Fantastic all rounde
I love this for it’s performance , tool options and end results – it is amazing value for money amd I would recommend
things I would change are – cord storage is underneath the unit which is just too difficult – it should be on the side .
There is no water indication so you can’t see how much is left in.
Quite difficult to carry upstairs but brilliant for cleaning the bathroom!
Good Steamer bu
This Steamer steams well but is quite cumbersome. It is ideal for a thorough spring clean but not for regular every day cleaning.
My gripe about it is that it does not have a drainage hole so, at the end of cleaning, you have to tip the cube up to drain it from the filling hole. You cannot tell how much water is in the tank at any time.

I am really pleased I bought this steamer. Living in a farmhouse with tiled floors, grubby wellies dogs, I need as much help as I can get for cleaning!
A good choice to get the industrial version that is fit for the job. It takes 40 ounces of water so lasts much longer than the cordless variety. So far I have only cleaned all the tiled floors. They are pale cream so show the dirt. They now look new as the day they were fitted.
The only downside is, you can’t see how much fluid is being used, it’s a guessing game.
Other than that, this is a well-designed steamer. Worth the investment!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it could do with a visible gauge for filling water & I’d prefer the lead storage to be on the side rather than underneath. Still a brilliant product though.
Chemical free that works
I bought this primarily to clean my fancy shower. The painted duck board in the bottom was showing signs of age dirt.no, it was filthy!! Our water is very hard and leaves limescale everywhere. It now, due to my steamer looks much better, I have cleaned the kitchen, blasted dirt from places I would never have got to by hand. Watched baked on oven grease emulsify with satisfaction. Moved on to floors and windows. It works as well as chemical cleaners. I do use de-ironised water as suggested due to our limey stuff. I am left with a satisfied feeling.

Just what we needed
Excellent product, I’ve returned a couple of steamers that were absolutely rubbish, this one is definitely worth the price tag, tank is large enough to do all the steaming I need without refills. Amount of steam is a good steady amount, very easy to use, and good quality feel to the product, Great selection of tools already included in box. Tools easy to fit and change.
Small enough to lift easily to empty , very easy to fill as built in spout.
If Apple made steamers this would be it!

Game change
As a professional house cleaner I love this it is compact for storage manoeuvrability is great like a Hoover lead is really long when using it saves finding plug points which is a fault I have had with others. Great for windows the blade that comes with it is great and I’ve used the other attachments with small square windows. It does make windows wet so buffing is required but leaves them shinning with no chemicals.
The reviews are spot on when they say this steam cleaner is great.

If you’re looking to get a good durable steam cleaner just get one, price may not be everyone’s cuppa but it’s a good investment and won’t let you down, if anything it will make you feel dirty, just when you think a mop was hygienic, think again. May make some of you cry.

Redesign required
Cleans well but really needs a redesign.
Power cable is located on the bottom of the machine, this makes it awkward unwinding and rewinding cable. Also because the power cable and hose are located at the bottom of the machine they get tangled very easily.

Excellent versatility
I’ve had this steam cleaner for a couple of years now and I’ve been really impressed with it. I bought it to replace a cheap steam mop that I had previously, which had stopped working after only a short time. I have used this to clean pretty much everything; furniture, walls, tiles, mirrors, carpets… I don’t think it’s even meant to be used on carpets, but I’ve found it really handy for cleaning the carpet when my baby drops food on it! It has a very long reach and I can get right up to the ceiling without having to stand on something.

How have I managed without this!
Wow! This machine lives up to the generally high ratings and fulsome reviews. It is well designed with a range of useful features (carry handle, long steam hose, easy mechanism for changing cleaning tool/accessories, long electric flex, storage for electric cable under the machine, built in funnel) and is very safe and easy to use. Then there are the jobs that it makes relatively light work of – cleaning the oven and the hob, cleaning the bathroom tiles and shower for example. I wouldn’t say it takes the work out of unpleasant cleaning jobs but at least it looks like you’ve actually achieved something for the effort you’ve made. It can also do a lot of work on it’s 1.2 litre fill. Only one small thought – it could do with some sort of indicator to show when it is running low on water but that is a very minor detail. Definitely worth the 5 stars and good value for money – and definitely not a disappointing Dyson!
Surpassed expectations.
Purchased to use mainly for car detailing.
The main body of the steamer looks like it was designed by the famous fruit named technology company. Simple to use, one on-off button, neat carry handle, easy to fill with water with integrated funnel on the top. Mains cable cleverly stored in the base and the neat body sits on small wheels and castors.
A generous length hose makes car interior cleaning easy and the various attachments are well made.

