″ NVR and the cameras are excellent. I got everything I needed (inclusive of a very understandable user manual) in the box to allow me to complete my installation . After I had installed the system I had a few questions for the suppliers customer service team. They responded within 24 hours with the resolution to my questions (excellent service). I also downloaded the app which allows me to monitor my property remotely which is very good. For anyone purchasing this Hiseeu Wireless CCTV System then I cannot fault this product in any way and very good customer service. Highly recommend this product.
Product well packaged, easy to connect as cameras are pre-paired with the console. Picture quality is good without the booster fitted. Not set the motion detection. One of the cameras centring lugs was damaged, I contacted the customer service by email with a photo of the damage and they immediately offered a replacement, provided details of postage and sent information on how to pair the new camera. So far very satisfied.
I chose this Hiseeu CCTV integrated system to replace a hardwired system bought from a different supplier in 2011 that was giving reliability problems.
I wondered if the Wi-Fi signal would cover the 8 metres between camera and recorder as well as penetrating two brick walls. I should not have been concerned.
The Wi-Fi signal is sufficiently strong to not be concerned by the manufacturer’s advice to ensure good alignment between the rod antenna on both the cameras and the recorder. A wide misalignment is practical.
The live-image quality on the integrated screen is excellent in daylight, with a good field of view. The resolution is high, out to the specified distance. The viewed image can be adjusted with a similar range of controls used in photographic Apps.
The infra-red illumination is remarkable, in both strength and range; the scene appearing as if flood-lit over a wide field of view. Again, the on-screen image has excellent resolution.
Motion detection is very sensitive and may be set to User preference over five set levels. Masking to avoid detection of wind-blown objects or traffic is available.
Setting up is a doddle. Each camera pairs with the recorder automatically after power is applied to them both.
If video editing is of interest, using EseeCloud is also very easy to set up. Continuous recording is saved in separate files by the system video recorder, each being one-hour long.
These files can then be reviewed using EseeCloud, in User-selected, smaller time intervals.
Not only is the product very good, the after-sales support is also. Questions are answered within 24hrs, if not sooner, with clarity and polite helpfulness.
This is a highly recommended and competitively priced CCTV system.
Can’t fault these CCTV cameras, just plug in and play, easy too set up too your mobile or any other device, the monitor is great other than the hardrive is abit noisey, if the hardrive was replaced with a SSD you wouldn’t here a thing, the CCTV cameras have built in audio, and the picture quality is fantastic 😉
I don’t normally do reviews but im so impressed with this product just got it today and so far so good took me ages to find some think affordable as well as good quality so many different features and was very easy to set up loved the thankyou note and i like how each camera has 2 way audio puvks up everything and when talking back its quite loud the only negatice i had was took me ages to find the zoom button as you have to left click the mouse and then a tiny box comes up with a few options its quite hard for someone thats not good at seeing things as the icons are tiny. But overall great camera set i like how the lcd tablet is separate from the tv even though you can put it on tv its not up properly yet as just got it will be up by the weekend! We needed an updated security cameras as our old one packed in.

I purchased the camera system a few months ago set it all up but over the Christmas period had a problem with one camera it had been used by a squirrel to hand on the cable, i thought its going to be new year before I got any help but thought send an email anyway and to my surprise I got a reply almost immediately. I spent hours researching and checking out various types of video camera systems. Overall this system stood out significantly over the others. For the price that was paid, the system is reliable. Cameras are durable, easy to install and connect from start to finish. I liked the convenience of accessing the interface and recordings in multiple ways: desktop/laptop, tablet, mobile phone. Being able to see the camera view remotely from my phone made the process a cinch. The system has a high resolution, which gives crystal clear vision. Love the night vision and intercom features! This camera system surpassed my expectations, simply brilliant!

