Much fewer cards in this set than in the standard Dobble or the Harry Potter version we have so game is shorter. Nice pictures and Disney Princess 4 year old niece loved it though. She was better at it than the adults. Need a table to play it on.

We had no clue how to play this game but we love it – I’m useless the kids beat me every time but it’s simple easy family fun – perfect for camping

Bought this at Christmas and the children still play it now. My daughter is inventing her own versions of the game.

Simple idea, but fun and can be very competitive. Great stocking filler.

Great game to play with our grandchildren aged 4. Once they knew what the pictures are they were very quick to learn. Different versions of the game so they don’t get fed up and it’s small enough to take anywhere.

Great fun. Cards are a little slippy and round so can be tricky to deal out otherwise a great compact game for the kids and family to play. I like that there are multiple ways to play it as well to mix it up.

Really good compact fun game for all ages. Bought for my 11 year old nephew and he enjoyed playing the game. All the adults wanted a go and plenty of laughs. Big like snap in the the cards should always have a matching symbols. However the symbols are different sizes and it’s you get mental block when looking and having to say the name of the object/symbol. First to use up all cards wins. It’s a good laugh, not too long to play and great for travel and camping etc.

Great concept for a game. Easy to play, different ways to play, easy to carry.
My only concern is that the cards can become bent by over enthusiastic play!

Hadn’t seen this until my daughter’s tutor brought it round. She loved it that much I ordered it. It’s great for keeping kids amused. It is expensive for what it is but worth it.

Perfect size for popping in a bag for holidays/days out/going to a friend’s house.
Self contained game in a travel-friendly sized tin. No fiddly bits to set up (or lose!).
Simple concept with clear instructions and several different games/ways to play.
It makes my head hurt to think how it’s mathematically possible to have so few symbols on so many cards, yet only one matching pair of symbols on any two cards!
Great for little minds to sharpen focus and increase concentration.
Bottom line is that it’s a fun, simple game that HP fans will enjoy.

It’s frustrating, it’s hilarious and most of all it’s fun.
Seeing as I can’t remember the names in time I end up making stupid noises and pointing – which takes longer.

Hey Ho, it’s a game and the game is to make you use your brain and have fun – does that.

Replacement game as I lost ours! Absolutely fantastic game. I have recommended it to SO many people since I first played it years ago and so many have bought it and agreed its great! So funny after a few drinks too, for the adults to get super competitive!! Perfect for travelling, keeping in your bag or car, camping….
    Just buy this!

We bought this game after playing it at our grandchildren’s house. We have to improve our performance so we can have a chance of beating them next time we play. A true family game for all 6+. It kept everyone involved and is quick to play.

Dobble is a fantastic game. Never boring and always fun. It’s great for at home or travelling. The biggest challenge is thinking of the name of the matching shape and shouting it out before the other players. I found it strengthened cognitive analysis skills identifying the matching shape, thinking of the name and then saying the name of said shape – all before any other player!

Brilliant game! Had never played this before but brought it for my HP obsessed 8 year old. We love family games but sometimes the set us is a little tedious and her younger sister gets frustrated if she can’t play properly. This game works on matching pictures and is our new favourite game we love it. Comes in a great tin thats small enough to slip in a handbag or backpack to take out and about! Honestly cannot recommend enough.

All the symbols are easy for a 4-year old to recognise and there’s fewer per card (6) compared with the adult editions (8), making Snap-type games playable for young children.

Had this game for a while now. Very funny and it will keep kids and adults entertained. As it is pretty compact you can take it anywhere. We use it a lot while we are waiting somewhere such as restaurants, etc… making sure the kids don’t get bored.

I already have the original Dobble card game which myself and my family love playing. I was excited to receive the double pack of Dobble Junior, one with pictures of food and the other with pictures from fairy tales. The bottom of tins that the cards come in, are inset quite a bit, so there are fewer cards than the original game, which is a bit disappointing and means the game is finished more quickly. However it was refreshing to have different pictures from the original Dobble.

Bought this for the university as we were getting bored during the lockdown. It’s really easy to learn and great fun even with only two players. It comes with a small booklet of different games you can play with the cards, each is easy to learn. I would recommend this to students as it also doubles up as a great drinking game.