Dupray Neat Steam cleane
I have bought the Durpray Neat Steam cleaner having used a scrubbing brush and mop to clean my floor tiles for many years. I have two large dogs and textured floor tiles, that result in a lot of mud requiring considerable elbow grease to resolve. The steamer comes with easy to understand instructions and a comprehensive pack of accessories. The powerful steam makes short work of dirt. The tiles are visibly cleaner. For me it has removed the need for harsh chemicals and scrubbing. All together a more relaxing cleaning experience.
I have also used it on grouting and small areas of carpet. It’s a versatile tool with good results.
The cable and hose have a long reach. The Neat has a good capacity for water so keeps going, reducing the need to refill.
I would highly recommend it!

This machine is fantastic!!! I have tried many many steam cleaners and I mean many !Hands down this is the best ! The grout on my floor looks new again incredible! It did take some effort for the first time cleaning but well worth it . Second time not much at all . Natural stone floor looking fresh and clean too . Delighted to have found one that actually works and is easy to use . Definitely recommend!! and excellent value for something that does such a good job !
A reliable workhorse with outstanding suppo
I have now owned this incredible steam cleaner for just over two years. In that time it has been used very regularly. I purchased all the extra cloths etc so that there is always spare even although it comes with a generous selection as it is.
The other day I noticed that there was an escape of steam from around the stopper, so I contacted the company to ask if it would be a worn out washer and if so, what size could I order?
I was amazed to get an email by return of post even although it was a weekend!
I was asked to send a pic to make sure it was the proper size and today I have been notified a new stopper handle is on the way!
That is exceptional service in my book.
Personal, caring and amazingly prompt.
This unit has served me well and will continue to do so for years I am sure.
Everything from cleaning cookers to beautifully freshening and taking the creases out of my prized cashmere ponchos etc.

This is just amazing. Super easy to use. I was very sceptical about all the people saying “oh wow this is the best thing ever” but honestly this is the best thing ever. My puppy had a pee on my really expensive brand new memory foam mattress – got a mattress cleaning company out – at the cost of 90 – and they said “yeah, not much we can do”. He went again on the same patch because they’d failed to remove the scent. Used this – following someone else’s instructions, cleaning it gently for ten minutes, then did another ten minutes the next day – and it completely removed the stain, the scent and any trace. It’s like magic.

Good but prone to breaking
Its good, prone to breaking if not careful, clips for towel came off for me on the second use, managed to click it back into place but definitely weaker now. Cleaning power is good for removing stains but the heads dont really collect all the debris. 7.5/10 for me
Good value and effective.
The product arrived on time and in good order. We have used it to sanitise a number of items such as pillows and mattresses where machine washing is not an option.
We are very pleased by how well it works – lots of steam being provided when and where required. Care is needed, but as an adult I do not consider it to be dangerous! I haven’t found it to be straightforward to operate and effective.

Multifunctional steame
Glad to buy this steam cleaner. It is good in minimizing the use of chemical products in daily cleaning. My hubby use it to steam the car interior.
The major drawback is…you have no idea on the water level of the tank.

Versatile steam cleane
Compact unit and very efficient steam cleaner. Holds just over 1.5L but that lasts quite a while. I have used the unit for nearly two hours and there was still some water left when I came to empty it.
The hose is permanently fastened to the base unit. I would have preferred if this detached for storage and I would not be surprised if that proves a point of failure.

This is a great steam cleaner,it comes with a good variety of attachments, and they fit tother easily. The steamer takes about 15 minutes to heat up,but the stream of steam is constant and cleans so well. I used it on grout in the shower area,and it brought the dirt off so easily
It cleans floors well,but can make them quite wet,and take a while to dry,but not a major problem.
It is quite heavy to carry ,but this is outweighed by the cleaning performance

solid construction, easy to move around on its wheels cleans my kitchen floor a lot quicker than a mop and bucket with a lot less effort and did a good job on my hob. Next I am going to use it to clean the covers on my sofa rather than struggle to remove the cushion covers to wash them as I find it very difficult to replace them after washing.

This is a great product for getting really deep down clean especially in hard to reach areas. Used all over my kitchen-worktops, cupboards, floor the list is endless! The bathroom is a no brainer it gets soap scum over with ease.
I also used it to help remove wallpaper from the walls which was great!!
The only downside I found was the floor got very wet when cleaning it (something I didn’t have with a different floor steam cleaner – but that only did flooring not all the things this does!)
Easy to use for cleaning various things and all without chemicals
Excellent product! So far I’ve used it to clear windows, shower screens, bathroom, floors and is so easy. Little bit hefty for carrying around but it’s on wheels so is easily mobile. Good length power cord. Although instructions say not to change nossils etc while hot, I found it was OK to do it while it was in orange mode and steam was not being used. That way you can use it for lots of different things. Like others have said you do have to put some effort in like you would normally do for cleaning – but without the need for cleaning products which is a bonus. When cleaning give the area a wipe down with a clean cloth to dry it and it looks streak free.

