Ironing Board Cover
Pressurised steam generators deliver faster ironing results using high pressure steam, but when used with a regular ironing board they can cause condensation to form on the board when the water cools. This can lead to unwanted water building up underneath the board or on the garment itself and over time this can cause the cover to become mouldy.
Created in partnership with Philips, the PerfectFlow ironing board cover has been developed to meet the challenges presented by high pressure steam.
Condensation Locked Inside
The second layer is made from material which absorbs any remaining condensation, while the third and final water-proof layer locks it all inside. Due to the breathability of this construction, any captured water evaporates by itself.
Three Layers and 3D Textiles Improve Steam Flow
The first porous layer is made of a special 3D textile designed to improve steam flow by spreading the steam over a larger surface to deliver faster and smoother ironing while simultaneously preventing water build-up.
Ergonomic Frame with a Large Work Surface
At 124 x 45 cm, this metallic grey frame provides a large and stable work area making ironing large laundry items, such as table cloths and sheets, much easier.
The frame also features a choice of seven different positions allowing you to pick the optimal work height, from 69 to 96 cm and even includes a child safety lock to ensure that the table cannot collapse accidentally while in use.
The solid steam iron rest is suitable for left or right-handed use and is designed to hold most large pressurised steam units and steam irons.
When you’ve finished with the board, it folds away as easily as it goes up and has been designed to be stored in a utility cupboard with a locking clip to ensure that the board remains closed until you want to use it next.

Also ich hab mir das Brabatia Perfekt flow bestellt, doch das Black denim mit cradle to cradle wurde geliefert.
Habe den Hndler angeschrieben das ich im Prinzip kein Problem mit dem schwarzen Bgelbrett htte, es mir hauptschlich wegen dem Perfekt Flow Bezug bestellt habe.
Der Hndler antwortete sehr schnell und absolut zuvorkommend und sicherte mir zu, mir den Bezug zukommen zu lassen.
Gesagt und getan, am Freitag kam der Bezug, welchen ich gleich aufgezogen habe.
Super freundlicher und netter, kompetenter und toller Kontakt mit diesem Hndler!!!!!!!!
Fazit Bgelbrett:
Das ganz schwarze Black denim: fr Bgelstationen finde ich, leider nicht geeignet. Bereits nach einer halben Stunde bgeln war der Rahmen, das Gestnge samt Fuboden nass, wie man auf den
Fotos auch gut erkennen kann. Das will wirklich keiner denke ich. Deshalb hatte ich ja auch den Perfekt Flow Bezug gewhlt und was soll ich sagen, er ist perfekt! Heute eine Stunde gebgelt und weder das Gestnge noch der Boden waren nass. Also alles wie gewnscht.
Ich kann nur jedem mit einer Dampfbgelstation raten, sich ein dementsprechend passendes Brett dazu zu holen, denn nur so macht das bgeln Spa 😉

Purchased this at the same time as a steam generator iron. Owing to the old ironing board not being suitable for the new iron, purchased Brabantia size C board. This was a good choice as the combination of the iron and board has made ironing less of a chore. So says a husband!

We have had one of these for several years so purchased one for our daughter as I seem to do a lot of her ironing! Sturdy and well constructed. Arrived damaged, a new one delivered within two days and damaged one collected after three days. Can’t fault anything.

Had our first Brabantia ironing board 38 years ago and it lasted all that time. I wouldn’t buy anything else ! Made to last and it’s certainly proved that for me !
Sturdy and easy to use
A Goldilocks sized board with adjustable height. Its sturdy and stable. There is a clip on the underside that hold the legs when its folded- easy to pull the legs out of it before you set up each time, but it stops the legs from unfolding whilst you’re moving it. The iron holder is generous for my conventional steam iron. Well padded, smooth surface. Very happy with it.

I mean… the ironing board so good, designed for steam generators without this expensive Perfect Flow ironing cover? Why on Earth? Now, get ready to spend approx. 35 pounds on a new cover. And to be honest… for the price of the Brabantia board, the Perfect Flow cover should be included!

