I I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and Love it so far. This really helped me with home workouts especially because gyms as closed. But after a workout with it, doesn’t feel any different from the gym because of how much it works the core.

So much better then you think
Well i bought this thinking it was going to be an easy workout but turns out they work really well. Its got easy and hard modes just move the wheels Apart if you dont want to balance at the same time. My abbs are hurting and so are my legs these things really work was going to get a rowing machine but glad i waited and tryed this 1st much better value for money an cant see this thing breaking any time soon. Its easy to put together and takes 30 seconds tops then let the pain begi
True effectiveness
I’ve considered to try this ab for quite a while but I wasn’t sure if it’s really effective. After reading so many good reviews I finally decided to get it.
Good impression from first look.
The wheel has a tough but soft plastic which doesn’t make noise or scratch you floor.
Effectiveness wise? After my 20 reps, it felt like 80 traditional sit ups. So, it does exactly what I was looking for – to work my abs, not to get tired reaching the burning point.
The mat that comes with it really protects you knees and you can do it on any surface as it has a very good grip

Very easy to set up, took 5 mins, and super easy to use. Nice little knee pad came with it. My tummy hurts today though! It works well
Good apart from foam grips retaining the wheel positio
The wheel itself is fairly sturdy with a metal handle, but the only thing retaining the wheel in the centre is the foam grips. These are not very robust and the wheel rubs against them. I predict that they will break down fairly quickly with regular use. The foam is the only thing keeping the wheel from siding up and down the handle. If the foam were to tear or wear, the wheel would become useless. You also can not easily change the wheel position between the wide and narrow options, without risking damaging these foam grips. The instructions say to heat them to get them off, so whichever option you put it together with, that is the mode it will remain in.

I Am Being Lazy
I have not actually used these yet (I know, I need to pull my finger out and get rolling) but they seem like they will do the job. Very easy to assemble and they are a good quality product.

Good top up for days not at the gym
Lighter than I expected but does the job. It’s a good top up for days not at the gym. Combine with some sit ups and press ups and you have yourself a decent work out.

Love this, Its very easy to assemble and I can really feel its working for me. I’m limited to the space I have but to add this in to my press up is great because you can feel it working your lower abs and shoulders and chest so it’s a good warm up and stretch when doing press ups.

Immediate results, a must product if you want to get better abs
Product arrive in a box and you need to assemble, but it is super easy and takes literally just a minute. The foam on the handle it is very good to avoid to hurt your hands and if you are a newbie you can have a set-up with a larger wheel to make it easier for you. The thing I like the most is that there is a map included inside and it is a must to use this product to protect your knee. Definitely make your abs work, I start to feel it from session one the muscle get stimulated.