Quality appliance both easy and effective
Really pleased with this machine. Much more flexible than my old stand up model. Lasts a long time too before needing a refill. Good attachments and I have bought additional accessories plus a bag for them online since. Made an amazing job of cleaning the bbq but I destroyed the single brass brush supplied, but replacements reasonably priced and arrived quickly. I am very pleased with this steamer.
Cleans really well
Cleans really well- large tank so can get on with multiple cleaning jobs. Really useful selection of attachments too. The only annoyance is the cable management- you have to manually wind the cable back up underneath the unit where the plug often does not want to sit within the recess.

I looked into a steamer which could tackle an old, textured stone floor and was pleasantly surprised by this. I especially like the fact you can use any old towel off cuts which can easily clip to the head. Minor downside is that there isn’t a water level window to let you know how much to put in. I love that it is a little square box that looks like an Apple product. Easy to set up and easy to use. So far, I have used it to clean the inside of my car – excellent result, a bedroom and stair carpet, windows, the oven, tiled kitchen floor and more! It is so satisfying to do a deep clean with little effort from me. As a person with a disability, this is a big thumbs up. The room just smells fresh and clean after, with no need for chemicals. Lots more cleaning to do! It’s probably a good thing the steam only lasts a limited time or I might not ever stop cleaning! Highly recommended.

I have not yet used this Dupray steam cleaner yet! I will be using it as soon as i get motivated. As i had done a lot of research to find the best available at a good price, i will out. the reviews of other purchasers seems to be good. i would recommend it as steam cleaning is the best way to sanitise your property.

I was a little concerned about buying this steamer as the make is unfamiliar to me but I am very pleased I did as it is an excellent steamer! It looks, as it says, ‘neat.’ It is small but the size belies the steaming power and water capacity and it is easy to pull around as there are little wheels underneath.
The last steamer I bought was one of these upright affairs which was rubbish and could only steam floors. This product comes with loads of different tools so many jobs can be done in one steaming session. It comes with 3 floor pads and also a microfibre sheet that can be folded up and used as a floor pad. I have not needed to use this yet but it means that I am never short of cleaning clothes as I already have many microfibre clothes in the house. There are also attachements for smaller jobs, too many to describe.
The only improvement I could make to this product (to this very well made, quality product) is it would be nice if it came with a bag for the pipe extensions and tool heads etc. The unit itself being square can easily be stored but at the moment it is all being stored in the big cardboard box it came with until I can find such a bag for the attachements. But hey, I am very happy with it anyway!
So I fully recommend this product!

Bought this to steam clean my cars engine bay. But tried it out on my mums bathroom 1st. Worked a treat to work off the pink mould that had grown on the grout. The tiles are old so weren’t going to come up as new but still quite a good result.
Not tried it on the car yet as not had enough time, but the unit did produce quite high pressure steam so expect it to work well. It has a small nozzle steam head attachment which I expect will boost the pressure more.

