Good value, powerful steamer, easy to use
I really like this steamer. I prefer the cube shape as it is easier to store. It has a handy cable store underneath the base..Although a retractable cable would be an improvement. The carrying handle pushes down into the machine when not in use.(This can get quite hot after use, however) Power-wise it’s as good as my expensive Karcher. it comes with a range of heads for various cleaning jobs,including a window cleaning attachment. The connecting tubes are easy to fit together and the hose is an integral part of the machine. Fairly easy to fill, and takes about 10 minutes to heat up.
Dislikes. The machine takes quite a while to cool down and you cannot open the valve until it has done so. All in all very good value for money.
Best steam cleaner!
Working in early years we need a safe and effective cleaning system that is affordable and efficient for staff to use daily on virtual every item the children have touched during the day. I researched for a few weeks for cleaners that would do this and after seeing this as a Which Best Buy, ordered one in time for the wider reopening of nurseries after lock down. The cleaner arrived within 3 days of order and was up and running in the time it took to heat up. Staff absolutely love it for ease of use and how quickly they can clean each day, it’s literally taken an hour off our end of day routine if we add up 3 staff at end of sessions. We raved about it so much that 2 other local early years settings asked me to order for them. Definitely recommend!

I have actually never reviewed a product before, but I am so pleased with this one that I decided to do so. I read a review which said that if Apple made steam cleaners this would be it. As a lover of Apple products I totally get this. Every detail has been carefully thought about. It’s well designed and very easy to assemble and a cinch to use. And so very effective. I would highly recommend it both for floor cleaning and other purposes. The pads go into the washing machine. I am so happy with this product!

So light and easy to use.
Much lighter than my old steamer and easy to store. From filling and being ready to use was extremely quick and the ease in moving it around my home makes housework finished much more speedily.
The only downside is that there is no attachment I can use on my outside patio stones which I had on my old machine.
Customer service was most helpful and efficient, dealt with my query immediately. So nice to deal with a Company direct in Country of origin.

I cleaned my fabric furniture and cushions and it did a good job. It was easy and fast. It stops producing steam when it is dormant so it isn’t leaking puddles of water everywhere, which then have to be mopped up! It does not make the floors too wet either. It is definitely the best “domestic” steamer available and I am really glad I bought it. It’s Which Magazine’s no. 1 domestic steamer and very important:…NOT MADE IN CHINA! This awful virus should have taught us all to bring industry home!!!

Absolutely wonderful steam cleaner. Easy to use. We use it to clean our apartment carpet. I use dettol spray and steam clean carpet. It’s smart and compact too. It’s multi purpose too. No nonsense steam cleaner. Only small flaw is the plug which come from underneath and water level we can’t see and the hand pipe gets a bit heated up. Something which we can live with. Def recommend.
Easy to use
Great product. Takes a little while to fill up and reach temperature, but the large tank capacity means it then steams for ages. I cleaned non stop for two hours!! The multiple attachments click on and off easily. I first tried it on my kitchen tiles. It was really satisfying to see the years of ingrained dirt lift out of the small cracks and undulations in the tile! Worked brilliantly on soap scum and mould on my shower seal, screen and tiles. Great for hygienically cleaning sinks and taps. and brought my dog paw print glass doors up a treat. Would definitely recommend as a robust machine for multiple jobs around the house. Tank is on wheels so easy to move.
I use to have another steamer and it broke. I went into which website and they recommended this steamer so I ordered. I was a bit worried as it looked bulky and was more than my other steamer.
Well I’ve been stuck at home with 2 kids, a dog and my steamer for nearly 3 weeks now.
I’m possessed…everything is getting cleaned and this steamer is the best thing I have ever purchased! I’ve done my cooker, floors, inside my car and now steaming and cleaning my dogs bed much to her disgust. My old steamer made the floors soaking wet so I had to mop up the water as I went along. Very little water ends on the floor it’s all steam. It is absolutely brilliant and the attachments are also brilliant. I would recommend this steamer it’s the dogs nuts!
Amazing little beast of a steame
I recently purchased this little beast of steam cleaner.
The Pros:-
The design is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, a simple white cube, long black hose, solid black arm which you can attach relevant heads.
Its modestly simple to operate, with just one large on/off button on the cube, you don’t have to press any other buttons for certain settings.
At first, when I pulled it out of the box, I thought I was going to have to pick it up and move it around, but this little beauty has wheels on the bottom, allowing ease of movement. The cord and plug are nicely hidden underneath the cube. There is a handle which you can pull out on top of the cube.
The black hose is quite long, for this little steamer, and extremely flexible. The hard black plastic arm is also fairly long, so is extremely well planned out if you are quite tall.
There is also a button on the handle for continuous steam, (But beware, will elaborate more in cons)
There are various heads, which you can use, Floor, upholstery, clothes, etc, the handbook advises which ones to use.
Dupray, also include a microfiber towel, 3 cleaning pads and and Elasticated pad.
The Cons:-
The heat up time takes around 6-8 mins, so if your in a rush, not convenient.
There is no water gauge on the cube, so your unable to see water level. I personally think this is necessary to avoid over filling (as I did)
The Handle becomes extremely hot, whilst in use.
The contionous steam button, I needed to do a deep steam clean, over a relatively large area, (thinking I would use the button for continuous steam it completely drenched the pad, to the point it was dripping, probably my fault, but just a point to make you aware of) the floor was soaking and took ages to dry.
The cool down time is 20+ mins don’t even think of packing your machine away before has completely cooled down, as mentioned earlier handle is too hot, and as lead and plug are wrapped around bottom of unit, you could even melt/damage your cord and plug.
I feel it would be good if the steamer had clips to store hose/arm/head, after use.
Overall, all that said this is an amazing steam cleaner, I needed something that could provide a deep steam clean, and this done that no problem, you may think it’s a bit expensive, but this steamer completely out does other steamers I’ve purchased.
It does a first class job
I’ve used steam cleaners for over 20 years and this is the best one I’ve had. I have had two of the top rated steam cleaners both of which had problems one within a year of purchase, the other one blew a hole in the hose where it enters the body of the machine and I was scalded on the ankle. The Dupray has reinforced the hose at that point so I don’t expect a problem. The thing I like best is the simplicity of it, it’s easy to set up, it’s light and easy to move around and it does an outstanding job. I bought it because of the high rating it received on Which and I definitely would recommend it.
Great multi purpose steam cleane
Great item bought to deep clean my house after renovations. Really easy to use and I like the different attachment tools for different jobs. Does take a few minutes to heat up but once it has you’ve got a good 30 minutes + of steam. The clip on the handle means you don’t have to keep your finger pressed on the trigger. It’s not on wheels so you do have to pick it up to move but it’s probably safer that way.

