Nachdem ich die letzten 3 Jahre immer mit einem ausgeborgten SUP gepaddelt bin war es heuer Zeit mir ein eigenes zuzulegen. Mageblich fr meine Entscheidung dieses SUP zu kaufen waren Optik und Preis. Die Kombination von gelb und schwarz gefiel mir sehr gut. “Profis” behaupten in diversen Foren zwar immer, dass man fr unter 800 nichts ordentliches bekommt. Nachdem ich keine Vergleichsmglichkeit mit teureren Boards habe und mit diesem SUP nach nun knapp einem Monat, in welchem ich ca. 10 x unterwegs war, voll und ganz zufrieden bin, war es – zumindest fr mich – die absolut richtige Wahl.
Dass die Klebestellen, wie es ein anderer Rezensent geschrieben hat, nicht ganz sauber sind, ist mir auch aufgefallen. Bei meinem Board schien mehr Kleber als notwendig verwendet worden zu sein, der dann rund um die Klebestelle herausgequollen ist. Das strt mich nicht sonderlich, da man es nur aus der Nhe sieht und mir zu viel Kleber lieber ist, als zu wenig. Nicht ordentlich angeklebte Teile, wie bei dem anderen Rezensenten, gabs bei meinem Board glcklicherweise nicht.
Noch ein paar Worte zum Zubehr:
Am Paddel kann ich nichts aussetzen. Es ist stufenlos verstellbar und hlt sobald man es arretiert.
Die Luftpumpe kann erfreulicherweise nicht nur pumpen, sondern auch saugen (das hatte das SUP, mit dem ich zuvor unterwegs war, nicht). Durch die Saugfunktion bekommt man wirklich die ganze Luft heraus und kann das SUP dann viel besser zusammenfalten.
Die Tasche erscheint mir hochwertig und ist gro genug um wirklich alles (SUP, Pumpe, Paddel) darin unterzubringen.
Da ich angesichts der Existenz doppelt so teurer SUP’s keine all zu groen Erwartungen hatte und mich die Klebestellen nicht sonderlich stren gibts von mir die vollen fnf Sterne.
Sollten wider Erwarten doch noch irgendwelche Probleme auftauchen werde ich die Rezension anpassen.

I had an issue with the first product that was shipped. The seller was very responsive and resolved the issue quite quickly with brand new replacement parts. Very satisfied about that. As for performance I am a beginner. It takes a bit of strength to pump to 15 psi. You can buy an adapter for a Schroeder valve electric inflator as well. Seems sturdy enough from my only 3 uses as of now. Haven’t tried in rough water.

Wicked quality just be prepared that you need to pump for around 10 minutes to inflate. Has a needle that prevents air coming out when you remove the pump which tbh they should all have.
The pump had a dual function to pump it faster too. Came with some patches and even a cell phone protector. I have 2 others boards and neither included a protective phone case so that’s dope.
I’m around 320pd and this holds be fine. Sits a little low, but no water coming over top. Very pleased with it 🙂

Nice looking board, stayed inflated the 4 days we were up at the cottage. Pretty sturdy for me (120lbs) a little less sturdy but still enjoyable for my husband (220lbs). Hope it holds up

The quality of this paddle board is great! At first we thought the gauge for the pump was broken, but then realized we needed to put lots more air before the needle starts to go up. Definitely recommend!

Love this board. Good quality overall with a minor exception: was not able to get the center fin completely attached so that it could be locked in. The plastic part that the fin slots into is warped and the fin will not slide all the way in, with the result that the locking pin cannot be locked into place. Wound up jamming the fin in as far as I could which served to attach the fin to the board adequately (I hope) but it is not locked into place. I don't think the fin will fall out but, just in case, I purchased another fin as a backup. Would have given the board 5 stars, otherwise.

I was shopping for a large and buoyant first SUP as I am new to the sport this board does not disappoint!!! It’s large size makes it great for beginners upward, here I am paddling on lake Ullswater on the board’s first outing! Comes with everything you need including pump, leash, paddle, bag and even a waterproof phone cover for taking your phone out on paddles with you. I had one slight issue with board on arrival, but manufacturers customer service were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend!