Bit of an impulse purchase but after reading the reviews I thought what the heck. To be fair I thought it would be like any other gadget that over promises and under delivers. Well, I have been up since 7am on a Sunday morning cleaning the shower, bathroom, skirting boards, floors, couches etc. I think I need help as can’t put the thing down and I HATE CLEANING! This is the gadget that you need in your life but someone please come and take it away from me or I’ll do a Monica and go clean my neighbours house!!!!
Fantastic steam cleane
I wanted to buy a reasonably priced steam cleaner to clean hard floors. Having done my research I realised that paying the extra money would mean I had a machine that would cope not only with the floors but tackle carpets, upholstery, windows, oven, you name it I have used it on. This is a fantastic little machine, I had a stain on a carpet which I used absolutely everything including my upright VAX carpet cleaner and various carpet cleaners, it would appear it had gone only to reappear within a couple of days. I tried the steamer and it has disappeared completely, that alone has paid for the price of the cleaner. My oven hasn’t been as clean for a very long time and without any chemicals to boot. If there is one thing that could improve this wonderful machine it would be the ability to see the levels of water. Given this is the only compromise it is one I was willing to accept given that everything else is great. If you are looking for a machine that will give you not only cost savings (no cleaning products required) but also becomes a goto option for all of your cleaning requirements I can highly recommend it.
What a gem
The NEAT was delivered yesterday and today I unpacked it and put it to work. Firstly, it’s clean white cube design is very attractive and easy to stash away in the utility room. But, most importantly, the thing actually works!
I own an Everhot cooker, the steel surrounds of which get pretty filthy with baked on grease and food spills. Not a problem for the NEAT, which powered through two years of grime with a nylon brush head.
Next, I tackled the Everhot front fascia, again with the nylon head: I thought it was pretty clean, but now it gleams like new.
Third task, the limestone floor grout and those pesky edges between kitchen cabinets, floors and skirting boards.
With pets, teenage boys, loads of logs and keen gardening, these areas have taken a total bashing and the powered mop simply doesn’t reach them. The NEAT has made short work of the grub. I won’t use it for the main floor as steam can damage porous stone, but it brings the grout up beautifully.
At the weekend, I’m going for the shower screen and the windows.
One thing to note, I wipe up the steamy mess immediately and don’t leave it to dry.
Best Steamer I have owned!
I have had three different types of steamers and the Dupray definitely the best investment for cleaning my house.
I use to have a MLMLANT handheld steamer that was okay but had a small tank so it had to be refilled alot. The MLMLANT steamer put some pressure on my wrists when I used it because it became a little heavy after holding for more than 10 minutes so it wasn’t practical to use for long periods or to clean big areas such as carpets, flooring, large windows.
The other steamer I had was H20 HD steam cleaner which was a lot better to use to clean windows, oven doors, carpets etc but I didn’t like the lack of manoeuvring you get with the steamer because how it is designed. The water tank for H20 HD was surprisingly small. I was also put off from using the steamer because the filter has to be regularly replaced!
In my own personal experience the Dupray is a lot superior than the other steamers. Here are several reasons why I prefer Dupray Neat steamer:
1. It’s easier to use and manoeuvre around the house
2. The water tank is reasonably big 1.2 litres which gives about 40 minutes or more for cleaning
3. The steamer heats up quickly,
4. It is excellent for deep cleaning built up grime and dirt.
5. Can use white vinegar to filter the tank from build up so a lot more practical and cheaper then purchasing replacement filters.
6. Easy to clean windows without much time or effort.
I’ve yet to use Dupray for the whole house but so far it has been good to use on my windows, oven, kitchen floor, bathroom taps.
I’m hoping to deep clean rugs and carpets with the steamer soon.

I have been looking for a steam cleaner for some time, however every cleaner I looked at, when checking the reviews, came up as badly built and or ineffective. This cleaner however, I am really pleased with. I have been using it to clean terracotta time in a kitchen, with really grubby grouting. This cleaner has done a great job and the tiles and grouting look like new. Really easy to use and neat. Runs for about 20 minutes before needing a refil. Only slight downside is having to wait 20 mins between top-ups as it is necessary to wait for the steam pressure to drop.

Only two things it does less well…. the floors afterwards are wet (the Polti has a built in vacuum function) and filling is more complicated after an intitial use (the Polti can be filled on the go as it has a double boiler). So, this machine is really impressive – looks like it has been designed by Apple! Lovely long cable and hoses. Very good buy.

wow this thing only just got here filled it up and with in 7 to 8 min i was cleaning the cooker top with it and the steam that comes out is very powerful and does what its meant to do and very light to walk round the house with even when its full it really could do with a shoulder strap or something though but you get a really long hose and other attachments with it to use overall amazing stem cleaner 10 out 10

Bought this to replace a Karcher. I had been a loyal Karcher customer despite their products constantly failing after 12-18 months of use.
One Karcher steam mop started leaking boiling water. John Lewis said it was “wear and tear” and refused to replace it under warranty. Another one’s plastic road snapped while in use.
The Dupray looks very well built and sturdy. Despite its boxy look its very manoeuvrable and glides across hardwood floors. It cleans much deeper than the Karcher.
Hopefully this lasts longer than the Karcher(s)!

Even works with red wine spills !
I’ve had this steam cleaner for around a year now (mostly during the COVID-19 Lockdown). I use it regularly to steam clean kitchen, carpets throughout the house & the bathroom. It has also been used to clean a carpet after a red wine “accident” with amazing results 🙂
The clamp for holding the cleaning pads on the floor cleaner weren’t great & I use hair ties/bungies to help keep the pad in place. Not ideal but it works well for me.

This arrived last week and it’s brilliant. I have two dogs so need to clean the wooden floors, walls and even kitchen cupboard doors pretty often, especially during the winter when they come in all muddy and shake all over the place. I have bought extra pads and bonnets which I would recommend. It is so quick to clean everything I have more time to do all the little jobs that I couldn’t possibly do every week like skirting boards, kick boards in the kitchen and doors all through the house! The bathrooms came up really well and with all the different attachments there is always exactly what you need. Oven door took minutes.
I have used on the stairs but not sure how effective it really it. Perhaps I just need to go over them again once or twice.
I had hoped to use it on a small patch of mould around a window in one of the bedrooms but this wasn’t very successful as it just melted the paint (although you can use it just to wipe a painted wall).

