I am really happy with this unit overall. I am 200 lbs and it can handle my weight easily. I would say that a larger back rest would be better support for leg raises. Overall, I recommend this machine. If you can buy only one machine for core strength workout, this machine will do it for you.

When the power tower came I was surprised how sturdy it was when I put it together. Had it built within 45minutes. It’s not bulky and fits perfectly in bedroom.
Measure your forearm length! I didn’t and they are not adjustable. I cant do leg raises because my arms are too long. My own fault.

Extremely sturdy and came with all the necessary things to assemble. Easy assembly. Professional packaging and fastest delivery. No complaints. Worth every dollar.
I rarely leave reviews (even though I should do that more actually), but this one definitely desserves it.
The item was really well packaged and instructions were easy to follow, however one piece had a manufacturing defect.
Once I contacted the seller through amazon, they directed me to their new email ([email protected]) and immediately apologized for the defect and replied to me to send me the correct part ASAP.
I received the item a few days later and since then this is perfect.
Sometimes things happen, and how a seller/manufacturer reacts to it is what makes the difference in customer service.
The item itself is very sturdy and I have no issue believing it can withstand the 330lbs mentioned.
I’ve had it for a few days now!
Installation
It’s like Ikea furniture. I like that it came with two free wrenches and an Allen key. Comes with extra bolts in case you lose some.
Structure
Pretty sturdy, obviously not commercial gym quality sturdiness but it doesn’t shake when you’re on it and doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart in any way.
Pull-ups
Pull-up bar wide grip is pretty wide, I usually use a closer grip. Gives you the option of close grip and hammer grip chinups but the closer rungs are unpadded. No big deal. The tower flexes a bit when using the pull-up bars, I never felt that it was going to collapse, but it should still be noted. They’re also height adjustable
Dip bars
Pretty wide but feels good and sturdy, no flexing on load. Padded but not super well padded, similar to gym dip bars, no complaints here
Leg raises
Lumbar pad is perfectly positioned, feels great, even better than most gym leg raise stations. The elbow/forearm rest pads are alright, could be bigger or better shaped, but I expect they’ll settle in and shape to your elbows over time. The hand grips are well positioned, no complaints
Bottom pushup bars
I use this more than I expected. It’s sturdy af so you can use it to do far/diamond pushups, wide pushups, etc. Can also use them for L-sits. Really solid

I’m a little under 170lbs. and it feels solid to me – not sure how great it would be if you were over say, 200lbs.? Overall, thumbs up!

I received the product as described and It is pretty easy to assemble. It is very stable and feel safe while doing pull-ups. It is made from good quality material and quite sturdy as well. I am very happy with this purchase.

Pros:
1.Very solid build quality, its not as good as the ones you find at gyms, but its plenty good for home gym.
2. stable enough for 180lb, no wobble at all, make sure you tight everything down including the knobs all the way. and also make sure your floor is flat.
3. good height, im 5’11 and the tallest setting is where my hand reaches. its also important to know that there’s no wobble at the max height.
Cons:
the rubber grips could be improved.
the ergonomics are not as good as the ones you find at gyms
Overall, Im happy with this purchase, dips and pullups with no wobble. That’s all I care about . Installation was straight forward, again, I need to stress that you must tight everything down!
The back support bar is just too loose and will cling every time you touch it unless you add something around the metal bar so it is not so loose inside the hole that holds it.
The lower bar could be moved a bit forward so we dont step on it so often.

I’d like to say that this equipment is one of the best things I’ve bought since the lockdowns. it is easy to assemble and very stable. it fits perfect in our low ceiling basement , It is very good for different workouts like pullups, push ups , dips. Overall I feel like it’s worth it though.

Overall assembly was smooth and it feels sturdy. I am a little disappointed that the rubber grips are so thin, particularly on the chin-up bar. Ideally, the bar would have a larger diameter and have more rubber on the grips themselves. Overall, good for the cost.