Love this game, very easy to understand the few rules. Which makes it easy to bring out during any party as you are able to quickly explain the game to new players no matter what age of the contestants. Next to that the cards are firm and of good quality, easy to clean.

4yo loves it as does 6yo and 9yo, and mum and dad!

This game is simple to learn, quick and fun to play.
Due to the nature of it, there is no simple way to ‘game’ it and thus has unlimited replayability despite the simple premise.

Works best if you are a fan of HP otherwise you get calls of ‘owl’s ‘old man’s etc. As opposed to the characters…
Of course if you didn’t like HP you wouldn’t buy it anyway.

Fantastic game for the whole family and it comes in a metal tin for storage. Hours and hours of fun, easy to learn and play.

The game is about matching picture on your card to the one placed on the table. The aim is to get rid of all your cards, you need to be quick.

We took it on holiday as you don’t need much room for it, we played at the airport and on the plane. Suitable for any age.
Once you’re familiar with this one, there are other versions of the same game i.e. Harry Potter or underwater theme. I do recommend 100%.

All ages and all genders and skill levels can play this addictive card game. It helps hand eye coordination and quick thinking and response time, the more you play the faster you get. Oh, my granddaughter loves it so much. She’s only 5 yo but found it easy to keep up against the adults in the room. I think it’s a very fun game and is way more entertaining than leaving them to watch a video or play on an ipad or tablet. There were lots of laughing and giggling as we both.Bird to be finished first. I think she enjoyed it as much as I did and I’m no spring chick!

It doesn’t get boring as the instructions show different game plays so it suits everyone. We played as a family and both kids and adults were in fits of laughter from game tactics. It’s stored away in a tin and is lightweight to take on car journeys. I would recommend this product.

    Fun for all family.

Dobble is a nice easy game for all the family. What I particularly love about it is there are different ways to play. This means everyone gets a chance of winning as some games are easier for some players than others. These versions are just as fun as others we’ve played and another reason to love it – it’s so small to store in the cupboard! A little tip… if you want it to be more robust and kept cleaner then laminate the cards.

My whole family from 4- 75yrs old love this game. Simple but also complicated. Easy to fit into any bag and get out on a train, in restaurant, camping etc etc. Definitely good to have something like this up your sleeve on days out. A lot of it is luck sio the younger ones can often do quite well too as sometimes the older people’s eye sight holds them back etc

It comes in a lovely Tin for storage with clear instructions on how to play the game with many adaptations. Not sure if this would keep the kids busy for too long but it’s definitely a game that can be played by children as young as 4.

It is a game of 55 round cards. In each card there are several pictures and the aim is to find as quickly as possible the picture that matches another letter that is taken as a reference. The instructions explain 5 different ways to play, all of them very simple. Being a game of speed to recognize figures and having such simple rules, children and adults can play on equal terms.

The game comes very well presented in a metal box, which comes in handy for storage. As for entertaining, it is much more entertaining for children than for adults, but that is precisely what it is about.

Fun for the whole family Youngest to oldest!

    Highly recommended

Bought as a present after our own children enjoyed it. The recipient is very happy with his Dobble game. The different games are easily explained by the booklet & our children picked the games up pretty quickly. Not just for kids however; it’s fun because you have to focus and be faster (at spotting matching symbols) than your opponent/s. Because the cards only have symbols, anyone can play this game – i.e. even young children who can’t yet read.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDobble is such a fun game. It’s a cross between Snap and Pairs, so it’s simple to explain and fast for everyone to pick up. Rounds are quick so you can play for 5 minutes or hours at a time. There are several different versions to play so you can switch to different rounds once you’ve got the basic concept. It’s fun for all ages, and extra fun with multiple languages playing. If your backpacking, I highly recommend Dobble.

For the HP version of Dobble, you’d need to have a good knowledge of the characters and elements to play it (i.e. this game is not suitable for Muggles). The pictures are great and I can’t wait to play with fellow Potterheads!

