I’ve never used one before, so wasn’t sure what to expect, but her instructions were excellent.
I started out doing 5 a Day, and am now up to 10 Roll Outs/Pull Backs.
You will experience some pain, but that’s to be expected. I’ll stick with it, doubt I’ll get to a higher count as I’m 70 years of age.

Easy to put together and feels sturdy to use. Even comes with a little kneeling pad but I felt it could have had a link to a site for correct technique. It may seem obvious but looking at YouTube videos makes you think more whilst using it, getting your back in correct position.
I have not actually used these yet (I know, I need to pull my finger out and get rolling) but they seem like they will do the job. Very easy to assemble and they are a good quality product.

Love this, Its very easy to assemble and I can really feel its working for me. I’m limited to the space I have but to add this in to my press up is great because you can feel it working your lower abs and shoulders and chest so it’s a good warm up and stretch when doing press ups.
Lighter than I expected but does the job. It’s a good top up for days not at the gym. Combine with some sit ups and press ups and you have yourself a decent work out.
So far so good with stability and durability! Easy to assemble too – like that you can adapt to make it an easier or harder workout.

Easy to assemble, feels stable and solid. I am a man in his mid 50s and can tell you, the first few times you use this it hurts! I was surprised how much it hurt my abs, which I assume means it’s working. After a couple of weeks I can get more horizontal with much less pain, but not fully extended like on the fitness videos. The little mat is actually quite useful when I use it on a laminate floor. It feels like it is working and building some core strength.

I am setting up a home gym and I find this tool very useful also for diversifying abs workouts a bit. Convenient being able to move away or bring the wheels closer depending on the difficulty. The handle is comfortable. The tool comes with a small mat to support the knees.There are 2 level of use beginner with the 2 wheels separate or advanced with the 2 wheels united. Now it’s just up to practice and get some abs! haha

I’ve used ab rollers before at the gym but never owned one until now. I expected it to be bigger and bulkier but it’s so compact! it’s great! the ab roller is small but not tiny to use. just perfect size and easy to pack away or put aside. it takes a minute to put it together. and the mat is so handy! I don’t need to put my own yoga mat to perform the exercise. I am always looking for things that are easy to store.
nice grip and easy to hold and handle. the roller does catch cat hair(if you have pets) and dirt as you roll it to exersice but super easy to wash off. i also tried it on pavement as I live in a van and it handled it very well!
Product arrive in a box and you need to assemble, but it is super easy and takes literally just a minute. The foam on the handle it is very good to avoid to hurt your hands and if you are a newbie you can have a set-up with a larger wheel to make it easier for you. The thing I like the most is that there is a map included inside and it is a must to use this product to protect your knee. Definitely make your abs work, I start to feel it from session one the muscle get stimulated.

The item comes non assembled but takes about 1 min to screw on the 2 handles.
The while thing has a nice modern good qualoty look to it. The handles are nice and grippy and also the wheel itself grips the floor very well. This is great as it will prevent any accident that may occur.

There are loads of ab rollers on the market from really cheap and shoddy to designer jobs for those with more money than sense. This is all I wanted to pay and it is value for money in my opinion. I watched a few videos on technique to avoid lower back injury which is important, as you can do yourself a nasty quite easily. Top tip from youtube is roll against a wall to stop you over extending before you are strong enough then get gradually further away.

I have been using this roller for around 2 weeks now and love it.
The quality is extremely impressive for the price. Feels incredibly sturdy and the handles are very comfortable. The packaging is neat and clearly explains how to use and assemble the roller.
The roller also comes with a knee matt which I initially didn’t consider but I’ve been so thankful to use it. The wheel unlike other has two settings. A signal wheel and a double wheel. This is again a massive bonus as you can work up the single wheel with more stability using the double setting.

Arrive in time. If used properly, this product has a good effect. After just five uses, I could feel that my abdomen had been torn. Plus my regular exercise, the effect must be very good. I purchased this to add to my growing collection of home gym equipment to allow me to continue exercising during lockdown. It’s solid, stable and grips well onto my floor, it also comes with a padded mat for my knees. There are two ways to set it up, both wheels together or with a slight distance. It arrived flat packed and was really easy to assemble.