A solid, well designed ironing board. Esp like the clothes rest underneath. The iron rest is very fiddly. I still haven’t figured it out. Can’t really rest hot iron upright without resting it at least partly on rubber. Instrutions here would help.
Sturdy and professional
It’s not necessarily easy to fold and lightweight, but it is very sturdy and I prefer it that way. The folding system is very good and if you have children it is very useful, as it has a child lock. It is as professional as it looks. It also has a sturdy steam unit/steam generator iron rest holder which I use and although the steam iron is quite heavy ,the rest holder is quite solid. It is not cheap at all, but it’s definitely worth the money.

Very pleased with this ironing board. I took ages to finally make my choice which was worth it. A beautiful cover which as my board is visable all the time in my utility room make me very pleased. Lighter in weight than my last one by the same people which was probably 20 years old as they last so long which i am also pleased with as i have got older too!

A noter que la largeur de la table (42 cm) est aligne sur celle du support de la centrale. Ce qui n’est pas le cas de la table large de 38 cm, le support-centrale reste aux mme dimensions (42 cm). Et l’largissement au niveau du support par rapport la table ne se voit pas forcment sur les photos du produit. a n’est pas gnant en soi (la centrale aura toute sa place), mais la table de 42 tant plus confortable pour repasser que la 38, l’absence de gain en encombrement militerait pour la plus large. Mais elle plus chre, d’o sans doute l’illusion opre par la photo…

Nachdem unser altes Bgelbrett seinen Dienst getan hatte, ahbe ich mich ausfhrlich nach einem Ersatz umgeschaut. Mein Sohn hatte das Brett eines Konkurrenten udn war auch sehr begeistert. Nachdem ich aber weitere Informationen eingeholt, mir diverse Videos mit Bewertungen u.a. auch zu diesem Brett und der handhabung, Qualitt etc angesehen habe, war meine Entscheidung getroffen. Und diese haben wir bis heute nicht bereut. mein Frau ist begeistert. Es lsst sich sehr leicht bgeln, das Brett ist etwas grer als andere und hat einen super Bezug – nicht die Farbe, sondern die Qualitt berzeugt hier. Wir haben unsere Dampfbgelstationimmer auf der Ablage stehen. Sie steht sicher und fest. So wollten wir es haben und es hat sich gelohnt. Klare Kaufempfehlung, vor allem wenn sie Ihrer Faru eine Freude machen wollen, oder selbst gerne bgeln 😉

Prior to buying this, we bought an Addis ironing board from a shop in town. We took it straight back to the shop because it was flimsy and unstable to the point of being dangerous.
By comparison, this is a decent well made item sturdy and stable. Worth the money and we would recommend it.

The board arrived damaged in poor packaging
The ironing board itself seems steady and good quality. Of course I read the other reviews before hand and I saw all the customers complaining about the item arriving damaged. One would expect that after paying 75 pounds for the board it would arrive in a nice packaging. As you can see in the photos the board is damaged but I think I might keep it as I need it. To future buyers, know that the item will definitely arrive in poor packaging and probably damaged.
Sturdy and well designed.
I was a little concerned when I ordered this item having read some of the poorer reviews, but the board I recieved was very well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Also the legs are level and I have found it easy and stable to use even on my tiled kitchen floor where my previous board would slide around. Happy with this item.
Iron that crease
This is a further purchase made on behalf of a relative. There was an issue in terms of storage overcome with this ironing board. Result being that the relative can now iron with confidence. I recommend this ironing board.

The brand I normally use
A well built and solid device and is a brand that I only used for ironing boards based on bad prior experience.
There is a distinction in how the iron is held up on the board which works well for a right hander (me) but not so if you are left handed (wife). I didn’t realise this until purchased. It’s a slight inconvenience and odd that this big vendor would not consider this in the design.

