So easy to make warm froth. We have tried steamers (too much trouble) and high speed whisks (who wants cold froth). This product does it all automatically. Great product.

I can’t use the capsule coffee pods as they all contain way too much sugar. However, I also love cappuccino. With this frother, my cappuccinos are back. This works well with semi-skimmed milk; I’ve yet to try it with skimmed. My only issue is that it has to be fully washed out after every use. However, this is warm frothy milk people, would you reuse a milk saucepan without washing it? Didn’t think so.

Essentially this is a milk kettle!
I put it on at the same time as the kettle and they are ready together.
This is very good, very quick and very easy to use….
You can make frothy milk, hot milk and frothed cold milk for milkshakes.
To make frothy coffee you fill it to a guided line… read the instructions for this…but it is simple! …. and then press the button once.
For hot milk it’s the same just press the button twice.
It’s well made and cordless…. I personally find it easy to pour from and it works well.
You need to quickly clean it after use… easiest to do it immediately.. I just rinse the inside and whisk under the tap and then dry with paper towel. It’s easy!
You cannot immerse it but you can’t immerse your kettle either….

I purchased one of these quite a few years ago, it’s an item I use very often for hot chocolate to milk shakes to coffee, my mum has purchased quite a few different ones that are not as good, so I’ve brought her one for Christmas, what makes this one good is the easy to clean where the inside part comes out, other frothers my mum has purchased have been a small metal part that is hard to put in the bottom of the Frother, this frother is more expensive but well worth due to the quality, would highly recommend

his was bought as a replacement as the previous one got “damaged” – note that when the instructions say don’t immerse in water, there is a good reason. this is a good piece of kit, although the wee rubber feet are a bit rubbish at staying in their location holes on the bottom.
Bought this to replace a stunningly useless Severin SM 9684 that failed spectacularly to do the one thing it was meant to do – froth milk, and cost almost double the Dualit.
This produces lovely fluffy froth. The only advantage the Severin had was that it was dishwasher safe, but that’s like saying Harvey Weinstein is not all bad as he’s very kind to his mother.

After purchasing 2 other brands, such as a the Nesspresso and then the stainless steel one on prime, they simply went faulty within a few short months. Also they were hard t clean.
The Dualit frother is excellent and worth the extra cost.
It has a removable frother inside that leaves an easy to clean, and has a featureless heating compartment.
Best one out there. And I don’t leave feedback often.

Finally the frother I dreamt. Makes my mornings just joyful. First time was disappointed because I didn’t go for the hot froth, but instead the warm, which produced just a bit of foam. Next day went for the hot froth and it was heaven. Quick as well and very easy to clea

Milk is awesomely made. Works on Bonsoy and any other funny milk I put in there. Second one of the kind. First one died after 1.5 years. I hoped for more but the product works well enough to just get another.

Ok so here goes, The Dualit frother is in short a fantastic peice of kit, its quick, easy and quiet. The foam it creates is uniform, dense yet light and lasts. It’s easy to use and easy to clean, a great bit of kit! There are however a couple of improvements that would have gotten it 5 stars, there is no spout/lip/rim, which basically means there is a fair chance of dripping milk on your counter top whilst slowly pouring which leads me into my second point, there is a step/gap between the plastic casing and the metal interior where the milk you just poured and dribbled everywhere collects, not great but it’s nothing a damp cloth can’t wipe away so not a deal breaker but annoying non the less. I have a nespresso frother also and in my opinion the Dualit is superior to it in every way save build quality. I use mine with a 10 year old gaggia caffitaly machine and both the coffee and the froth are 10 times better than my nespresso machine and aeroccino, however considering you can buy a used nespresso and frother system for around the same price as the Dualit it’s a hard call. In short, just want a frother for your existing coffee machine then the Dualit will do you proud, but if you are after a full system and don’t mind used then get the nespresso Citiz and milk for the same price.

– well insulated as the outside of the machine doesn’t get warm at all
– can often make 2 lattes or cappuccinos in one go (can be used for other types of hot drinks like hot chic as well)
The reason for giving it 4 stars is that sometimes milk does tend to burn at the bottom, which makes the immediate cleaning job a bit of hard work. Oh and if you don’t clean it straight after use, you will spend twice as long cleaning it afterward.
Overall, a great at-home frother!

I like it a lot: it even works with milk a few days old. Leaves unfrothed milk though.
I used to use non dairy foamable oat milk or soya milk in a hand frothed a bit like a cafetire. I got lazy and wanted an electric one for my cappuccinos and chose this based on good reviews.
I found if I fill it too full the foam looks good but isn’t thick it’s watery. So I fill just covering the whisk part. With soya professional I find the foam is perfect made this way. Less good with the oatmilk. If I fill too full it barely foams at all. Just warm milk with a few bubbles. I’m still learning and overall it’s a good gadget.
Only downside is if you want to reheat and foam again the milk the machine will not turn back on if it is still warm. So if you want to make multiple cups or reheat you need to empty milk and clean jug then refill and start over. I guess that’s not so bad. It stops milk from burning etc.