Fantastic product. Easy to install as its cable free, and the day and night vision in these cameras is amazing, very clear images. The unit has a built in 3TB hard drive, which a great as I don’t need to constantly erase old recordings like I did with my older system. It picked up wifi easily and a quick set up on my phone means I can view it remotely.
I got this system to replace an analogue system, the install was easy, I tested each camera in the approximate position of final installation to determine the best position for the NVR this worked out to very easy plus the fact the NVR can be connected to wifi give much more flexibility of placement, after fitting cameras to final positions system is working perfectly downloading the mobile app & connection to system childs play, just scan the QR code & your in, EseeCloud is just as easy, the picture quality is extremely good on NVR screen & mobile app, night vision to very clear with good contrast, I have been working for cctv manufacturing & installation company for almost 10 years this system gives functionality & quality equal to some systems costing much more, I recommend this to the DIY user wanting a pro system without the complex installation.
Set up system and found that 2 out of the 4 cameras worked, contacted supplier and after 3 days received an email with instructions to diagnose the camera problems, found one camera power supply plug was a poor fit and one camera was actually faulty. Supplier replaced the camera free of charge and all is now well.
I found the instructions a little tricky to follow but now that everything is setup and working correctly I am very pleased with the quality of the picture and monitoring, this unit is superb in the dark and just sits ticking away with out any further need to intervene, over all very good system once set up properly.

Wasted 10 days trying to set up and a use a different brand of CCTV system that wouldn’t do as it claimed.
This was completely different. Connected straight away wirelessly to my Internet and the app. worked straight off. Apart from your own preferred settings it is basically “plug and play”.
From the moment the system arrived, we couldn’t have been happier. Out of the box, it was pretty much plug and play. Each camera has a good length lead for plugging in but extensions are available to purchase should you need a longer length. Picture quality is good, both day and night vision. We have enjoyed using the one camera as a wildlife camera aimed at a newly built wildlife pond and you’ll see from the photos we’ve already captured an owl and a toad which was very exciting! The photos are taken on my mobile & not the best quality so don’t really do it justice. The picture quality on the monitor is great. Playback is easy & to our surprise we didn’t realise it also recorded sound which is a bonus. One handy feature, especially like us if you struggle with WiFi, is being able to bounce the cameras off each other using the “repeater” function. We’re not very tech savvy but this essentially boosts the WiFi signal between the cameras which has really helped.
Viewing through the app has been useful & almost mesmerising, especially at night!
Had we known setting up a CCTV system would have been this easy, we wish we’d done it years ago.

To be honest setting things up was easier than expected. Cams auto linked to monitor without having to play with any settings. Quality of all items excellent as so is the picture quality and play back. My only advise is to check distance from cam to electrical socket as longer than 3 metres you will need an extension cable but these are available on line.
This is such a great system. Can’t recommend it enough. Literally plug in and play. I bought an 8 ch 4 fixed camera system with 2 additional tilt, pan and rotate cameras. You can see what the live images would look like from the attached photos. You can opt for 4 out of the 8 channels depending on how many camers you install. I have only fitted 2 of them so far but this review is about the 3tb monitor system. The images taken from the camera view are screen shots taken from the the app you can install to access any camera from a smart phone. They don’t really do the live image justice as they are much clearer live than a screen shot. The camera rotates smoothly and can be pre programmed in positions you may use more frequently. Simply choose the stored position you pre programmed and the camera will auto track there. The optical or digital zoom is really good with auto focus, or you can do this manually if the auto focus focuses on a nearer object such as a tree. The cameras have good night vision and motion detection too, they also have powerful flood lights that’s more than enough to scare off intruders or provide enough light to capture footage (not that the night vision couldn’t do that anyway). They even have a speaker so you can talk to people (or shout at them) from your smart phone and comes with a 5m power extension cable. When I installed the front door camera, I had a minor issue getting it to link to the monitor (that is also the hard drive to store footage from all 8 channels). I ended up sending Hiseeu Security Camera System Corporation an email asking where I’m going wrong and was advised to take the camera down, plug it into a power supply near the monitor, switch it on and press the reset button on the camera for 6 to 10 seconds then allow them both to link. Within 1m they were linked and the image displayed. I simply unplugged it and reinstalled the camera outside and they linked up right away. Sorted. I did this before installing the camera on the roof. So simple and yet such top quality products.
The box arrived intact and the hard drive and cameras were well packed. Setting up the system was easy. I connected the cameras to power sockets in the attic using extension leads where required.
The picture quality during the day and at night is very good and the controller/hard drive is easy to use.
The only minor complaint is that longer power leads on each camera would have made them easier to connect to electric sockets.
On the whole a really good system at a very good price.
This wireless CCTV System is really wireless. All you need is Power to the 3TB NVR and the 4 cameras. I found it very easy to install. Simply powered up the cameras & the NVR and they were all connected immediately. I am particularly pleased with the Wireless connection to the NVR to my Wireless router. I have installed the App on my iPhone, iPad and Windows 7 Desktop without any problems. I can do live view and also watch video playback on all three devices and also on the monitor that is connected to the NVR. It’s easy to adjust the direction & position of the cameras while watching it on your iPhone, especially when you are up on a ladder. Excellent Product at a very good price
What a brilliant cctv system. Pictures in both day and night mode crystal clear. Camera body made of tough sturdy looking metal. Totally waterproof great for our UK weather. The hard drive is encased in the monitor so saving space,also no need to connect to your tv as all cameras are available to view as either multi or individual. I would personaly set up a seperate email address for cctv warning notifications. That way you wont overlook or miss any intruder warnings. This is a great piece of kit for the money in my opinion. I have recommended to friends and family.
OK the review is been written after I had chance to test out. Excellent quality pictures from CAMS. The display panel could be better however viewing on HD TV lets one see in really good details. The audio is 2 way but would be good if could set one way as well.
Neat easy to set up and use.. I couldn’t see wireless wifi setup, maybe I missed it. Overall happy with lets see how it goes.