Brabantia Ironing Board C (Extra Wide) with Steam Control Aqua Bowl. I did a lot of research before purchasing this ironing board and had been reluctant to spend 119 on it but I have not been disappointed. The board is extremely stable and sturdy & a good weight. The Tefal steam iron fits perfectly onto the steam rest unit which creates more space for ironing!You can virtually fit a king size sheet folded in half on the length of the board. No water drips onto the floor as it’s caught in the Aqua Bowl attached to the underside of the board. Only done one ironing session but so far it’s a 5* rating.I would happily recommend this product.
Just the job
Needed larger board: required to be sturdy, drip proof, capable of supporting a Phillips steam generator iron. Was unsure if this was what I needed – didn’t have extendable wings at top, nor support for cable. But this does the job well, no movement when up, strong enough to take the iron. Only drawback is that it is heavy to carry, but at 5’2″ I can manage.
The cover is capable of the steam generated by the iron on maximum steam. All in all a good product.

Viel Licht, aber auch Detailschwäche
Wir haben den Bgeltisch nun einige Dutzend Male gebraucht und sind immer wieder von der angenehmen Gre (im wahrsten Wortsinne) begeistert. Im Vergleich zu gngigen B-tischen ist man zB nach 1 statt 2 Verschiebungen fertig bzw. man muss nicht so darauf achten, dass die Teile (Bettwsche, groe Handtcher) nicht bern Boden schleifen. Er ist auerdem relativ stabil. Stren tut uns am meisten, dass die Stations-Halterung nicht deutlich abgesenkt ist, man zur Ablage des Eisens auf der Station ber das Niveau des B-bretts heben muss. Auerdem fehlt uns eine Halterung fr die Leitung (war aber klar beim Kauf). Wir wissen, das ist kein Selbstlufer bei den dicken Dampfkabeln, aber da sollte sich ein vernnftiger hersteller was berlegen. Auch ein weiteres Spanngummi fr den Bezug wre nicht verkehrt. Manch einer mag sich ein optionales, fest montiertes aber nach hinten abklappbares rmelbrett wnschen, das bietet Brabantia offenbar weder in einer “de luxe”-Ausfhrung noch optional an.

Das Produkt ist super. Es ist sehr stabil, einfach aufzubauen und das Polster ist super dick. Die Hhe ist sehr angenehm und die groe Bgelflche toll.

Achtet beim Kauf darauf, dass es sich nicht um Prime Langstrecke handelt. Mein erstes Paket wurde aus England per DPD verschickt und hat England bis heute nicht verlassen. Sie sollen das etwa 185cm groe Paket verloren haben….Die Ersatzlieferung war innerhalb von zwei Tage mit DHL aus Deutschland da.

Firm, long, lightweight, good legs
Read reviews about wonky legs which made me unsure about buying. Mine isn’t wonky. It is a sold ironing board which is lightweight for me to manoeuvre. It’s long, it has a good cover which has cut down the ironing time as I think it reflects the heat back into the clothes. Glad I got it.

L’ho acquistato da un paio d’anni, lo usa prevalentemente la mia compagna ma capitato di usarlo anche a me.
In tutto questo periodo non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema con questo asse da sito, sempre bello stabile e la superficie di lavoro ampia. Io sono alto 1,80 m e quando mi capita di usarlo aprezzo la regolazione dell’altezza che mi permette di lavorare comodamente. Aggiungo che l’aspetto ancora come nuovo, il panno finora non si minimamente rovinato.

Easier to close than my previous brabantia which I had had for approximately 11 years. It accommodates my generator iron with ease and it raises to the level as recommended by my G.P. due to a shoulder problem. Ideal for anyone with upper limb problems, easier to carry than my old one.