This power tower only took me 30 min to assemble and I did it all by myself so it's super easy to assemble, it comes with all directions you could possibly need. It's really stable when assembled the base is heavy which is why it's stable and I have had no issues so far with anything. Some critics I have are that I would have like if the pull-up handle was a but wider and if the chest dip station had soft grips since these sometimes hurt but that's pretty small compared to the overall quality this power tower provides! Was surprised to find such a good deal on one of these power towers, this is a great deal. Quite surprised with the quality, it feels very sturdy and I can trust it not to fall over or fall apart. The grips and pads are all comfortable and spaced apart symmetrically in the ideal dimensions needed for good form in a workout. Was easy to put together and instructions were clear. Thanks to the good quality I’m sure I will be using this for years to come and I’m very happy with the purchase.
It took about 2 hours for me to set up, but that’s because of my stubbornness of avoiding the manual… and then having to go back and looking through it. If you are reading this remember: no, the screws are not all the same size, despite looking similar lol…
I bought this product because 1) my door frame was taking a beating with those portable ones you get for cheap; 2) I saw someone selling something like it on Facebook Marketplace. Out of curiosity, I reversed the image searched it and found it on amazon for cheaper!
When I use this product as intended, with proper slow and steady reps it works perfectly. When I try to go fast and swing my legs too much, it tends to move, BUT I have full confidence that it will not tip over.
NOTE: I am 5’10, at 185 lbs. This is a great product and I am very happy with it. Also, beware, this product is HEAVY in the box so be very careful.

Really pleased with the workout station! It was quite easy to assemble and the instruction was clear, it came with all the tools it needed and I was able to set it up without help. It doesn’t take up much space in my room but lots of option for work out! The frame is super solid and sturdy, we have placed it on both wood floor and carpet and is equally stable on both surface as long as the bolts are tightened. I am 180lbs and it support my weight without being wobbly. One small part came with a little scratch but nothing too noticeable. Overall very happy with the purchase and perfect addition to my home gym!

size is just right for my basement corner. Pretty stable, tall enough for to do any exercise design and doesn’t take that much space in the basement. My son is using it, he is 170cm tall, 130 lbs. any movement he does, no problem, no shaking no movement. Great instrument to have especially now with COVID lock down.

This is a great pull up station. It is a good compact size, good for small rooms. The bar width is perfect for me and you can adjust the height to fit your needs. Feels pretty sturdy when used properly.

It was easy to put up. a little light weight and you can feel it flex when you use it. the base could be a little longer tends to want to tip so you need to add a little weight to the back to help it stay in place.

This Dip/pull up station is fantastic for in home workouts. I have been using it for awhile now in the garage and it’s everything I needed for my workouts. It’s not super bulky so doesn’t take up much space, but enough room to use comfortably. The height is adjustable which was important for me since both me and my wife are very different heights.
The quality of aluminum feels solid, and the screws used when I was building it felt really heavy duty. The actual building part was not difficult but time consuming. Instructions are provided and are relatively easy to follow. I would recommend having someone to help, it just makes it easier.
All in all, it’s a fantastic system. Definitely worth getting if you’ve got a home gym or the space for one!

The pull up and dip tower does the exact same thing as similar equipment found in a commercial gym.
The power coated steel is not as thick, the welds are not as nice, and its not as sturdy, but its a third of the price and should be more than sufficient for home use.
Assembly took two people about 30 minutes.