I ordered this Dupray steam cleaner to bring our floor and wall tiles back to life prior to putting my home on the market. As soon as i took the cleaner out of the box I could feel its build quality. Within 20 minutes I’d unpacked it and started on those dreadful gloss finish porcelain tiles i have in my kitchen. Not only did the cleaner remover the smears that my dogs huge paws leave but also help clean the grime that gathers in the grout (using the brush attachment). Next using the brush attachment I scrubbed the tiles in my shower easily removing the discolouring you get from shower gels and shampoos and then blasted the mold that always forms in the corner of the sealant. Other than the above, using the cloth attached i have removed the green slime that forms on the outside of our conservatory window ledge and removed a few stains from where our dogs eats his food. So for me I’m glad I bought it because as the title suggests my previous Beldray cleaner was pathetic and died within a month.

Wow ! It works !
Bought to get rid of stains on a cream wool carpet . I’m so impressed as it has got rid of printer ink , gravy , coffee , cat vomit ( dreamies leave a orange stain much to my horror !) this amazing box of steam has got rid of it all with not much effort as all the attachments are well made and not flimsy plastic , yes it’s not a cheap bit of kit , but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and well worth the money .
Love this steamer! I was skeptical as my previous steamer didn’t really deliver the promised results, but this is one is a different story! I have a dog as well as rescue birds, so need a non toxic way of disinfecting the whole house and this is a great addition to my collection. I’ve bought this primarily for carpets but have used it on my car and other things as well. Love the simple design, though a way to store the long hose would be brilliant as I tend to trip over it, but apart from that it ticks all the boxes. The steam is powerful and you get a lot of cleaning time before having to refill, so this is one purchase I definitely don’t regret. My rescue crow was very excited to open the box, too!
Excellent versatile steam cleaner for a very good price.
Like many other reviewers I am totally impressed with this steam cleaner. I chose it because it had very positive reviews, far more flexibility than the hand-held versions, it runs for a long time period (approx 50 mins on 1 fill), it’s environmentally friendly (no chemicals), you can descale with water and white vinegar, and isn’t too heavy. It also looks pretty cool! Dupray have set a good price for the quality offered. It has a professional feel about it but a sensible price point. The multitude of accessories it comes with are impressive and again have a quality feel to them. I’ve never cleaned my windows with a steam cleaner before but not a smear in sight (a few dribbles from the tool so a cloth on the floor is essential but this is a small price to pay for the remarkable shine). I’ve cleaned all my floor grouting on our tiled floors, cleaned the porcelain kitchen tiles to a high streak free standard, steamed stains off my sofa, degreased my hob and the taps and basins are gleaming. Only had it for a week so far but it’s not going back and I absolutely love it. I like the fact that you can leave the trigger on using the lock button when you need to do lengthy spells of cleaning. My only complaint is that it would benefit from some tool storage facility. 5 * from me despite the minor crits. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommended - Original York Stone Floor - Amazing Cleane
I have an old farmhouse and four large dogs so the floor, especially after a wet winter can get really dirty. After trying various methods to get the flags like new I bought this steam cleaner. It is really amazing and so easy to use. I thing the price is very reasonable for how good this product is.
Before steaming I did mop the floor lightly with a diluted solution of Stone Floor Cleaner 5 minutes before steaming. When I steamed the floor it was light and easy to do. Quite a few old rags are needed to wipe the floor as you go but there are plenty of pads and cloths that come with it so not everyone may need these. My kitchen is large and so I expected to need more. The length of the cord means it doesn’t have to be constantly unplugged – it reaches everywhere. The unit holds quite a lot of water so large areas can be done at once.
The smaller tools can be used to get into corners, clean the mortar in-between the flags too.
On some really dirty flags – the walkways through the house – it was necessary to spend more time cleaning these but I expected this. It is a brilliant thing to have for stone floors and even got some old paint off some flags.
I sealed the floor once dry and then applied a wax finish
My stone floors are like new and will definitely not need to be cleaned like that again for at least a year or two.
If you don’t have dogs then you may never need to do it more than once!