This is my first paddleboard so I don’t really have anything to compare it to. We use it at our cottage where the water is generally calm. Everyone has been having a blast trying it out. It was a very competitive price for a beginner board.
It is relatively easy to balance, takes a bit of practice. It fills easily with the included pump and we were able to roll it back up to fit into the carry bag with no issues.
We had a little issue with leakage and the vendor was quick to solve the issue beyond our expectations.
I would definitely buy another board from this company again.

I was a little disappointed that the PSI reading on the pump doesn't work, so your just guessing when its at the right pressure. The paddle was alot cheaper quality then i hoped as well. It wiggles when i paddle, but its useable and works just fine for the kids.

Good product good customer service
When product arrived I was concerned about the finish on the product as there was a pice not 100% glued down and a couple of marks. Got in contact with customer service and they were great and helped me sort it.

Took me about 5 minute’s to inflate and so easy to deflate, you’ll be laughing. Like any paddle board you inflate with a hand pump you have to expect to get a little workout in especially towards the end. Make sure to read instructions!! 10/12 PSI was perfect for me! 5″4 at 140lbs
I took it on a 4 hour river run for its first ride and then another day for 3 hour’s, I’m totally in love with everything about this paddle board. I don’t have one negative comment to say about this product.
Seems very durable even encountering problems with low water levels which might cause friction against rocks. Stability is really good. Nice strap in the middle which makes it easier to handle when walking with it. Wide enough to feel comfortable, stretch out on it, pack gear, etc. I could go on about all the features I appreciate about this item. Very satisfied so far with my purchase. Would recommend this CalmMax to anyone looking for a board!!!

Board is very easy to inflate, takes about 7 minutes. After reading reviews I was expecting for the pump not to register before it hit 5 PSI which is exactly what happened. Keep going! It looks full but it’s not! I managed to get to 10 PSI. Took it out for the first time yesterday and after a couple hours on the water/beach I noticed a leak from the valve. Again from reading reviews I found out it could have to do with the valve not being tight enough so I tighten it this morning and it was in fact loose. I will take it out again in a few days and hopefully it’s fixed! Overall very happy with my purchase, nice looking board!

– Board is large (compared to other brands) – this could be a positive or negative but I believe most people would find it to be a good thing. It may make for harder paddling though if you are not that strong.
– Looks well made, again I’m comparing this to other SUPs which sometimes just look cheap.
– Material is thick, and board is durable. We went over several rocks (unfortunately) during our trip down the river, the SUP material was not affected at all by this and the fins were not banged up either.

– The bottom fin is really hard to remove – mine is basically stuck now that it is in place. Not a dealbreaker like another user mentioned, but can cause issues if you are needing to fold up your SUP or want it compact.

So I was on my way to my 2nd Lake for Paddleboarding; I have been waiting to try paddleboarding once more since the past couple of weeks have been a rainy streak. Today, I got a lucky spot to park on one of the crowdiest lakes, took off my paddleboard kit and tried inflating it. It took hours to realized that the Pump that came with it was now faulty. I didn’t want to leave and postponed my paddleboarding since I’ve been waiting for it for the past weeks. So I tried asking people for help, and good thing a fellow SUP user let me borrows his. One of my concerns for my next journey to my 3rd Lake is what else will get faulty on me. Im on the phase where I just want to return the product, but I really love this SUP. Hopefully, they can contact me and fix this problem (sending me another PUMP) as soon as possible. So I was on my way to my 2nd Lake for Paddleboarding; I have been waiting to try paddleboarding once more since the past couple of weeks have been a rainy streak. Today, I got a lucky spot to park on one of the crowdiest lakes, took off my paddleboard kit and tried inflating it. It took hours to realized that the Pump that came with it was now faulty. My husband and I both go on it at once, I wanted one that would hold us both together and it does very comfortably. Both of us, and of course my grandkids ( who I let use it once and a while) would recommend this one. The board is as described, the pump and everything are pretty standard. i was bummed because I had an issue with the board I purchased and it was passed the deadline for returns but I contacted the seller and received amazing customer service.