Best product I’ve bought in ages!
I bought this for the wife after researching for many days! When it arrived the research paid off, I love it even more than the Mrs! It’s very well built with all the accessories of a high quality. It’s easy to use with good instructions and easy to store away in the cupboard. There isn’t really any downsides to this product I’ve found so far other than it’s very addictive once you start using it. I’d definitely recommend buying this especially as it has a two year warranty and lifetime warranty on the boiler too.
Great performance and great value for money
I’ve had my Dupray Neat almost a week and it’s fantastic. I’ve cleaned floors, tiles, paintwork – and it’s very easy to use. The attachments fit securely and protect the hands from the heat. There are no complicated settings. Fill it up and after a few minutes a good supply of steam is available. There are a good selection of tools to tackle various jobs. I like the idea of being able to use ordinary microfibre cloths too. The pads are machine washable..
This is a very effective steam cleaner for domestic use. 50 mins cleaning time is more than adequate for our flat and I am very happy with the results. Fill the tank, and it takes less than ten minutes for the green light to illuminate. Yes, you do need to let it cool for 20 minutes before refilling, but isn’t a problem. The power lead and hose lengths give good reach. The unit is compact, with cable storage underneath. I thoroughly recommend this unit for anyone wanting a good steam cleaner without a big price tag.

Amazing customer service! We bought this machine and after its first use decided it was not quite what we wanted. No faults with it, just that we hadn’t really researched enough before purchasing. Even though we had had the item 2 months Dupray were still happy to refund and even paid the postage. Clearly Dupray are good people to buy from!
I have only had it a few days and came across it by accident mooching through YouTube one insomnia driven night. At that point, my only experience of steam cleaning was a Vax floor mop I had purchased many moons ago. I cant say I ever really used it to its full (albeit still limited potential) as it hurt my hand to have to keep the trigger depressed whilst using. And was quite a faff to get out etc so much so that I usually ended up on my hands and knees with a cloth! This Dupray Neat (henceforth known as Neat Pete) has utterly rocked my world!! The trigger problem is no longer a problem. Holding the trigger is perfectly comfortable but it also has a hold button on the top! I breezed through cleaning my fridge and freezer the other day!! It blasted through years of built up ice in about 40 mins. Sounds like a lot maybe, but it was significantly easier than relying on the leave it to defrost and flood the kitchen and/or taking a flimsy piece of plastic to chisel it, a job more suited to an axe! I now have at least a third more storage space in said freezer! It has also worked wonders on my kitchen floor, to the extent that I could confidently eat my dinner off it! (Nope.. but I could if I wanted!) I have so much in mind to do with it, but not enough hours in the day right now but suffice to say it is one of the best investments I have made. Along with my Dyson V11 absolute. Significantly more expensive but my favourite thing. If you are on the fence, wondering if it will be worth it, if you are anything like me, just do it! I seriously doubt you will regret it! So versatile. Im not sure if I could ever run out of things to make all sparkly with it! I haven’t yet found anything it cant do or hasn’t got. To clarify, to be like me, you need to be someone who likes the idea of a clean house, but finds the upkeep generally tiring, constantly tidying up after messy kids etc. But does take pleasure in seeing the results of your labour. In which case, buy Neat Pete. You won’t regret it. Great results and much pleasure to be had. I am also an Apple fan, so the design really appeals as well 😉

God I love this
I spend a lot of time working and have very little time to deep clean the home to my taste, so I started researching Steam cleaners. I came across the Dupry company and fell absolutely in love with their machines and technology. I waited 6 months before I finally took the plunge and went on ahead and purchased the machine; I didn’t want it to ebe something I impulse bought.
So September 2019 I got it and … it really did change the way I clean at home.
I steam EVERYWHERE. Doors, skirtings, copper pipes, grease, my mattresses, blankets. I even took it to work over the COVID outbreak to sanitise the surfaces. I have had friends move houses and borrowed it and absolutely love it too. Tiles which were yellow, to reveal GREY TILES. I wish i had a photo.

If i had a bit more money during the purchase of the NEAT i assure you I would have gotten the ONE PLUS.