After getting a new bench for my home gym chest/triceps dip station was next on list. I was eyeballing many stations here in Amazon but most of them were out of my budget or reviews were way too discouraging. This station had much more positive reviews than negative so once it went on sale I just went ahead and purchased it. It arrived within couple of days. Putting it together was matter of 1 hour. All the necessary wrenches are included in the package and there was nothing missing or not fitting properly in my station. Just follow the manual as it is kind of foolproof. I’m 5.9′ and 200lbs and when doing dips or chinups/pullups the station doesn’t move. It has couple of handles at the bottom (see pic) for pushups as well. Overall I’m happy with it and my gym is almost complete now.
This review is for the BangTong&Li Power Tower Workout Pull Up & Dip Station. Item arrived undamaged, was packaged well, and came with all components necessary to put together.
Onto the item itself. The first thing I noticed was the black powder coat or paint, seemed to be well done. There were no scratches or areas that were thin in color. All of the bolts, nuts, washers were included and accounted for. It even included a couple of wrenches. I recommend to use at least 1 ratcheting wrench (if you happen to have one) it makes assembly a lot easier. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The welding and steel frame seems good enough to support my weight.
The reason I chose the BangTong&Li Power Tower is for its close grip parallel pullup option. I just wanted a variation grip to target different muscles. Other pullup/dip stations did not have the parallel bars. So for features this BangTong&Li Power Tower met most of my needs and is overall a good pullup/dip station.
The other reasons I chose the BangTong&Li is that I wanted a small footprint, and for my current exercise needs (bodyweight exercises) is more than sufficient. One thing reviewers don’t mention is the cross comparison to a power rack. And I did strongly consider a power rack, but ultimately decided on a station when I really considered the types of exercises (bodyweight) I could commit to doing regularly, the smaller footprint, and overall cost.
The downsides…
I wish the handles portions of the frame were thicker or larger in diameter. It is a very thin tube with thin plastic grips. You can see in my pictures, I added a couple of rubber grips for grip training. As mentioned in the title of this review, the station itself is not entirely stable, although I am not faulting the station completely since it could be my garage is not level. However, my recommendation to the manufacturer is to just flare out the base where the pushup handles are by 10-15 degrees like other designs. This will make the station a bit more stable and also allow proper pushup grip. I feel that the pushup handles are too close together for proper pushups.
Also, this tower when fully extended is only suited for a person about 5’10 in height. Anyone taller you will have to bend your knees for pullups.
The logo on the back pad is ugly but easily fixed (I just put black tape over it).
Overall, I fully recommend the BangTong&Li Power Tower Workout Pull Up & Dip Station. It is definitely good enough for a bodyweight push/pull workout for average height/weight individuals. For anyone taller, heavier, or wanting a more “hardcore” workout should probably go the power rack route.

Works great, easy to assemble on your own. It’s light though, so I’ve put 50lbs worth of weight plates on the bottom and I have no issues.

It did not take much time for my bf to assemble. Maybe 15-20 minutes. It holds up well. No signs of it being wobbly at all. I like to use it for working out my abs, and my bf used the handles on the bottom to do push up. Good products.
A decent alternative to start working out at home. Mostly concentrates on upper body. Make sure your basement has a good clearance. Easy to assemble comes with instructions.

In fact, they included two wrenches needed to put the tower together which is very helpful. I thought the height adjustment would section would make it wobbly but to my surprise it holds together very nicely. Definitely worth the money. Instructions are easy to follow.
Pro tip: before assembling, count all the screws and bolts and categorize them so its easy to find when assembling.

I’m 6’4″ 195 lbs, and my apartment has standard 8′ ceilings. Normally I wouldn’t be in the market for this thing, I’d just go to the neighbourhood gym that has very expensive ultra-sturdy equipment and 25′ ceilings. However, I live in Ontario Canada, where lockdowns are repeated and seemingly never-ending. This is very useful to supplement my in-apartment exercise routine. It does shake when using the upper bar, but I’d definitely bonk my head on the ceiling if I did a vigorous full pull-up anyway. There are lots of other exercises to do with it, that don’t make it shake at all. Assembly isn’t difficult, took about 1.5 hours, and tools were included. It’s quite inexpensive–a good value. I doubt I’ll use it much after the gyms re-open, but at the rate the Ontario government is going, that might be 2025!

Set the whole thing up pretty quickly. Feels very stable! Our basement ceilings aren’t super high but this still fits with the height adjustment. Impressed with the quality considering how reasonable this is!