UPDATE. I received an answer from the company within 24h. Great customer service as many other reported already! They offered a replacement which has already been shipped. I’m looking forward receiving it to see if easier to inflate without an air valve issue and make sure I don’t have the same problem with the new one. 😉

New Update-The customer service has redeemed themselves. Maybe they did not understand the severity of the issues I was having with the board but they have resolved the issues to my satisfaction . I do really love this board, it is extra large and it can fit more than one person as I take a kid on the back. It’s very sturdy and the colour of the blue is beautiful. And I have to say, the customer service wants the customers to be happy and will do what it takes to achieve that.
** Old UPDATE! See VIDEOS! I received a replacement board. Guess what? The pump BROKE completely (won’t push any air out) the second time I used it and the fin WONT EVEN GO IN WITH A HAMMER!!! The customer service told me to “use soapy water and push fin from the front” and also that the pump simply doesn’t seem to be working but it actually is. ..which of course is a lame cop out for what you can see is a very poor quality fin and pump (maybe a lemon?). See video. My first review had a video of the valve leaking. I had to delete it to show the fin video because it only allows one video per review.
*** ORIGINAL REVIEW: It has a leak right out of the box! Took to the water and found out in the water! The valve stopped going In or out for inflate and deflate. Also the backpack bag came ripped right out of the box ! The pump doesn’t show any pressure until 5 psi and is very hard for me to pump to 10. Will contact company and update this review.

Can’t give any stars yet, but first thoughts are, it got really tough to inflate towards the end! Wow, what a workout!! Don’t think I’ll be super motivated to deflate and inflate all the time! Lol! It looks awesome otherwise, I’m super surprised by how think it’s is! Can’t wait to try it out!!

EDIT* : I emailed the company with my issues and the customer service is amazing they are offering to send me a replacement and as well a compensation refund, I jumped the gun to quick and thought I would be stuck with a defective board, but the company has amazing customer service as long as they are very helpful and very nice I wish I would’ve waited to try and contact the seller but I couldn’t figure out how to! Everything has been resolved and I should be getting a new board sent out from their factory when and a compensation DEFINITELY buy from here because their customer service and support is amazing and they resolved my issue I’m just waiting to see if I actually get it replaced I’m sure they will!*
It’s a ok product but There is a corner of the deck that isn’t properly fused down to the board and the pump PSI gauge does not read till it is at 5PSI which is confusing and feels like a mistake, there is multiple flaws like adhesive all on the seams and the valve, stains on the freshly unpackaged ISUP the handle feels cheap and looks like it may ruin the board or break off after a few uses (shown in pictures) one D ring the back one particularly the important one for the coil Lesh the vinyl in particular that’s holding the ring has lose thread and looks like it may ripp, there is also no glue that comes with the repair kit and it doesn’t say anywhere on instructions what to use in that situation aswell as the instructions are very unclear I spent about $600 on this and I was expecting at least a pretty decent quality I am so I don’t know if I’m gonna have to try to get a refund or get the company to send out a new board or I’ll get refund to buy one somewhere else that isn’t sloppily made and has 10x the better quality than this one all others come with a glue for the patches and aren’t as sloppy with glue dried on the board and without stains from opening it right out the box if you do buy this board make sure to throughly inspect every part as 500-600$ purchases are expensive. Spend the extra cash on a good, better quality board that will last longer than a few weeks – months and that has a repair kit that actually comes with glue. Maybe I got a lemon and it’s a defect board but I wanted my board for summer which is in a week or so. I’m hoping the company or Amazon can work something out as I’m very very disappointed with this purchase. 🙁

It was easy inflate and is great quality. I purchased a lower priced SUP because I wasn’t sure if the hubby would really use it-But I’m definitely pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price.

After within two days! Strong and only takes less than 5 mins. To inflate. Bag and accessories nice and everything was well package. It does off gas a bit and when you empty out the air the smell is really strong. Otherwise extremely happy with my new purchase! Kids love it too!

This paddle board is amazing for the price!! The quality is amazing and it inflates in under 5 min with the two stage pump. Make sure you pump it up enough, then switch to single action mode as the guage doesn’t start moving until around 5psi. I initially thought the guage was broken, but it’s not, just keep pumping. Also the color is not as bright if a teal as the pics show but still great.