Very easy to install as all cameras are supplied with templates and fittings. Easy to setup desired filming area thanks to multiple axis foldable foot mount.
Good quality night vision, when installed properly.
Software very intuitional, easy to setup on smartphone, and dual way communication works well.
Tip for installation, don’t install cameras at 90 degrees to the wall as PIR bounce back from wall significantly reducing camera range, either install at 100 -110 degrees to avoid it. If need to be at 90 degrees then set to full color capture at night it will reduce bouncing effect but it will also reduce quality of recording.
Time of installation for moderate DIYer appox. 2 hrs when cameras and the system previously tested. Additional extension cords might be need. Make sure you make planing ahead, where you wan’t your cameras asses length of cord required and purchase extension cords if needed. On installation make sure chosen position fit for, to capture desired areas.
Surprise! Surprise! I received a proper manual with normal, readable print size and clear diagrams, which I found very useful and user friendly. You can also check the supplier’s website which I also found user friendly and easy to understand.

The NVR has its own WiFi which automatically connects wirelessly to the cameras. So no need to connect to the house Wi-Fi unless you want to view remotely. You need to see 3 or 4 lines of the 5 line signal on each camera screen in order to have an adequate signal, although 2 lines might be OK.
If you want to view remotely, you need to connect either wirelessly or directly to the router to your house WiFi; an Internet cable was included with my set.
Surprise! Surprise again! The NVR automatically connects wirelessly to the house WiFi, and there are no connections problems or signal problems; so I have discarded the Internet cable. I have therefore hidden the NVR in a different room from where the house WiFi is located and all signals are perfect.
To view remotely, you also need to download the EseeCloud app to your phone or laptop and set up using you Cloud ID number shown at the bottom of the screen.
While I am in UK, I view activities and listen to audio around my house at any time on my mobile phone or laptop. I can remotely view and record present or past activities on my mobile phone.
So far, I have not had any connection problems when viewing remotely from UK. However, the EseeCloud software uses a lot of memory and I sometimes need to optimise the memory of my Samsung A50 mobile phone in order to remotely view the CCTV.
However, it does not allow me to view playback of past time or record any video on my laptop; I can view only current time on my laptop.
I can then attach the recorded video to an email or WhatsApp message or Facebook to make an intruder famous.
The NVR has 2 USB ports. I used one for a wireless mouse and the other for a USB stick to save any recordings. However, the USB ports are located too close to each other.
I tested with all eight cameras in my sitting room before I fitted all cameras externally at the front, the side and the back of the house. This CCTV set is suitable for the purpose, the basic set-up is easy and very user friendly for someone like me with very little knowledge of new technology. It is also good value and offers much compared with similar CCTV sets.
Also, I think a wired CCTV is not suitable, as burglars can easily and quickly find and take the NVR with the recordings, so this wireless set is more suitable.
I used a 25mm drill bit, which was just right, to drill the right sized hole in the wall in order to get the cable connection socket and the internet socket attached to the camera cable through the wall. Note that you need to drill 4 holes with a 6mm drill on the edge of the 25mm hole in order to insert the wall plug and screw the camera on to the external wall; I used a 5mm drill firstly and then a 6mm drill. If the hole for the cable is too big, you will not be able to drill the three holes outside the 25mm hole. 25mm is just right. I taped the cable on to a piece of wire and fed it through the hole. If you have cavities, ensure that the cable does not fall down into the cavity like I did with one and then learnt my lesson.
If you want to connect the NVR directly into the router instead of wirelessly, there is no need to plug the NVR via the Internet cable directly into the router. It can be plugged into an TP-Link which is plugged into a socket anywhere on the electrical ring mains circuit with a corresponding TP-Link on the same ring mains circuit linked up to the router. Thus the NVR, which contains the hard disk with the recordings, can be hidden away in a different location from the router. A burglar would not want to spend too much time looking for the NVR, but if it is conspicuous you will obviously end up with no NVR and therefore no video of the burglary. I would guess that the first place a burglar would look for the NVR is in the TV cabinet, so you might as well don’t bother fitting CCTV if you are going to leave the NVR in the TV cabinet.
On the negative side this set does not allow X32 speed playback and I can’t remember whether it allows X16 play back; so you can do the maths to see how long it will take you at normal speed or at X2, X4, X8, speeds trying to pinpoint a specific activity in the past 24 hours.
The mouse supplied has a very short cable requiring the NVR to be located very close. I have therefore discarded it and I use a Microsoft wireless mobile 1850 mouse; this is the best mouse I have ever used and it costs only about 11 from Amazon.
I am very happy with the quality of the video, night vision is excellent, set up is easy and it does the job.
There are many positive and useful points and I think that it is excellent value and suitable. I highly recommend this HISEEU CCTV.

