Surprised how good it is!
I was surprised how well made it is, good even for something twice the price. Very impressed. Now just got to work out where to put it!
It’s a cheap (although not cheapest) multi function workout box. You can’t expect this to be professional gym quality. This is like $200 while professional gym boxes are closer to $1,000 in cost.
Its pretty tough. I did an entire workout on it and it held up pretty good. I don’t understand what other reviews say when they say it breaks. This is rated for 330 pounds, if you weigh more than 330 pounds, don’t use it. I weigh 185 and it held up admirably for me.
Setup was pretty simple. I read that it was impossible to setup with “just one piece of paper”, but I found it to be extremely simple to setup with that one piece of paper. The instructions are clear enough that if you can use a little bit of brain power, its actually almost so simple it doesn’t need instructions.
I will admit, when doing pull ups on the adjustable handles, it does wobble a little, hence why I cant give it max stability. However, that goes back to this being $200 and not a $1000 machine. There’s gonna be a little loss of quality, but the metal does not bend of break, so that tiny little movement in the hole is really not an issue.
Comparative to other machines sold here on Amazon, this is a far superior product for the tiny extra cost above. It looks great and it will fit in a short ceiling room due to the adjustable top. Excellent for people with low ceilings or who move around a lot and cant guarantee their ceiling height from year to year.

Easy to assemble. Pretty sturdy, other than the top bar. I'm 220lbs and the top bar bends slightly when used. Might not last with extensive use. I'm 6'4, so at full extension of top bar, it gets a bit top heavy. Other than that, great product and easy to use.

Ideally this should be placed on hard ground but because Mt basement is carpeted this is a bit unstable. A few exercise mats fixed the problem

Good piece of home ki
I bought this to use in the garage but also outside when the good weather arrives. It’s nice and light to move around. The height is just about ok. I am 5,10, it could do with being abit higher. My only gripe is when performing a pull up my feet and knees rub against the bars at the back. That’s only a minor moan. Otherwise it’s a great bit of kit for training abs.
I’m 5’9″ at 150lb, and this equipment is fantastic. I’ve bought many gym equipment before and many are overpriced for subpar quality but these ones are noticeably different. The hold between each of the pieces is strong and solid – it perfectly supported my weight and movements for leg-ups, tricep exercises, and overall core. With how I swing on this workout station their rating of 330lb should be fine. The height and adjustable bolts and strong steel tubing makes it so you can adjust your own difficulty level with pullups and workouts. Padding is also comfortable and will not inadvertently hurt your body as you exercise, and will not stain or deteriate with sweating (so far) after trying for a few weeks now. Great value from a small investment!
These are great except a couple things.
1. I have a 7ft celing and this goes 6ft. I would like to adjust it lower cuz my head hits the celing of my basement. I’ll have to move it in my garage which disassembling just poses a slight inconvenience.
2. I can’t use resistance bands with this as the base is too light. I have to get sand bags to place at the base yo prevent it from tipping over.
Overall minus my 2 points, this works great and it’s balanced for dips, push-ups, pull ups, etc… I was just trying to get creative with it with my resistance bands is all.

Very impressed with this.. I’m 16st 13lbs and it holds my weight. Its bulky so does not look cheap. A great bit of kit for a good price

It is a lightweight and compact workout station with smart design, which does not take much space in my house and can be easily set up in the corner of the living room. Perfectly fit our needs in winter time. Very satisfied with this new equipment.
BTW, the delivery is fast too. Only took 3 days. Happy about it.

My husband works out everyday before Covid, and he thinks with his weight about 205lbs it’s bit of shake but he’s not concerned about it. We have carpet in a basement and garage is full of his tools therefore we leave it in the family room for now which it doesn’t take much of space. Easy to assemble. With this price we think the quality is pretty good.

First of all, it’s very easy to assemble, with my own tools 🙂 Simply followed the instruction and took only about 30 minutes to get the job done. It came with some spare parts so I didn’t worry about losing one piece of small nut or washer. Very considerate!
Used this power tower for 2 weeks now, I do feel it worth the money, comparing to other $1000+ home gym equipment. 1. it doesn’t take a lot of space. A size of 1 square meter area is good enough. 2. Very stable. my weight is about 180 lbs, and I can swing myself on it. 3. design for multi-function. It came with a user guide which shows different exercises actions it can do (although some of them look the same..). I made my exercise plan according to this guide.
It also has something to improve. For example, the bar/stud on the bottom needs to re-design. Better to move the location or make it half-round. Sometime I step on it with my bear foot and feel very uncomfortable.

