Ease to set up
Slightly daunting when unpacking the product which was ordered to fit a new 50″ LG TV. However, the visual instruction book was easy to follow. Once assembled (probably about 20 mins – but I am a pensioner!), it felt very secure with the TV fixed on. What was also brilliant was the choice of bolts and washers to fit a range of TVs. It was also just 25% of the price of a similiar product from Argos.

A beautiful sleek desig
A beautiful sleek design. It arrived the same day well before 10pm. One edge of the glass stand had a chip, so we used a permanent ink marker pen to fill it in to look aesthetically pleasing. Although two screws fitted at the top of each bracket and into the back of the television, none fitted the lower holes so we shall have to purchase shorter ones. The stand seems to be strong and study and holds our “32” tv with ease. Overall we are happy with this purchase.

Very good stand, I have a LG 50 Inch TV and this stand is very nicely fitted with the TV design. It has glas finish and metal at the back the only reason that I’m not giving 5 is only because at the back there are two screws which are poorly designed in my opinion but it holds the TV not the best as an original it not complaining that much.

Purchased this so I could raise my 55inch LG C9 OLED slightly higher, once the stand is all assembled, it’s fine, but the instructions are seriously lacking, I get that this is a universal stand, so specific instructions aren’t going to be a thing per model, but I would have expected some general guidance per manufacturer.
Took about an hour to assemble, as I wanted to make sure everything was fitted correctly, not taking any chances with an LG OLED.

Really impressed at how easy this tv stand was to put together and how sturdy it is – it was also easy to adjust the height of the tv having changed my mind as to how high I wanted it.
All the fittings come very clearly bagged and numbered to allow for whatever fittings your tv needs. Would definitely recommend it.
The perfect replacement for tiny unstable TV legs
This stand once assembled and in place looks as if it came with the TV set.
The cable tidies at the back of the stand are an added bonus in keeping unsightly wires out of view.
The one niggle I would have is that, while the parts were very well labeled and on the whole the stand was quite straightforwards to assemble, the final two pieces (that hold the back bracket in place once you lower the TV into it’s position by locking up against the cross beam at the back) were not as well explained in their positioning as they could have been, and I small arrow on the main diagram with the corresponding letter of the part would have been very useful in locating the position of these parts.
Overall, I would recommend this stand as a brilliant replacement for those tiny little unstable legs that some TV’s are supplied with these days. It is a bit heavy, but you need that weight at the base to ensure your TV does not tip over if it ever gets accidentally bumped into.

We replaced the legs on our 50 inch tv so we could better position it on the limited space on TV cabinet top. Works a treat. Only point to make is i wish, like many other companies, they would make the finer instuction detail in larger print. Its a good product though – why pay more

Pleasantly surprised by the quality, look and feel of this stand. Ordinarily I wall mount TVs but new house with stud walls didn’t want the hassle so took a punt with this for a new 55″ LG OLED. 15 mins to assemble it adjusts so the TV sits just above the nice (thick) black glass base. Couple of clips secure the TV in place and cable routingbround the back. Doesn’t wobble and the slight natural lean due the the weight of the TV means it’s perfectly aligned visually.

I’m not really one for leaving reviews but this is a really great product so I’m making an exception. Bought this as replacement as the original legs on our 55” TV were cracked…despite it only being 3 years old! Found this and was a bit wary as it was a cheaper one, but it’s an excellent stand, really sturdy and so easy to install. Quite possibly the easiest instructions as all the screws and washers are labelled in the bags so easy to identify which is which. Really recommended.

I had lost the original stand when we wall-hung the TV so bought this one. Turned out an excellent choice. It’s a big telly but this stand will take it and more. Rock solid. Once the instructions and the pieces have been studied and compared with the contents assembly is fairly straight forward as long as you check each step. The TV looks level and sturdy and the stand itself is hardly noticeable. The wires are not visible at the back and have a tie to keep them together. We are happy with what we have achieved.