An insane steamer! This is a real review I’ve not had any payments from the vendor. So had a standard all in one steam which was ok ish. I need somthing with more power and be versatile which magazine gave this unit top marks also many good reviews. Now I understand you will look at the price and think I can get one for 50 why pay more. Im a firm believer you get what you pay for and its worked out well for me.
So we have a stone floor over 100 years old we have scrubbed many times with cleaners and acid and the floor still looks dirty. Started to steam with this monster and in 10 second gleaming cream clean tiles WTF? We were cleaning each tile for 4 hours and our kitchen floor looks nearly new. Yes it takes minutes to heat up but it runs for nearly an hour of constant use!

This product is fantastic, I’ve been pleased with it from day one. Cleans my floors, tiles, carpets, sofa and car with the various attachments and much more. So glad to have bought one, it feels a robust quality machine that I feel does a super job around the home. In particular the grout from the bathroom tiles has come up sparkling white, after years of living in a hard water area had taken its toll. Can highly recommend to all those who think it would be useful for their homes.
Fantastic steam cleane
Let’s start off with the product, it’s a great design light compact and easy to use . The steam cleaner comes with a range of extras that is great . It takes about 8min for the steam cleaner to activate and the push button as well to use the product is fantastic as it has a lock function as well so you don’t need to keep it pressed in . It has wheels on the bottom so easy of movability around the house only fault I have found is the cord for the machine fantastic idea having it wrapped at the bottom under the machine but i think after time trying to keep wrapping and un wrapping the cord may be a problem for some people . But overall brilliant machine for price

Gets up to temp in about 10 minutes with cold water in the tank, I’m getting at least 50 minutes out of a full tank which does quite a large area. Plenty of good attachments for various cleaning methods. For the price I think this is good value, it’s a lot better quality than the hand held contained units and a lot cheaper than some of the other units which offer the same steam bar pressure.

I cleaned a wood floor, all windows, tiled hall, and everything in the bathroom, plus cooker front, induction top, without bucket, assortment of cloths, sore shoulders, and sense of martyrdom. The hall landing where every dog we’ve owned over 45 years has vomited, is sterile and smell-less. The shower trap,(who designed them)which I soaked in a bucket with fierce chemicals previously, I can degrease and leave shiny in seconds. I’m 77 and can transport the strong box easily upstairs though I’m very fit. Good tools make house cleaning so much more satisfying and though I hate housework, I like the house clean with the least effort so I can save my strength for gardening, and this wee boy is just the bee’s knees.

Great design, let down by delivery
Tried to order this through Amazon but on the day it was due to be delivered by Hermes it mysteriously disappeared. Ended up ordering it direct instead and delivery was handled efficiently by DPD.
Works well, have used it on grout around kitchen floor tiles and to clean baked on grease on an oven window. The microfibre cloths are sturdy and are as new after cleaning therefore should last some time.
The only niggle is the way in which the sections join together. I would prefer a bayonet style fitting that would be easier to use without having to have fingers close to the join.
I bought this over a Karcher because the reviews were better – Karcher seems to be living off its name rather than actual performance or quality these days. So far, so good. The unit is easy to move, easy to set up and comes with a variety of sundries. It cleans hard wood floors effortlessly with the pads provided – thanks Dupray for sending me more pads free of charge. I believe other pads work just the same. I cleaned a shower including all tiling with the copper brush (unfortunately only one copper brush comes with the device). It’s still hard work and took 1.5 tanks for three hours but that shower now looks like new. The tank is sturdy and I have no reason to believe that it – or any other parts – are going to break. The hose is about 2 metres long, just enough but could be longer for some jobs. The extension poles work a treat. I would have given it 5 stars but never do unless I have used a device or product for two years. Yes, it is more expensive than a Karcher but I think the build quality and the fact that the steam is hotter justifies the extra money.

I highly recommend this product. It works brilliantly and cleans my vinyl and stone tile floors ‘shiney bright’. Repeated use just improves the outcome.
I bought this after a previous stick cleaner ‘died’ and could not be repaired. I had some reservations about buying it, mainly because of the price. I’ve now used the Dupray Neat steam cleaner and, for the first time, am able to see what a proper steam cleaner can do. It produces great quantities of steam, easily controlled by the trigger on the very well designed steam wand. This steam cleans the floor brilliantly, in a manner I could only wish for with my previous stick cleaner.
It is a brilliant product. It needs to be taken seriously; there is none of the convenience of a stick cleaner, but this is because it is a professional answer. It takes time to heat up but provides a flow of steam for at least 40 mins. You have to let it cool down before you can empty the tank out. Make yourself a cup of tea and admire your newly cleaned floors while this is happening.

The steamer is amazing, I had cooked garlic and onions in our kitchen/lounge and the smell was horrible even after a week, I steamed curtains and sofa and chairs and the smell had completely gone on completion. The steamer itself has a fantastic build quality that has to be seen and used to fully appreciate the quality, I welcome the ease of use and manoeuvrability which I have never had with steam mops, this is so much easier to use with my arthritis! I love the fact I can sanitise and clean my whole 4 bed house without needing to stop and refill with water and all without the use of chemicals. I highly recommend this Dupray steam cleaner, it is close to perfect for me!