I bought this power tower dip station at home because the covid19 we cannot go to gym, and this station can Keep my enthusiasm for sports .
The dip bars tilted 10 degree to keeps my arm in place, it take me feel comfortable and safe.

This unit was a nice addition to my home gym and brings it one step closer to a full “gym” experience.
A few points:
– I see stability/sturdiness comments. I’m 225 lb, 5’10”, and I have no issues. It’s important to snug up the handwheels on the verticals periodically as they tend to loosen a bit.
– The back support is not removable, but it does spin out of the way for backward facing pull-ups. Not perfect, but ok.
– If there was one design change I’d wish for, it’s to make the distance from the vertical handles and the rear frame. It’s a little snug, and I’m average height.
– The dip station is spot on; love this movement.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend (and have already)

Setting up a home gym because limited access for recreation center since the pandemic. My teenage’s son gained lots of weight when he did online class. I did research online, the power tower seems a very good option, it can use for pull up, push up, hold up etc. But it needs two persons to set up, it’s sturdy and high quality. The handles and bars are very strong and provide good support. You can adjust the height of the pull up bar. Each of our families can use it. We are happy with it.
Even though the shipment was late, I was still happy with its arrival. The item was heavy, and it’s not easy to carry by just one person. The item was followed with some necessary tools, and the instructions are clear. I spent a night assembling it. What I like about the power tower is that I can practice leg raises and pull ups at home without needing a lot of space. The whole assembly is stable if you install it correctly. As a result, I’m not worried about getting hurt when I’m practicing different exercises with it. it will be perfect if those top vertical handles are covered with rubber, and i am not suggesting doing cable exercises with it.

First of all, this one is very easy to assemble, all tools you needed are all in one package with the equipment, and they are just fit every screws in the installation which means you do not need to prepare any other tools for the installation.At the first you may need some time to practice how to use these tools but when you skilled the installation will be very fast. All the parts, screws and nuts are labeled with numbers so I can easily find what I need to assemble and helps me understand the installation drawings. And each kind of screws, nuts and gaskets have at least one extra to prevent accidents. Aslo I really like the screws which is very thick makes the equipment very stable.
As the second, this equipment is very cleverly designed. The designer put a lot of staff into a small space but I don’t even feel crowded, and I can do a lot of exercise using this equipment like pull ups, sit ups, etc… I put this in my living room and it does not spoil the overall feeling at all.
Overall this is a pretty good equipment and definitely it worth it’s price, I really love it saves me go to the weight room because of the COVID

The product is great, but I wish the top bar was more towards the outside. Whehn doing the pull-ups, i am hitting with my legs the lower bar.

I LOVE THIS THING!! lots of options to work out your entire body! I use mine to hook up rubber bands also! It’s easy to put together, I did it by myself! And it’s not terrifying! Like, I do full lifts pretty quickly and the thing doesn’t fall over! It can rock sometimes, but I totally trust it won’t fall! It’s a great piece of equipment for the price! And it’s easy to move around after it’s built! I have mi e on a rubber exercise matt, I think carpet would also keep it nice and stable! Make sure this is on level ground and your good to go!!! I love the soft arm rests! And the back rest really helps too! The bottom handles are great to assisting with pushups! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EQUIPMENT!!! because I was scared before I tried it lol!!
Assembly was pretty easy I think I finished within an hour or two. Also pretty sturdy, I am 170lbs and 5″11 and I have full confidence that this thing can support me, dosen’t really wobble much either.
My biggest complaint is that the bar in the middle near the bottom hits your legs/feet everytime you try and do a pull up. I like to keep my legs infront of me as I do pullups but the bar gets in the way of this so I have to turn around and face the other way to do pull ups. Not a big deal at all of course but I rather face the wall than face my open living room.