I’ve just moved into a new house and our existing TV unit was too big to fit in the gap by the sofa. The only problem was, the tv feet were at either and of the TV so we needed a bigger unit. I saw this on Amazon and thought I would give it a try to see if it meant we could get a smaller TV unit that would fit. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. It didn’t take long to put together and attach to the TV. It’s very sturdy and looks pretty classy too. And best thing of all it now means we can look for a smaller TV unit that will fit in the gap without having to accommodate wide feet on the TV! Would definitely recommend.
Excellent stand, but nothing to stop the TV moving from side to side
We recently bought a fabulous new 55″ OLED TV, but even before it arrived I was certain that the feet (one at each end) were too wide for our TV cabinet. I had a hunt round and found this Bontec TV stand, which looked robust enough to do the job.
It’s a strong metal frame that will fit pretty much any VESA mounting holes on the back of a large screen TV. It takes a bit of assembling, but is sturdy with a strong glass base. I like that this is a quality item and it looks really good under our new TV.
It’s assembled in two stages, putting the frame on the back of the TV and then building the stand. The frame then fits onto the base, two small screws are tightened to hold it in place.
There is an issue though, which is that the two screws only prevent it falling off the base forwards or backwards. No matter how hard I try to tighten them they don’t stop the frame and therefore the entire TV from sliding from side to side. With a TV weighing 20Kg and in the corner of a room this isn’t really much of an issue, but it would be if this were positioned in the centre of a wall with nothing stopping a pet or child from knocking it to one side, and potentially sliding off the base.
The price was excellent and makes me wonder why these TVs can’t come with a simple but attractive stand like this, rather than the annoying overly wide feet.
Get the side to side mounting issue sorting and this would be an easy five star product.

My parents got me to order one of these for their new TV as their new TV had feet on it that was so wide it didn’t fit the cabinet . so they got me to order one of these. They were so impressed with it . they got me to order a second one for the bedroom adjustable height easy to fit they’re very happy and a very good price. I didn’t realise a gallery flat screen didn’t come with a stand and didn’t want to pay 125 for the manufacturer’s stand.
This stand supports a TV which needed two people to lift it.
The instructions print was quite small but that might just be my old eyes.

My fist time attempting to assemble anything other than flat pack furniture. Bought this after house move as I was unable to erect wall bracket we had used before. Instructions clear and simple and was able to complete in 30 minutes.

– Not easy to see from the instructions where the locking devices fitted.
– The vertical side arms were too long for my TV, and poke over the top. They could not be fitted lower because of a bulge on both sides of the back of the TV at the bottom.

Brilliant purchase. So sturdy and secure would recommend to anyone wanting to secure their TV. Comes will all the fittings you need to assemble plus Allen key and spanner for the parts that require. You will need a standard star screw driver. Instructions straight forward to follow.

Pros – it’s sturdy and looks good
Cons – it’s not easy to build. I got one part of the stand complete and from thereon it just got more difficult with so many parts. The instructions were not clear so I had to call my son in law to finish building the stand.
That being said, it is a good buy and does its job.

We wanted a new OLED TV but none of the ones we wanted had a stand tall enough to get the screen clear of our soundbar. Stand is sturdy and easily to assemble (better with 2 people if you are messing around with a large TV). I ended up putting th legs back on my soundbar to straddle the base of the stand and this looks great. It also has cable management. Good quality product bought to replace misplaced TV stand. Relatively easy instructions to follow, please be aware however this does not come with M5 bolts if your TV requires them you will have to go out and purchase M5 x 30mm machine screws.
Seemless stand.
Simple to install and fit a 50 inch flatscreen. Very sturdy 8mm glass to take the weight with big rubber square feet to firmly hold the whole edifice to the glass tv table. The sound bar sits nicely on top for a seemless effect. I applied flat rubber feet to the underside of the sound bar to ensure stability and no vibration from the bass speakers. Overall very nice.

Like a lot of people I wanted to buy a larger television but my choice of LG 50 inch had stand whose legs were further apart than the unit I wanted to stand it on. This stand filled the bill extremely well. Although there were a number of steps to assemble it, these were easy to follow and the whole thing was made very well. Excellent.

Good solid stand that looks good. Straightforward to put together but would prefer the illustrations in the instructions to be a little larger. The last components to install I believe are intended to tie the tv in place, but it is not very clear where exactly they go.

Easy to put together with one person. Took me around 20 minutes from opening the box to the finished product with tv on the stand. Comes with a spanner and Allen key but you’ll need a Philips screwdriver as well. Comes with a selection of different size bolts to fix to your tv so you’re bound to have ones to fit your tv. Love that it swivels. Feels strong and sturdy with a solid tempered glass base.
Reason for purchase was our current chest of drawers isn’t wide enough for feet that came with the 43″ TV. So this is a perfect solution.

This meant we would need a new table/stand. I found this stand on Amazon and it was exactly what I was looking for. It is high quality and sturdy though the instructions were not detailed enough I managed to put it together.
having owned my current tv for a few years one thing that had always annoyed me was the fact that in order to use a soundbar the tv had to raised up on books strategically placed under the feet on either side of the screen as the feet were other wise too low and the soundbar would cover part of the tv screen. this solution however never looked great and so i decided to take the plunge and buy a decent 3rd party stand for the tv.
the stand has a tempered glass base, a metal upright and then a metal bracket that attaches to the upright forming a t shaped structure to hang the tv on. the two brackets that attach to the tv do so using the vesa mounting points that all modern tv’s come with and the instructions are so clear and easy to follow that the whole build took no more than a few minutes to complete. with a couple of final screws attched that hold everything in place the tv is very securely attached to the stand and with the cables running down the back of the vertical pole the whole assembly looks very neat and tidy.
an added bonus is that the stand is height adjustable allowing the tv to be lifted free of the tv cabinet and the soundbar meaning the whole screen is now viewable ‘distraction free’ and i find this makes for a much better viewing experience overall.
the stand is great value for money and i would highly recommend getting one. go on, you know you want to. you really won’t regret it.