Dualit beats Nespresso Areoccino 3 in my book
My nespresso aeroccino 3 milk frother was getting a little old so decided to try this one. It’s a very good upgrade in my book just got to upgrade my coffee cup now as the Dualit milk frothed hold more milk.
These machines all seem to do the same thing but the Dualit is bigger and easier to clean too.

This is so easy to use and clean. I’ve only tried it with some mixed up Nestle Nido powered milk so far but it tastes just great with that. The consistency is nice and velvety and just the right temperature for my cappuccinos! Along with my illy iperespresso machine I can now make them as good as I’ve tried anywhere!

This is truely wonderful ! I was really hesitant about purchasing this mainly due to the price, -almost 50 fro just a milk frother ,
However as soon as I used it I realised it certainly is worth it ! Previously I had an Aldi milk frother about 17 that I thought worked well and I made some nice quick hot cholocates. However after a whole it broke . I started to look around for a new either hot cholcocate maker or milk frother. After reading lots of reviews this came up top, but I was very sceptical.
The jug is smaller than I thought, justa bit bigger than a travel kettle but heavier. The part you put the milk in is very small and o started to think o had made a mistake! Inside it’s made of a non slip metallic coating and outside is a nice stylish black enamel ( that is easy clean ) . It has a clear lid- again the whole presentation is stylish . It’s cordless, the cable is not too long and it has one simple button at the front.
There is a small frothing mechanism that you put inside if you want your milk frothed , as it’s my own reason for purchase this is the only way I have used it. The instructions are a bit vague but you have three levels to fill the milk to . At first I used the first level . You just simply press the button once and s smooth humming sound starts and it starts to heat up and froth the milk. It feels like awhile but probably about two mins. When I opened the top it looked almost like a creamy mouse ! The milk was so frothy and creamy ! I have never seen milk so light and fluffy ! I have found it best to use it and level two or three for a cup for myself. It would take a while if you were making a few cups .
I just poured the milky mouse into a cup with hot choclate stirred and I had the most lightest , frothy hot chocolatier I have ever had the pleasure of tasting ! It was just a nice temperature – drinkable but can go cold quickly . The frother gets quite warm and has a safety feature so you can’t heat it up straight away again , you have to wait a few minutes .
Overall I’m really delighted and wish I had bought it sooner – I have found it works with all kinds of milk, soya , coconut or normal very well . I highily recommend this if your looking for a milk frother , I have made a latter using it and it was great too. Please note you cannot add coffe or hot chocalte into the machine and you must clean it well after each use .

This is a very nice solution to a problem you don’t have. That said it’s much less faff that heating milk in a pan, easy to clean and does the job very well with no drama.
A great little milk frothe
A great little milk frother..whilst your fluffing about with your bean to cup grinding machine, your milk is happily spinning around in your milk frothing heating jug. It’s more convenient than the steamer and as quiet as a mouse too, unlike the Sage steaming wand. Would recommend, naturally.

Great for heating milk and other liquids as advertised. The cooling function is unique and handy in warmer climates. Easy to clean and handle.
A frother that works :-)
Expensive yes, but it just works everytime and is a pleasure to use and easy to clean. Having tried a number of poor hand held or battery products including a bodum, this one is just brilliant.

I like this item but as an ex-professional barista and coffee shop owner I’d suggest that you should not consider it capable of producing the silky smooth, sweet milk that you can get from a top notch shop. It certainly works well enough and for most people it’ll do the job intended, which is all you can ask I suppose. I have found that if you cut it off a little early and only fill to around 1.5cm below the maximum line then you get best results. You will need to experiment a little as different milk will need slightly different approach. But I’m nit-picking. Running it through its own cycle will produce too much foam atop the rest of hot milk and it is really over-heated in my view so you get that slight burnt taste. Some may like this, like a cappuccino style almost. It’s brilliant how it works and it’s easy to set up and keep clean. Had it been around 35 I’d give it 5***** but can’t really find it in myself to go that far at the actual cost.