So much fun, not suitable for Muggles

These are great games, we have the adult version aswell, really easy for little ones to learn and my 3 and 5yr olds can play them together (when they’re in the right mood) but there’s not many cards in each pack so games don’t last very long, also the pictures aren’t of things that they would know the names ie Trident/Cauldron in the fantasy one and Eclair in the food one. Overall it’s a good game, I would say there needs to be more cards and you’ll need to spend some time teaching them the names of each item to be able to play it properly.

As we’ll be having a different kind of Christmas this year I wanted to get some games in that were easy to learn for my parents who don’t speak English. This is perfect! So easy to play. No two cards are the same and the items aren’t all the same size. So the repeatability of this is great. It’s frustratingly fun when you can’t find something even though it’s staring you in the face! I’m impressed with how they’ve made it so every card has one item that matches another (is it only me whose brain is impressed with the maths behind it?) This game is so addictive and a round can be quick. We even broke it out to play before Christmas and have had hours of frantic spotting and yelling since. Worth the 8. And it comes in a small tin so a great travel game too!

My kids are playing this all the time, it is great because the games are really quick and don’t have much set up time. So is easy for a quick game before dinner with not much to tidy out of the way. It is a small tin so we can take it with us easily on trips. I have seen a real effect on my kids reaction times and pattern recognition since playing definitely would recommend.

It comes with a handy storage tin which is good storage then none of the cards get lost or misplaced. The game can be tailored to any age group and I love how it encourages hand eye coordination, especially in those who may have learning or physical impairments. It’s great for developing social skills and social interactions.
What is more, it’s great as a family game too, it can be played quickly, it’s small enough to be used as a travel game but best of all, it brings families together for a fun game.

Great game for children of ages about 5 years upwards. I have found adults love it too! Small enough to carry about as it comes in a sturdy wee tin. Extremely easy to play. It’s like snap but much more challenging. You have to find two pictures the same on the card but they are all different sizes which makes them more difficult to spot. The kids (4 and 6) are better at it than the adults and once they learnt some of the names for the images they didn’t know (Four leaf clover, target, etc) then they easily beat the adults!

Great that it’s 5 different ways to play and all fun, definitely recommended!

Enjoyed by my whole family. 3 year old plays with her grandparents!
Lovely bright pictures make it a fun game which can be played again and again.

Used to play at school with my Send children including a boy with severe ADHD- great reward and helped concentration.

What a fantastic purchase. I bought this as I thought it would be great to take on holiday seeing as it’s so compact and in it’s own tin. It,s such good fun for all ages because it’s all about matching pictures even little youngsters can play and enjoy the game(s). We as a family love it and we laugh the whole time we play. I would definitely recommend this game.

Bought this game as a new one to try during lock down. It gets very competitive very quickly especially if you have had a drink or two! Parents found it a struggle to see the smaller pictures without their glasses. However this worked as an advantage for everyone else!

We were introduced to this game by a family friend – we love it! It’s such a clever concept and everyone enjoys playing it from the 5 year old, right up to the much elder members of the extended family! I particularly use it with my primary school aged children who are really engaged when I encourage them to take a screen break. As well as being a fun and competitive game, it’s a great tool for oracy, cognitive and observance skills. We have used it several times during lockdown “home-schooling” lulls to wake up the senses and invigorate them again.

Great to travel with and introduce to friends and family – once you start, you just can’t stop!

Honestly, I love this game as much as my 7 year old does. So easy to learn and so much fun, and sometimes a little frustrating when you can’t see a match. We play it regular and have purchased for others. As good for adults as children.

This is a good game for children of all ages. It is a visual matching game so easy to play. There are different versions you can play so you don’t get bored of it quickly.
It’s compact, great for travel and fun for all the family

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersEasy to learn how to play. Great for quick game but provided lots of fun for us. We love games that can be played just by two people and this was perfect. Would work well for traveling, we played on our laps. Good quality cards. Downside for quick play is it’s not obvious what some of the pictures are, mainly the people! But you get the hang of it and it adds a challenge.

This is a great game for all ages – really good to bring the whole family into one game. There is no age advantage! Easy to pop into your bag when going out for a quick play while waiting for food to arrive – a good distraction for hungry and impatient kids (and adults!). Guaranteed to have you shouting excitedly as you spot your symbol!