Verpackung ist ungenügend, defekt.
Bgelbrett war nur mit einer, auch noch sehr dnnen Schrumpffolie verpackt, die war nur noch in Fetzen vorhanden. Der Bezug war in der Kante schon eingerissen. Der Paketdienst durfte es gleich wieder mitnehmen. Kann nur empfehlen, sich die Lieferung ganz genau anzusehen, bevor man sie annimmt. Sonst darf man sich auch noch um die Rcklieferung des Bretts kmmern, was angesichts der Gre dann echter Stress wird. P.S: Die Lieferung kam aus Balby, Doncaster UK, dauert also auch noch extra lange.
Nachtrag: Amazon hat die 1. Lieferung zurckgebucht und den Kaufpreis erstattet. Habe es ein 2tes Mal bestellt. Diesmal kam es heil an, war in einem Umkarton zustzlich verpackt. Allerdings mal was ganz neues: Lieferung / Versand durch Amazon selber, kein DHL, kein DPD, kein Hermes – und das hier aufs Dorf. Neu bewertet jetzt mit 4 Sternen, mal sehen, wie lange der Bezug hl

Asse da stiro molto comodo, le diverse altezze permettono di stirare senza stare ricurvi, solido, facile da aprire e da richiudere, porta caldaia largo e stabile.
Anche se non menzionato c’ la possibilit di appendere qualche gruccia sotto il porta caldaia in qualche spazio della struttura.

Worth spending a little bit more for a much better ironing board
Top feature: highest setting is 96 cm – good for taller ironers and those who like a higher work surface for tailoring and quilting work etc. Smooth mechanism up and down – no pinching fingers. Steady and balanced on the floor including low pile carpet. I don’t care it’s a bit on the heavy side, I didn’t want a flimsy ironing board. No trouble lifting and moving this about. Here’s to many hours of happy ironing!
I bought this to replace an older large board that had lasted very well. This feels a bit tinny (thin metals) but I think that is to keep it lightweight. When opening it (came just shrink-wrapped) I’m afraid I was not that impressed. For the price, I had expected it to feel better build quality (like my old board). As I say, maybe that compromise was to make it lighter – and this is surprisingly light. A plastic part had come off in transit. Clearly, it should not have been separated as there was no mention in any instructions. It took me a while to work out where it went (which was annoying). Fortunately, it was not broken – it had just come off in transit.
Despite initial impressions, on using it I am quite happy. It comfortably supports a large Tefal steam iron (heavy when the tank is full). With the iron in place, the board feels reasonably sturdy. So having used it a few times, I’m liking it a bit more than I thought I would when it was first unpacked.

Habe das komplette Bgelbrett 2018 gekauft, nun wurde es immer faltiger und der Bezug war sehr schmutzig, also habe ich den Bezug in die Waschmaschine und gewaschen. Heraus kam ein Lumpen, total kaputt und aufgelst. Werft niemals den Bezug in die Waschmaschine, und dafr habe ich so viel Geld ausgegeben. Im Nachhinein habe ich gesehen Handwsche, das soll wohl ein Witz sein. Ein Bgelbrettbezug, den man nicht in die Waschmaschine geben kann. Ich hatte zuvor Jahrelang Vileda und nie Probleme, die Bezge wurden mehrfach gewaschen. Nun kostet ein Ersatzbezug nochmal 46 das ist schon unverschmt. Ich rufe am Montag mal beim Kundendienst Brabantia an, bin gespannt was die sagen.
Das Problem, dass sich mein Kabel zwischen Ablage und Bgeltisch verheddert hatte ich auch, ich habe ein weies Frottee – Gstehandtuch gefaltet und mit der geschlossenen Seite zwischenrein gesteckt. Problem gelst. Das Kabel bleibt nicht mehr hngen, es sieht gut aus, fast als msste das so sein, aber Brabantia knnte sich da etwas einfallen lassen. Der Abstand ist genauso gro, dass das dicke Kabel meiner Dampfstation immer hngen blieb.
Nachtrag: Ich habe heute den Kundendienst von Brabantia angerufen und mein Problem nach dem Waschen geschildert. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und verstndnisvoll, sie wollte ein Foto (leider habe ich den Bezug schon entsorgt) oder eine Rechnung des Bgeltischs, Die habe ich ihr sofort per Email gesendet. Daraufhin wollte sie mir einen Ersatzbezug zusenden, ich werde berichten. Sollte ich einen kostenlosen Ersatzbezug erhalten, werde ich die Bewertung wieder auf 5 Sterne erhhen, denn ich bin ja sonst mit dem Bgeltisch zufrieden. Ich werde berichten.
Ich habe von Brabantia einen kostenlosen Ersatz des Bezuges gesendet bekommen, mit der Bitte den Bezug beim nchsten Mal auf 30 Grad in einem Wschesack zu waschen. Ich hatte den Bezug zusammen mit meiner Wsche gewaschen. Es kann ja immer mal ein Montagsprodukt vorkommen, aber der Service, die Freundlichkeit und das Verstndnis sind besonders hervorzuheben, daher erhhe ich auf 5 Sterne, da ich mit dem Bgelbrett, ja auch vorher schon zufrieden war. Ich kann das Entgegenkommen von Brabantia nur lobend erwhnen.