I was gifted this and absolutely love it- I’ll admit I’ve always been anxious doing this exercise but it really does fire up the core. The knee rest is very welcome as I’ll be mostly using this in my hallway & prefer not to smash my knees haha! It’s best to keep it on the advanced mode from the onset & just improve rather than switching too often & risking the loosening of the grip handle!

Ab wheel simple to use and I like the fact it has two setting. A beginners level were the wheel are slightly apart and a advance one were they are closer together. This is something you have to build your self up to in terms core strength and stability.

The wheel roller is well built and it is a nice addition to my home gym. I would definitely start with the wider stand to start with and the more you get used to it and work towards the narrow stand. Inside the box, it comes with a kneeling matt and also a tape measure which is decent. Overall, it simple enough to use and as mentioned, there are only 2 modes to choose from anyway.
Lightweight – however sufficiently sturdy for use. Rubberised roller & foam handles. Can use it easier (rollers apart & help you balance) or harder (rollers together & less balance).
If you’re like me with knobbly-knees you’ll be greatful for the kneeling pad. Great piece of kit for home workouts.
it came disassembled but the instructions on the box are very clear and it is very easy to assemble. It is very durable and holds perfectly. I like that the non slip knee mat was included. I was using this for over a week before I realised I was doing it wrong! I was doing around 30 -40 reps before watching a Youtube video on how to use it correctly, now I can do around 3-5 🙂
It is really hard to use but now I can feel my abs working out really well I am trying to use it twice a day, so hopefully by the time I go on holiday my beer belly will be gone
I’ve used many ab workout aids before but these work all the abs, especially the top parts. It gave me a really good workout and I could feel the benefit afterwards.
The roller was really easy to put together and comes with instructions on 2 different ways. With the wheels apart you get a good workout, but with the wheels together you really work your core trying to balance.
The set comes with a knee mat making it comfortable in hard floors.

The wheel itself if covered in a thick grippy rubber which does not slide on the floor.
The product includes a knee pad which is surprisingly useful but I’m sure most people will use their own full sized yoga mat.

The Ab wheel feels solid, I’m 90kg and don’t feel like it will bend or break. It was easy to put together and I like that it can be adjusted to suit different levels. The wheel also comes with a knee mat which I think is a nice touch.

Really good product, Sturdy I’m an 80kg Young lady and supports me well, comfortable handles with and without gloves and I didn’t realise but it comes with a knee pad which is awesome if you want to do it anywhere and everywhere there might be a hard service, it was also really easy to assemble. The roller comes with a mat to kneel on and a tape measure. The roller has 2 configurations, a single wheel or a double wheel setup. The assembly is easy, simply slide the wheels onto the metal bar and then slide the grips over the end of the bar.
At first I was worried about it scratching my laminate flooring, however the wheel is made out of a soft plastic so this is not an issue.
Have used two ab roller before, both dual and single wheel. They all tend to be quite lightweight, a bit too lightweight in my opinion, would prefer something heavier and more robust. This amonax ab roller is definitely the one that I recommend. First impression, really nice packaging box and the wheel frame is really thick compared to others. It grips really well and also is able to swtich between different training modes easily. Great ab roller, 10 out of 10!
This works fantastically well for me. Work has prevented me from going to the gym in the present time which is why I have started to buy few gym equipments. This was so simple to assemble and works your abs really well. It’s comfortable to hold and sturdy.
These ab rollers are very easy to assemble and effective to build up abs and strengthen back muscle. Dual wheels are very stable and sturdy, working my way up to single wheel mode now. A very nice addition to my current core exercise routines.
The wheels actually have soft rubber wrapped around them, work perfectly on my wooden floor without any rolling noise. The knee pad is very dense unlike the ones I tried before. Overall very well made and good value.

I have used some other rollers at different gyms I have been to and one that I have purchased on Amazon, however nothing comes close to this in quality. I have been using it for one week now and I feel very comfortable using it. They really have thought about the whole user experience. Normally when you buy a product like this, it is only after you purchase it you realise that you would need some cushioning for your knees and one is included with this product free of charge.