Frothy milk
This is so good I bought one for my daughter in law as well! Now the grandchildren can have their Babychinos at home with ease and my husband doesn’t boil his milk over.
After buying several coffee machine’s and them breaking down or very expensive to buy the pods, I bought this a jar of expresso coffee, and make my own lattes and cappuccino, so much easier and so much cheaper, just remember to clean stright away.
Bought as a present for Christmas. Own one myself. A very good product, have owned mine for 2.5 years and always delivers nice hot milk for my coffee! Personally, I think for the price, one of the best. Also very easy to clean!
Tried a few frothers, and they tend to suffer from one (or more) of the following:
1. Wrong temperature milk (generally too hot, latte’s are not supposed to be boiled!)
2. Not enough/too much froth
3. Milk burning on the bottom
I’m pleased to say this manages to avoid all three, producing milk at just about the right temperature (some may find this cold, particularly if they are looking for non-coffee related milk heating – but I find it’s perfect), the cappuccino mode produces a good amount of froth, but far from excessive (about a 10-15% froth layer), and cleaning wise it’s fantastic – the magnetic whisk is much easier to get in and out, and doesn’t lose it’s hold. There’s no burnt milk – a little sticks, but can genuinely be wiped clean. A word of caution: Even though it’s only a bit, wipe clean after every use, don’t be tempted to make two in a row – once the none stick has gone, frothers becomes a nightmare.
Really pleased with this milk frother. It is easy to use with clear instructions. Produces excellent frothed hot milk very quickly. It is easy to clean. Having read warnings to clean straightaway from other reviews. I have not used the other functions yet but have been drinking a lot of cappuccinos!
I spent ages with a seam milk frother trying to get perfect frothy milk (non-dairy too) and each time I ended up with nasty diluted hot, slightly frothy milk. The brilliant thing about this Dualit Milk Frother is that it creates perfect frothy milk, using any milk (dairy or non-dairy), very quickly and very quietly and as it is automatic, you cen get on with making your coffee while it works. If has a little whisk thing at the bottom of the “cup” which seems to be powered magnetically, in any case it works really well. You can make either frothy milk or just hot milk, which is especially good to prevent soya milk curdling in coffee. It is easy to clean, although I would recommend that you wash it out straight away as the milk can get gummy if left.
I definitely recommend this product.

i brought my milk frothed to India. I am aware tha the frother works best for skimmed milk. I tried it with long life slim milk. This did not work. Works like a dream with powdered skimmed milk.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Very easy to use and clean. I prefer to use it on the hot milk setting, as it froths just as I like it.

Ok, for the least 6 years maybe I went through about 6 various Aerolatte handheld wizzy whisk. They all broke eventually, I had enough. Time to Invest in this beauty.Read so many great reviews on amazon etc..

– SILENT, EASY WAY OF FROTHING MILK : YOU POUR HOW MUCH MILK YOU NEED, PUT LID ON AND PRESS PLAY:) READY BEFORE YOU EVEN GOT KETTLE TO BOIL, AND CUPS READY. I use a silicone mini-spatula (for brushing egg on tarts) if froth is left at bottom, but give a swirl when lid still on, before pouring and it won’t stay inside so much.
– EASY TO CLEAN> WHEN FROTH IS USED, PUT SOME WATER IN IT IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASH UP STRAIGHTAWAY SO IT’S EASIER TO CLEAN LATER. TAKE OUT WHEEL. POUR OUT WATER IN SINK (CAREFULLY) AND WITH SOFT SPONGE CLEAN INSIDE IN 2 STROKES. DONE. NO NEED FOR ANY CLEANING LIQUIDS. – I USE COLD SEMI SKIMMED MILK CRAVENDALE. The best froth is when Using not to the maximum. But I recommend also for Hot chocolates too but you may need 2 trips to do 2 people’s cups.
-MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS MAKES A BEAUTIFUL HOT FROTH. I use 2 to 3 times a day:) My kettle is the SMART KETTLE SAGE. Sage by Heston Blumenthal the Smart Kettle, 1.7 Litre, 3000 Watt Well worht the extra too.
I am keeping my receipt as sometimes even good products can break, but hopefully it won’t.
I have just bought this milk throther after extensive research and I have to say it is fantastic. It makes drinking a cup of coffee much more enjoyable. It is very quick and switches itself off when ready. I can’t praise it enough and would definitely recommend buying it. Compared to other makes it is very reasonable too.

I don’t know how the frother works so well in such a short period of time to get even skimmed milk into such a frothed state. It takes less than a minute and works by means of a little plastic magnetic rotator in the bottom of the jug area (which is only half the depth of the outside appearance of the frother to allow for the motor in the bottom of the jug) and is lined with satin metal so that it is easy to clean. It makes a quiet hum when it is working and has frothed milk by the time I’ve got the expresso or filter ready – in fact often before ! You can make enough for a latte and a cappucino or just about two lattes (pending size of cup) with the quantity it will froth by putting milk under a maximum line drawn inside. When heating, the outside of the jug doesn’t get hot so it must be well insulated. Although the rotating disc frother comes out easily for washing, the aluminium lining does not detach from the jug so can’t be put into a dishwasher or immersed which is a draw back I think. I feel I have to be careful with it when cleaning it and rinse it immediately after use. The rotating disc thing rinses easily in washing up water and the push on, transparent lid is a snug fit without being too tight and that cleans OK. I had problems with the deliverers DPD but not with the product. The choice for me was a jug frother or a steam frother. The jury is out. Steam frothers require cleaning too in domestic model coffee machines and the advantage with this is that the milk is frothing whilst the expresso is being made, reducing the standing- and- holding- the- jug time after making the expresso for a steam machine. Of course it is great for hot chocolates or hot milk drinks.
As stated above, this is the best Milk Warmer/Frother we have had (out of 3 others of a similar price) perfect every time even with skimmed milk!
I am delighted with this product . It is simple to use-well designed and works very well. I have now bought another!