Bought this wireless CCTV system from Hiseeu to upgrade my old lorex wireless system and must say the high resolution, picture quality, larger viewing screen, metal casing of the cameras and general ease of use is definitely a huge improvement from my old system. It also come with large 3 gig storage capacity made it an all round very good package. Cost wise it was excellent at under 300 and I bought it during the Prime day sale so got an extra 40 off. Similar to other reviewers I would highly recommend this system. Similar to others I will use different screws and rawl plugs to mount but this is something would do anyway due to mounting to masonry. Overall very impressed.
We needed a system quickly to use in our sheds for lambing and these have been brilliant. Very easy to set up and never had any problems with them. We can see the shed and field from where-ever we are so its a perfect system. It has proved so good we are going to add another system to cover the workshops.
My old CCTV system failed and was no longer supported. Found this and was amazed at the feedback, the price was very inviting. After reviewing a few more I came back to this system, ordered it on the Tuesday, arrived on the Wednesday. Powered up all the cameras to check they all linked before I installed them. Simple instructions to follow and easy to set up. Best for as the template of the base of the camera, stick it in the position the camera is going drill the holes and fix in place, simples. Great bit of kit and value for money.
Having contemplated installing security cameras for some time we were always put off by stories of technical complexity, inability to get the cameras to talk to the controller and limits in picture quality. This Hiseeu security system was revelation. On opening the box the build quality was evident from the off, having plugged in the cameras and the controller the system set itself up in seconds. The pictures are clear and excellent. It took just a morning to mount the cameras around our property and despite thick stone walls the wifi signal is strong and clear to them all. Managing the system, linking to the iPad and phone for remote monitoring and viewing the recording was a matter of scanning a barcode. The sound of birdsong on the recording was almost deafening ! Overall the system is very impressive by any standards but considering the price we felt it to be the best value technology product we have ever purchased.
This system is of high quality spec and materials. I am very impressed with it. The instructions are good, but short of some finer details for those people that are have only basic IT skills. But, an email (or several!) to Hiseeu brings a prompt and helpful response that clarifies and solves any problem – a very impressive service. I cannot recommend this sytem too highly.