Why can't it clean on its ow
It’s a square unit, it looks like it should be a computer not a steam cleaner. I unboxed immediately. Simple to use. 10 minutes to heat up. Powerful jets of steam. In every corner it went, Dirt flying out. Steamed the kitchen blind which had built up with grime and I had considered replacing, had to move slower but it was shifting, had to wipe off the waste. Steamed the yellow grime off from under the cupboard where the air fryer sits and creates a yellow tinge around it. Cleaned the dirt out of the crevices on the door frame. A quick wipe away was necessary. Steamed the dishwasher door and hinges where the food splashes, looks like new now and it’s almost 10 years old. Took it in the toilet, with 3 boys my toilets look and smell like something bad and normally I go in armed with the bleach, a toothbrush and a cloth and it involves loads of bending and scrubbing with the horrendous smell of bleach, the steamer blew the wee out of the crevices in the seat so no scrubbing with a toothbrush. It steamed underneath, steamed the screws clean, floor, all done. One bathroom smells fresh and it was easier. It struggled with some lime scale so that will need some liquid on it. I can’t wait to clean the air fryer and the oven with it.
The only downside is I’m dragging the unit behind me when I move rooms like a little dog following me, but it’s a little white box.
I don’t know if cheaper ones would have been as good as this, and I struggle to justify expensive purchases but I love it and I deserve it.

Glad I did, its brilliant!, main reason for purchasing was to see if I could get sweat stains out of my mattress instead of buying a new one.
Delivery was fast, put water in and 10mins later I was ready to give it a blast.
Using the triangular tool and microfiber bootie I gently glided across the area of the mattress that was slightly stained with body sweat and within 5 mins I left it to dry, after 3 hours I could not see any of the stains!
Going to try it on my car when I get time off, the car has weeds growing between the rubber seals of the windows as its parked under trees and hedges for long periods and is such a pain to get all the debris out between the small gaps with just water and a spunge.
probably gunna find more excuses to use it as steam is the best type of cleaning you can get.

Good quality, works well
I’ve been using the hand-held tool a lot to steam clean/sterilise areas and it does the job well and reliably. The only problem I can see is is you leave it lying for a while then pull the trigger you get a jet of hot water rather than steam for a few seconds then the steam begins. If you remember it is going to happen it is not a problem but you can accidentally soak things if you forget. Good product though.

This steam cleaner is wonderful in its versatility and effectiveness. I’ve used it to triumph over dirt on floors, windows, kitchen appliance surfaces, the inside of the fridge, grout, and my ivory coloured kindle cover. It has been exhilarating to discover that it’s not necessary to put up with stains and dirt that I previously thought impossible to remove, or requiring impossible effort from a working professional.
The first important attraction of steam cleaning: Highly effective cleaning, super easy.
The second important attraction: Stuff. Feels. Clean.
A few issues.
I echo another Amazon reviewer’s sentiment that the cord storage mechanism is really annoying. The Dupray is so handy that I’d love to be able to grab and use it with the same ease as a Miele vacuum. Because of the cable storage setup, the steamer gets used about once a week to justify the small but noticeable setup cost. Unwrapping and wrapping the cable is the big part of that.
Refilling the water can be a little inefficient. Water tends to stand in the funnel even if the Dupray is not full, so one has to wait for the water to come through before continuing the refilling.
Finally: the steamer appears robust in build, and pleasing to look at.
This product restores my faith in the claims companies make regarding their products. Wonderful cleaner and really powerful. Easy to assemble and appears very durable. I was worried the tank wasn’t big enough but each day I’ve had to release the steam down the toilet before it starts to cool down. Initially gives a spout of water so hold over a sink or the toilet before use and then use on carpets and upholstery etc. I have asthma and this product will reduce the need for sprays etc which really affect my breathing.
One recommendation for the company would be to have a water gauge so you know where you are at with the filling..
If you are looking for a robust steamer at a good price then this it.

This cleaner is fab. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to with this. I bought it because in our house we have stone floors in the kitchen, hallway and living room. Now, the stone is sealed and it is extremely durable, the tiles are not the flat glossy kind, they are large heavy slabs with ridges in places. We have four dogs and muddy boots passing through the kitchen and hallway and I was desperate to get a steamer that would lift the dirt that seems to weld itself into the ridges of the stone and also in the grouting. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think this steamer would be up to the task. However, this steamer is awesome. My floors are like new! It really lifts the dirt. I was tempted to buy a Kartcher one at a higher price but decided to try the Dupray at a much cheaper price. I am so pleased with my purchase. The steamer is really powerful and the attachments its comes with are great. My house no longer smells of dog and my floors are gleaming.

Bought this because I couldnt get read of a smell in my carpet.. no matter what I used it just wouldnt go so thought well lets try this gadget.. reviews were good so order arrived next day via Prime.. got it up and running withing minutes. didnt take as long as i thought it would to heat up.. I used this steamer a few times over the area until I could no longer smell this horrific smell.. thought well maybe it will come back tomorrow.. and guess what no it didnt havent had to use it again.. used it on another area where my dog had been and yet again the smell went ..