This product is as advertised. Could value for what you spend. I'm 6 feet, 250 pounds. The base for push ups, dips are great. For the ab work outs the arm slots aren't long enough. My forearms just fit. Now the pull up bar... I don't pull the machine over. However it doesn't seem that sturdy. I still gets the job done though.

he assembly was very easy and was just time consuming, it took about an hour to assemble which was not much. The material build quality is great and has no smell, the texture of the pieces is satisfying to touch too. The handles are not the greatest for grip, and the soft pads are okay but not the most premium quality.
We got this for the gym so the main reason why we liked this was that it was slim, it is not bulky, and it provides lots of ways to exercise and the pullup bar is adjustable and the back support for leg raise is removable. The overall setup is a little less sturdy than a thicker well constructed gym equipment but it is not risky to workout on it, it feels durable but it does move slightly if you put too much force, but nothing that makes any squeaky noise or the feel of breaking.
Overall, for the price you get a lot. Having a desk work editing for long hours, this gives a small break to move my muscles and stretch, which keeps me active and blood flowing, I would recommend this if you have a small space and want something to keep your full body active.
This was an awesome buy! There’s nothing cheap or wobbly about this gym. It’s a good price for an at home gym and I wanted to show the quality of the assembly in some pictures because that was what mattered to me when I was shopping.
I am stuck in lockdown without a lot of room to move around and even stretching out on the floor is a bit of a big thing with dogs and being in the traffic path of other people. I pretty much have to lock myself in my bedroom if I want to get some floor space lol
Vertical is definitely the way to go!
I was worried that it would be too hard for me to use, I need to stretch my upper body, well, my whole body and all the more so now that it’s cold outside and we are still under lockdown
It’s not too hard for me to use. I’m not strong in the upper body, but this is really adaptable.
My husband loves it and he likes how he can use it to go right to building muscle strength and bulk.
For me, I’m more interested in therapeutic use.
I’ve had whiplash and various injuries and it’s so hard not to have things lock up if they aren’t carefully stretched.
A chair doesn’t offer the sort of stability or variety that this gym gives!
My favourite thing is the sturdiness. It feels really safe to trust myself to. I can let myself pay attention to what my muscles and tendons are doing instead of what my supports are doing and that is where my mind needs to be!
I’m happy to devote space in my house to this gym. It’s so useful for everyone and anyone at any level can use it!
If you are going through body rehabilitation, it’s a good idea to watch a YouTube channel that shows easy swings and stretches or get a book that shows how muscles work and stretch.
If you’re building muscle mass there are tons of workouts to follow for that, same for looking for length and leanness.
Definitely worth it! Such an awesome tool! It’s fun to use too, it gives a good sensation to swing on it.

This power tower arrives in package with the pieces arranged that avoids wasted space. Each metal component is inside a bubble wrap sleeve at all necessary points with hardly any excess. The nuts and bolts are bundled together in a resealable zipper bag and the three cushion pieces are in thicker plastic sealed bags.
The black metal pieces have an excellent smooth coating finish with no rough edges.
Thick Rubber covers the handles the cushions are a sweat resistant vinyl with non forming foam inside.
Instructions are simple to follow with pictures to help you know which bolt nut pair is required at that step. No additional tools are required when using the two included wrenches. None of components had small scratches in coating or dents that might cause minor rust. My time from unboxing to workout was under 30 minutes and that was assembling by myself.
This tower has a nominal footprint and if you remove the two bolts to the pull part you can lower the bar to under 52″ height.
Found no significant “wobble” in frame when the two adjustments knobs are tightened and the threads are in the welded bolt so the pull up bar beams are not sitting on threads. My weight is 198 pounds and am not concerned with tipping over. The back rest bar can remove by easily pulling out the two ball bearing pins so you can do “toes to bar” which is a popular routine with my CrossFit WOD chart.
The workout chart that is included indicates that this unit could equal anything a commercial gym but at a fraction of the price and the convenience of using at home especially during virus start at home. I have connected a pulley with a thick nylon webbing strap to connect my lat bar kit to offer for additional muscle development.