I needed a good steam cleaner with covid to sanitise the car and the home,
I’ve cleaned all my carpets but found sometimes steam wasn’t enough,
So I added a cup of white vinegar into the tank with the water and it works brilliant now,
It does say after every 20hrs use to put white vinegar and water in it and leave
Over night but putting the vinegar in every time will keep it tip top,
No foam or any other cleaner,
I think I have already got my moneys worth as ive cleaned everyone’s carpets lol,
It doesn’t leave them really wet and the dirt goes straight into the cloth
I would buy white Microfibre cloths from amazon as you’ll go through about 4-5 then I just wash in the washing machine at 60 degrees,
I think the only downfall is refilling it as you have to ease the cap to release the pressure,
And there’s no fill line,
The next dupray up has all this and a hotter temperature but also a lot more money,
I will invest in the better one in a few years as I’m loving the fact I’m not worrying about cat paws bringing in mud takes 10 mins to sort it out,
Grout isn’t easy to get off like the video bit of cleaner spray first will help then steam it,
The vinegar smell doesn’t last but it takes smells out the carpet if you have an animal just keep going over it,
I would buy this again its my first ever steamer and now I know I like it will buy the more expensive as steam gets hotter,

The other thing I forgot to mention is I put a large elastic bank around the cloth to hold the front to the floor cleaner just double it around each end
As there’s nothing on the front or back to stop the cloth screwing up unlike the clips at the side
Had this now for about a month and it has turned into a very worth while purchase.
Picked it up on a Black Friday deal an it has become an essential part of my house cleaning routine. Works very well as an all round device from general clearing of kitchen floors and tiles to carpets & ovens – did an excellent job on cleaning the glass on the cooker and trays, bathroom tiles and really good at refreshing carpets.
Only had water ‘leakage’ after leaving the unit idle for a while which I guess is due the the steam condensing in the hose – a quick squirt into the sink resolves this.
Tool selection is great, pressure is great and the dry stream created does not leave water residue.
Couple of things that are not so great is the lack of water reading so you don’t know how full the unit is but care filling and stopping as the water overflows is not too much of an issue.
The cable tidy is ok but why oh why did they not make the cable tidy mechanism ‘turnable’. In short you wind the cable around the mechanism in the base which keep it out the way but if they had enabled you to rotate the mechanism so it wound the cable as you turned the mechanism it would make so much difference.
All in all fantastic device and well worth the money.

I followed the instructions, you must let it fully heat until on button is green. After waiting for about 10 minutes or so I began steaming and to my surprise it continued to steam while generating steam (orange light). I managed to the following in one tank.
2 mattresses
2 bedframes (singe and double)
3 seater sofa and 1 seater
Steam mopped the kitchen, hallway and bathroom.
Steam the built in cupboard and drawers (quick steam)
Some tips I found on the official website and from amazon reviews, so i cannot take any credit.
When you first use it it will spurt some water out. You must steam into a container or a thick towel. After that it will continue to steam at various temperatures.
If you want really hot steam (especially for bed bugs or deep clean or to remove stubborn stains), when light goes orange, wait for it to go green before steaming again but do becareful as steam does rise up and come in contact with skin.
If you have waited for a while before steaming and the steamer had been on, this will build-up condensation which you again must steam into a towel, sink or bucket etc.
The small round brush bristles do bend if you push to hard however they are replaceable and despite being bent, they still clean the grout in the bathroom . Hence not necessarily a negative point just a different perspective.
Make sure to use the correct accessory for the job at hand. I found the microfibre bonnet helpful to keep the steam in and nozzle great for small places and crevices around furniture and also for wide spaces (under bed).
It’s is a steam cleaner and it will release water especially on tiles and oven grills and trays etc so you will need to wipe them after wards.
For a a deep clean you still need some elbow grease! Especially stubborn stains and residues. You can spray the item with a formula spray such as dettol or cilit bang and steam clean it rather than wipe it which I did for the tiles. It’s not a miracle worker so again you maybe need to wipe afterward and water will be released.
You will hear bad reviews however I found following these tips I had no issue with water suddenly spilling everywhere and generally the steam just kept coming where as last one I had to wait for a few minutes.

The brushes wear down quickly and it would be nice to see how much water is left in the tank but I set myself a 50 minute timer on a full tank. It struggled to remove baked on oven residue left by the previous occupant that I have never been able to get rid of and even a professional oven cleaner couldn’t, but I think the NEAT did pretty well with the rest.

