4KEX70-L is a professional 4K/60Hz HDMI extender, it extends 1080p@60Hz signals up to 70m and 4K@60Hz signals up to 40m via a single Cat 6a/7 cable. It supports bi-directional POE, the transmitter and receiver can supply power to each other reciprocally. It also supports 2 Way IR Passthrough, RS232 Control, CEC function and auto EDID management.

PERFECT (using on cctv)
These work perfectly on my Hikvision NVR.
Plug and play straight from the box.
Look incredible and feel super well built.
Perfectly designed for mounting/ screwing to things.
Colourful lights make it easy to monitor the status.
Some may say a slight negative is that they get hot. This is true, they do heat up and are quite warm to the touch. This hasn’t caused me any issues yet and they run 24/7.
High quality extenders, I’d highly recomend.

Bought so I could use uhd sky q in another room. This has worked perfectly with a 30 meter cat 6 cable. Not used the infra red as my remote is Bluetooth so has worked perfectly

I’ve used many different brands and models of extenders. I’ve only been running this one for about a week using 75ft of cat7 high-speed shielded HDMI cables and metal grounded female rj45 wall plugs. Picture does seem cleaner and sharper then the other extenders I’ve used and I have used higher end Crestron and Extron extenders.

Works really well, easy to install
I brought this when having some work done to the house after advice from the electrician.
It has allowed us to connect the Virgin Media V6 box under the stairs to the TV in the living room which is 10-15 metres away and the 4k picture quality is excellent. I had a previous product that couldn’t deal with 4k (had a blank screen with sound playing on some channels) but this handles everything perfectly.
I’m not tech savvy so will not go into the details of the set up, but all I can say is that it works flawlessly and I was able to set it up with little stress.

I got support for the installation and had a small issue which was dealt with by Alex. This project easily converts an HDMI input to Ethernet and back to HDMI on the other end. It even sends your remote signals back to the home base. Video and Audio quality are great and I would happily buy this product again.

Using for projector on ceiling and sits nicely on top. Using poe to feed receiver which gets very hot. Using screwed to cork legs to separate from pj. Works flawlessly 1080p, 3D no lag, no lipsync issues. Not using 4K for now. Not using remote features.

Excellent Product, Better Service
My home theatre setup is a bit more complicated than average – I have a projector, Blu-Ray player and video game consoles that all connect back to a head end in my utility room. The cable run between my theatre room and the utility room uses Cat6 so I need a few extenders to transmit the various signals. The AV Access units have worked flawlessly transmitting 4k signals so I’m glad I selected these over some much more expensive alternatives.
I’ll add this: After running this setup for a couple of years, one of my AV Access power cords broke at the connector end. I contacted AV Access to discuss and Ryan arranged for free delivery of a new adapter, which is now powering the unit again. The customer service response was exceptional and for that reason I’m a customer for life. I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon but I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I felt in this case it was merited.
Reliable, easy to install, perfec
Bought a couple of these for an installation for a customer. Having used much more expensive ones before I was a bit nervous that they wouldn’t perform very well. How wrong I was. Installed, up and running and working for over two years without a fault. One of the units was a spare which was waiting for the customer to get a TV which, for various reasons, took until recently to happen. Unfortunately when I went back they had thrown away the box which had the IR emitter in it. I contacted AV Access who are sending one direct to the customer without complaint. Now that is customer service!