Perfect solution to an eyesore..
We bought a 49″ tv eighteen months ago which had silly crows feet at either end. This is a stupid, impractical design and as a result it has been sitting on a piece of wood on top of the tv unit and driving me mad every day. I’m so glad I came across this stand. Saved us from much disaster and tears

He forgot one tiny but yet important detail, to check the size of the pre-existing TV stand.. Woe and misery the TV was too big for the wee little stand which tried but couldn’t stretch to the humongous size of the new behemoth screen now (not) standing proudly on top. What to do? What to do?
Wifey to the rescue with a quick Amazon search and spying a similar tale of woe and misery in the reviews of a likewise husband who clearly saw only inches and forgot all concept of measurements…
For the price, this seems to be holding up well and fitted to the back of his TV with ease (Although I think he did struggle a little with the screwing it in place by himself) and so far so good. The TV holder now fits happily on the existing stand and seems very sturdy, it’s holding up to the prodding of a four-year-old who can’t quite understand that no daddy’s TV isn’t a huge tablet even though it looks like one and the ministrations of a Cat who is quite firmly an idiot and likes to sit on top of the screen.
In all seriousness, this is a cracking stand and fits a wide range of different models and makes, looks like it will hold up for the future and saves having to buy a new TV stand or workout if that chimney breast can really hold the weight of the screen.

Our TV which we’d had for 11 years went on the blink. The new TV we chose, without checking, had side legs and we didn’t want to change our TV stand, so Husband found we could buy a universal central support at a cheaper price than buying a new unit.
Ordered on Saturday and was delivered the next day without paying extra, fantastic service. Equipment and instructions were packaged well and easy to follow. However it was a little fiddly and did take two of us working out which bolts to use etc, but within an hour our new TV was on the stand and working, fantastic!

Using with my Iiyama 40″ computer monitor on my riser desk. Works brilliantly. Curry’s want crazy money for almost same thing. Very sturdy and is adjustable to different heights and VESA sizes. Comes with a large selection of different bolts and washers to accomodate different fixing arrangements. Highly impressive.

The product does exactly as it says, it was easy to put together, I’ve got a 50″ flat screen on it, it’s perfect, loads of adjustments for height, I would highly recommend
Nice stand, does the job.
It does exactly what you’d think. And does it well. Easy to assemble and set up. It certainly helps overcome the problem with narrow cabinets. One change I’d make would be to put thinner feet on the base rather than the chunky ones supplied – it would just look a bit nicer without changing the functionality at all.

Good sturdy stand. Very good value for money
Good value for money. The stand itself is first class well made and strong. Very neat as well. Would have got 5 stars except none of the extensive range of bolts that were included fitted my Samsung TV. Some too long , sone too short, some the wrong diameter, none just right. Maybe I am being a bit Goldilocks. The right ones were easy enough to find just a little disappointed they were not included.

An exceptionally good product for the price. Easy to assemble, and very sturdy. Adds the finishing touch to any TV set.
Value for money
Product arrived well packaged with easy to follow instructions and tools for assembly included. Glass base was better than I expected for the price and mounting brackets are similar to that of double the price. Used this for a 55 inch Samsung TV. The T bar at the highest position I still have 4.5 inches between the bottom of the base and bottom of the TV, enough space to sit my sound bar. Overall great product and good value for money. Would recommend

Was good quality, easy to assemble, and looks good, just be aware where HDMI points are, if under the stand bit fidderly get them in, but managed in the end.

Absolute bargain, excellent value for money.
The stands really easy to put together, no need for the instructions
OK but nowhere near as strong as suggested
Easy to assemble and easy to mount the TV provided you can work out the instructions. Glass base is lovely and it looks the part.
My big concern is that with a 14kg TV mounted (nowhere near the limits) the cross piece flexes way too much allowing you to adjust angle (tilt left to right) and turn the TV while the base stays still. This flex with such a light TV is concerning but as long as left alone I’m hoping it will be fine.

Decent, sturdy and easy enough to assemble. Unfortunately it covers some of the ports in my telly but it won’t be suitable for every one and I found a way around it. Value for money