Versatility
I’m so pleased with this steam cleaner. I have tried it on my armchair which had marks on that other products haven’t been able to remove but this has. Also good on carpets. It’s reassuring to know that chemicals are not needed. This steam cleaner is easy to use, very versatile in that it has many uses and good value for money. I was going to just get a floor steam cleaner but decided to spend a bit more so could get a cleaner that did more and am so glad I did.
High quality materials and design for a very competitive price
We especially liked the small footprint when compared to our previous steam cleaners and the ease of use; also that the range of accessories was as wide as the more expensive cleaners we have used over the years. Thus far used only to defrost a large upright freezer. The claims about how much steam was created from one 1200ml fill proved very accurate – one fill proved ample to complete the task in some 60 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow and accurate, and once completed the cleaner cooled down quickly (20 minutes) and was easily moved into storage. We are very impressed and look forward to using it in other situations around the house.
I am a former school caretaker/cleaner and have seen quite a few steam cleaners. This one I think is intended for domestic use. It should be noted that this is only a steamer and does not hoover up as well. I like that it is easy to use. But there are one or two negatives. There is no level indicator when filling tank so it is easy to overfill. It takes around a litre and a half. The cable storage arrangement under the unit is a bit fiddly. The trick is to get the hoovering done while waiting the ten minutes or so for it to get to temperature. The green light will come on when ready and it will click on and off during use. I think this is normal. Be aware that whilst warming up and also if you leave it for a minute or two, hot water will shoot out and soak the floor etc when you switch it back on. I keep a bucket handy and drain that hot water off into it for a few seconds until steam comes through. I find the window cleaning fitting a bit of a faff. Best to use traditional methods. I use it mainly for kitchen floor and room carpets. As with other steamers I have used I find the other fitments a bit gimmicky so don’t bother with them much. But for floors it is fine. None of the criticisms are anything major really. I do like that you can fit your own microfibre cloths to the floor cleaning head and also at a pinch to the worksurface attachment. – Chriso.
First impressions count for a lot.
When you receive an on-line purchase and your immediately discover that the product is even better than you thought, it is a great starting point.
The NEAT steam cleaner is well packed and is of sturdy construction. The bits that fit together do so really well with a re-assuring click and it all feels well robust. The user manual is clear and concise and all of the important safety instructions are clearly written.
Having sat down assembled all of the parts and read the manual a few times (ignore this stage at your peril you are dealing with electricity and scalding steam) it was time to use it.
One could get picky about the cable storage being a bit clumsy but this is a very minor point.
Filling is easy and my missus had no problems with cleaning our kitchen floor, I then had a go at cleaning our large picture windows. Hardly surprising quite a lot of water ran out of the window cleaning head, but it cleaned the windows really well.
More to be added when we have used it for other areas.
After a year of ownership I’ll give you the details.
TLDR: Amazing, get one.
So this steamer has a lot to like.
Cleaning power:
This cuts threw grease, grime, mould and anything that’s stuck to a surface it will un stick. It can take a few passes and it may take using the brushes or switching to another attachment to get the best results but you will get the results you want with persistence.
I’ve removed dried on cat food from worktops, dried on paint splatter off tiles, moss/mould from car panels, awful smells from car seats, stains from carpet, stuck in solid debris from carpet.
I’ve cleaned so many things: Leather sofa, entire carpets for killing germs and sanitising, rugs for sanitising as my cats use them, tiled floor, laminate floor, car leather and fabric seats, car interior plastics, bathroom aqua panels, shower cubical, mirrors, windows, kitchen appliances grill/oven….etc… you get the point it can clean so many things.
It’s good at dislodging stuck on dirt with the benefit of sanitising at the same time.
Then you just wipe it away with a microfibre cloth and jobs a good one.
The benefit of steam cleaning:
-it kills germs with high temp over 100 deg C
-it’s safe for pets( I have 3 cats)
-no chemicals needed
-dries fast
-water efficient
The unit itself:
-it’s attractive, I love it’s simplistic box looks
-the power cable coils onto bottom for storage
-the steam hose is nice and long
-it takes about 1.5 litres and will be enough to keep you going for an hour straight.
-about 10 minutes to heat up
-lots of attachments included for every job
-plenty pads and a cloth to get your started
-can easily fit your own microfibre cloths( use hair bands you find them falling off)
-pads and cloths are washable for reuse again and again
In the time of COVID-19 sanitising is important and this definitely helps going round the whole house.
Recommended to all.
Last but not least the cons:
-Old stains don’t always come out
-Steam is obviously hot and dangerous if handled wrongly, please be safe and keep the business end away from you at all times.
-expensive but it is worth it.

Very useful, suitable for cleaning shoes , clothes , flooring, bedding, mattresses, and other surfaces. I would just give a little minus as it says 1.6 l container but u can’t add more then 1.2l water. It could work longer if I could use the whole capacity . Well build , strangely it suppost to be made in Europe but mine says China ?. Overall I would recommend.

The product is a class part from other steamers I have used till date. This is the best in terms of convenience and the quality of cleaning. The only drawback I see is the storage of the power chord. The company should think about making it a bit better. Initially when I received the product there was some accessories missing but when I informed the seller, the service post that was WOW. I was told to return the product and I will receive a new one with the accessories. The whole thing was done so professionally. I expressed my inability to drop the package at a collection point due to the current CoVid situation and the seller was so understanding and receptive that they ordered a collect /pick up from my home and the replacement new steamer with the accessories was delivered the next day. Brilliant and absolutely delighted by the service levels and the product quality.