Great little steam cleaner.
It comes with several attachments including microfiber towels and one white cloth attachment as well as a number of small brush heads and one wire brush head. All the attachments are well constructed and feel really durable.
The steamer itself is about the size of a small box with one button to turn on and off and one screw plug for filling.
The steam pressure and quality of the steam is the same as a much more expensive steamer. The steam is ‘dry’ as in it doesn’t have hot water carried over into the steam like on the cheaper units.
It is a small unit and cannot run all day but it has enough capacity to do almost all the jobs you can find around the house. I deep cleaned a cooker that was covered in greasy oil, it made the job a lot easier although I did use chemicals as well. I use this steamer everyone I clean/detail a car. It is great at getting into the smaller cracks and crevices and on surfaces that I don’t want to use chemicals on. It’s great to use on the car door jams and gives a really professional finish and clean look.
Out of the attachments, I have only used the white cloth (to steam clean the leather seats with good results) and the small brush attachment I use all the time, it’s great.
I highly recommend this steam cleaner especially to any car detailing enthusiasts. Or anyone with a young family that needs to clean and sanitise surfaces without the use of strong chemicals that could leave residue behind.
My few small issues with this cleaner are:
The steam hose is permanently connected the the steamer unit itself, it would be a lot easier to store if this was removable.
The handle would be nice to have a hook on it, when your cleaning instead to have to lay the handle on the floor, you could hook it on a door or chair, it’s not possible to just lay the handle on a table because the hose itself is very well constructed and heavier than the handle and always falls down.
These two points are only small and would not prevent me from buying this product again however my biggest issue with this cleaner is that the electric cord is stored underneath the unit itself. It’s quite difficult to unravel before use and after use you have to wait until the unit it completely cooled before trying to swirl the cord back in position before storing. The cord should be placed on the top or the side or it should have some spring mechanism same as many vacuum cleaners have that will pull the cord back into position. This would make me give this 4.5 stars instead of 5 but as it is a good cleaner and I cannot give .5 star ratings, benefit of doubt to give full 5 stars.

Im disabled and elderly. House cleaning is difficult as I cant press down with my hands or arms, or stretch upwards. My first use of this magic machine, saw my kitchen cupboards shining inside and out, my microwave sparkling, my cooker like new, my fridge freezer bright as a showroom exibit, tiles spotless, paintwork bright and the floor nearly too bright to put its rug back down on !. I had no need to bend over, as the covers wiped steam surfaces clean without my having to exert hardly any pressure. The attachments are very easy to use ( I have great difficulty using attachments for the cleaner which are very stiff and require strength. Yes, Mr Dyson !!! )
My only complant is that there is no way the steamer and its attachments can be stored neatly. The actual electric lead has a neat storage space underneath the unit. The steam hose pipe is permanantly attached to the unit so cant be rolled up seperately. The attachments ( I couldnt have hoped for a more comprehensive selection ) are just a pile of plastic bits with no home to go to. A high plastic dustbin with perhaps a lid ? to fit over the unit to hold everything in the same place neatly, would be appreciated and very sensible. If you ever come up with one, let me know. Or let me have one as a designers fee !!!!!
A powerful steame
I’m a long time steam convert, having loved my previous steam mop (different make to this). However, this has a much larger tank and with an on/off steamer control on the handle, it lasts for a long time between refills, easily long enough to steam through your work without stopping! With this control over how much steam is used, it means the floor doesn’t get as wet as it does with continuous steam and thus dries much more quickly. I like the versatility of using my own folded cloths for the pad on the mop head thus being able to use various types depending on the job at hand, finishing off with a microfibre if necessary. I have been impressed at how this machine has been able to remove a long standing teak oil stain from my pale laminate floor. I had resigned to the fact that I would never be rid of it and suddenly I realised the stain had just vanished as I passed the mop head over it! It comes with a window cleaning head but I haven’t had much success with my windows like some reviews have but this quite possibly is a learned knack and I may just use another attachment. Other than that, this is a very good cleaning tool, with the deep down, sanitising clean that steam gives, only better at doing it. It’s surpassed my old one that was much better compared to others I’d heard of, so I’m really impressed by this steam mop.
Great product – ideal as your first steam cleaner or a better entry level optio
Really good product overall, does what it says on the tin. By far the best entry level steam cleaner for those wanting to dip their toe in and great value for money. That said, there are two major design flaws; here are some constructive criticisms I have to improve the product in future:
— The handle gets very hot after prolonged usage, which is very bad as this is an easy fix and really a very poor safety failure given the entire pitch of this product is its portability.
— As with other entry level models, there is often a spurt of water when first initiating the steam cleaner. Once you know this, it’s easy to mitigate by aiming the handle at a sink etc, but when you don’t realise this it’s annoying.
It would also be nice to include one spare triangular shaped cloth, as this one gets frequent kitchen use and gets dirty very fast! Also the company should consider a clothes steamer attachment.
But look overall, this is by far the best steam cleaner out there for the price and I highly recommend it.
Easy to use
I really like this steam cleaner and so far I’ve cleaned walls; floors; doors; skirting boards; kitchen; hob; oven and bathroom and am very happy with the results.
You have to wait until the unit cools down before adding more water, and it takes a few minutes to heat up… but hey this gives you a chance for a well-earned rest and a cuppa.
A useful addition would be a gauge so you can see how much water is left. Also you only get one microfibre bonnet, but I’ve been using other microfibre cloths and holding them in place using a hair bobble which works well.
The scented disc is great and the house smells fresh (not overpowering)… just pop it under the floor cleaning pad.
All the pads can be washed in the washing machine and dry quickly ready for the next cleaning spree.
Easy to use, easy to store
I did a fair bit of research before opting for this steamer, and I’m glad I did. While it may take a little bit of time to get going compared to others (around 8 minutes), once it’s up to temperature it just keeps on going. The steam output is consistent and not too wet, and the various tools do a great job variously of glass windows and shower screens, around the back of taps, and even on floors in place of a mop. I’ve also used it to get what would normally be a concerning stain off the sofa.
The unit’s petite size and break-down piping means I have mine neatly stored under the sink. I’m happy to wait 8 minutes for it to warm up given the flip-side of that is it being small enough to easily store.

