works very well for the great price I paid. I find the top grip a bit narrow for my large hands, and as such the vibration can get to loosening my grip now and again. Plenty of other cheaper brands available for the custom sized sanding sheets. Nice tough little mouse!

After trying to sand down the poly filled holes by hand in my wall and getting no where bought this cheap sander and did the job in no time .only prob my hoover attachment didn’t fit so had to tape it on but worked fine .

This was brilliant and saved so much time! Easily gets into corners, light and easy to use. Still makes a lots of dust so would recommend using the attachment (supplied) to the vacuum cleaner! Came with 5 sand papers, lasted well. Great product. Would recommend!
Super value. Not very powerful but for the price paid this is amazing quality and perfect for sanding filled MDF joints. At this price longevity isn’t really an issue but it is very well made and has a quality feel so should last. Not much power but for a mouse sander that isn’t a problem. Not too loud either which is a bonus. Recommended.

I had used this sander prior to purchasing after borrowing it from a friend. I was impressed so purchased my own and it really is a handy little tool. It’s so easy to use and change the pads is simple.

I love the mouse sander. They are sturdy and easy to use. I like to upcycle furniture and this is great for awkward corners and inside cupboards. Perfect for smaller sanding jobs.
Only mouse sander I’ve ever had so nothing to compare it to really. Bought to sand doors, stair case, skirting board etc. in preparation for painting. The unit it easy to hold, doesn’t vibrate too much and the paper seems to last a reasonable amount of time before having to change it. A finger attachment is also available separately for getting into tighter spaces. Overall very pleased with the purchase.
As many other reviewers have said, there is NO finger attachment. A nuisance, but at the reduced price, I wasn’t concerned.
Amazon need to change the product description of this though as it does state there is a finger attachment (or it did at the time of my purchase), it’s also shown in the manual as being part of the box contents – so sort this out Amazon!
There would be far fewer disappointed buyers with a little more clarity.
I’ve used it now a few times and it’s done a great job in sanding some of my solid wood furniture and tables.
Due to it’s small size, it will take longer to complete a larger project than for example a belt sander, sheet sander or other larger device. But it did a good job and I needed something I could easily control and would be gentle on some of my pieces.
Fitted comfortably in my hand and without the vibration (there is some) and fatigue I have experienced with my large sander.
The hoover attachment is pretty useless for me, my vacuum hose was too big, so no idea what kind of vacuum it’s designed to fit.
I found it just as easy to sand and use my little hand held vacuum to suck up the dust as I went, so there was little mess.
At the price I paid, I am a happy customer.

Easy to use good little tool
Straight out of the box it feels good quality, came with 3 different grades of sand paper.. Two of each p80, p120, p180. You should order more as I used most to sand my wooden doors but it makes short work. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.

First class product and really good value for money. I sanded the whole of the inside of a 15ft x 12 ft building not a problem. Small enough to get the tricky bits but robust enough to do the scope.

A standard mouse sander, comes with pads etc. Other than very specialist work it will work for many units and general sanding while patching drywall etc to a very good finish.
Cheap and easy, and works fine for most people’s uses.
I’ve never used an electric sander in my life. But after putting too much putty on the wall, this little gadget seemed like the best option. I only had 2 small over-filled holes that required sanding. This sander delivered amazing results. It was very intuitive and easy to use. I highly recommend this if you are a complete novice, like me. 🙂

Got this after our old one died a death (it had been well and truly used and abused over the years!) these are great for sanding furniture and difficult to reach areas. What else can I say, it’s a Black & Decker, it’s good quality and does the job with no fuss.
My mouse sander is wonderful but I would recommend buying one with a dust bag.
Absolutely love this little sander. I was put off by the reviews saying it was no good for little hands, but mine are small and no problems so far.
I love my Mouse Sander, ideal for what I want, making projects from free wooden pallets. I love the way my mouse “nibbles” away making the wooden projects smooth! Best buy I have made.
I love this sander. It’s light, easy to hold and is surprisingly powerful. Just make sure you get the sanding pads with the ventilation holes in the right place otherwise it overheats. I’ve used mine to sand everything from fiddly windows to walls and tables and it’s going strong! Would definitely recommend.
The size of this sander makes it very easy to hold and use for those of us who have limited movement in our arms. It manoeuvres easily making it ideal for lots of small tasks.

