Robust and easy to use
I am generally happy with this item. The autofeeder mechanism seems a bit flimsy, and I certainly wouldn’t want to load 100 sheets! But it copes well with batched papers. I love the ease of use, and the used paper hopper is quick and easy to remove and empty.
12 sheets pushes it to its limit and causes jamming
This is advertised at having a 12 sheet shredding capability. I would say 10. When trying to shred any more than this, the shredder is prone to jamming. Acceptable noise level.
Shredding
Works well and shreds as described even with staples and credit card types.
Surprised at what a power house this shredder is
Does the job well – the A4 sheet feeder is a bit hit and miss, and if you are after bulk unattended shredding of A4 there are better (but more expensive) shredders out there. I bought this to replace such a shredder (couldn’t afford the few hundred extra it would cost to replace old shredder with its current model), and had a shredding party – the shredder works well, shutting down after about 20 to 30 minutes of shredding to cool down – as per the specification – giving me the opportunity to arrange my next pile of paper to shred. The unit closes up neatly and the wheels make it easy to pop it under the desk.

Seems good to me
I bought this for chewing up cardboard for my hotbin. Even though it doesn’t say for cardboard I guessed it would be fine as it takes 12 pieces of paper in one go.
I break up squares of cardboard and feed it in, it chews it up no problem, so very happy with purchase.
Works well but…
he bin is rather small. The shredder is quiet & has neither overheated nor jammed despite running for 20 mins at a time with intermittent breaks. The shredder is unfazed by staples or thin cards.
Unless you only shred the occasional document, spending more for this model will ensure long service than from a basic one that tend to not last that long. The cross-cuts are not the finest from a shredder but certainly finer than a non cross-cut model that just cuts documents into strips. Recommended for medium use.

Quiet and good value
This is a very good product. Very quiet in operation, with a handy content window and large handle for shredder removal.
So far so good, not used a lot yet.
Seems ok so far, had slight problem, then noticed the shredded paper doesn’t fall clear when there is a build up, so , have to keep an eye on how much the bin has filled up, clears easy enough.

Shredders Home Use，Bonsaii 6-Sheet Cross Cut Shredde
Arrived very quickly and well packaged, runs very quite compared to my last shredder. My idea of a cross cut is to cut paper up like confetti, this machine doe’s not do that. it cuts into small narrow strips of 3.5cm x 0.6cm, in it’s favour it does handle 6 x A4 pages at a time without a problem and having the handle to lift of the top for emptying is a good idea.

This is quite heavy, but it is heavy duty too, I would definitely recommend this to anybody.

Excellent product but we did have a mechanical problem after 6 months. Fantastic customer service and problem was resolved by Mia.
Seems up to the job.
Only used it twice up to now but does a good job shredding my documents. After about 20 minutes use the shredder motor cuts out for a cool down period which happened with my old shredder. Very happy with my purchase up to now