Im Groen und Ganzen bin ich mit dem Bgelbrett absolut zufrieden. Der Bezug ist super, es kommt kein Wasser durch. Passt perfekt mit meiner Dampfbgelstation zusammen, welche super auf der dafr vorgesehenen Ablage steht.
Leider ist der Abschluss des Brettes absolut nicht gelungen. An der Spitze kann man unmglich ein Hemd oder Bluse ordentlich auflegen. Ist in meinem Fall nicht so schlimm, da ich relativ wenig Hemden und Blusen zu bgeln habe. Aber wenn es mehr wren, wrde ich das Bgelbrett nicht kaufen!

This one is in a class of its own … very study and yet light to collapse and move.

Ho comprato questo asse da stiro come regalo di Natale ed ero un po’ dubbiosa per le recensioni abbastanza contrastanti che avevo letto. Invece perfetto! Un asse da stiro molto ampio con una struttura robusta per niente traballante come avevo letto in alcune recensioni, il ferro da stiro con caldaia ci sta molto comodo e anche il tessuto del panno con cui rivestito tiene perfettamente l’umidit del vapore e non si bagna come descritto dalla tecnologia con cui fatto. Unica cosa che magari gli manca il piano d’appoggio sotto per eventuali panni ma comunque non una cosa indispensabile. LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE
New version of the old (slim) model - I preferred the old model.
I iron all my own clothes and when my old board broke (welds failed on the leg join to top section) it was time to retire it and I bought this board a a replacement. This board, like its predecessor was specifically chosen for its narrow width and pointy end (Cover size A) so I can iron my trousers (30″ waist). I like to pull the trouser leg onto the iron so I can iron the top thigh and waist section of trousers. Looking at other ironing boards I guess no-one else bothers to do so.
The board while looking the same as my old one is different in many ways. I found that when folded legs were too wide for it to be put away where the old one was until I discovered that the wider pair of legs was at the blunt end rather than the pointy end so it now does live exactly where the old board lived only standing the other way up! While the old board really was a board (chip board) this one has a metal mesh section. Ironing is ok until you iron a handkerchief (or anyone else small) and you can sink the item into the board a little. I guess with time I’ll get used to applying less pressure. The iron rest is completely different and is welded rather than screwed to the assembly so having saved the rest from my old board I was disappointed I can’t swap it to the new one. I haven’t fathomed how the new one works yet because it can’t be write the face of the iron rests on the black plastic section which will surely melt. I will probably take a photo (using a cold iron) and e-mail Brabantia before I decide to cut it off. So while I’m happy with most aspects of this ironing board I don’t like the new features and if I’d have had a welder I”d repaired my old one and maybe cut a new piece of board or flipped the one to carry on using it.

Excellent Ironing Board
This is an excellent ironing board, I was a bit put off at the price but it is well worth the money spent!
It is a strong sturdy ironing board, and it has a great height on it so even if you are over 6 feet tall you should have no problems using this ironing board.
The cover of the ironing board is of top quality and has a number of features to help keep it secure and in place when ironing, so no more cover slipping off whilst you do the ironing!
It is easy to put up and put away once finished with and has clips on the underside to keep the legs secure once stowed away.
All in all this is a great ironing board and well worth the money spent on it.
Great - but BIG!
Great ironing board – you can even use it as an occasional task table. Make sure you’re prepared for its size though.