An absolute no brainer for anyone wanting superior cleaning at – let’s be honest – a steal of a price!! To put that into perspective, a recent family bbq venture included a toidler/potty training accident and a puppy’s travel sickness issue In the car . I used my newly purchased duprey neat steam cleaner, utilising the easy to use interchangeable accessories and have not one single complaint! My car seats are as clean as they’ve ever been and as odourless as ever!! ( it’s even removed the slightly pungent smell of spilled milk from a leaking 4 pinter a couple of years sgo that seemed to be lingerin! !!) Well done duprey and thank you!!!
Great compact machine with impressive cleaning time between refills!
I used it for general cleaning in my property. I was most impressed by the way the cleaner was able to renovate the grouting between floor tiles in the kitchen! The tank capacity is impressive leading to plenty of cleaning time without refilling. Only slight negative is that there is no where to stow the large U.K. plug once the cable is wound into the base, also it would be better if the hose could be detached for easier storage. Overall very happy with my purchase.
In all my years as an Amazon customer, I have never, ever been as pleased with a purchase as my Dupray Neat Steam cleaner. It has totally transformed the cleaning routine in our household (the fact that it is the male of the household writing this, tells you everything). This is a true quality product – obvious from the moment you unpack it. They haven’t cheapened out on anything (there are plenty of accessories to try – all of them very useful) as the build quality is fantastic. And as to its performance: Which magazine has the Dupray Neat as their top rated steam cleaner and that is because it delivers loads of steam all the way throughout its 50 minute cycle and cleans everything brilliantly. Why did we not get a steam cleaner before? Heaven only knows – but they should be on the top of the list of essential items in every household because they work so well. And before you throw doubt on this review and accuse me of being an employee of Dupray or in their pay, I will only reply: give me the employment contract – because a company that gets their product so right as Dupray have must be a great company to work for! If you are looking for a steam cleaner then look no further than the Dupray Neat.
I have used this 3 times since buying it. The operation is faultless and idiot proof. There is a long hose and a long flex.
The cube glides across the floor with ease without any tendancy to tip over. Oh and it cleans well too. Floors, shower, toilet and best of all a greasy cooker hood.
The flex is a pain to wind away. Can the MK2 version please have a retractable cord.
A cheap vacuum cleaner comes with one. I would pay extra. Also some sort of steam hose management system. I am using 2 bits of string. Rather defaces the elegance of the cube design.
Excellent steam cleane
I have previously purchased the Dupray Neat for my mother and have used it to clean her whole house. The kitchen and bathroom look amazing. Cooker with built in grease came out great. Wall tiles required a couple of goes. Have also steam cleaned her mattresses, mats and living room carpet. It takes tap water although I prefer to use water from the filter. The only downside is there is no indication of knowing when you’re about to overfill it with water. I have recently purchased another one for me as I want to stop using cleaning products. Besides I think this is even more effective then chemicals.

Expensive product. There are cheaper. But having three kids and a recent dog we decided to not mess around trying to save money. Really glad we didn’t. Hopefully this will last us. It’s not too much trouble to get out to give the floor and kitchen a steam mop and it cleans the couch and carpets well and drys so quickly. Love it.

I am very critical of anything I buy and I like having the right tools for the job which this is.
Like anything you purchase there is always a little time to get used to it.
I have read all the reviews and “leaves the floor wet”, well 5 minutes later mine is dry (open the windows and doors).
“Leaves streaks on the floor”, final mop over without the steam switch on.
“The handle is hot- dangerous”, it doesn’t affect me, wear gloves then.
If you have a really filthy hard engrained surface spray it with a cleaner first, I use hydrogen peroxide.
I have got a tiled wet room floor years old, engrained with hard water stain, I have used commercial sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide to no avail, I sprayed the floor with diluted peroxide and used the floor attachment without the mop head first, it came up like new.
This is a wonder tool.

Great value for money. Very well made. Love the large container and the many attachment. Only criticism would be the length of the floor cleaning handle. I’m average height and have to stoop which isn’t great for my back and makes cleaning for more than 20 minutes quite uncomfortable. A telescopic version would greatly improve comfort and usability.

I brought this in the hopes of finding something that would help keep my kitchen tiles clean in the battle against my big dog and his ability to get mud everywhere! Instead I brought something that I now use throughout the house and which is really simple to use. I have honestly replaced my mop, bathroom cleaners, carpet cleaners etc with this. Last weekend I spent less than 10 mins cleaning all of the downstairs floors, the doors, and the skirting boards and it was no effort at all. It brought the mud stains from the leather seats in my car up. It brought my kitchen tiles up without having to scrub over. The grout was super easy to clean. And the most life saving thing about this steam cleaner is we don’t have to replace the cream carpets in the spare bedroom. As you can see in the images, the carpet was heavily stained after my cat was ill and No 2’ed everywhere and dispite cleaning with carpet cleaners and carpet machines etc numerous times the stain never came out. The 2nd image is after a 10 minute session with the steam cleaner, very slowly going backwards and forwards no scrubbing. A another 10 session helped even better and I love that you can add scents. I also really like that you only need tap water. Big thumbs up from me.