UPDATE 27.10.2021
Nach der weiteren Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkufer wurde eine Entscheidung getroffen, die fr uns beide akzeptabel und nachvollziehbar ist. Der Verkufer beantwortet alle Anfragen quasi sofort und sucht jedes mal tatschlich nach einer optimalen Lsung, anstatt nur die dummen Ausreden zu finden. So eine Reaktion ist heutzutage sehr positiv, dennoch schon berraschend, da man leider sehr oft ganz andere Erfahrungen sammelt. Somit ist das Problem endgltig zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit geklrt und dadurch verbessere ich meine Note auf 5 Sterne und bedanke mich bei dem Verkufer fr die Mhen und eine optimale Lsung des Problems.
berraschend schnell kam die Station an – 3 Tage vor dem geplanten Lieferungsdatum. Alles schn und sicher eingepackt, alles neu – kein Retour o…
Beim Aufbau wurden gleich 3 Teile festgestellt, die nicht einsetzbar sind:
1. Die Schraube fr die obere Leiste hat eine beschdigte Gewinde.
2. Die Schraube fr die Regulierung der Hhe/Tiefe ist verkrmmt und kann nicht eingesetzt werden.
3. Bei einem der beiden Armlehnen sind die Lcher fr die Schrauben falsch vorgebohrt worden und zwar etwa 5-7 Millimeter zu weit..
Somit ist die Station nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Kontakt mit dem Hersteller wurde schnell aufgenommen mit der Bitte, die kaputte Teile zu ersetzen. Dabei habe ich angeboten, mit nur die Schrauben zukommen lassen. Die Armlehne htte ich selbst repariert. Die schnelle Antwort war (alles in Englisch), dass diese Stationen nicht mehr produziert werden und somit knnen weder Schrauben noch die Armlehnen geliefert werden. Als Ausgleich wurde es mir angeboten, eine neue Dip Station zuzuschicken. Allerdings, ohne, dass die alte Station zurck geschickt wird. Ich brauche aber definitiv keine neue Station, sondern nur die 2-3 kleine Teile. Ansonsten muss ich selbst die Entsorgung organisieren, wofr ich aktuell absolut keine Zeit habe.. Das bedeutet: die kaputte Station geht zurck..
Das Angebot von dem Hersteller finde ich zwar fair, aber zu umstndlich. Ich mchte definitiv keinen Profit daraus erzielen, sondern ich brauche eine funktionsfhige Dip Station. Und alles, was mir dafr fehlt, sind nur die 3 kleine Teile. Die Baumrkte verfgen ber solche Schrauben nicht – habe bis jetzt per Mail schon 4 Absagen erhalten. Das bedeutet: fr die nicht brauchbare Dip Station gibt es 0 Sterne. Fr das Angebot des Herstellers klare 5 Sterne, auch wenn ich es nicht annehme. Da ich hier allerdings die Station bewerte und nicht den gesamten Verlauf, gibt es insgesamt nur 1 Stern.

EDIT: it cannot be used with resistance bands. The structure is too light.
Mine came in good condition packaging and all the parts, tools and hardware are better quality than expected.
But based on the design I do feel the need to be very cautious when using this equipment.
First off, the dimensions; it’s smaller than I thought. I’m 5’7 around 160lbs. I have the pull up bar at the highest setting. I can grab onto them with my feet on the ground.
When I’m facing toward the backrest and doing pull ups my legs will touch the backrest so I’m going to take it off. Removal is very easy.
I bought this tower because I couldn’t find a proper door frame pull up bar for my house. I have very wide doors with intricate moulding.
You can probably work out at the same level of intensity on this tower as you would on a door frame bar.
My biggest concern is the actual pull up bar. If you look at the design it’s a bent tube with all your weight being applied to the ends of the tubes. I would not recommend this for anyone over 200lbs.

You will want to place center of unit over foam pad to avoid damaging your floor as bolts stick out bottom a bit far for my liking . Would recommend manufacturing change hex head bolts out for Carriage bolts on the bottom mounts. But on the up side nice thick square tube construction and arm pads are good.

Aprs avoir compar le prix sur plusieurs sites et notamment celui de dcathlon, franchement celui-ci fait largement l’affaire, en plus je l’avais achet avec une remise, une sacr conomie pour de la bonne qualit en plus! Elle est trs stable, mon mari qui mesure 1,92m l’utilise aussi bien pour le lever des jambes que pour des tractions ou des DIPS. Les finitions sont belles, cependant le cousin du dossier pour moi est un peu trop petit , j’aurais prfr plus long pour un meilleur soutien du dos pour le lever de jambe. Globalement trs bonne rapport qualit prix, nous sommes ravis .