The system came well packaged and on initial setup there was no problems, all the cameras gave a very clear picture on the wireless screen and 3TB Hard Drive is a bonus. Very happy with my purchase.
Picture quality is good in daytime but night time is a bit of a let down but will record. The idea of the monitor and HDD in one unit is a good idea. Spend more money get better quality but for the price would recommend
It works well and pictures are very clear. The item is a value for money. Easy to set up (even grandma can do) and simple settings options. I have not explored all settings yet but pleased so far. The customer was brilliant. I had one camera wasn’t working but Jason, the customer service, replaced immediately and received within 2 days. I recommend this product. However the display is quite noisy from hard drive I believe. Downloading is quite okay but not fastest but it could be my wifi speed
The issue with Ring and other similar cameras, although very good quality, is the fact you have to have a subscription to view/save camera playback. Additionally, if the WiFi/Internet was to fail, the no recordings would be saved to the cloud.
So, with the Hiseeu system everything is saved locally and internet is only required if needing to view remotely.
The package itself comes with everything you need to set up, including HDMI cable to view on external monitor/TV, network cable for connecting to router if needed, extended WiFi aerial for low spots and all necessary power bricks.
Out of the box, it is simply plug and play, all the cameras and the base unit have already been configured and once switch on, all connect seamlessly to the base unit.
I would strongly recommend testing the units once out of the box to ensure all is working correctly and then position the cameras to approximately where you want to fix them, to see if WiFi reception is adequate and any adjustments can be made before permanent fixing.
That way if any resetting/positioning of cameras won’t involve climbing up ladders/trees/balconies to adjust anything!
Once set up, everything runs automatically. I have two cameras runung 24/7 and two recording motion only. One set for any motion and one for body identification.
I’ve had the system running 24/7 for two weeks now, with no issues and 15% of hard drive space used.
All in all a fantastic piece of kit for the money which can be expanded with upgraded cameras and power options. Thoroughly recommended.
The product arrived on time the very next day, so great delivery. I did do a lot of research on this and finally decided on this system. even after all the reviews I was still in two minds about it but I went ahead any way. I am so pleased I did as the system was very easy to install and the cameras cam up first time and quite quickly. I am impressed with the quality of the pictures that came through and the system is perfect for the application we require it for. I am very impressed with the infra red pictures for night time and really clear for the dark. Well happy with my purchase.
Quite simply this is a superb bit of kit. It is as simple as powering up the cameras and the monitor. Everything connects automatically and you’re ready to go. Great picture quality. Good manual but the remote contact via tablet and phone was a bit fiddly but I got there in the end. This system is far better than those I’ve used in the past. I throughly recommend this produc
The wireless system was easy to set-up and use; as well as the cameras being wireless the main unit connects to my broadband hub / the internet over wifi – this is an excellent piece of kit.
For example when detecting human movement a still shot with the area of interest is highlighted by a red rectangle. Which means you can review a gallery of still shots by date and time quickly. In order to then watch the recorded playback for your selected still shot.
All in all we are very pleased with this product and to see my fiancee feeling more secure it was worth every penny….thank you.
See people at front door in full colour and animals etc in back garden again in full colour. Also they have audible capability so you can tell relatives to Naff Off! Had this system working now over three months and it is excellent, added cameras from other manufactures and they work fine. Only negative so far is the cameras do not like temperatures over 30 Deg which they have been on my garage wall. Other that that small niggle this is a great system.

This system from Hiseeu is a complete package – everything you should need is there. I used the supplied extra antenna on a remote garage which improved the signal over the whip one.
Slightly noisy hard drive noise, but the monitor will be in a spare room so not a problem.

We are really pleased with this system, easy to set up and good quality pictures. The video playback is easy to operate. We’ve had a wired system for some years now with its limited functions so we decided to invest in a descent system. We’ve tested it over the last week or more and are highly satisfied, 5 star rating well earned. We are particularly impressed with the quality of the night vision pictures, didn’t expect them to be so clear with zero light. Can also access remotely on the mobile.

I’m a 50 year old women who was able to install this myself. You do need a large, long drill bit which I had to purchase. Everything else was quite easy. The only fault I could find was the manual book had pictures and these were not easy to see (could be my age). I purchased 4 cameras and will be buying two more so I have full coverage of back, front and sides. While i fitted this myself, it would be easier to do with two people as I had to keep climbing down the ladder to check if the camera was in the right position. Did not want to be messing with phone at the top of a 2 floor building. Would recommend.
Great system, easy to set up once you have decided where to site the four cameras. Good that you only have to take a power supply to each camera (via transformer lead supplied) not a hard wire back to the hub.The camera’s are already paired to the hub and ready to go.The quality of the picture on the monitor is much better than what I expected,which you can either watch single or split screen.