Great for the money as an addition to the rest of the sanding kit. Good for the smaller restricted areas. Wouldn’t suggest will stand up to prolonged use all day everyday though. That said they do mention usage in the destructions

So easy to use and replacement sanding sheets are very cheap. Very good value item. Always attach a vacuum cleaner to prevent dust and mess. No idea why the first sander stopped working, but the second works fine.
Very good, works well, only thing is if you have smaller hands this can be hard to hold on too, wish it was a handle hold.

This is a great little sander. I needed something pointy to get those areas my random orbital sander can’t reach and this works a treat. Dust extraction works surprisingly well too when hooked up to a vacuum. Good value too, cheaper than they have them in B&M
Bought to replace an old one that had burnt out after many years of use. Great value for money compared to the competition. A good addition to my tools. I mostly use my orbital sander but at 20, this is perfect for light work.
Lightweight and easy to use, never had any trouble with Black and Decker tools, very handy tool to have.
After borrowing an older model from a friend I decided to buy my own as I found it so useful. This newer model B+B sander seems significantly quieter. I am really pleased with it. The power switch is difficult to operate – a bit fiddly; but that is my only criticism. The palm sander is comfortable to hold and easy to manoeuvre for detail work. It holds the replacement sanding pads vice like. Good price and great tool.
This is a very good product and suits my needs admirably until last week when it blew up, sparks and stopped. I am not a professional just an OAP with a shed. For the price it is very good and I will be buying another because I have a big stock of discs.

Its a big weak, and the sandpaper attachments are not very strong.

I thought was a mouse for the computer but it doesn’t work! Not very clear, spent ages trying to plug this into my laptop.

This is a fantastic small machine – I used it to sand the worktop of my kitchen, which was marked with spots and burns, and it came out as new. I recommend it for DIY home works.

Bought for a friend but watched them using it so I know it worked well. Gets into wee tight spots. works well not that noisy. Would buy again and postage was quick enough.

I have recently taken an interest in upcycling furniture and found this little gem to be the ideal piece of equipment when sanding into those small and awkward crevices! Very happy with my item and excited to do more projects in the future.
Great small detail sander for the price. Could be slightly easier to ‘grip’ but otherwise fine. If you want to get into the smallest curves and details, you will likely need to purchase the attachment.
Needed a helping hand to get the 6 layers of paint off my bannisters….this was perfect for ease, manoeuvrability….I have arthritis in my hands and this is the perfect size and weight for me

Black and Decker have an undeserved reputation in the trade for poor quality, a hangover from the days half a century ago when they sold dozens of accessories for their drills and people ended up burning out the motors. This detail sander is a fine piece of kit in constant use in my busy workshop, where I have just bought a replacement for one that has turned noisy after at least five years of use putting a nice finish to awkward corners on thousands of items. And still working! But at least I know when it finally gives up the ghost I have a replacement, the days of repairing 20 machines being long gone.
Bought as a gift I know the recipient is delighted. Works really well on jobs big and small. Easy to exchange sheets for different jobs. The vacuum cleaner attachment is fantastic, have sanded some big jobs without making a whole lot of dusty mess.
Smooth and light, easy to use. Glide through the surface with ease and does the job. Happy with my purchase- can only recommend.
I was recommended to buy another brand but so pleased I bought this. Does what it says and what it is supposed to do.
Great little tool, vibration is very strong so if you have arthritis or problems with your hands then I wouldn’t recommend. It does the job it’s designed for perfectly.
Great little sander, perfect for door frames, smaller areas, easy to use and works a dream on my skirting boards. Saves time and effort too. Great that you can change to diamond tip for more wear on the sanding pad. This is the second one I have bought, this one was for my mum and she is now sanding everything in sight!