Replacement for disposable wipes
We already have a Shark floor mop that we love, but we wanted something to wipe the counters down with to save money on Dettol wipes and produce less waste. This is a really good option. It’s a nice size in that it can hold a lot of water while not being incredibly bulky. It’s made easy work of cleaning tough grime without the use of chemical cleaning products and I’m glad to just wash microfiber cloths rather than go through tons of disposable wipes.
I do wish that more thought had been put into storing the wire and the tubing. The wire wraps around a thing on the bottom, which is inconvenient, and the tubing has nothing to wrap around. I wish it had a retractable cord and something to hold the tubing or at least the mouth of the device up so it doesn’t touch the ground.

I have never owned a steam cleaner before but needed one to thoroughly clean a tired and neglected apartment.that we moved into and our dusty furniture and furnishings that had been in storage. I chose this over the market leader on the grounds of price, manoeuvrability, efficiency and reliability. The reviews persuaded me to choose this one and I’m glad they did.
Its performance is excellent and it is very light. The extending stem helps with curtains and blinds and it tackles tricky areas and crevices with the tools. It is stored in the box in which it was packaged and takes up very little room. The e cloths are of a high standard and wash well.
A water level display would be very useful and wouldn’t detract from its good looks but all in all we are very pleased with the performance. Time will tell about its reliability .
We were also very pleased with the quick delivery.
great results with this steam cleane
This is a good machine! It leaves our bathrooms sparkling clean. It can dribble a bit when you first depress the trigger, but it gives great results so its worth the effort. Winding the power cable below the machine, when packing the cleaner away, is a bit clumsy & fiddly.
We had a problem with an extender tube but having contacted the manufacturer it was immediately replaced.. very impressed.
We would recommend this product.
I am quite pleased with the steamer. It arrived promptly.
It did good job on the bathroom, fridge/ freezer.
I am yet to try it for window cleaning and floors.
One word of caution – it does refresh fabrics ( I have tried it on carpets and fabric car seats), but it does not lift off and removes old stains like one customer shows on their picture. I used it as per instructions, and I was unable to get old stains (small) off. It did make the fabric look visibly refreshed though.
Also, when you use the brass brush on the tile grout, it leaves black wet residue, I was concerned at first, but then after wiping the grout with wet clean cloth, the grout came out nice (I think the residue is left from the brush as it was not looking like dirt). Could not reach all the places though, like corners.
Its my first steam cleaner, so I cant compare but it seems like a good one.
Brilliant cleane
Neat, easily manoeuvrable and does the job well.
I’ve given this four stars but only because I have two constructive suggestions to make.
I use mine mostly for cleaning floors so I think the flex is too short. It could be twice as long which would make manoeuvrability better. They only need to increase the flex storage underneath a little.
The second concerns the floor tool.
At present the bristles are hardly longer than the tool head. Common sense tells you that having loosened dirt you need some abrasive element to move it. The head scrapes along the floor on plastic. It just needs a little alteration and it would better any of the other products on the market. I’ve had nearly all of them, and barring one very expensive Italian model, this beats the lot.
I despaired of ever finding a well reviewed steam cleaner but this one will hit the spot if only they make these two changes and they will sell millions of them
A life save
I came home to a house that had been shut up for months then had a 20 year old son living in it for months. i came home to arrrgh! This made cleaning and sanitising and getting the dust cleaned away so much easier. I used to have a polti that was 400 and i’d say that so far this is as good. i’ve used it for cleaning windows and tiles. The spray gun I’ve used for just about every where else. Easy to fill much longer power cord than my polti and a quicker heat up time. To be fair my polti was 20 years old and only just died and I’m pretty sure they’ve updated it since then! However this is definitely cheaper!
Great for cleaning tile grou
Bought this steamer to clean grout between kitchen floor tiles. Works well with the small hard brush and grout comes up very well. BUT as mentioned by others, putting the cable away is a nightmare…should be retractable like a Henry. And the brushes bend very quickly, although they still work. Cannot see how much water you have left either, which is a bore when cleaning for extended periods. All in all, a good steamer but with some shortfalls that need to be improved before it gets 5 stars.

I bought this to steam clean my holiday lets. I tried it out in our house first & was delighted. It’s so easy to use, I did a sofa, the dog beds, a downstairs shower room, two rooms of flagstone floors and the upstairs bathroom & even started on some windows before it ran out. It’s easy to put away -I kept the box it came in, & get it out again, so its been used lots. Highly recommend. I’ve used the triangle shaped end with a cover on to do the sofa, the floor attachment and the nozzle for the bathrooms.Bloody love my steamer and so glad I bought it!