Following recent disturbances in are area I decided to turn to hiseeu for security and I’m glad I did product is easy to install really is plug and play you can install on your phone easily. It is well made good picture quality up to 40 50 ft night vision is brilliant. Sound quality is not so great and on occasions hardly works also it is hard to fit camera in corners or next to window frames as you can’t adjust the cheap screws that round off easy. Monitor is to noisy to have in bedroom other than that I give this product a high 8 out of 10 and for the money highly recommended you won’t be disappointed

It turned up next day delivery well packaged. The box contained the four camera’s, monitor/screen and all cables to install. I already owned a long drill bit as one is needed to go through the skin of the house for power requirements.
The written instructions are clear to follow and provides contact for after sales support which is very welcome to see. Setting the system up is relatively straightforward.
Quality wise, it’s great. It’s a full HD set and the clarity is brilliant. During the night, it automatically switches over to infrared which is equally good quality. The model I bought has microphone and speaker capability which is both useful, but also great fun if you have kids you enjoy winding up!
I primarily use my smart phone as the interface as I find it simpler to use and more functionality. I can access the system remotely (which you need to set up), and from here, you can view and save recorded footage, trimming where necessary to share if required.
In conclusion, these are good value and quality and I wholeheartedly recommend.

Being a bloke, I naturally ignored the instruction book, and having fed the power cable to the cameras and screwed them in place, I approached “switch on” with some trepidation. Could it be this easy ???
Of course, it was. By the time I had walked back from the garage to the house where the display unit ( and hdd ) is situated, everything was up and running. Remarkable.
I then downloaded the app to Samsung phone and Ipad and, having scanned the qr code on the one, the recorded and live images were displayed on both.
It was easy to align the cameras to give the field of view required and it seems that the connectivity of the standard cameras ( with out the boost antenna ) is sufficient to link farthest camera to the DVR over a distance of at least 40 yards and though 3 concrete walls.
If you want one of these, I doubt you will do better that this, especially at the current price.
Yes, the manufacturer offers goodies for a 5 star review but be assured that my words here are genuine.
My only critisism is that all the screws are just a little soft so beware when tightening them and do not use a powerful drill !

Brought this CCTV system after my neighbours garage was broken into. It arrived the next day. I was worried that there would be an issue with the WIFI signal, but there was no need. the system is very easy to set up, it’s just plug and play. The app is also great. You can view the cameras from anywhere, and viewing recorded footage is so simple. You can also record footage onto your phone or take a photo. The picture quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend this product.
Good quality cameras during the day plus easy set up , brilliant pictures if put through HD tv …hard drive is a little noisy especially at night as mine is in the bedroom .
At a distance it’s harder to make things out like people’s faces I suppose it’s not MI5 quality haha .
The best advantage is you don’t need to pay monthly subscriptions I just hope in the future I can add 4K camera if that’s possible.The service is pretty good as well ask a question and there back to you .
I already had the power in my loft so it was just a case of swapping the power leads and putting up the new cameras. Once they were plugged in the linked into the system straight away.
Having the monitor built in to the recorder is extremely useful as it makes it so easy to customise the settings
The pictures and video are in 3mp which makes it easy to see faces and detail. Audio on the recordings is also very clear. It’s a shame you don’t have audio on the recording box/screen but the app plays it really well.
Linking the system to my phone was so easy. Download the app, create an account then scan the OR code….as simple as that.
The system is 8 channel but only comes with 4 cameras. I’ve already purchased a PTZ camera and installed it, too me about 30 mins from start to finish.
I linked the extra camera to the system easily then had to drill a hole for the power cable and the camera cables to pass through. Once it was screwed un place the job was done.
I am so pleased with this system and would recommend it.
So after a spa it of car crime on my road, and the latest one been next door to me last night I decided it was time for CCTV and after looking thorough plenty of others I decided on this one and I’m so glad I did, the picture is grate and talk about easy to install. I ordered it last night came this morning and after 2 hours all cameras was installed and working, so easy to use as well. Fantastic system, only down side is the unit is a little noisy because of the fan but placed it in the hall way now so no longer an issue.
Highly recommend and family and the neighbours feel safer now.
The product was remarkably easy to set up, it can be set up at any angle and was easy to fit. Amazing quality it was super easy to set up the monitor’s settings and had amazing features, I can see the camera views on my phone as well and I can talk through the camera. I’ve been trying to find a decent reliable wifi camera for some time and believe me, few are very reliable. The Hiseeu system is both reliable (OK I’ve only had it for two months but previous cameras and systems have not lasted nearly as long) and very easy to set up. Coupled with an excellent after sales team what more could you ask for!
Bought this system together with 2 extra cameras as my old system failed this is by far a much better and easier system to install linked them all up prior to fitting then fitted them in all it took no longer than around 2 hours great 5 star can t fault.1,4,6 or 8 views of all cameras you are able to view at once and record each camera has approx 3m of power cable so as long as you have a power point close to where you require the camera no problem have now fitted one on my garage looking down the side of our home to keep an eye on the rear of my van as I recently had a problem with a light fingered friend stealing a plastic panel off the back door also i was worried about the strength of the wifi reaching the camera on the garage as its quite a distance away no problem there didn t even need to use the range extender that is supplied with the ki
After looking for a wireless system with good reviews at a good price I came across this system.
Cameras feel good quality and robust.
After plugging the system in all cameras connected flawlessly with good quality pictures.
I am yet to adjust all the settings as the hardrive was a little noisy but on contacting customer services they promised a new hardrive to be sent out, when this arrives I will adjust all settings and give another review.
It makes a change to have good customer services I hope this continues.
I have looked at almost all CCTV systems available on Amazon and ordered this package as it seemed to be the best match for my needs. Fact that you don’t need to run CAT 5 cables through the entire house was a major factor although I was a bit worried about the wi-fi performance….luckily enough the wireless link between the cameras and main unit is very strong and stable. The picture transmission is 100%, no lag or judder whatsoever. Main unit software is self-explanatory, very simple and intuitive. Cameras paired-up with the main unit out of the box, truly “plug-and-play”. Overall great product, highly recommended!!!
I’ve not yet tried to view real-time images over my phone, because that was not the main reason for having purchased the system. I’ve subsequently purchased a fifth Hiseeu camera and set-up was as simple as the handbook stated.
HOWEVER, anyone trying to mix and match NVR recorders and cameras from different manufacturers should be aware that not all ONVIV equipment would appear to be compatible with each other. This system would not allow a Citronics CTIPC-285C camera to connect to it. Its possible the camera was faulty, but I can confirm that the additional Hiseeu camera was added without a hitch.
With respect to the quality of components, the metal-housed cameras and mounting brackets look to be good quality. The integral monitor unit appears to have a reasonable monitor resolution and plastic structure to that of other lightweight electrical devices. My unit appears to have been fitted with a 3000 Gb Toshiba HDD, which corresponds with the product description.
I shall be making a permanent installation of the cameras in the course of the next few weeks