Das Produkt war gut und organisiert Verpackt. Der Aufbau war mehrsprachig und einfach erklrt. Die Qualitt des Materials war echt stabil und solide. 2 Teile hatten aber optische Mngel. Ein Metallrahmen hatte Kratzer und eine Polsterstck war schlecht verarbeitet.

That and there can be shaky sounds when you do pull-ups because the top part aren’t bolted the same way as the bottom, as they are meant to make height adjustment easy. Takes a while to put together, but once up, does fit together nicely and feels solid. I wouldn’t want to exceed the stated max weight, and straight leg raised might be awkward for very tall folk, but for me it’s perfect. I particularly like the range of pull up grips you can get with the top section.

So I have to go with a wider grip for pull up. i can do close grip pull very well. and dips are good too. but I feel may be the height of both dips bar are mismatched. but it could just be me.

Good quality product with all tools necessary to assemble. Took me 30 minutes to assemble in my own. Very stable for all exercises. I’m 85kg and 180cm and it is just fine. If you are much bigger it might not work well for you. Has to be on flat firm base

Bubble wrap is not enough to protect all the bars from scratch. Some place the paint are damaged. Also if you only by yourself, a little bit hard to set it up.

Got this equipment on sale and the delivery was next day. Has extra nuts and bolts, easy instruction and completely built in 40 minutes or less.
For its price, this has great value. If you want a more stable tower buy something double or triple its price. I am 211 lbs and 5’4″ and this can handle my weight.
If you are heavier and taller you can add some weight to make it more stable but I am totally satisfied with this tower. This is my 3rd equipment purchase from this maker.

I’m glad I ordered one. It is quite easy to assemble. It’s very stable and sturdy. This pieces of equipment is a huge part of my workout. Without this essential piece my body would not be able to get the proper workout needed to work my muscles properly. Best upper body workout which replaces 98% of the junk one would find in gyms. Can’t wait to see what 6 months of working out my abs on this thing looks like.
A little shaky but not loose
Very good product for a home gym. It’s really good, nothing is loose, it was easy to install but the only issue would be how if I shake doing the exercise then the whole thing wobbles with me lmao.

I have always wanted something that allows me to do some home workout without damaging the wall or door. This is it. It wasn’t too difficult to assemble but it did take me over an hour to do so. The stability is acceptable given it’s by no means commercial gym standard. Equipped with pull-up bar, dip bars, push-up bars, adjustable heights as well as elbow support pads and back pads, this power tower makes it adequate for my home workout and facilitates many of my training activities.
For the price its worth it. Wish the dip handles were sturdier, they feel like they will eventually break.

My husband getting more “weight” during lockdown, so to maintain the nice shape of him, I decided to choose one of workout quipment that to encourage him getting start fitness like used do. It’s universal fitness equipment that can doing lots of workout on it. And my husband was love it so far (at least he started to use it few times), quality isn’t bad and it’s same as described.

Was looking for a tower that had a few different grips and would fit inside. I have put this in an unused bedroom with some other weights etc. and it is perfect. Feels very secure once all the nuts are tightened up, the adjustable height means it would fit it any room and I can’t find any flaws in it.
One day I hope to be able to do a pullup. For now it’s nice to get a good stretch and able to do plenty of other exercises
for the price its a good product that will last you awhile, when you do you reps go nice and slow if you go fast it will start to shake a little bit , over all its good , one of the better ones out there on the market, it took me about 2 hours or so to assemble it with a friend . the handle grip on the bar could be also a little better felt a little cheap, but i cant complain over all i would highly recommend

It’s a good product. Sturdy, well made. Only time will tell, how it stands up, to bring used by, 13 stone me. Used it a few times, no problems.
I am really happy with this unit overall. I am 200 lbs and it can handle my weight easily. I would say that a larger back rest would be better support for leg raises. Overall, I recommend this machine. If you can buy only one machine for core strength workout, this machine will do it for you.

I bought this to go in my garage gym that I am putting together. I like the fact that it’s easy to move around too so I can take it outside when the weather is nice.
It’s easy to assemble and took me around 30 minutes on my own. Once assembled it’s very sturdy and the height is easily adjustable thanks to the screw locks.
The elbow bass and back bad are very cushioned and comfortable.