Having tried steamers to my floor tiles previously which were not very successful I recognised that for the type of floor tiles ( slightly rough finish) and having a large area I needed something more robust. This steamer is great. It’s very compact to store, neat little cube and the robust handle easily detaches and halves for easy storage. The cable is a good length allowing you to cover a large area and the cable and plug store underneath so very neat. It holds 1200mls of water so I was able to clean a large floor area and the glass patio doors with water left over. Amazing. It’s got 4 wheels underneath so easily moves around. I am normally shattered after mopping the whole area and suffering from backache. Steaming with the dupray was easy and done quickly by comparison and the outcome was much cleaner floor and french doors. Love this it’s made my life much easier chuffed to bits. Thanks for a great product well worth the price I would definitely recommend this produc

I decided on the Dupray Neat steam cleaner after reading a number of reviews around the web. I know you can pick steam cleaners up for a quarter of the price of this unit, but i’m tired of buying cheap products to be left disssappointed and having to upgrade later which ultimatley costs you more.
It’s early days with this unit, having only used it a couple of times but it is very compact, and err neat. It has a good long lead and long steam line to the multi purpose nozzle. It heats up quickly and quietly, producing constant steam at a decent pressure for around the house day to day cleaning. Ideal for bathrooms, floors, kitchen etc.
Pro’s.
You can use tap water (but needs a vinegar clean through after 20 hours of use)
for hand held work, the main unit remains on the floor, making it really easy to use than the mop types.
Accessories seem very sturdy and well made
funnel built into the top of the unit to make filling easy.
Concealed transport handle
Shares accessories with its high end series of Dupray cleaners, at a much bigger pricepoint.

Love my new gadget. First time I have used a steam cleaner. It is very easy to use, is light, compact for storage and steaming time is good. Agree that the cord storage could do with improvement. I keep all the accessories in a plastic box. Cleaned everything this week – just 2 slight disappointments- not brilliant at shifting carpet stains, even though covered them in stain remover first (maybe the stains are just too old!), and the windows attachment left them streaky – maybe that just needs more practice to get the right technique. Be very careful of accidentally touching the very hot parts! Not sure how often I will use it (live in a flat) so it could be deemed an expensive toy … but my flat, furniture, carpets, mattress etc feel really clean! Advise you do a small patch test – the results on identical pieces of furniture vary – one is now all ‘blotchy’ – I was probably a bit over-enthusiastic! Also, I think one of the bookcase shelves has swollen – the dictionary won’t fit on the shelf any more!! But it did not leave mattress or carpets wet. Happy steaming!
As soon as this arrived I assembled it and cleaned 2 sets of french doors, a kitchen floor and a passageway. It is brilliant, i have used floor steamers for years but struggled to find one which can last whilst I tackle large surface areas.
This steamer is easy to use, the floor attachment glides, its so smooth. The nozzle/lance was fantastic for the grouting and the french doors gleam.
I have plenty of microfiber cloths so the additional fact that this can use folded cloths…amazing. i would highly reccomend.
Addition: I have had this FANTASTIC steamer for a week now, I am a housekeeper and so far its just amazed. Lino flooring which Iv mopped, steamed and scrubbed before, came up amazing! A wooden floor…no match for the steam jet, all the dirt caught in the grain lines, flew out leaving a brilliant looking floor!
I cannot tell you how much I love this, the only downfall would be it could use a water guage so you know how much you have used or is left…it does run for 50 mins and even when the power button turns orange during use, it still produces steam.
Its so easy to use that a friend ‘borrowed’ it, she loved the ease of use and lasting steam.
You will not be dissapointed with this!

i used this on the kitchen floor get we ground in muck have 2 dogs running back and forward on it, so it gets very dirty, cleaned it a treat so easy to set up and to use, cant beleave how cleen it came up. then i did the bathroom floor did the same for that lovely and clean, i had some plastic draws in the kitchen not to far from the chip pan, gets a lot of grease on them and it was very hard to clean in the past, did the so simple and came up like new, well chuffed with resalts thank you. loads of steam and so ligh

This is an excellent piece of kit. I had a different manufacturers steam cleaner but the Dupray Neat leaves it well behind in both performance and the various ways it can be used. It’s proven simple to use and extremely effective. Even my wife is impressed and that’s a rarity. Only had it a short time but am happy to give 5 stars for durability because it looks and feels extremely well made and for me it looks as if an awful lot of thought has gone into ease of use ; from the very good tool clipping function, the idea to make the reservoir plug sit in a funneled recess and the way the mains cord wraps around a recessed spindle in the base. The ability to remove any limescale from the boiler element by 50:50 water: white vinegar overnight rather than having replaceable demineralising cartridges is a big plus for the customer. Very pleased with the purchase and more than happy to recommend to anyone looking for excellent, efficient, chemical free cleaning around the home.
I bought this as I needed something with a bit more power and versatility after getting a puppy! This is a brilliant piece of kit. The power lead is long and with the extra length on the hose I don’t have to keep unplugging every 5 minutes to use somewhere else. It has so many different attachments its ideal for hard floor, tiles and its brilliant at getting the limescale off taps and shower heads. It takes about 7 minutes for the water to reach steam level and with the option of having the button locked when cleaning, no more aching from having to keep your finger on it! Its a lightweight little cube of brilliance.
Fabulous, so pleased with the machine, neat and easy to store. So easy to use and everything sparkling again. Arrived earlier than expected too.
I love the steamer. I’ve used it to clean the kitchen, hall and bathroom. The shower screen and the taps look brand new Plenty of steam to do trhe jobs without having to refill, only needs 10 minutes to heat up and ready to go,it has a long hose and cord which means I could reach further than conventional cleaners. It also takens little space to store. Brilliant.

