There are loads of ab rollers on the market from really cheap and shoddy to designer jobs for those with more money than sense. This is all I wanted to pay and it is value for money in my opinion. I watched a few videos on technique to avoid lower back injury which is important, as you can do yourself a nasty quite easily. Top tip from youtube is roll against a wall to stop you over extending before you are strong enough then get gradually further away.

Arrive in time. If used properly, this product has a good effect. After just five uses, I could feel that my abdomen had been torn. Plus my regular exercise, the effect must be very good. Simple and sturdy
I was gifted this and absolutely love it- I’ll admit I’ve always been anxious doing this exercise but it really does fire up the core. The knee rest is very welcome as I’ll be mostly using this in my hallway & prefer not to smash my knees haha! It’s best to keep it on the advanced mode from the onset & just improve rather than switching too often & risking the loosening of the grip handle!

Simple tool for building core strength and stability
Ab wheel simple to use and I like the fact it has two setting. A beginners level were the wheel are slightly apart and a advance one were they are closer together. This is something you have to build your self up to in terms core strength and stability.

Wheel Ab Rolle
The wheel roller is well built and it is a nice addition to my home gym. I would definitely start with the wider stand to start with and the more you get used to it and work towards the narrow stand. Inside the box, it comes with a kneeling matt and also a tape measure which is decent. Overall, it simple enough to use and as mentioned, there are only 2 modes to choose from anyway.

I have been buying bits and pieces to get fit during lockdown and I love this. It was so easy to assemble and I am really impressed with the quality it is very sturdy, so no fear about putting all your weight on it! I have never owned anything like this before but it is so easy to get the hang of, you can properly feel it working your abs. Solidly built, with a smooth stable movement while in use so ideal for people new to ab rolling- no peskly wobbles to deal with!
The wheel itself if covered in a thick grippy rubber which does not slide on the floor.
The product includes a knee pad which is surprisingly useful but I’m sure most people will use their own full sized yoga mat.

The Ab wheel feels solid, I’m 90kg and don’t feel like it will bend or break. It was easy to put together and I like that it can be adjusted to suit different levels. The wheel also comes with a knee mat which I think is a nice touch.

Like many others, I started the year in a diet and with an exercise routine. I don’t have much time to go to the GYM so I try my best to work out from home while I entertain my 4-year-old. The first time I used this kind of equipment I was really surprised at how much I was able to do with such little time. I am focusing on HIIT exercises so it helped me a lot. When you use it you really feel like you have done some exercise and I can notice the difference already. Also, you are exercising other muscles.

The roller comes with a mat to kneel on and a tape measure. The roller has 2 configurations, a single wheel or a double wheel setup. The assembly is easy, simply slide the wheels onto the metal bar and then slide the grips over the end of the bar.
At first I was worried about it scratching my laminate flooring, however the wheel is made out of a soft plastic so this is not an issue.
This year one of my goals was to eliminate going to the gym in favour of working out at home. This was one of my first additions to my collection of equipment. I purchased this to help strengthen my core.

Strong Ab Rolle
Have used two ab roller before, both dual and single wheel. They all tend to be quite lightweight, a bit too lightweight in my opinion, would prefer something heavier and more robust. This amonax ab roller is definitely the one that I recommend. First impression, really nice packaging box and the wheel frame is really thick compared to others. It grips really well and also is able to swtich between different training modes easily. Great ab roller, 10 out of 10!

Quick, Easy Assemble
This works fantastically well for me. Work has prevented me from going to the gym in the present time which is why I have started to buy few gym equipments. This was so simple to assemble and works your abs really well. It’s comfortable to hold and sturdy.

These ab rollers are very easy to assemble and effective to build up abs and strengthen back muscle. Dual wheels are very stable and sturdy, working my way up to single wheel mode now. A very nice addition to my current core exercise routines.
The wheels actually have soft rubber wrapped around them, work perfectly on my wooden floor without any rolling noise. The knee pad is very dense unlike the ones I tried before. Overall very well made and good value.
I would highly recommend them.

Amonax has not cut any corners when designing and manufacturing this product. As soon as it arrived just by the weight and feel of the outer packaging, I could already tell how good the product was going to be.
I have used some other rollers at different gyms I have been to and one that I have purchased on Amazon, however nothing comes close to this in quality. I have been using it for one week now and I feel very comfortable using it. They really have thought about the whole user experience. Normally when you buy a product like this, it is only after you purchase it you realise that you would need some cushioning for your knees and one is included with this product free of charge.

Purchased this to add to my home gym which I will eventually use to completely replace my bench press bench and barbells – looking to focus more on core strength, suspension of my own body weight etc… Stumbled on these after already having purchased the excellent Amonax gliding discs. It’s a very solid and durable ab wheel with two settings – both wheels together and both wheels with a slight distance apart (to make it easier). I have never seen this in an ab wheel before but it’s a welcome addition. The rubber coated wheels grip well to our stone kitchen floor, and with the floor being hard and often cold, the added pad for the knees was an unexpected but very welcome addition. The handles are also padded and grippy. Also, provided is a tape measure, which I am not 100% sure what it is for… but I’ll certainly use it =) Highly recommend this.

Never leave your Amonax ab wheel roller at home
Been looking for a lightweight, durable and easy to assemble ab wheel. Guess what, just found the one that ticks all the boxes. The quality and packaging looked good and solid. In no time I was set and ready to get my workout started. Works very well on all surface and that padded knee pad comes very hardy. No more using towels and dumbbells get the summer abs.

Really good quality ab wheel, made of strong materials, no cheap plastic. Really simple to put together and as a personal trainer I love the fact you can switch between a dual and single wheel depending on clients ability. Wasn’t expecting such good quality at a low price!