What a little gem of a game, everyone in our family loves a quick game of dobble. We are a family who likes to play various games be it board games, card games etc… There are five different mini game versions you can play to keep things interesting which are included on the little leaflet inside the tin. We also sometimes add our own forfeits or rules depending on the ages of those playing. Ages 4 to 65 have enjoyed playing this game. It’s super easy to pick up and can be learnt in just one game, it’s not over complicated with loads of rules, nice simple fun game, It comes everywhere with us as the cards are in their own tin which is small enough to fit in a handbag or backpack. We’ve played this game on trains, planes, in waiting rooms, on camping trips, picnics, parties and in restaurants too. Great Little boredom buster and time filler.

Must have fun game for full family.
Different games possible with this set and each game won’t take long.
Let me warn you that the chances of your kids beating you in this game are very high it needs quick pattern recognition and reflexes.

Absolutely love this game. Fun for all ages and can become quite competitive. Loved by adults as well as kids. Great compact size to take on trips. Easy to understand.
Some of the cards have started to see some wear and tear now so for the amount it gets played I’d certainly pay a little more for something more robust. Not to say it isn’t. It’s had a lot of use already by many ages.

This was such a good buy even for a family like mine where we don’t have any young kids. Great fun for the family and helps pass time. I would highly recommend because this is one of those games that you can play with little or lots of time to spare and its fun or all ages regardless!

Great family game that literally everyone can play.not saying everyone will be good at it, you have to be quickbut still good fun for all ages. We’ve been playing with the family which has ages, 4, 38, and 70!! We bought for our holiday in Jan to use on the beach and evenings where drinks always get spilt and the water just wiped off. Haven’t got the original to compare with though. Worth reading the booklet to tell you what some of the items or you’ll be shouting out different names for things, but otherwise really good family fun. Looking to buy the Harry Potter version now as we loved this so much.

This is a great game and perfect in a nice tin to take traveling. A good easy to learn game for all ages, if you’re old enough to understand snap you can play this. Beware it does get VERY competitive and you might find things get rough in the middle of the table (and your kids are likely to end up beating you!)

Bought this to entertain my 5 year old by including her into family games where everybody can have fun. This game ticks all the boxes * although I hate using this term for the matter* There are plenty of ways to play the game, you think there is a cognitive limit your mind would memorise and you will get bored but that doesn’t happen. Great stuff for crowded families or couples.

Dobble is fantastic for all ages. I have played with 5+ and enjoyed it. Games range from 5-10 minutes.

The round cards have multiple images on a card and the first person to match one image from the bank of cards to the top card in their hand claims the card. Most cards at the end of the game wins.

This turns into a ferociously fast game of shouting and slamming your hand down on a card and it is brilliant. The instructions also come with different ways to play than standard Dobble which are fun once the standard game has been exhausted.

This game is so fun, does pump a little adrenalin when you’re trying to match the symbols 4-5-6 times in a row! You may find yourself putting both cards next to each other yet still can’t see the matching symbol :)) we bought this together with OK Play, Dobble is in favor of visual learners so I get to win after a devastating loss from OK Play. Product is small enough to carry around. Make sure watch tutorials on YouTube on how to play. Thanks!

I think this is the third time I’ve bought this as it always goes missing when I show it to people….

Great, quick and simple card game to thwap out at parties or predrinks or just when people need to cheer up.

Its essentially a different take on snap where there’s every card shares one picture with the other cards and if you see the picture on yours before other people you shout it out and put it down. Comes with a little instruction manual with other ways you can mix up the game.

It comes in a nice tin that you can easily travel with without it breaking like the cardboard boxes that other cards come in.

My husband and i bought this game to take over to our friends house to dinner and we all had such a laugh playing it. you have to be quick and even if that doesn’t work at first for you, hold out because you will soon get quicker the more you play.
They liked it so much they bought one during the Christmas period to play with their family but as it didn’t arrive on time they asked to borrow ours :).

Bought this for my niece and nephew who are 5/8.
There are multiple different game modes, all clearly explained in the instruction manual and all of which are easy to explain to young children.
My niece was surprisingly good, my nephew too being a nice uncle I let them win more than I did.
Ok, I admit it, I got thrashed at it by a couple of kids, not my proudest moment.