Simply a sturdy, quality machine, that not only looks good it does the business.
After much deliberation and research, i purchased this steamer to remove creases from new lined blackout curtains. The curtain makers had folded them up wrong and there were very heavy creases both vertically and horizontally. i wanted a powerful machine that was also versatile. Not only has it removed the creases, i have since used it to steam clean the washrooms in my house. Without chemicals it easily dealt with soap scum, scale and our grout is now white again. Best of all, it easily removed the hard hair lacquer that my wife somehow seems to get over mirrors, towel rails and shower screens. Previously i had to dissolve this with surgical spirit and remove with a lot of hard rubbing. In the words of another well known product. One shot and its all gone (but without the harsh chemicals).
One word of caution (applicable to all steamers) steam is HOT and can distort soft plastics, door seals etc. Always test a small inconspicuousness area, before going full blast at it.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT
It might be a little early to review this cleaner as I have only used it twice but it certainly ‘gets up steam’ I bought it particularly for floor cleaning as I have a large tiled area.It takes a good eight minutes before it is ready so you have to remember this time scale before you start cleaning.I have had numerous steam mops which have stopped working in a short time,the last one only lasted four months.So I suppose only time will tell.A couple of points I am tall and I could do with an extra extension piece I am going to see if I can buy one.Also why do you have to empty the container every time it’s quite a heavy job lifting it into a sink.Other than that it does the job.

Spoke to Polti about repair – they didn’t want to know, not interested in repairing faulty machines, only want to sell a new one. Very poor customer response – keep well away. Next bought a cheap Chinese designed and made in China steamer from Amazon – absolutely appalling! Wheels kept falling off, scalding hot leaking water ran down out from the plastic tube joins if you used them vertically e.g. cleaning the tiles in a shower, very flimsy construction, returned for a refund.
Next was a Lidl steamer that was actually made by De Longhi. Every bit as good as the Polti, until it too packed up. Contacted De Longhi – no longer produce steamers, so no spares available or even a replacement.
Extensive research and found this Dupray Neat steam cleaner. Cannot fault it, excellent value for money, several good accessories, well thought out design – like others have said, looks and performs like a well designed Apple product. There are many poorly performing and overpriced steamers out there, so be careful.

This steamer is very small compact but also very powerful with plenty of steam and pressure it also comes with all the right attachments the long handle break up into 2 pieces for easy storage
I can’t fault it and for the price its better than the dearer ones on the marke

The only slight fault with the design is that the retractable handle gets hots during use so when you go to lift it up it can be very hot to the touch

I neede to replace my old steam cleaner and chose this one because of all the brilliant reviews. So far I am not disappointed, I like the long hose and how easy it is to move around. Most of all I like the funnel shape that makes filling it soooo easy. The cord storage is useful too.
The only thing I would like to have had is some sort of gauge so that I can see how much water is left in the tank.
I have had a few steam cleaners before, none of which have really delivered the results I was looking for. I spent some time checking other reviews for a variety of steam cleaners and came across the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner. The reviews were glowing so took the plunge.
It is brilliant!! Yes it looks good and is neat but it actually works really well. We are in a rental property with vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Whilst I will never love the floor, this steam cleaner has made it look so much better.
I would recommend this steam cleaner without hesitation. It is BRILLIANT.
Good design, light and easy to carry around. Looks a bit like a big Apple Mac Cube! Very hot steam, really lifts out dirt. Comes with a good selection of accessories.
Dupray appears to be the only brand that definitively claims to kill bedbugs, none of the others do. By the same token, it will also kill dust mites and those horrible little moths that eat your clothes and carpets. If it stops an expensive coat or cashmere from being eaten then it’s worth the price of admission for that alone.
This is my first steam cleaner and I am not disappointed, it was packaged very well and the quality of the product is spot on, it has that apple quality. I was looking at hand held steam cleaners but decided I would struggle to hold the weight of one as I would be holding the weight of the water, the power cable and the nozzle. This is why I chose this floor standing model which has wheels so pulls along easily if needed, however the hose is plenty long enough to clean around my wet room without having to move the unit at all. It came with a good assortment of attachments which are also made with quality. Love it!
Since I’ve bought this I’ve steamed everything, the car, the windows, the oven (which looks brand new after a bit of elbow grease) the toilets, the kitchen and all the dogs toys. It looks like something Apple would make, is really easy to use, sturdy and bloody good at its job. In case you hadn’t noticed I love this.
I love this steamer. I’ve used it to clean the bathroom (the taps and grout look brand new) and my kitchen (my cooker hood has never looked so good) Plenty of steam and it has a long hose and a long cord which means I could reach up high.
Excellent customer service – I called with a question and they not only answered it but sent me additional web links and demo videos. Would recommend this product.