Great product, picture quality is very good and cam system easy to set up, Jason Tech support good as well all in all I’m well pleased with the system, update: System now been working for nearly 8 weeks and is working fine.
Easy plug and play connected instantly, installed simply by man with long ladder for wide coverage to areas of concern, purchased longer leads and add spliters but you need power access for each camera and this reduced it to help. Jason at Hiseeu is a great help if you have any questions. Freinds who have seen it are really impressed by quality and app connection on phone. Play back and voice pick up is excellent very sensitive. I will definitely buy extra cameras to cover more positions.
The compact system is easy to position on a desk or cupboard and only needs the power lead to operate as the wireless cameras connect automatically. Very simple and easy to set up.
The hardest part is deciding where to position the cameras to provide the best coverage.
I have set up to cycle through the 4 cameras, if you want to view an individual view then a double click will show the camera, another double click drops back into cycling through the cameras.
Video playback is a few clicks to select the day/time/camera to review and if required archived to a USB drive.
Very easy to install. Literally plug and play. You do not need wifi for this system to work which is great, the system has its own built in wifi network for transmission to the DVR. You only need wifi if you want to remote view on a phone etc. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Daytime vision is superb. Night vision is of great quality also. Can’t fault the product.
Great quality and very easy to install. The 3terra bit memory on the monitor gives good back up storage. The compact monitor is unobtrusive and so easy to use. Compared to my original system much much better. Customer service is great, there was a missing antenna from one of the cameras and replacement offered immediately.
I purchased this [3.0MP+3TB HDD]Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera System with 12″Monitor Wireless CCTV Camera System recently and I installed with the help of a professional since its something to do with the heights.
All the given cameras are preconfigured ones so no hassle to find them when I turned on the monitor and cameras.
My house is a semi detached one with a big garden and it covers the area from one end to another and am very happy with the quality of the output as well.
The area is quite big and the reassurance I get with being able to watch every corner of it helps me sleep at night again.
At first I was expecting some low quality resolution imagine to be displayed on the tablet but was pleasantly surprised with how the video looks, it’s very high quality and looks 5x worth the price!
I had 3/4 cameras ready and installed the same day it arrived (-1 because it started to rain, will continue tomorrow) I even had the app up and running as well!
The manual is very informal and I am very happy with the purchase. It is most certainly worth the money!
